The co-precipitation approach was used in this study to synthesize Ag/TiO2 nanoparticles (NPs) using an extract of the flowers from C. pulcherrima. As a reducing agent and a stabilizer during the synthesis process, the flower extract performed a dual function. The surface plasmon resonance in the diffuse reflectance spectroscopy spectrum provided assurance that the Ag+, and Ti4+ ions were significantly reduced. The bandgap study of the Ag/TiO2 NPs revealed that they are suitable for optical and catalytic applications. The NPs were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD) to assess their size and crystal structure. Through scanning and transmission electron microscopy (SEM and TEM), the shape and size changes of the Ag/TiO2 NPs were studied. Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) analysis was employed to investigate the elements' chemical composition in the produced NPs. A Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) study was carried out to identify functional groups that might be present in the plant extract and might be involved in the chemical reduction, stabilization, and bonding processes. The photocatalytic disintegration of the hazardous organic dye pollutant methylene blue was studied for 40 min while being exposed to visible light. The flower extract was used to create Ag/TiO2 NPs efficiency degradation rate of 94 %. Additionally, then NPs antimicrobial capacity was assessed, and it was discovered that they were most effective against the infections P. aeruginosa and E. coli.

In this report, the high performance visible light induced photocatalytic performance of CuWO4/g-C3N4 hybrid was photocatalysts by facile hydrothermal method. The structural order of the obtained catalysts was performed through X-ray diffraction and Raman analysis, which exposed the monoclinic phase (JCPDS Card No. 83-0951). The clear sheet like with wrinkle shape and spherical nanoparticles (30–35 nm) was found to be g-C3N4 and CuWO4 samples, which is obtained by SEM and TEM analysis. The g-C3N4 modified CuWO4 sample showed huge surface area (108 m2 g−1) and high porous nature (32.53 nm), which is identified by BET method. The significant reduction in the band gap (2.91–2.33 eV) and suppress the recombination rate of electron–hole pairs was also identified by UV–Vis absorption and Photoluminescence spectra results. The optimized ratio (3:1) of composite sample (CWG3) displayed high photocatalytic activity of RhB such as huge efficiency (95%), high first order kinetics (is 0.0913 min−1) and long term stability (loss only 3.2). This might be attributed to the coactions between the CuWO4 nanoparticles over the surface of g-C3N4 nanosheets. Moreover, slighter reduction in the band gap energy and privilege the reduction to the recombination process of electron–hole pairs are the important factors to enhancing the photocatalytic capability of the composite catalysts. The practice of using reinforcement in concrete is one of the most effective methods used in construction from very long time. IS codehave many things to utilize while designing the structure for sound and better stability and selection of the material is one of them. Concrete is one of the most important material for construction of various structures and it exists in various grades like M20, M25, M30 etc where 'M' represents mix design value and the succeeding number indicates strength of concrete in MPa. For proving reinforcement to concrete steel bars are used which comes in different grades like Fe250,Fe415 and Fe500. These bars provide greater tensile strength to structure and ultimately improves stability and life of structure. In this report an attempt is made to identify the effect of hook shapes on development length, percentage of confined reinforcement in compression on bond strength. Cable stayed bridges have been popular in recent decades for providing free space between two piers for the movement of ships and other water bodies; thus, the concept of cable stayed bridges is popular in this century. The conceptual design of a bridge structure is determined by the structure's reliability, serviceability, visual appearance, and cost. The Cable Stayed Bridge is the best design example of a bridge structure that meets all of the following requirements with remarkable efficiency. Wind Analysis is done on Cable Stayed Bridge and then the result is compared with wind analysis on Single Tied Arch Bridge. The bridge is considered in Zone II and all the Clauses in this work are from IRC 6-2016. A study was conducted to determine the reasons that black patients with hemophilia A (factor VIII deficiency) develop inhibitors against factor VIII when administered as a replacement therapy. Results showed that mismatched factor VIII replacement therapy could be the reason for the development of anti-factor VIII alloantibodies.

In today’s world, women entrepreneurs play an imperative role and they have become central figure of the global business environment and it is really important for the inexorable monetary progression and social progress. Though women play a vital role in the society still their entrepreneurial capabilities have not been appropriately tapped due to the inferior position of women in Indian society. The foremost purpose of this article is to find out the status of women entrepreneurs in India and it also focuses on rationale grounds behind women entrepreneurship. Furthermore, the present paper focuses on the analysis of Indian Government policies on women entrepreneurship and also to analyze those policies which are adequate for the growth of women entrepreneurship. Main reasons for women to become an entrepreneur, the institutions that are serving the women, to put their views into action are also included in this study. Moderate blood transfusion of surgical sickle-cell-anemia patients may be as effective as heavy transfusion in preventing surgical complications. Furthermore, moderate transfusion may be less likely to cause transfusion complications. Researchers followed a moderate transfusion protocol with 301 surgical sickle-cell-patients, and heavy transfusion protocol with 303 surgical, sickle-cell-patients. Both transfusion protocols aimed to maintain a hemoglobin level of 10 grams/deciliter, but the heavy protocol also aimed to keep hemoglobin S levels below 30%. The rate of serious surgical complications was 35% in the moderate transfusion group and 31% in the heavy transfusion group. However, the rate of transfusion complications was 7% in the moderate transfusion group and 14% in the heavy transfusion group. Thus, moderate transfusion resulted in half as many transfusion complications as heavy transfusion.
