This review embarks on a comprehensive journey, exploring the application of lignocellulosic biomass materials as highly effective adsorbents for the removal of textile dyes (cationic and anionic dyes) from wastewater. A literature review and analysis were conducted to identify existing gaps in previous research on the use of lignocellulosic biomass for dye removal. This study investigates the factors and challenges associated with dye removal methods and signifies their uses. The study delves into the pivotal role of several parameters influencing adsorption, such as contact time, pH, concentration, and temperature. It then critically examines the adsorption isotherms, unveiling the equilibrium relationship between adsorbent and dye and shedding light on the mechanisms of their interaction. The adsorption process kinetics are thoroughly investigated, and a detailed examination of the adsorbed rate of dye molecules onto lignocellulosic biomass materials is carried out. This includes a lively discussion of the pseudo-first, pseudo-second, and intra-particle diffusion models. The thermodynamic aspects of the adsorption process are also addressed, elucidating the feasibility and spontaneity of the removal process under various temperature conditions. The paper then dives into desorption studies, providing insights into the regeneration potential of lignocellulosic biomass materials for sustainable reusability. The environmental impact and cost-effectiveness of employing lignocellulosic biomass materials in textiles including Congo Red, Reactive Black 5, Direct Yellow 12, Crystal Violet, Malachite Green, Acid Yellow 99, and others dyes from wastewater treatment are discussed, emphasizing the significance of eco-friendly solutions. In summary, this review brings together a wealth of diverse studies and findings to present a comprehensive overview of lignocellulosic biomass materials as adsorbents for textile cationic and anionic dye removal, encompassing various aspects from influential parameters to kinetics, adsorption isotherms, desorption, and thermodynamics studies. Its scope and other considerations are also discussed along with its benefits. The dielectric properties of a mixed Zethrene-inspired nanoscale system ( S i Z -1, σ k Z -5/2) have been analyzed in detail using the Monte Carlo approach (MCa) in this study. First, the most stable configurations in different planes were investigated. Then, the influences of the physical factors, namely the coupling interaction factor, on the thermal behaviors of the polarization and the susceptibility of the studied nanostructure have been examined for nonzero temperatures and fixed external electric field values. It was found that the obtained transition temperature point relies weakly on the coupling interaction. Finally, the effects of the physical factors on the electric hysteresis cycles were discussed. In this study, Monte Carlo investigation delves into the dielectric features of silicene–germanene nanosystem with junction connection. We emphasized the profound influence of physical parameters, coupling between Si–Si and Ge–Ge atoms and temperature, on these dielectric features. Our results highlight the pivotal role of the coupling parameter between Ge atoms in influencing blocking temperatures, underlining the significance of high values for spin and coupling parameters for achieving a high blocking temperature and delaying transitions. Furthermore, our analysis of electric hysteresis loops demonstrates their sensitivity to parameter variations, which can offer valuable insights for nanoelectronics and materials science applications. This scientific paper presents a comprehensive investigation into the behavior of electric hysteresis cycles and polarization plateaus in the MXene-like system. Utilizing Monte Carlo simulations (MCs), the study explores the effects of ferrielectric and crystal field parameters on these phenomena. The coercive electric field and the surface characteristics of the loops in the electric hysteresis cycles are analyzed, along with the critical and saturation electric fields in the polarization plateaus. The research findings provide insights into the control of the MXene-like system, offering opportunities to optimize MXene materials for diverse applications. This current study examines the magnetic behavior of a mixed CrI3 monolayer nanosystem using Monte Carlo simulations. The main objective was to examine the impact of variations in ferrimagnetic coupling parameters (JσS), external magnetic field (H) and crystal field (|D|) on the blocking temperature. The analysis reveals the emergence of a compensation temperature for |D| = 2 and 3. In addition, the hysteresis behavior analysis highlights how changes in JσS, D and T affect the magnetic behavior of the system. Decreasing JσS values show similar trends, with additional loops and magnetization plateaus attributed to negative JσS values. These results deepen our understanding of the magnetic property of CrI3 monolayer nanosystem and pave the way for applications in advanced magnetic materials and devices. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A monolayer anthracene-like nanostructure was investigated through Monte Carlo simulations to determine its compensation temperature and magnetic hysteresis cycle. Also, the effects of exchange coupling on compensation and transition temperatures were discussed. Additionally, the magnetic hysteresis cycles and magnetic coercive field as well as the surface of multi-loop hysteresis were studied with respect to strong exchange coupling and temperature parameters. This research employs Monte Carlo simulations to explore the ground state phase diagrams, hysteresis cycles, and magnetization plateaus of hexagonal boron nitride-like system. Specifically, the ground state phase diagrams are meticulously analyzed with respect to the crystalline field (D), exchange coupling parameter ( J A B ), and external magnetic field (H), and are presented on the (D , H), (D , J A B ), and ( J A B , H) planes. The study observes various stable spin configurations for different parameter values. Furthermore, this investigation delves into the behavior of sublattices of the magnetization plateaus, under the influence of exchange coupling parameter ( J A B ), temperature (T), and the crystalline field (D). This paper presents a study on the dielectric characteristics of the Bi-MXene lattice using Monte Carlo simulations through the Metropolis algorithm. The study utilizes the Blume–Capel Ising model to analyze the dielectric characteristics under the effects of temperature, ferrielectric parameter, and external electric longitudinal and crystalline fields. Also, it examines the impact of the ferrielectric parameter J A B , the external electric field ( E Z) , and the crystalline field on the behavior of the blocking temperature ( T B). The results suggest a significant influence of the physical parameters on the blocking temperature analyzed in this study. Additionally, these findings hold implications on ferrielectric materials.
