This study describes the intertextual relationship between the characters and plot of the novel "Hati Suhita" by Khilma Anis with several characters and plots in the world of wayang (shadow puppetry). The research employs a qualitative descriptive method in relation to text interpretation. Based on the findings, the forms of intertextuality that appear in the novel "Hati Suhita" are in the description of (1) character naming, (2) character traits, (3) character emotions, and (4) suppositions. The intertextuality contained within also serves as evidence that the author uses other works as references in producing her work. The novel "Hati Suhita" is greatly influenced by stories from wayang characters, allowing readers to internalize cultural values and philosophies through the content of the story. Based on this, the novel "Hati Suhita" is not only an interesting novel in terms of its narrative but also serves as a reflection of culture, social criticism, and a literary work rich in moral and spiritual values. Abstrak Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan hubungan intertekstualitas pada karakter dan alur cerita novel “Hati Suhita” karya Khilma Anis dengan beberapa karakter dan alur cerita dalam dunia pewayangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dalam menganalisis hubungannya dengan interpretasi teks. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bentuk intertekstualitas yang muncul dalam novel ”Hati Suhita” adalah dalam deskripsi (1) bentuk penamaan tokoh, (2) karakter tokoh, (3) perasaan tokoh, dan (4) pengandaian. Intertekstualitas yang terkandung juga menjadi bukti bahwa pengarang dalam memproduksi karya menjadikan karya lain sebagai referensinya. Novel “Hati Suhita” banyak dipengaruhi oleh kisah-kisah dalam tokoh pewayangan sehingga pembaca juga dapat menginternalisasi nilai-nilai budaya dan filosofi yang terkandung melalui isi cerita. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, novel “Hati Suhita” tidak hanya menjadi novel yang menarik dari segi cerita, tetapi juga sebagai refleksi budaya, kritik sosial, dan karya sastra yang kaya akan nilai moral dan spiritual.

The research examines the expressions of rejection used by Instagram users against Rohingya immigrants in Aceh Province. This study is grounded in the growing public apprehension surrounding the influx of Rohingya immigrants, which has been steadily rising over time. The current population of Rohingya immigrants in Indonesia is 1,600, since their initial arrival in Aceh in 2009. This instigates social and economic strife, in which the state of prosperity for the Acehnese population remains incomplete. The data source for this research is 500 comments from Instagram users on five posts on multiple Instagram media profiles. The research data was acquired in December 2023 and subsequently examined using a qualitative descriptive methodology. According to the study's findings, the most common form of rejection was one that used suggestions or other alternatives. It indicates that the individuals in Aceh exhibit a high degree of empathy; however, due to various conditions, they suggest alternative resolutions. Meanwhile, the most minimal form is rejection accompanied by gratitude. These findings demonstrate that Instagram users consider it unnecessary to use courteous language and consider it acceptable to reject Rohingya immigrants. This research also indicated that technological innovations have contributed to the advent of forms of language rejection. We have discovered novel types of rejection discourse, specifically employing symbols or emoticons, utilizing metaphors, and employing hashtags to exert influence over fellow Instagram users.

Since the global COVID-19 pandemic, traditional classrooms have no longer become accessible for everyone. Most teaching and learning process is conducted virtually. The use of interactive and dynamic pedagogy is needed to maintain the quality of learning, especially that enhance argumentation and literacy skills. This research aims to examine whether there are differences in literacy and argumentation skills of Indonesian university students before and after the implementation of Collaborative Reasoning (CR) approach during online learning. A quasi-experimental one-group pretest-and posttest design was employed. A total of 30 students taking Communication and Gender course were involved in this research. We developed a Reading Comprehension Test (RCT) to collect the literacy scores of the students and Cognitively Based Assessment of, for, and as Learning (CBAL) Argumentation Progression to measure argumentation scores. Using a paired samples t-test, the literacy and argumentation scores of the students before participating in CR were compared to their scores after participating in CR. The literacy and argumentation scores were significantly higher after participating in CR. This finding indicates that there is an increase in literacy and argumentation scores over time that was not likely to be due to chance. It is pivotal then for language educators to consider CR in their classrooms.

