The most promising application of solar energy is the conversion of solar energy into electrical energy by using solar photovoltaic (PV) panel. The performance of solar based PV panel is definitely influenced by the amount of solar radiation, which are reaching on the panel surface. Since the solar PV panels are operating in open atmosphere dust particles get deposited on their surfaces and most of the times they have to work in this condition. These deposited dust particles create a layer of dust particles over the panel surface which prevents the 100% penetration of solar radiation into the panel surface. Therefore, proper cleaning of the panel surface becomes very necessary. In order to improve the performance of the PV panel an automatic microcontroller driven dust cleaning technique is developed which is capable of removing the accumulated dust particles from the PV panel surface. Moreover, an experimental study has been performed to analyse the efficiency of this developed technique. The developed cleaning system showed an improvement of 27.98% in the output power of PV panel when compared to the dusty panel. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Agriculture is the backbone of the Indian economy. There are different agricultural operations that play a critical role in overall crop development. Farmers are in search of sustainable technologies that can contribute to their overall economy and improve efficiency. The paper deals to design a vibratory cultivator that saves the time and energy for the farming community. A four-bar mechanism is designed and developed to vibrate the cultivator. A proper analytical synthesis procedure is adopted, such as five precision position method for a particular vibratory tillage trajectory available from the literature. The dimensions of the four-bar mechanism are validated through MATLAB, and it is confirmed that the designed four-bar mechanism traces the path accurately for vibratory tillage operation. Oral health professionals are at high risk of developing COVID-19 infection due to their practice of close proximity to the patients. Patients in daily dental practice can be seen with basic protection protocol. Routine and elective dental procedures should be cancelled during this pandemic situation and could be rescheduled when the situation eases. In practice, as of universal prevention strategy, all patients should be assumed as COVID-19 infected and treated accordingly. Adequate standards of hygiene and protection should be adopted for all patients to avoid potential transmission risks. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it would be crucial to categorize oral and maxillofacial surgery cases into: emergency case, urgent case, intermediate case and low priority cases. While there has been a growing literature suggesting the aspect of critical care associated in treating these patients, ample of evidence indicates how this COVID-19 pandemic will affect surgical practice. Here we highlight the current unfavorable situation due to COVID -19 and offer recommendations for changes to dental and maxillofacial surgical practices. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
