This study examines the local singularities of tube surfaces, especially those of swept surfaces $ (SS) $ in Euclidean 3-space $ \mathcal{E}^{3} $. $ SS $ is created by moving a planar curve through space such that the trajectory of any point on the surface remains perpendicular to the plane. The Type-2 Bishop frame is considered, and the singularities of these $ SS $ are analyzed. Examples are offered and illustrated.

In this work, we investigate the synthesis problem of slant spacelike ruled surfaces and associated Bertrand offsets (BO) in E13 (Minkowsk 3-space). We provide the parametric equation for a non-developable spacelike ruled surface (SLRS) by using the Blaschke frame (BF). This results in the amplitude to control a family of curvature functions defining the domestic form of this SLRS. Therefore, we found the appropriate SLRS criteria to be slant SLRS. Thus, several new Bertrand offsets (BO) for slant SLRS are investigated and constructed.

In this treatise, several relationships are improved for the axodes of one-parameter spatial movements. Results are devised in some theorems which characterize many kinematical and geometrical properties of the movements employing the geometrical data of the stationary and movable axodes. An example illustrates the application of the formulae derived. Our findings contribute to a greater understanding of the similarities between spatial movements and axodes, with possible applications in fields such as mechanical engineering.

In this paper, based on the E. Study map, clear terms are offered for the differential equations of one-parameter Lorentzian spatial kinematics that are coordinate system-independent. This cancels the request of demanding coordinate transformations that are typically required in the determination of the canonical systems. With the suggested technique, new proofs of the Disteli formulae of a spacelike line trajectory are instantly gained and their spatial equivalents are studied in detail. As a consequence, we address the kinematic geometry of a point trajectory for the one-parameter Lorentzian spherical and planar movements.

The main interest of this work is to construct surface family pair with the symmetry of Bertrand pair in Euclidean 3-space $ \mathbb{E}^{3} $. Then, by employing the Serret-Frenet frame, we conclude the sufficient and necessary conditions of surface family pair interpolating Bertrand pair as mutual geodesic curves. Moreover, the conclusion to ruled surface family pair is also obtained. Meanwhile, this work is demonstrated through several examples.

A timelike (TL) constant axis ruled surface in E13 (Minkowski 3-space), as determined by its ruling, forms a constant dual angle with its Disteli-axis (striction axis or curvature axis). In this article, we employ the symmetry through point geometry of Lorentzian dual curves and the line geometry of TL ruled surfaces. This produces the capability to expound a set of curvature functions that specify the local configurations of TL ruled surfaces. Then, we gain some new constant axis ruled surfaces in Lorentzian line space and their geometrical illustrations. Further, we also earn several organizations among a TL constant axis ruled surface and its striction curve.

This paper derives the expressions for kinematic-geometry of lines with special trajectories in spatial kinematics by means of the E. Study map. A particular assurance goes to the 2nd order movement characteristics for extracting a new proof of the Disteli formulae of the axodes. In this paper, we address a new version of Darboux frame using a common tangent vector field to a surface along a curve and call this frame the rotation minimizing Darboux frame (RMDF). Then, we give the parametric equation due to the RMDF frame for a sweeping surface and show that the parametric curves on this surface are curvature lines. Consequently, necessary and sufficient conditions for sweeping surfaces to be developable ruled surfaces are derived. Also, we analyze the conditions when the resulting developable surface is a cylinder, cone or tangential surface. We also provide some examples to illustrate the main results.

In this paper, we investigate and specify the Bertrand offsets of slant ruled and developable surfaces in Euclidean 3-space E3. This is accomplished by utilizing the symmetry of slant curves. As a consequence of this, we present the parameterization of the Bertrand offsets for any slant ruled and developable surfaces. In addition to this, we investigate the monarchies of these ruled surfaces and assign them their own unique classification. Also, we illustrate some examples of slant ruled surfaces.

In this paper using the Blaschke approach we generalized the Bertrand curves to spacelike ruled and developable surfaces. It is proved that, every spacelike ruled surface have a Bertrand offset if and only if an equation should be fulfilled among their dual integral invariants. Consequently, some new relationships and theorems for the developability of the Bertrand offsets of spacelike ruled surfaces are outlined.

