This study delves into the exploration of hybrid nanofluids within the context of a stretching cylinder, a domain that has captivated numerous researchers owing to its pivotal applications in industrial manufacturing processes, particularly in metal forming and stretch dies. The authors, recognizing the significance of these applications, have introduced a novel heat transfer fluid termed hybrid nanofluid, comprising molybdenum disulfide and carbon nanotubes suspended in the base liquid, water. The investigation focuses on the flow of the hybrid nanofluid within a stretching cylinder, considering various influential factors such as Joule heating, thermal radiation, porous medium, and magnetic field effects. To model this complex problem, we employed modified Navier–Stokes equations. Employing similarity transformations, assumptions, and non-dimensional parameters, the problem was effectively simplified. The MATLAB bvp4c technique, a well-established numerical approach, was then employed to solve the resulting mathematical formulation. Graphical representations are presented to illustrate various aspects of the flow, facilitating a comprehensive understanding of the system. Comparisons are drawn among the flow characteristics of mono nanofluid, and the developed hybrid nanofluid. It is noted from the current analysis that the temperature strength increases with higher values of the magnetic field parameter, curvature parameter, radiation parameter, and Eckert number in both fluid cases. The Nusselt number increases with higher values of Prandtl number and thermal relaxation parameter. The identified patterns in velocity distribution, temperature strength, and fluid behavior provide a valuable foundation for optimizing thermal efficiency in diverse industrial applications. By leveraging the insights gained from this research, manufacturers can make informed decisions to enhance heat transfer processes, particularly in areas such as metal forming and stretch dies. This work explores the effect of activation energy on bioconvection flow of oxytactic microorganisms with nano-encapsulated phase change materials in complex shaped enclosure. The inner wavy wall is partially fixed at the constant high temperature. The proposed problem has been modeled first using the conservation laws and then simulated by utilizing finite element method. The discretized system of nonlinear algebraic equation is computed using the Newtons method. The obtained results have been analyzed for the several important controlling parameters. It has been observed that the vortex centers have been established near the adiabatic walls for lower values of Lewis number. The average Sherwood number and density of motile microorganism are the increasing functions of chemical reaction parameter. In this study, the effects of suction and buoyancy are used to analyze the Ternary hybrid nanofluid flow on a stretching sheet through a porous media. Ternary hybrid nanofluid is (Carbon nanotubes) CNT + Graphene + Al 2 O 3 with base fluid as Water. Case-1 Buoyancy Assisting flow and Case-2 Buoyancy Opposing flow. The thermal bioconvective investigation of magnetized Reiner-Rivlin nanofluid is the focus of research. The suspension of microorganisms is necessary to assess the stability of nanofluids and their consistent functioning. The heat transfer results are influenced by the radiated impact and the impacts of an external heating source. One might propose the use of the Cattaneo-Christov heat flux technique to simulate heat and mass transport difficulties. The convective boundary conditions are used for the analysis of the flow problem. The issue is modeled using a differential system. Incorporating dimensionless variables greatly simplifies the translation of the governing issue. The numerical simulation of the final system is performed using the shooting approach. The impact of settings on the thermal issue is evaluated and shown visually using graphs. Various uses of parameters in the thermal model have been presented. The heat transfer is found to increase because of the Reiner-Rivlin fluid parameter. The concentration profile decreases because of the concentration relaxation parameter. The demand for efficient applications of solar energy and nanomaterials has grown significantly in recent years due to industrial needs and the desire to minimize energy consumption and costs. However, the efficiency of photovoltaic cells and solar-powered ships is highly dependent on solar radiation. In this study, a model for the installation of a parabolic trough surface collector (PTSC) was developed to achieve high temperatures on solar-powered ships. The current study analyzed the thermal characterization function in solar-powered ships under the effect of heat radiation, magnetic field, and viscous dissipation by employing hybrid magnetite particles (Fe3O4) and silver (Ag). The Cattaneo–Christov model has been used to assess heat flux in the thermal boundary layer. The Galerkin weighted residual method (GWRM) has been employed to solve the ordinary differential equations using MATHEMATICA 11.3 software. The findings showed that the thermal efficiency of the hybrid nanofluid was significantly enhanced by 56.3% relative percentage. AbstractThe stretching surface flow phenomenon plays novel significance in the differential industrial sectors like manufacturing processes, food processing, polymers, petroleum engineering, glass fiber production, metal spinning, and many others. This research focuses on investigating the flow of electroosmotic-driven transport of magnetic Casson fluid over an exponential stretching sheet. The study employs mathematical modeling based on partial differential equations which are further truncated into ordinary system under the implementation of dimensionless variables. The quartic B-spline method is applied for obtaining solutions. Key findings indicate that electroosmotic and Helmholtz–Smoluchowski effects enhance fluid velocity, while magnetic forces reduce velocity. In this paper, we study the influence of heat transfer on the peristaltic transport of an incompressible magnetohydrodynamic second grade fluid in vertical symmetric and asymmetric channels. The channel asymmetry is produced by choosing the peristaltic wave train on the walls to have different amplitudes and phase. The flow is investigated in the wave frame of reference moving with velocity of the wave. Perturbation solutions are obtained for the stream function, temperature and pressure gradient under long wave length assumption. Pressure difference and frictional force are discussed through numerical integration. The influence of various parameters of interest on the flow are discussed and also the graphical results are obtained for different wave forms.

The present study analyzes the boundary layer flow behavior of single‐walled Titania nanotube (SWTNT)–water nanofluid over a rotating disk. The main motivation behind such an investigation is that single‐walled Titania nanotubes (SWTNTs) exhibit significant results due to their extensive applications, low cost, high thermal conductivity, dielectric properties, and photocatalytic activities compared to prevalently existing single‐walled carbon nanotubes. The radial and azimuthal slip conditions are implemented. Fourth order Runge–Kutta method along with the shooting technique is applied to obtain the appropriate numerical solution. The relevant outcomes include the fact that the Casson fluid parameter controls the radial velocity of SWTNT‐water nanofluid and radial and tangential slip parameters exhibit the same trend of radial velocity in the presence of SWTNT in the base fluid. The descending trend of radial velocity is due to a rise in the Casson fluid parameter β $\beta $ in the range 0.1≤β≤10 $0.1\le \beta \le 10$. The ranges of other parameters influencing the flow behavior are 0.1≤ε≤0.9, $0.1\le \varepsilon \le 0.9,$0.1≤L1≤0.5, $0.1\le {L}_{1}\le 0.5,$0.1≤L2≤0.9,0.1≤L3≤0.9,0.1≤L4≤2 $0.1\le {L}_{2}\le 0.9,0.1\le {L}_{3}\le 0.9,0.1\le {L}_{4}\le 2$. The non‐Newtonian fluid model helps in controlling the momentum transfer of SWTNT‐water nanofluid. Boundary layer flow of SWTNT‐water nanofluid due to radial stretching is the novelty of our study.
