The purpose of this study is to examine empirically the effect of government spending on healthcare systems on malaysia's economic growth during the early stages of the Covid 19 epidemic. Even as society became aware of the potential dangers of Covid 19, there has been a massive effort to rapidly increase capacity in the healthcare system. In Malaysia, in addition to emphasising the importance of strict adherence to the Movement Control Order (MCO), the government announced an immediate increase in funding for healthcare services as part of the initial phase fiscal policy reply to the Covid 19 outbreak. This study employed Dynamic Panel Data, also identified as a longitudinal study, and collected data over a four-month period, from December 2019 to March 2020, in five Asian countries involved with Covid 19. This study discovered that the Dynamic Panel Data System GMM Estimation model is suitable for interpreting the results, indicating that government expenditure on Covid-19 (p-value = 0.036), unemployment rate and inflation rate have a significant relationship with healthcare sector growth of 1%, 2%, and 5%, respectively. This study applies the empirical analysis and focuses on a new parameter dimension of poverty modelling to improve FDI inflows focusing on the agriculture sector. Data from 2005 to 2019 were collected to determine the relationship between the variables. The models that were being used are the Random and Fixed Effects Method. The test was performed to examine the causal relationship between poverty and FDI in agriculture, inflation and FDI in agriculture, technology advancement and FDI in agriculture and infrastructure, and FDI in agriculture. Random Effects Method is used to analyze the data where there is an assumption that no fixed effects and used to make inferences about the population from where the variables were taken. While the Fixed Effects Method was used to estimate the coefficient of the model of all the variables. According to the results of econometric estimations based on the Random and Fixed effects Model, poverty has positive effects and is statistically significant in the OECD developing region. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the environmental impact of service sector growth on the tourism performance. The importance of tourism industry and the concept and dimensions of service sectors was reviewed initially and then the environmental impact of service sector in tourism was studied specifically. Upon examining the study, a yearly time series data from the period of 1995 to 2018 of Malaysia were used. Models, methods or analysis such as Descriptive Statistic Analysis, Correlation of Variables, Residual Plot, Normality Plot and regression analysis test. This empirical results proof that this outcome has demonstrated that higher mean will result higher standard deviation and vice versa. On the other hand, Correlation of Variables showed positive relationship between tourism performance and service sector growth level with all the variables. For the regression analysis the value of coefficient determined the positive relationship between those variables to the tourism performance in Malaysia. The results extracted from regression test indicated that tourism growth, all variables at level seems to be stationary a significance of 5%. Lastly, environmental impact of service sector has significant influence on tourism performance in Malaysia. The manufacturing business activities, operations and decisions are highly influenced by the current trend on green technology practices, which emerged from the sustainability concept. In the interest of enhancing sustainability development, the need to adopt green technology practices (GTP) is crucial for firms to considered. Prominent scholars in the sustainability studies had found a positive relationship between sustainability practices and firm performance. The aims of this paper is to analyse GTP's effects toward firm performance and the mediation effects of GTP through green technology drivers. Data were collected from 280 Malaysian manufacturing firms to empirically examine the relationships that existed among green technology drivers, GTP and firm performance. Utilizing the SEM-AMOS procedures, the study revealed that two green technology drivers (resource availability and market dynamics) have positive effect on GTP and it fully mediated the link between GTP and performance. Thus, the empirical results confirmed the effects of green technology drivers and GTP in enhancing firm performance. Hence, this research urged that firms should strengthen the practices related to green initiatives internally rather than focusing on external environment to improve firm performance. Furthermore, firms should clearly define the types of GTP that fit to their long term strategic goal with concurrent enhancement to the firm's green sustainable competitive advantage. In fact, in the formulation of energy-related policies and the operation of the energy market, the public has an active role to play. This study presents an assessment of public awareness, acceptance, and attitudes toward the sustainability of environmental health in order to develop low-carbon communities by focusing on 100 respondents in Malaysia. A survey method is employed to collect data where a structured questionnaire was distributed in the Klang Valley area. The quantitative data obtained from the respondents were analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. The research findings reveal a significant relationship between the dependent variable (sustainability of environmental health) and the three independent variables of environmental awareness, acceptance, and attitudes, where environmental awareness serves as a strong predictor of the sustainability of environmental health, followed by attitude and acceptance. It is therefore important to examine public environmental awareness, acceptance, and attitudes towards the sustainability of environmental health in order to provide insights required for successful Malaysia policy formulation. This research explores determinants of job rotation among employees in education sector. Job rotation has become one of technique used by employers to rotate their employees' assigned jobs throughout their employment. Most employers use job rotation as a strategy for employees to take new tasks on different jobs for a period of time before rotating back to their original position. According to Azzam (2013), job rotation is an effective administrative tool, and it is used in many organizations to achieve different goals. This research can be used for organization or employers to understand the determinants of job rotation among employees. So, a questionnaire were distributed among employees in education sector. This study are using descriptive survey to investigate the relationship between motivation, training, skill and knowledge and performance toward job rotation. Total of 342 set of questionnaire were collected out of 400 respondent. The dependent and independent variables were analysed by mean, and standard deviation and mean of frequency distribution. Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software are use in this project. Factors such as motivation, training, skill and knowledge and performance is influence the determinants of job rotation among employees in education sector were analysed. In this study, revealed that motivation, training, skill and knowledge and performance belief have significant relationship with determinants of job rotation among employees in education sector.
