In the current conditions, the digitalization of education in almost all countries of the world has become a vital strategy for the total restructuring of traditional forms, tools, methods and technologies of education. At the same time, the issue of financial literacy is one of the priorities in education since the level of social welfare and the level of economic development of the country depend on the level of financial literacy. The article is devoted to a thorough scientometric review of scientific publications on the digitalization of financial education, highlighting key ideas, trends in developing scientific views, prospects, and opportunities for further research. The bibliometric analysis was carried out using specialized methods and tools, in particular, in-built Scopus and WoS databases tools, VosViewer software, and the Google Trends web application. Publications were extracted from the two scientometric databases, Scopus and WoS, in the time interval from 1990 to February 2024. A dynamic analysis of research articles showed their intensive growth since 2020, which is due to increased attention to digital education in the context of global transformations, the COVID-19 pandemic, and military conflicts. A transnational representation of the research was identified, with key geographic centres in the United States, the United Kingdom, and China. A country-by country analysis confirmed the connection between researchers due to similarities in educational strategies and geographical proximity. Using the results of the constructed bibliometric map, the thematic analysis identified 4 key clusters that confirm the central role of digitalization in financial education. Within the clusters, thematic groups of scientific publications were identified (innovations in education and digital technologies, socio-economic challenges in education, leadership and competitive advantages in education, financial and economic aspects of education, etc. The analysis identified promising research areas, including strategies to improve access to educational resources during crises, studying the impact of Industry 5.0 on financial education, studying financial innovations in education, and researching inclusive digital education. In the process of globalization, the need to use ICT is felt in all segments of society. The widespread use of the Internet and communication technologies by people has affected a number of areas, including the economy, and has brought a number of new economic concepts and facts to society. The fourth industrial revolution, the technological revolution, is sometimes called the digital revolution. As a result of this digital revolution, changes have taken place in the traditional economy, and information capital has emerged. In the digital economy, the development process, the establishment of direct relationships with consumers, the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the product in accordance with the wishes of the customer can be implemented more effectively. The Internet is a network that occurs as a result of connecting two or more computers together. Rapidly developing Internet technologies and the Internet create a relationship between individuals (customers), business and trading partners, allowing the buyer to shop electronically without leaving his/her home. Especially in the countries of the Black Sea, America and Japan, e-commerce, which is widely used, has become widespread in Azerbaijan. E-commerce is the purchase and sale of all types of goods and services by computer technology, electronic communication channels and related technologies. In this paper, the definition of electronic commerce and its economical dimension will be examined and then the probable effects of electronic commerce on Azerbaijan Economy will be presented. For Azerbaijan, Russia and Kazakhstan as Post-Soviet countries, oil exports are main revenues sources. These three resource rich countries implemented notable oil projects since independence and as a result acquired significant oil revenues. Due to major part of export goes to oil and relevant sectors; especially after 2000 these gained huge revenues are directed to solve main social and economic problems. Azerbaijan, Russia and Kazakhstan accelerated transition period through using oil revenues in their economies. But besides such positive effects of oil revenues, the phenomenon called "natural resource curse" in the literature has not skipped these three countries. Because of the similar structure of the economies and the fact that the petroleum revenues are locomotives of the country's economies, the steep decline in oil prices since 2015 has led to similar economic outcomes for all three countries, and has started to become a major threat. In this negative environment, real sector activities have suffered significant losses. Many financial institutions either have lived difficulties in maintaining their activities or have closed. The economy of the three countries began to narrow with the negativities in all sectors, especially in the service sectors such as finance and construction. In this study, the negative aspects and their effects of negativities were addressed and some proposals were given for economic activity of all three countries. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
