Dokumentasi keperawatan adalah segala sesuatu yang ditulis maupun dicetak yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan status kesehatan pasien. Dokumentasi keperawatan harus komprehensif dan cukup fleksibel untuk dapat diperbaiki, menjaga kualitas dan kesinambungan perawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengamatan langsung terhadap kelengkapan pendokumentasian ASKEP berbasis IT di ruang rawat inap RSUD Pasar Minggu Jakarta Selatan, 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 117 responden dengan menggunakan uji beda dua proporsi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner yang sudah di uji validitas dan reabilitas. Uji bivariat menggunakan Chi-square test dan uji multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian pengamatan langsung p-value 0.005 < 0.05 yang berarti memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap kelengkapan pendokumentasian ASKEP berbasis IT dengan Odd Ratio 10,352. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan kepada RSUD Pasar Minggu dapat mempertahankan dan mengembangkan kelengkapan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan yang sudah ada.

The implementation of the nursing care process uses an approach, namely with the Nursing Care Standard (SAK) which is a measuring tool to find out, monitor and assess the quality of nursing care that has been implemented by nurses, especially the methods, principles and strategies used by nurses in providing nursing care. Some of the factors that affect nursing documentation are workload, job stress and job satisfaction. The purpose of the study is to find out the influence of workload, work stress and job satisfaction on nursing documentation.This type of correlational research with a cross sectional approach. The population was 82 people and a sample of 73 respondents. Sampling techniques use Propotional Random Sampling. The instrument uses Nasa- TLX, DASS, MSQ and SAK RS. Data capture uses questionnaires and statistical analysis using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Bivariate analysis showed partial influence of workload on documenting of volunteers (p=0.000), work stress on nursing documentation (p=0.000), and job satisfaction on nursing documentation (p=0.000), and job satisfaction with nursing documentation (p=0.000). Multivariate results showed that there was a simultaneous influence of workload, work stress, and job satisfaction on nursing documentation (p=0.000). There is an influence of work stress, workload and job satisfaction on nursing documentation. It is hoped that the hospital can increase job satisfaction and reduce stress and workload to improve nursing documentation.

Pelayanan keperawatan merupakan salah satu sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang memiliki kontribusi penting dalam meningkatkan pelayanan rumah sakit. Keberhasilan pelayanan keperawatan sangat ditentukan oleh kinerja perawat. Jika perawat merasa puas dengan pekerjaanya maka kinerjanya pun akan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana di RSUD Al – Mulk Kota Sukabumi. Kepuasan kerja merupakan sikap emosional yang menyenangkan dan mencintai pekerjaannya. Kinerja merupakan suatu hasil kerja perawat yang dilakukan sesuai dengan tugas dalam suatu organisasi. Desain penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian semua perawat pelaksana di RSUD Al-Mulk dengan sampel 34 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat dengan mean, distribusi frekuensi dan presentase setiap kategori, analisa bivariat menggunakan uji somers’d. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden memiliki kepuasan kerja cukup puas dan kinerja baik. Analisis uji hipotesis dengan nilai P-value 0,008 dan nilai somers’d 0,380 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang lemah antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Disimpulkan sebagian besar perawat pelaksana memiliki kepuasan kerja cukup puas dengan kinerja baik serta ada hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana. Perlu adanya perencanaan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja. Terutama peningkatan masalah aspek gaji dan promosi.

This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of knowledge, attitudes, disaster training and self-efficacy of adolescents of Sirnaresmi Village, West Java on disaster preparedness. This study uses the qualitative method with field research in Sirnaresmi. The results showed that there was a simultaneous or shared influence on knowledge, attitudes, disaster training and self-efficacy on disaster preparedness. The results revealed that there is a relationship between the four aspects in influencing disaster preparedness. Training is needed in mitigation as a short-term educational process. It needs to be conducted by using systematic and organized ways and procedures where training participants will learn practical knowledge and skills for specific purposes. By conducting disaster training, an individual will gain knowledge and skills in dealing with disasters so that with the training carried out, knowledge about disasters will increase.