A chitosan-polyvinyl pyrrolidone K-30 (Cs-PVP.K30) membrane was prepared as a heterogeneous catalyst supporting membrane in the transesterification process in the production of biodiesel from palm oil and methanol through the blend reaction between chitosan (Cs) and polyvinyl pyrrolidone K-30 polymer (PVP K-30). Several membranes were characterized by their physicochemical and catalytic properties. Based on physicochemical data, it was found that including the carbonyl group from PVP K-30 into the chitosan framework correlated with an increase in porosity, hydrophilicity, water absorption, and the degree of swelling of the membrane. The results of the analysis using Fourier Transmittance Infra-red (FTIR) showed the spectra of carbonyl (-C=O) and hydroxyl (-OH) groups at wavenumbers 1648 cm-1 and 3363 cm-1, which shows that the reaction of chitosan alloy with PVP K-30 has been successfully carried out. The catalytic site of the Cs-PVP K30-NaOH membrane in the biodiesel production process was studied under several conversion conditions. It was found that the conversion of biodiesel reached 93.90% with a reaction time of 90 minutes, a temperature of 65°C, and an oil/methanol mole ratio of 1:7.

This study aimed to investigate the integration of Acehnese words in Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI, or Indonesia Dictionary). The contribution of Acehnese words enriches Indonesian vocabulary as the national language. This study followed the descriptive-analytical research method using observational and note-taking techniques. The data source was the online version of KBBI, available on the following web page: https://kbbi.kemdikbud.go.id/. The data comprised the Acehnese vocabulary registered on KBBI and became part of the country's national language. The data analysis used Miles et al.’s (2014) models, consisting of condensation data, display data, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that 134 Acehnese words are integrated into Indonesian. The contribution of the Acehnese language to Indonesian was relatively small compared to the contribution of other local languages. Of 134 Acehnese words, they comprise nouns (70.90%), verbs (21.64%), adjectives (6.72%), and adverbs (0.75%). It was also revealed that the Acehnese words that had been integrated successfully into Indonesian came from 24 areas of use. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Acehnese language has enriched the Indonesian vocabulary, and this integration is integral to interlanguage word borrowing. The present study’s findings contribute to the national language digitalization policy, particularly the digitalization of the Indonesian language dictionary, especially to achieve the quality level of the national language dictionary.

The objective of this study is to examine the cooperative principle contained in the trials at Banda Aceh District Court. The cooperative principle examined in this study consists of the maxim of quality, the maxim of quantity, the maxim of manner, and the maxim of relevance. Data for the study was drawn from nine court cases involving specific and general crimes. Data collection was carried out by recording the trials with a voice recorder. Triangulation of data was carried out by linking the cooperative principle contained in the trial with the cooperative principle theory and comparing them with the findings of other researchers. The writer concluded that the maxims of quality and quantity contained in the trial are confirmation questions. This is because the judge already knows the answer because it is in the minutes. The defendant's answers were informative and did not exceed the judge's expectations. At the same time, the application of the maxim of the manner in the trial can occur because the information provided regarding the judge's questions is answered by the speech partner clearly and regularly. This is equivalent to the maxim of relevance which requires the exchange of information to be in accordance with the topic expected by the questionnaire.

