In this paper, we have examined the topic related to staff stimulation, more specifically, what does it include and why is staff stimulation done? How does it affect workers? What are the challenges and achievements of the training? This paper is based on the research of Kabashi et al. (2015), Jusufi and Ramaj (2020). It is known that stimulation is an important tool for staff development, it is of great importance due to the extraordinary rate of change in the internal and external organizational environment. It is important to ensure that the business is complying with competition rules, this can be achieved through ongoing training. We also organized a survey regarding the expectations from the training, and the experience gained and the results provide answers that prove the theses about the impact of stimulation and motivation on the efficiency and authority that will have during the performance of operational works. The managerial staff of businesses has approximate expectations with benefits and results, proving the thesis that in addition to objective stimulation and motivation such as salary, the staff also needs subjective stimulation by training, evaluating, and feeling important within the business where they work. - Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of bank loans on financing the business activities of manufacturing SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) in Kosovo. Increasing the level of production of these SMEs is vital for a transition economy such as Kosovo. Representatives of Kosovo's 200 SMEs were interviewed regarding loan barriers and financial support from local and EU (European Union) institutions. Kosovo has a limited number of manufacturing SMEs. The random sampling method was used as a sampling method. The data are cross-section. The collected data were analyzed through the probit model. The SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program has also been used to derive statistical results. According to the achieved findings, Not consulting an expert and obtaining loans twice within the analyzed period are significant variables. The results confirm the hypotheses that manufacturing SMEs have obstacles in financing their activities through bank lending and collateral is important for facilitating bank lending., Cilj rada je istražiti utjecaj bankovnih kredita na financiranje poslovnih aktivnosti proizvodnih malih i srednjih poduzeća na Kosovu. Povećanje razine proizvodnje ovih malih i srednjih poduzeća ključno je za tranzicijsko gospodarstvo kao što je Kosovo. Predstavnici 200 kosovskih malih i srednjih poduzeća intervjuirani su u vezi s kreditnim preprekama i financijskom potporom lokalnih i institucija Europske unije.

WESTERN countries ,INNOVATIONS in business ,SALES statistics ,MANUFACTURING industries ,PRODUCTION increases - Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyse the impact of innovation types on the sales growth of manufacturing SMEs in Kosovo. The production base of the Western Balkan countries is very low, so innovations should be developed which are perceived as catalysts for increasing the production capacity of SMEs in these countries. In terms of methodology, the research sample consists of 200 SMEs from the manufacturing sector. The manufacturing sector is not very developed in Kosovo, so this number constitutes 90% of manufacturing SMEs. The achieved results were analysed through logic regression, processing them in the statistical program SPSS. The findings confirm the hypotheses that Marketing innovations and product innovations have a positive impact on increasing sales of these SMEs. Meanwhile, organisational innovations do not have an impact on increasing sales of manufacturing SMEs. This study was conducted with manufacturing SMEs in Kosovo, so the main limitation of this research is the noninclusion of SMEs in other sectors. This research is of particular importance because there is no research that aims to study the impact of innovation types on increasing sales of manufacturing SMEs in Kosovo. Therefore, the results of this research can serve government bodies in drafting policies and strategies for the development of innovative activities of manufacturing SMEs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

For Excel’s calculation of basic (fixed) assets amortisation values, the investigated economic and mathematical foundation with required values and their relations were used. The investigated and introduced theory is adapted to Excel calculations of fixed assets amortisation based on today’s needs. All values for Excel’s calculations are sorted into input and output values, and input to main and nested calculations. Two methods for calculating fixed assets amortisation were introduced using Excel. The first method is based on a linear decreasing function, G(t) = G0 (1-pt), which presents the simple interest calculation of the reduced equities for equal periodic amortisation values. The second method is based on the exponential degrading function, G(t) = G0qt, which presents a complex interest calculation of the reduced equities for periodic amortisation amounts in a descending sequence. The continuity of the introduced functions results from the continuity of: the life of the fixed asset, periodic amortisation, accumulated amortisation and non-amortized amount (residual value) of the fixed asset. It is particularly important to introduce dates with the exact time, for the beginning and the end of each amortisation period of the fixed asset. The theory for Excel’s calculation of the fixed asset output values for an arbitrary (planned or unplanned) term has also been explored and introduced. Such calculations relate mainly to terms of alienation, permanent damage, permanent loss of the process function of a fixed asset and periodic accounting reporting. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The authors of the paper have innovated and explored the theory of size relations of a financial project, the duration of its creation, the determination of its price, the duration of use and financing of the price of a project. The duration of use of a financial project has two planned time intervals. The first time interval is planned for repayment of the loan amount of the project price, and the second one is for acquisition of the planned profit. A new model of loan repayment is used – with different; decursive annuities, interest rates and periods of capitalization. The introduced theory was applied to calculations in the form of a financial project model using Excel. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this paper it will be treated the concept of quality of electronic services. So far we have no precise definition about electronic services. Studies on trade and internet marketing in general treat only features of the websites that add value for customers and improve the efficiency of websites. Categories that are more common in these studies are: value-added services, electronic tools for managing relationships with customers, the functions of websites, offering online, and more. The common element of these topics is the focus on facilitating activities that take consumers to the Internet and the creation of value. Electronic services are defined as processing, distribution and consumption of the results which are mediated by the Internet. Platform of these processes is the website of which serve as interactive medium between (service providers). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Today's modern lifestyle and contemporary ways of working and gaining knowledge in schools and universities could not be imagined without high technology - the Internet. Simply said, internet entered all the pores of contemporary life in big style. If used rationally, internet can truly facilitate work in all spheres of modern man's life. However, internet also has a dark side which comes to light if its excessive use becomes internet addiction, or internet infatuation. We reached this hypothesis through everyday contact with students in class as well as our colleagues teachers. In order to determine if and to what extent internet addiction among students exists, we applied a generic method, that is, we used survey as one of techniques of research. The survey was conducted in October of academic year 2017/2018. Sample of 79 students was selected from first and fourth grades in Secondary school "Muhsin Rizvić" in Kakanj. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Nowadays consumers have become more aware of what kind of food they are consuming, which means that now they consume food and agricultural products of good quality that meet their needs for healthy food. Kosovo, as a part of global market, in the last decade has become part of the quality management systems of food for the local market, as well as for international market. Wine in Kosovo under the Law on Wines No. 02/L-08 and the Law with changes and prior completion of the previous Law, No. 04/L-019, article 2, paragraph 1, is qualified as agricultural and food product, which means that the industry of wine is oriented not only for positive financial effects upon the placement of their products but also is oriented in the quality of wines, which is achieved through complete food chains from production of raw materials (grape), from the vineyards to the tables of consumers who consume wine. Quality management of wine in Kosovo is realized through consumer protection policies under Article 1 of the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Kosovo) No. 32. Manufacturers of wine as food producers, the demand for quality can achieve only through quality management of wines, in relation from idea to production and consumption. The access of this study is oriented to the real appearance of concepts in appliance of the quality of wine systems, the appliance of quality management through ISO (International Organization for Standardization), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and through the model access in the quality management system of wines. The difference between printing and nonprinting areas in lithography is achieved through opposite physicalchemical properties. The purpose of this research is to show how conventional plate making process influences the nonprinting areas of the printing plate. Quality was determined by observing the wetting properties of nonprinting areas. Samples of printing plate were made by varying exposure time and developing time. The developing process was performed using two developing solutions, KOH and NaOH. Results obtained by this research have shown that both parameters have significant impact on printing plate quality. Both developing solutions used in this research have similar impact on wetting properties. One should keep that in mind and make necessary adjustments before starting plate making process.