The Sirnaresmi indigenous people are one of the communities that still maintain their traditional culture to this day. In carrying out the rules and customs in the community, Sirnaresmi Village has its own institutional structure. There are several stakeholder institutions that support landslide risk reduction in Sirnaresmi Village. This study aims to determine the socio-cultural life and disaster risk management of the customary community in Sirnaresmi Village, West Java. The result showed that efforts to reduce the risk of landslides in Sirnaresmi Village have been carried out. However, the capacity in Sirnaresmi Village is still insufficient to reduce the risk of landslides. Some possible solutions are disaster risk reduction efforts by community organizing in disaster management through the formation of Disaster Management Community Groups (KMPB) and increasing public knowledge in reducing disaster risk together with experts from the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Sukabumi Regency. The other practical implications were also suggested such as by nurturing local traditions to help reduce disaster risk and involving local leadership roles in disaster risk reduction efforts.

The quality of life of CKD patients receiving hemodialysis may be impacted by the development of clinical symptoms. Family support, self-efficacy, and coping methods are a few things that have an impact on quality of life. The goal of the study was to ascertain how coping strategies, self-efficacy, and family support affected quality of life. This kind of research uses a cross-sectional strategy and is correlational. The population consists of hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure, and a complete sampling technique was used with a sample size of 71 individuals. Questionnaires and path analysis are two methods used in data collection. The mean family assistance, according to research findings, is $55.00. Self-efficacy scores on mean are 72.14, coping skills scores on mean are 40.35, and quality of life scores on mean are 62.76. The quality of life is influenced by family support (p = 0.013), self-efficacy (p = 0.002), and coping techniques (p = 0.000). The quality of life of people with chronic kidney failure is influenced by family support, self-efficacy, and coping methods. The hospital should be able to do more to enhance quality of life and health promotion.

This microcontroller is able to activate several electronic devices such as LEDs, buzzers, motor, light, and also can communicate with other devices such as the web, mobile and so on. When the author/(researcher) conducted the research on 13 March 2019 to 22 August 2019, the attendance system applied in cv. Kereta laju still uses manual methods, so the author(researcher) feel less efficient and can cause errors and manipulations in recording employee attendance. Then the author(researcher) conducted the second research in 2020 to continue making a more efficient attendance system that can reduce the causes of errors and manipulations in recording employee attendance, using Rfid (Radio Frequency Identification). With the presence of this Rfid attendance system, it can reduce errors in recording employee in vc. Kereta laju. And also as an innovation development by utilizing advances in technology,especially microcontroller. Intisari— Mikrokontroller merupakan sebuah perangkat keras yang didalamnya terdapat sebuah processor, input danoutput, RAM, ROM, System Bus, Contol Unit, ShiftRegister dan Aritmatic Logic Unit. Mikrokontroller ini mampu mengaktifkanbeberapa perangkat elektronika seperti led, buzzer, motor, lampu.dan juga dapat berkomunikasi dengan device lain sepertiweb, mobile dan lain lain sebagainya. Pada saat penulis melalukan riset 13 maret 2019 sampai 22 agustus 2019, sistemabsensi yang di terapkan pada cv.kereta laju masih menggunakan cara manual, sehingga penulis rasa kurang efisiendan dapat menimbulkan kesalahan dan manipulasi pada pencatatan kehadiran karyawan. Kemudian penulis melakukanriset yang ke dua di tahun 2020 untuk melanjutkan pembuatan sistem absensi yang lebih efisien yang dapat mengurangipenyebab terjadinya kesalahan dan manipulasi pada pencatatan kehadiran karyawan, dengan menggunakan RFID (RadioFrequency Identification). Degan adanya sistem absensi RFID ini dapat mengurangi kesalahan pada pencatatan keahirankaryawan di vc.kereta laju. Dan juga sebagai pengembangan inovasi dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan dibidang teknologi khususnya mikrokontroller.