Basal stem rot is an aggressive disease in oil palm caused by Ganoderma species. The disease threatens the commercial oil palm plantations of South East Asia, especially in Malaysia. In order to understand the mechanism involved in the early stage of interaction between Ganoderma spp. and its host at systemic level, proteomic analysis of oil palm leaves was conducted on protein samples collected over 72 hours during inoculation with pathogenic Ganoderma boninense and non-pathogenic Ganoderma tornatum. A total of 82 proteins resolved during two-dimensional gel electrophoresis with significant differences in the spot abundance. However, only 24 differentially expressed proteins in response to Ganoderma spp. inoculations were successfully identified by mass spectrophotometry as compared to the non-inoculated control. These proteins are mainly involved in photosynthesis, signalling, stress/defense, energy and metabolism regulation. Changes in relative abundance of these proteins suggest an important role in disease susceptibility. Most proteins showed altered abundance in response to both G. boninense and G. tornatum, while some proteins were only affected by either G. boninense or G. tornatum. The putative role of the identified proteins in oil palm leaves during the interaction with both Ganoderma spp. is discussed.

This paper presents performance comparison between spoke type and hollow-rotor permanent magnet generator (PMG) that could be used for low speed energy harvesting application. In this application, the requirement for such generator would be higher power density due to the limitation of space, volume and weight. The drawback of spoke type PMG is the flux leakage at end of the permanent magnet that embedded inside the rotor. Meanwhile, the hollow-rotor PMG introduces a hollow segment that obstructs the flux from flowing at the end of the permanent magnet. This new arrangement maximizes the energy that contributes by the permanent magnet. The objective of this paper is to compare the performance of both PMG in term of output power and speed at various load condition. In this research finite element analysis is used for modelling and simulating the PMG performance. For final comparison, power density is used for evaluating the best performance and the result shows that the hollow-rotor topology has higher power density compared to spoke type PMG. In the end, this paper provides an overview about the advantage of hollow-rotor topology that could be used for small energy harvesting application.

COVID-19 pandemic impacts on vocational education. Lectures that were originally conducted face-to-face learning are diverted to online learning to avoid the spread of the pandemic. Online learning is very difficult to apply for courses conducted in the laboratory. This study discusses vocational students’ responses to the practice of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data were collected through a questionnaire created on Google form consisting of 20 questions. The questionnaire used a Likert scale to find out the attitudes and students’ perceptions of the implementation of online learning. The number of research respondents was 107 people consisting of 45 respondents from the West Aceh State Community Academy and 62 respondents from Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic, Aceh, Indonesia. The results of this study found that 59.81% of students disagree with online learning. The results also showed a score of 76.95% of the students agree that internet access is the main obstacle in online learning. However, students’ satisfaction with the current online learning system for students shows a score of 67.50%. Opinions related to online learning from 107 respondents showed that 45.42% of them less agree if online learning is still applied when the COVID-19 pandemic ends.

The research sought to understand the value of patriotism in the Hikayat Prang Sabi by using a qualitative approach. Hikayat was referred to narratives (saga) of war rooted in Acehnese cultural tradition, and Prang Sabi in Acehnese language meant ‘Holy War’. As a literary work, Hikayat Prang Sabi embodied the concept of jihad, which was usually sung during the time of war in the Acehnese history: Portuguese in 1511, Dutch in 1873, Japan in 1942, and the Republic of Indonesia in 1976. The source of the data was verses or stanzas of Hikayat Prang Sabi that contained patriotic values. These verses were then treated as the unit of analysis. A hermeneutic approach was employed to analyze the data. The findings show that Hikayat Prang Sabi contains two types of patriotic values: national and religious. National value refers to the sense of nationalism, ethnicity, and humanity. Religious value, on the other hand, displays the value of spirituality, prophecy, and peace. These values indicate the foundation of thinking and doing of the Acehnese people manifested in a literary work, which then can be transferred into the notion of character education.

