The purpose of this research is to analyze whether Blockchain technology can affect the share-economy. Apart from that, blockchain technology has been innovating the whole of the industries and so the academics are discovering the possibilities and starting to incorporate them in order to provide additional tech possibilities. The sharing economic system is the system which enables to share asset among the one person to the other person. It has seen the remarkable growth in the last few years, Uber, Careem, Airbnb, Zostel, Hostel World are some companies to mention which have fueled this growth. Yet, the majority of the transactions through the sharing economy system are facilitated by a centralized infrastructure executing an intermediary role that might be vulnerable to issues of hacking and data breach and such operations come at a high cost and expending more effort in keeping the system active is also a factor worth mentioning. A different method which is free of control centers such as the peer-to-peer sharing and smart service model which is being implemented in the Hospitality industry can overcome those obstacles. Through the use of a blockchain-backed payment system based on an accommodation-sharing structure, the research will develop a prototype of the proposed system in the form of a DApp on the Ethereum blockchain. Objective: To determine the oncological outcome and pattern of ovarian tumour in patients who underwent surgical management. Methods: The retrospective, descriptive hospital-based study was conducted at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital, Lahore, Pakistan, and comprised data of all patients who underwent surgical intervention for ovarian cancer between January 2010 and December 2015. Data was retrieved from the hospital database and analysed using SPSS 20. Results: Of the 236 patients, 203(86%) had undergone open surgery, while 33(14%) had had laparoscopic surgery. Neo-adjuvant chemotherapy was given in 60(25.42%) cases and adjuvant chemotherapy in 102(43.22%). Epithelial ovarian cancer in 201(85.16%) cases was the most common tumour type. Mortality was recorded in 36(15.5%) cases, while 41(19.9%) were lost to follow-up. Conclusion: Ovarian tumours were found to be difficult to treat and were associated with frequent recurrence. Anti‐neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) ‐positive vasculitis is a small‐vessel vasculitis that affects multiple body systems. Salivary gland involvement in ANCA‐associated vasculitis is rare. When present, it mimics infection or malignancy, which might lead to misdiagnosis. In this report, we describe a 72‐year‐old man who presented with parotid and submandibular gland pain and swelling in addition to dry mouth and eyes. He had bilateral non‐tender parotid gland lumps and no lymphadenopathies. Laboratory tests were positive for ANCA, hematuria, and proteinuria but negative for Anti‐Ro and ‐La. He was treated with corticosteroids and cyclophosphamide for acute kidney injury. Unfortunately, the patient died a few months later. This case report sheds light on a rare manifestation of salivary gland involvement in ANCA‐associated vasculitis that mimics Sjögren syndrome and the challenges associated with its diagnosis and treatment. Evaluating the stock status is one of the most fundamental part of the dynamic cycle of fisheries management intended to secure our aquatic resources. Indeed the stock assessments not only provide a technical foundation for setting up yearly fisheries harvest levels but also offers a wide variety of other fishery-related measures for management purposes. To do so, we used two newly developed Catch-based Monte Carlo method of estimating MSY (CMSY) and the Bayesian state-space Schaefer production model (BSM) based on the catch and effort time series data from (1993-2017) from the Western Indian Ocean (WIO), Pakistan. The five major fish species of commercial importance exploited by heterogeneous fishing fleets in the Exclusive Economic Zones (EEZs) of Pakistan have been undertaken as a case study for the stock evaluation. Altogether, both the models estimated largely similar results. The stock status results indicate that Euthynnus affinis and Rachycentron canadum were healthy, while Scomberomorus commerson and Parastromateus niger were overfished and Lutjanus argentimaculatus was strongly overfished. However, all the stocks were subjected to overfishing. Therefore, the parameters estimated from our study may be used as indicators for the sustainable management of the fisheries in the country. Adolescent are getting more and more dissatisfied with their life and it has been witnessed that their deviant behavior is also increasing with every passing day. The current research was conducted to find out relationship between adolescent deviant behavior and life. 150 students with an age ranged from 16-19 years participated in study. Adolescent Behavior Questionnaire(ABQ, Ma, 1988) and Satisfaction with Life (SWL, Pavot, & Diener, 1955) were administered on (N=150) students with an age ranged from 16-19years. They were selected from different educational institutes of Karachi-Pakistan. Outcomes showed negative relationship between deviant behaviour and life satisfaction(r= -.273, p< .001). Study also showed significant differences for gender and family structure for deviant behaviour and life satisfaction among students. Implications were discussed in the light of present outcomes.
