The paper discusses the behavioral analysis and dependability of a three-unit system utilizing RPGT for system parameters. Since all three units P, Q and R include parallel subcomponents, in the event that one of them fails, the system continues to operate although at a reduced capacity, but it is not profitable to run the system when two units are in reduced state hence considered failed state. The rates of failures are exponentially distributed, but the rates of repair are generalized, independent, and differ based on the operational unit. Fuzzy concept is used to declare/determine whether the system is in failed/reduced/failed state. Graphs and tables are drawn to compare failure/repair effect on the parameters values. The system parameters are modelled using Regenerative Point graphical Technique (RPGT) and optimized using Deep learning methods such as Adam, SGD, RMS prop. In this paper, Optimization of System Parameters of 2:3 Good Serial System controlled with the help of a controlling unit Using Deep Learning Optimization with packing unit in series with priority in repair and single server which never fails is carried out. There are three units of different capacities working in parallel in which if three/two units are working then the system is working at full/reduced capacity. Working of these online parallel and offline units is managed by the controlling unit, which also manages the preventive maintenance of all type of units, together with a 24/7 repair facility is modeled for reliability performance measurements. Taking exponential failure and repair rates of units and facilities a steady state transition diagram (depicting transition rates and states) is drawn using Markov process. Interaction of femtosecond laser pulses with metallic tips have been studied extensively and they have proved to be a very good source of ultrashort electron pulses. We present our study of interaction of Laguerre-Gaussian (LG) laser modes with Tungsten tips. We report a change in the order of the interaction for LG beams and the difference in the order of interaction is attributed to ponderomotive shifts in the energy levels corresponding to the enhanced near field intensity supported by numerical simulations.

The aim of the study is to understand the e-KrishiShiksha, an e-Learning platform for agriculture education in India. An e-learning portal called e-KrishiShiksha had a significant impact on India's agricultural research and extension programs. According to the study, out of seven-degree programs, most students (56.2%) registered for the B.Sc. (agricultural) degree program. This was followed by the B.Sc. (Horticulture) 15.3%, B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering) 11.3%, and B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) 6.4%. According to the report, university-wise across the country majority of users registered in MPKV Rahuri University (8.9%), followed by IGKV Raipur (5.6%) and TNAU, Coimbatore (4.7%). The reconstruction of 3D images is always a difficult task for the researchers. The 3D reconstruction of the image is a core technique of various fields such as Computer graphics, computer vision, CAD systems, medical science, computer application, etc. Reconstruction of the 3D image allows us to gather the quantitative features of the objects such as the shape, size, and volume of the objects. The existing computer algorithms need spatial dimension information to make the distinguished inference from the given 3D image which is not always possible. This paper simplifies the 3D reconstruction of the image. This research paper introduced a novel algorithm for the representation of the Three Dimensional images into a textual form. The syntactic approach is used for the extraction of the features of the image and these are called knowledge vectors. The knowledge vector consists of the direction information and length information. This a new approach in the field of image processing where images can be represented as a knowledge vector and it could be a great contribution in the field where security is a major concern. Further, the knowledge vector is used for the reconstruction of the 3D image. The performance of the algorithm is evaluated on the PASCAL 3D + and example-based Synthesis of the 3D Object Arrangements dataset. According to the obtained results, the proposed methodology is having better accuracy, and the processing time of reconstruction of the original 3D image is 1.02 Seconds. The paper investigates the performance of DWT (Discrete Wavelet Transform) and CWT (Continuous Wavelet Transform) techniques based on On – Off keying modulation (OOK) for reduced BER with increase in SNR in optical wireless system. In this work, the effects of Inter-symbol Interference (ISI) and light interference on Artificial Neural Network (ANN) receiver are analyzed and reported. In proposed optical wireless system the On- Off Keying (OOK) modulation is used at receiver to analyze BER and SNR. In the heart, excitation-contraction (E-C) coupling is mediated by Ca2+ release from sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) through the interactions of proteins forming the Ca2+ release unit (CRU). Among them, calsequestrin (CSQ) and histidine-rich Ca2+ binding protein (HRC) are known to bind the charged luminal region of triadin (TRN) and thus directly or indirectly regulate ryanodine receptor 2 (RyR2) activity. However, the mechanisms of CSQ and HRC mediated regulation of RyR2 activity through TRN have remained unclear. We first examined the minimal KEKE motif of TRN involved in the interactions with CSQ2, HRC and RyR2 using TRN deletion mutants and in vitro binding assays. The results showed that CSQ2, HRC and RyR2 share the same KEKE motif region on the distal part of TRN (aa 202- 231). Second, in vitro binding assays were conducted to examine the Ca2+ dependence of protein-protein interactions (PPI). The results showed that TRN-HRC interaction had a bell-shaped Ca2+ dependence, which peaked at pCa4, whereas TRN-CSQ2 or TRN-RyR2 interaction did not show such Ca2+ dependence pattern. Third, competitive binding was conducted to examine whether CSQ2, HRC, or RyR2 affects the TRN-HRC or TRN-CSQ2 binding at pCa4. Among them, only CSQ2 or RyR2 competitively inhibited TRN-HRC binding, suggesting that HRC can confer functional refractoriness to CRU, which could be beneficial for reloading of Ca2+ into SR at intermediate Ca2+ concentrations.