This study examines the style of repetition in Ustaz Adi Hidayat's preach (UAH) related to the socialization of the fatwa of the Indonesian Council of Religious Scholars (MUI) about performing worship during the COVID-19 outbreak. Data of this study were taken from the UAH's lecture which aired via Official Adi Hidayat Youtube account. Data analysis was carried out by transcribing the sermon, marking the information containing repetition and making analyzes. The results of this study conclude that not all forms of repetition styles are presented in UAH's preach, such as epistrophe. The styles of repetition contained in his preach consist of (1) epizeuxis, (2) tautotes, (3) anaphora, (4) symploce, (5) mesodiplosis, (6) epanalepsis, (7) anadiplosis. Besides, the finding also reveals the existence of two repetition styles in one data, namely (1) anaphora and tautotes, (2) epizeuxis and tautotes, and (3) anaphora and mesodiplosis. The styles of repetition used by UAH aim to emphasize the key points of the MUI fatwa so that it can be easily understood by audiences. It is proven by the dominance of the epizeuxis and tautotes style found in this study. The findings of repetition style in spoken discourse will be different from that of written discourse. The repetition style in spoken is spontaneous. Preachers generally develop their style until repetition becomes their characteristic.

The Japanese language have four levels of language formality. The languages classified as Kenjogo (humility language), Sonkeigo (honorific language), Teineigo (usual formal language), and the last is Futsugo (daily language). The formalities in the Japanese language also shown in Japanese animation, anime. This study researched the utterance by Hana Miyakoshi in Aniplex anime titled www.working!! episode I. This research focuses on discovering what type of and how Hana Miyakoshi utters the Japanese language used in the anime. This study is a descriptive qualitative study. The result of this study is there are 11 data of Hana Miyakoshi utterances. Those 11 is consisting of 3 formal variants and 8 informal variants. Hana Miyakoshi uses a Japanese formal variant when attending the costumer of Wagnaria, and she uses the informal variant of Japanese language when she is communicating with her coworker.

Nowadays, during the covid-19 pandemic, the development of educational technology has brought a significant influence and contribution to education in the world which urges learning innovations. This research used a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results show that several innovations emerge as new breakthroughs so that education would no longer be monotonous and conventional. Those innovations are (1) Project Based Learning, (2) Daring Methods, (3) Luring Methods, (4) Integrated Curriculum, (5) Blended Learning. Behind the learning innovation there are also supporting opportunities through educational technology, including (1) Educational technology makes information in conveying material is easier to obtain, (2) Educational technology creates a very broad scope during the pandemic period, (3) Educational technology has a beneficial impact on education actors, (4) Technology can replace the position of educators with independent learning. However, there are also obstacles that pose challenges, including (1) Islamic sources (Al-Qur'an and Hadith) as a source of Islamic teachings, (2) Technology as a scientific product and (3) Human Resources as technology users for the success of e-learning.

Copper and sulfur modified TiO2(Cu-S-TiO2) photocatalyst was successfully synthesized using TiCl4, Cu(NO3)2.3H2O and H2SO4 as precursors by the sol-gel method andcalcination at 450°C for 4 hours. The synthesized photocatalyst was characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy-Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (SEM-EDS), Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy (DRS), Brunauer Emmett Teller (BET) method. The XRD results showed that the Cu-S-TiO2 photocatalyst had an anatase phase with a crystal grain size of 17.54 nm. However, the SEM image of the modified TiO2 showed inhomogeneous phase due to the crystal clustering of imperfect homogenization during the synthesis and sintering processes. The patterns of EDSof Cu-S-TiO2depicted the elements of Ti, O, Cu and S with doping of Cu and S c.a. 7 and 1%, respectively. Analysis using DRS UV-Vis showed Cu-S-TiO2 was able to shift the absorption of the TiO2 photocatalyst wavelength to the visible region with a band energy gap of 1.9 eV. The BET analysis results showed that the specific surface area (SBET), pore volume (Vp) and average pore volume radius (Dp) were measured from large Cu-S-TiO2, therefore Cu-S-TiO2 had good physicochemical and photocatalytic properties. The photocatalytic activity of 0.1 g Cu-S-TiO2 with 15 Watt tungsten light irradiation for 4 h was able to degrade 50 mL remazol black B 10 mg/L c.a. 92.60 %.