In this paper, we have parameterized a timelike (Tlike) circular surface (CIsurface) and have obtained its geometric properties, including striction curves, singularities, Gaussian and mean curvatures. Afterward, the situation for a Tlike roller coaster surface (RCOsurface) to be a flat or minimal surface is examined in detail. Further, we illustrate the approach’s outcomes with a number of pertinent examples.

A principal curve on a surface plays a paramount role in reasonable implementations. A curve on a surface is a principal curve if its tangents are principal directions. Using the Serret–Frenet frame, the surface pencil couple can be expressed as linear combinations of the components of the local frames in Galilean 3-space G3. With these parametric representations, a family of surfaces using principal curves (curvature lines) are constructed, and the necessary and sufficient condition for the given Bertrand couple to be the principal curves on these surfaces are derived in our approach. Moreover, the necessary and sufficient condition for the given Bertrand couple to satisfy the principal curves and the geodesic requirements are also analyzed. As implementations of our main consequences, we expound upon some models to confirm the method.

The main outcome of this work is the construction of a surface pencil with a similarity to Bertrand curves in Euclidean 3-space E3. Then, by exploiting the Serret–Frenet frame, we deduce the sufficient and necessary conditions for a surface pencil with Bertrand curves as joint curvature lines. Consequently, the expansion to the ruled surface pencil is also designed. As demonstrations of our essential findings, we illustrate some models to emphasize the process.

In this paper, we obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions of a surface pencil pair interpolating a Bertrand pair as common asymptotic curves in Euclidean 3-space E3. Afterwards, the conclusion to the ruled surface pencil pair is also obtained. Meanwhile, the epitomes are stated to emphasize that the proposed methods are effective in product manufacturing by adjusting the shapes of the surface pencil pair.

Given a smooth space curve, we derive the sufficient and necessary condition for the given curve to be geodesic on it. Furthermore, we resolve the conditions when the surface is a ruled surface. Consequently, its ability to develop with the mutual geodesic of the elements of the surface family is researched. Meanwhile, we explain this approach by submitting considerable examples.

This paper gives new characteristic properties of non-null spherical and rectifying curves in Minkowski 3-space E13. In the light of the causal characteristics, we give some representations of rectifying non-null curves. Additionally, we proved that the tangential function of every non-null curve fulfills a third-order differential equation. Then, a number of well-known characteristic properties of rectifying, Lorentzian, and hyperbolic spherical curves are consequences of this differential equation.

Dual representations of the Bertrand offset-surfaces are specified and several new results are gained in terms of their integral invariants. A new description of Bertrand offsets of developable surfaces is given. Furthermore, several relationships through the striction curves of Bertrand offsets of ruled surfaces and their integral invariants are obtained.

This paper investigates the kinematic differential geometry of a line trajectory in spatial movement. Specifically, we provide a theoretical expression of inflection line congruence, which is the spatial equivalent of the inflection circle of planar kinematics. Additionally, we introduce new proofs for the Euler–Savary and Disteli formulae and thoroughly analyze their spatial equivalence.

Subsequently, a new type of spacelike circular surface was distinguished and named as the spacelike roller coaster surface. Meanwhile, we support the outcomes of the work by some examples.

In this work, we have specified a sweeping surface and have examined its geometry and singularity. Thereafter, we deduced the circumstances required for this surface to be a developable surface. In great detail, we concentrated on the fundamental discussion on whether the resulting developable surface is a cylindrical, cone or tangent surface. Meanwhile, examples are detailed to explain the applications of the notional outcomes.

The Bishop frame or rotation minimizing frame (RMF) is an alternative approach to define a moving frame that is well defined even when the curve has vanished second derivative, and it has been widely used in the areas of computer graphics, engineering, and biology. The main aim of this paper is using the RMF for classification of singularity type of timelike sweeping surface and Bishop spherical Darboux image which is mightily concerning a unit speed spacelike curve with timelike binormal vector in E13.

