The area of digital technologies is currently the subject of many cyber threats, the frequency of which is increasing. One of the areas of cyber security is also the creation of models and estimates of the process of cyber threats and their possible financial impacts. However, some studies show that cyber-threat assessment to identify potential financial impacts for organizations is a very challenging process. A relatively large problem here is the detection of scenarios of cyber threats and their expression in time. This paper focuses on the design of an algorithm that can be applied to the field of cyber-threat assessment in order to express the financial impacts. The study is based on an in-depth analysis of the insurance industry. The results obtained in our research show the importance of the time perspective for determining the potential financial impacts of cyber threats for the field of insurance.

This paper evaluates the impact of the number of saw blade teeth on kinematic and dynamic parameters during cross-cutting of soft and hard woods with mitre saw BOSCH GCM 12 GLD Professional. The forces measured using a three-dimensional XYZ dynamometer Kistler 9257B and subsequent calculation based on a mathematical model were applied in the Ernst-Merchant diagram and the forces acting in the cutting of spruce and oak planks were analysed and compared. The wood cutting was performed by four geometrically and structurally similar blades with a 300 mm diameter and with different count of WZ-shaped teeth (z = 26, 36, 48, 60). The optimum saw blade for the given cutting conditions was subsequently assessed by statistical analysis. Vrijednosti sila izmjerene spomoću trodimenzionalnog XYZ dinamometra Kistler 9257B te vrijednosti naknadnih izračuna primjenom matematičkog modela uvrštene su u Ernst-Merchantov dijagram te je napravljena analiza i usporedba sila pri piljenju smrekovih i hrastovih piljenica. Uzorci drva piljeni su s četiri geometrijski i strukturno slična lista pile promjera 300 mm s različitim brojem zubi tipa WZ (z = 26, 36, 48, 60). Statističkom analizom određen je optimalan list pile za zadane uvjete piljenja. Za razliku od mnogih istraživanja u kojima su proučavani otpori pri poprečnome i uzdužnom piljenju drva, ovo istraživanje i analiza sila provedeni su pri konstantnoj posmičnoj sili.

This article is focused on the creation of a data model of an information system to support the processes of population sheltering (PoS). PoS processes have undergone significant changes in the Czech Republic. The PoS system was transformed for the use of improvised shelters. For sustainable PoS, it is necessary to standardize the approach of crisis management staff. Key research hypotheses: the data model must respect the methodological framework of planning and implementation of the PoS, especially when used for the design and implementation of the improvised shelters; the standardization of residential buildings can be used to facilitate and streamline the sustainable process of planning of the PoS; the unified data model of the PoS can be considered suitable for standardization and development in the field of sustainable planning and implementation of the PoS. Softwares such as SW QGIS desktop 2.6.0, OpenStreetMap (OSM) spatial database, ESRI shapefile format, and S-JTSK/Krovak East North 5514 coordinate system were used for the verification of the spatial data model, and ASP.NET MVC 4.7.2 Microsoft SQL Server Express 2019, jQuery 3.3.1, Boot-strap 3.4.1, Kendo UI 2019.1.220, and virtual Windows Server 2016 were used for the implementation of the physical data model. High quality pseudorandom number generators were needed in many software solutions throughout the history of programming. Nowadays, these generators play an even more significant role in software development. Generally, these generatorsbring a certain level of coincidence in some algorithmswhich need it. This work focuses on the statisticalevaluation of one of the representatives of thegenerators using Pearson's Chi-square goodness of fittest. The generator of pseudorandom numbers undertest is the specific implementation in the modernstandard of the programming language of C++ (thestandard of C++17). This article is focused on securing a building that has been selected in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyze risks and propose measures. The first part of the article introduces security issues with a special focus on intrusion detectors, fire detection and fire-alarm systems, and last but not least electronic security systems. Furthermore, it deals with the characteristics of the building and a subsequent analysis by means of the KARS method. The measures proposed are referred to in the conclusion for improving the current situation. This article describes the design of a data model for the purposes of civil protection. The objective of the data model is, in particular, to support the planning and preparation of civil protection and sheltering of the population. The article also defines key entities and attributes of the resulting data model (DM). Subsequently, it verifies the proposed DM in practice by implementing it in the real-life conditions of the town of Uherské Hradištĕ in the Czech Republic. Crucial areas of planning and preparation of civil protection are identified based on the analysis of valid legislation and other materials. In this respect, the article aims to create system support for the processes of civil protection. In order to design the data model an E-R diagram is used and processed in the drow.io diagram editor. The data model is designed using scientific methods of analysis, observation, abstraction, and especially modeling. Not only do these methods serve for the identification of key entities and their attributes but they are also used for creating the conceptual and logical data scheme. Individual entities and their attributes constitute a conceptual data scheme of the civil protection data model. In addition, the article outlines a logical data scheme of the civil protection data model in which formats of individual entities and attributes are indicated. MS Excel was selected for the design of the logical data scheme. By the end of the article the hypothesis of standardization of residential houses when mapping premises for improvised shelters (IS) is presented and verified. This hypothesis was developed during the DM implementation in the town of Uherské Hradište. The application and usability of the resulting DM were also verified there. Outputs of the implementation confirm the hypothesis of standardization and they also demonstrate the importance of using spatial tools in the planning processes of population sheltering. © 2019, World Scientific and Engineering Aca