Untuk itu, tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk membuat peta kerawan kebakaran menggunakan pendekatan integrasi penginderaan jauh dan persepsi masyarakat di Kecamatan Tambora Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Pembuatan peta kerawanan kebakaran merupakan salah satu upaya mitigasi nonstruktural, sehingga wilayah penelitian teridentifikasi tingkat zonasi kerawanan kebakaran untuk bahan acuan kebijakan penurunan tingkat risiko. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu interpretasi, dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kualitatif yang digunakan yaitu menginterpretasi data citra Quickbird berdasarkan unsur-unsur interpretasi dan mendeskripsikan temuan kondisi di lapangan. Analisis kuantitatif yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode pembobotan dan skoring. Hasil penelitian yaitu wilayah Kecamatan Tambora mayoritas merupakan area kerawanan kebakaran tingkat tinggi seluas 258 Ha, tingkat kerawanan sedang seluas 113 Ha, dan tingkat kerawanan rendah seluas 137 Ha. Kelurahan dengan tingkat kerawanan kebakaran tinggi yaitu Kelurahan Pekajon, Angke, Krendeng, Duri Utara, dan Kalianyer. Kelurahan dengan tingkat kerawanan kebakaran sedang yaitu Tanah Sereal, Jembatan Besi, dan Duri Selatan. Kelurahan dengan tingkat kerawanan kebakaran rendah yaitu Roa Malaka, Jembatan Lima, dan Tambora.

This study aims to find how the writer of petition represent Universitas Brawijaya student condition on 2016 through word choice, and also to find the ideology behind the petition “Ganti WR III Unibraw Malang u/ Selamatkan Mahasiswa IKA Unibraw Malang dari Perpecahan”. The author used 3 stages of Fairclough Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) framework in this study, text analysis, discourse practice, and social practice. The result of this study is there were 16 data that represent how the student were oppressed (3 data) and the Vice-Rector III abusive act (13 data). The ideology behind this petition itself is how students experience persecution by WR 3 illustrated by the selection of words described by the petitioners. The ideology does not escape the author's social background, social conditions, and norms that apply to student life in UB at that time.

Electrodecolorization of batik wastewater has been done. Study was performed to remediate aquatic environment containing dyes of batik industry by electrolysis, decreasing COD and some metal ions as well. Research was conducted by electrolyzing sample from Buaran Pekalongan and Semarang using Pb and PbO2 as electrodes at a constant applied potential. Solution after treating were analysed, zeolite sieving treatment, and final analysis by UV-Vis spectrophotometer for measuring decolorization percentages, atomic absorption spectrophotometerer (AAS) for evaluating metal ions of Cu2+, total Fe and Na+, and COD analysis. Results show that electrolysis of batik wastewater using PbO2 as anode effectively decolorize and decreasing COD values. Sample containing indigozol and remazol black B (RBB) were decolorized up to 100%. CODs were reduced to 98.6% and 95.4%, respectively. Zeolite treatment enhancing water quality by reducing ion concentration of Cu2+, total Fe ions and Na+.

Rhodamin B merupakan salah satu zat warna yang umumnya banyak digunakan pada proses industri tekstil di Indonesia dan menghasilkan limbah cair yang mencemari lingkungan. Bentonit alam adalah material berpori yang kelimpahannya cukup banyak di alam dan dapat menangani masalah limbah cair melalui proses adsorpsi. Namun kapasitas bentonite dalam mengadsorpsi terbatas sehingga diperlukan modifikasi agar kemampuan adsorpsinya meningkat. Proses aktivasi menggunakan asam klorida dan pilarisasi menggunakan pemilar Al dan Cr digunakan sebagai cara untuk memodifikasi bentonit, sehingga diharapkan menghasilkan luas permukaan yang lebih besar. Hasil GSA pada montmorillonit teraktivasi menunjukkan basal spacing sebesar 15,68 Å dan luas permukaan sebesar 75,312 m2/g. Pemilaran menghasilkan montmorillonit terpilar Al25Cr75 dengan basal spacing paling tinggi dan luas permukaan secara berturut-turut sebesar 16,55 Å dan 41,804 m2/g. Adsorpsi rhodamin B menggunakan montmorillonit terpilar Al25Cr75 menghasilkan efektivitas adsorpsi sebesar 99,85% dari konsentrasi rhodamin B sebesar 50 ppm dengan kondisi optimum massa adsorben sebesar 0,1 gram dan waktu adsorpsi selama 75 menit, yang dianalisis menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-Vis pada panjang gelombang 523 nm.

