Images of the lane given as an input to the algorithm, which will provide information about the lane and the Environmental condition which will be analysed by algorithm inorder to support the driver. The type of lane or the structure of the lane can be a type of information provided by algorithm. While Lane analysis the algorithm will completely ignore the useless information (such as surrounding area of lane or background) and will completely focus on the Lane. Only the lane lines will be the region of Interest in the LDS. The developed system can surely reduce the complexity of vision data and will meet the real time requirements. Based on the problems encountered in detecting objects by autonomous vehicles an effort has been made to demonstrate lane detection using Open CV library.

Effect of dietary leucine and vitamin C combination on growth performance and survival was evaluated in L. rohita. Experimental fishes in treatment groups were fed with T1 (1% leucine/kg feed), T2 (1.5% leucine/kg feed), T3 (300 mg vitamin C/kg feed), T4 (400 mg vitamin C/kg feed), T5 (1% leucine and 300 mg vitamin C/kg feed), T6 (1% leucine and 400 mg vitamin C/kg feed), T7 (1.5% leucine and 300 mg vitamin C/kg feed) and T8 (1.5% leucine and 400 mg vitamin C/kg feed) respectively. Fishes in control group was fed with control feed (without leucine and vitamin C incorporation). Better FCR, SGR, PER and higher weight gain percentage was observed in T6, where experimental fishes were fed with 1% leucine and 400 mg of vitamin C. No significant difference was found in survival rate of experimental fishes in treatment and control groups. 100% survival rate was observed in all the treatment and control groups. The morphometric, carapace width/length - total weight relationship and relative condition factor (Kn) of Portunus sanguinolentus from Veraval waters were studied. All the morphometric characters showed a wide range of coefficient of variation indicating high levels of intra-population variation. The comparison of different morphometric characters with carapace width showed good to a high degree of correlation with all the characters indicating a high degree of interdependence of these characters. The relationships between carapace width and total weight were TW = 0.5444 CW2.1961 and TW = 0.8118 CW2.0076 for males and females, respectively. Analysis of Covariance of carapace width - total weight data suggested that there was no significant difference (p>0.05) in the mean weight of males and females. Males are heavier than females at any given length of the species. The relative condition factor (Kn) of females was higher compared to males which could be associated with the energy requirement for reproductive processes.