The first part of the article introduces the grounds for the problems to be solved while the second part is focused on the description of an analyst for the private security industry to help with the implementation process. This article describes the risk analysis and method of risk mapping in the town of Uherský Brod invented by the Fire Rescue Service of the Moravian-Silesian Region on the basis of the methodology recommended by the European Union. QGIS software tool was used for risk mapping in order to visualize the maps. The risk analysis was performed on the basis of identification of types of hazards that are very likely to occur in Uherský Brod. Subsequently, the results of the risk analysis were processed by means of the software QGIS. This software enables the creation of the risk map once the individual maps have been compiled. Evaluating the resulting risk map, the individual areas of the town were assessed according to the discovered level of risk. This article deals with the implementation of the GDPR in a selected healthcare facility. The theoretical part of the article introduces the legislative framework that regulates issues and the most relevant terms relating to the GDPR. The practical part is focused on the characteristics of the selected facility which is subjected to a GAP analysis. Subsequently, the processes carried out in the facility are described. Based on the information available, appropriate measures are proposed and summarized to protect personal data and to guarantee compliance with the requirements of the GDPR. This article deals with the issues of risk mapping using the geographic information system. These issues are described employing a case study conducted in the town of Kyjov. The case study is focused on the principle of risk mapping, which consists of the creation of a vulnerability map, threat map and the resulting risk map. The paper demonstrates the use of spatial risk mapping method for the risk analysis. The case study presented in this article justifies the hypothesis of the suitability of the GIS for the purposes of risk mapping. In addition, the case study carried out in Kyjov maps individual types of vulnerability, in other words the major assets in the territory. Furthermore, the article deals with mapping the threats in this town. On the basis of obtained data and the maps of vulnerability and threats the case study also presents the creation of the resulting risk map. Generally, the article verifies the hypothesis of using the risk mapping method for the needs of risk analysis in municipalities. © 2017, World Scientific and Engineering Academy and Society. The paper describes the model of transport and distribution of building material for the purposes of the civil protection buildings' modifications in case of an extraordinary and crisis situation. The aim of the material transport model is to provide the protection characteristics of a building for the protection against the chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear weapons effects and in case of the large-scale industrial accidents and natural disasters. The complete process - transport of building material and its distribution to civil protection buildings is described using this model. The functionality of the model is verified by a simulation of the processes in the application software tool Practis.

This paper discusses the possibilities of evacuation routes search for the purposes of civil protection. The models of evacuation routes created in GIS are used for their search in real terrain. Second part of the paper elaborates the individual entities of route characteristics for optimization of the optimal route choice. The link between modeling and evacuation routes rating methods is further described. This connection is clarified on a case study of GIS application for the purposes of evacuation routes optimization. In conclusion the paper evaluates the results and the possibilities of their practical applications.

This contribution looks into the possibilities of contemporary software tools for simulating and modeling the crisis situations; and its usage in the field of transport. It deals with the possibility of application of these tools in solving extraordinary situations that can occur relating to the transport of hazardous substances.

In this research, both description of modern programming technologies of senses of artificial intelligence in virtual simulator environment and proposal of the approach of the use of senses in training simulation of private security industry can be found.

This paper presents the research focused on the theoretical aspects of immigration in terms of Europe. In the first part of this paper, a global view is described. In the second part, the issue of migration from the view of the Czech Republic and the nearby region can be found. Moreover, the basic facts associated with the current situation are discussed and the possible evolution of the situation is mentioned. Whole article describes the situation from the view of the Czech Republic as a country in Central Europe.
