In this work, three simple configurations of meminductor mutator are presented. The first two configurations of meminductor mutator have been implemented utilizing one CMOS-based operational amplifier, one memristor, one capacitor, and five resistors, while the third configuration of meminductor mutator is implemented utilizing one CMOS-based operational amplifier, two memristors, one capacitor, and four resistors. The implementation and simulation of the proposed configurations are done by using LTspice tool. The viability of the proposed circuits is demonstrated by utilizing TSMC 180 nm CMOS technology parameters. The proposed circuits of the meminductor have a simple structure in contrast to many of the circuits presented in the literature and operate satisfactorily over a wide range of frequencies. The functionality of the proposed circuits is verified through utilization of both the spice model of memristor and a memristor emulator circuit. A chaotic oscillator and second-order high pass filter are designed using the proposed meminductor to verify its workability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper introduces a floating flux-controlled meminductor emulator, implemented using two voltage differencing differential difference amplifier (VDDDA) along with a memristor and capacitor. Grounded and floating configurations are simulated with TSMC 0.18 µm level-49 BSIM3 CMOS process parameters in LTspice, showcasing the performance of the proposed circuits. The circuit features electronic tunability, allowing for the adjustment of nonlinear flux through the tuning of bias voltage. Simulation results validate the frequency-dependent current-flux dynamics of the proposed meminductor emulator. The simulation results, which involve frequencydependent pinched hysteresis loops, transient analysis, non-volatility, and Monte Carlo analysis of the proposed meminductor, affirm the functionality and adequacy of the proposed design. This paper presents a floating meminductor emulator circuit using a voltage differencing inverted buffered amplifier (VDIBA), current follower (CF), and two grounded capacitors. The parasitic resistance at the input terminal of the current follower has been utilized. The idea of implementing a meminductor emulator is simple and works on the principle of putting memory inside the active inductor circuit. A capacitor (memory element) has been charged by the current flowing through the active inductor circuit. Therefore, the proposed meminductor emulator can be viewed as an active inductor circuit having memory inside it. The proposed floating meminductor emulator works over a significant range of frequencies and satisfies all the characteristics of a meminductor. The meminductor emulator has been realized and simulated in the LTspice simulation tool using TSMC's 180-nm CMOS technology parameters. A chaotic oscillator circuit has been realized using the proposed meminductor emulator to verify its performance. This paper presents a new modified voltage differencing voltage transconductance amplifier (MVDVTA) based meminductor emulator circuit. The proposed emulator circuit is memristor-less, uses only a single active building block (ABB) and has simple circuitry. The MVDVTA based emulator design consists of only two capacitors and a single resistor. The performance of the proposed design has been verified over a wide frequency span. For simulation purpose LTSpice tool is used with 0.18µm CMOS technology. The proposed emulator has also been employed in chaotic oscillator and adaptive learning application circuit to verify its workability. In this paper, a new design of meminductor emulator has been suggested using voltage differencing buffered amplifier (VDBA), current differencing buffered amplifier (CDBA), a resistor and two grounded capacitors. The key advantages of the proposed meminductor emulator circuits are their design simplicity, implementation without memristors and easily adjustable design for grounded/ floating decremental to incremental configurations. The proposed circuits have been designed and simulated using 180-nm process technologies in the Mentor Graphics Eldo simulation tool. The nonvolatility and Monte Carlo analysis of the proposed meminductor emulators have been given. A comparison table has also been presented to discuss the benefits of the suggested meminductor emulator designs with existing designs.