In this work, we introduce a time-like ruled surface in one-parameter hyperbolic dual spherical motions. This provides the ability to derive some formulae of surface theory into line spaces. Then, a time-like Plücker conoid associated with the motion has been obtained, and its kinematic geometry is researched in detail. Consequently, a characterization for a time-like ruled surface to be a constant Disteli-axis is derived and investigated in detail. At last, we have discussed some special cases which lead to some special time-like ruled surfaces such as the time-like helicoids, Lorentzian sphere, and time-like cone.

Let M and M∗ be two timelike surfaces in Minkowski 3-space ℝ13. If there exists a spacelike (timelike) Darboux line congruence between each point of M and M∗, then the surfaces are timelike Weingarten surfaces. It turns out their Tschebyscheff angles are solutions of the Sinh-Gordon equation, and the surfaces are related to each other by Backlund’s transformation. Finally, a method to construct new timelike Weingarten surface has been found.

In this paper, we consider the singularities and geometrical properties of timelike developable surfaces with Bishop frame in Minkowski 3-space. Taking advantage of the singularity theory, we give the classification of generic singularities of these developable surfaces. Furthermore, an example of application is given to illustrate the applications of the results.

The approach of the paper is on spacelike circular surfaces in the Minkowski 3-space. A spacelike circular surface is a one-parameter family of Lorentzian circles with a fixed radius regarding a non-null curve, which acts as the spine curve, and it has symmetrical properties. In the study, we have parametrized spacelike circular surfaces and have provided their geometric and singularity properties such as Gaussian and mean curvatures, comparing them with those of ruled surfaces and the classification of singularities. Furthermore, the conditions for spacelike roller coaster surfaces to be flat or minimal surfaces are obtained. Meanwhile, we support the results of the approach with some examples.

The timelike circular surface with a constant radius could be swept out by moving a Lorentzian circle with its center while following a non-lightlike curve called the spine curve. In the present study, we have parameterized timelike circular surfaces and examined their geometric properties, such as singularities and striction curves, corresponding with those of ruled surfaces. After that, a different kind of timelike circular surface was determined and named the timelike roller coaster surface. Meanwhile, we support the results of this work with some examples.

E. Study map is one of the most basic and powerful mathematical tools to study lines in line geometry, it has symmetry property. In this paper, based on the E. In this paper, we give the parametric equation of the Bishop frame for a timelike sweeping surface with a unit speed timelike curve in Minkowski 3-space. We introduce a new geometric invariant to explain the geometric properties and local singularities of this timelike surface. We derive the sufficient and necessary conditions for this timelike surface to be a timelike developable ruled surface. Afterwards, we take advantage of singularity theory to give the classification of singularities of this timelike developable surface. Furthermore, we give some representative examples to show the applications of the theoretical results.

Symmetry is a frequently recurring theme in mathematics, nature, science, etc. In mathematics, its most familiar manifestation appears in geometry, most notably line geometry, and in other closely related areas. In this study, we take advantage of the symmetry properties of both dual space and original space in order to transfer problems in original space to dual space. We use E. Study Mappingas a direct method for analyzing the kinematic geometry of timelike ruled and developable surfaces. Then, the invariants for a spacelike line trajectory are studied and the well-known formulae of Hamilton and Mannheim on the theory of surfaces are provenfor the line space. Meanwhile, a timelike Plücker conoid generated by the Disteli-axis is derived and its kinematic geometry is discussed. Finally, some equations for particular timelike ruled surfaces, such as the general timelike helicoid, the Lorentzian sphere, and the timelike cone, are derived and plotted.

Then, the sufficient and necessary conditions for the sweeping surface to be a developable ruled surface were obtained. In particular, we mostly focused on the study of the resulting developable surface is a cylinder, cone, or tangent surface. Meanwhile, to support the results in the paper, some illustrative examples are presented.

Based on the E. Study's map, we study a timelike ruled surface as a curve on the hyperbolic dual unit sphere in dual Lorentzian 3-space $\mathbb{D}_{1}^{3}$. Then, as applications of the singularity theory of smooth functions, we define the notation of evolutes for timelike ruled surfaces and establish the relationships between their geometric invariants. Finally, an example of application is introduced and explained in detail.
