According to research on entrepreneurial intention, students' entrepreneurial intentions are improved by purposeful education because it equips them with the attitudes, knowledge, and abilities necessary to handle the complexity of entrepreneurial tasks like opportunity seeking, resource gathering, and running a successful business. The primary goal of this study is to determine how social value differs by stream of study and by gender. This research is descriptive in nature and the data for the study are gathered from various sources. The technique of purposive sampling was employed to choose samples. The samples used in this investigation total 640. The statistical tools are utilized to analyse the data in this study. India as a strong export-oriented nation for agricultural exports next to China and few other nations has always proved to be vibrant. The trade barriers and import restrictions to promote the local economic welfare has always been a rigid path for India in the past year and even now. Apart from all these trade blocks, how far India has utilized its free trade, regional trade and MFN advantage to promote its exports. This study was an attempt to identify the status of MFN advantage for India for the top exporting nations. This was study was propelled to identify the RCA products' position in the MFN criteria. It was revealed that India has absolute trade advantage with the use of MFN, but it was utilized moderately to the tune of 68% and underutilized to the rest. Blockchain technology is one of the most sensational and under rated technology in current technological and financial sector. The great wave in blockchain technology for the banking sector is still unexplored to its depth, as the need for new technology in all the areas of life is a necessity nowadays. The study was conducted to identify different services that the financial sector can provide to its customer by accepting a unified blockchain technology. The fundamental inkling of blockchain technology is, its public and the same is shared in a tamperproof ledger which allows the heterogenous community to share the sensitive data over a distributed ledger. This paper gives an idea about how this tamperproof technology can be used to increase the efficiency, transparency and to lower the risk and expenditure associated with the highly sophisticated data of an individual in relation to banking sector. The technology has great potential to overcome the disadvantages of the current central server system in banking industry, which is highly prone to hacking and cracking. The blockchain technology is current meant to be a hack proof system which is still in its initial stage of development. As the technology is still in pilot testing stage on banking sector, once the same is found feasible to with stand the current market need, this will bring an economic and technological boom to different sectors. The most exciting premises about blockchain technology is, it makes banks pointless. The efficiency of the human resource division decides the level of productivity among its workforce. During pandemic situation, the organization is bound to formulate contingency plan to proceed with the operations and business activities. In lieu with this, work from home play a significant role for the organization. The concept of work from home has been in use for more than four decades, it is considered as an option given to individual employees based on their personal traits and for a short span of time. Regarding work from home the organizations has never looked seriously in implementing a structural framework. Obviously, this was considered as a last option to adopt among the organizations. Recently work from home has been an unavoidable strategy for the services industry, especially IT and ITES based entities. This paper has brought out the perception towards work from home among the employer and employees' point of view. Their view has coined several aspects like productivity, morale, reliability, convenience, team work, coordination.