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh variasi chelating agent pada sintesis elektrolit padat NaMn2-xMgxO4 dengan metode sol-gel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi asam (asam askorbat, asam sitrat dan asam maleat) sebagai chelating agent terhadap kristalinitas, ukuran kristal, konduktivitas dan morfologi dari material yang dihasilkan. Tahapan penelitian ini meliputi pencampuran reagen, evaporasi, pengeringan dan kalsinasi. Produk kalsinasi dikarakterisasi menggunakan XRD, multimeter dan SEM-EDS. Mineral penyusun elektrolit padat meliputi NaMnO2, MnO2 MgO dan Na2O. Kristalinitas terendah dan konduktivitas tertinggi dimiliki oleh produk yang menggunakan asam askorbat sebagai chelating agent, dengan nilai konduktivitas 1,91 x 10-4 Scm-1; ukuran kristal 26,09 nm dan ukuran aglomerasi 0,66 μm. Elektrolit padat NaMn2-xMgxO4 yang dihasilkan untuk variasi chelating agent asam askorbat memiliki formula spinel NaMn1,32Mg0,68O4.

Penelitian tentang pengaruh variasi pH sol terhadap karakteristik elektrolit padat NaMn2−xCoxO4 telah dilakukan. Keuntungan penggunaan elektrolit padat adalah material ini tidak menyebabkan kebocoran elektrolit sebagaimana elektrolit cair yang digunakan pada baterai, sehingga dapat meningkatkan keselamatan baterai. Pembuatan elektrolit padat dilakukan dengan metode sol-gel, yaitu dengan mencampurkan larutan natrium asetat, mangan asetat, kobalt asetat dan polivinil alkohol (PVA), pengadukan larutan selama 1 jam, penambahan NH4OH 0,5 M untuk mengkondisikan pH sol mejadi 8,3; 9,3 dan 10,3. Lalu, sol diaduk kembali selama 2 jam dan selanjutnya diuapkan pada suhu 60°C selama 40 jam. Gel yang diperoleh dikeringkan pada suhu 175°C selama 12 jam dan dikalsinasi pada suhu 800°C selama 4 jam. Hasil yang diperoleh dikarakterisasi menggunakan difraktrometer sinar-X (XRD), mikroskop elektron (SEM-EDS) dan LCR meter. Disimpulkan bahwa senyawa komponen penyusun elektrolit padat terdiri dari NaMnO2, Co2O3 dan Co3O4. Variasi pH sol mempengaruhi konduktivitas listrik elektrolit padat, peningkatan pH meningkatkan nilai konduktivitas listrik. pH 9,3 merupakan pH optimum untuk menghasilkan produk, dengan nilai konduktivitas listrik tertinggi yaitu 373 × 10-8 Scm-1, dengan formula NaMn1,557Co0,443O4 dan ukuran aglomerat 1,591 μm.

Elektrolit padat NaMn2-xCoxO4 telah disintesis menggunakan metode sol-gel dengan pelarut air deionisasi. Tahapan reaksi yang terjadi adalah hidrolisis, substitusi, polimerisasi, pembentukan oksida dan penyusunan spinel. Bahan yang digunakan antara lain CH3COONa (0,4 M), (CH3COO)2Mn (0,6 M), (CH3COO)2Co (0,2 M) dan Polivinil Alkohol (PVA) 8 % (w/v). Variasi suhu kalsinasi yang diterapkan masing-masing adalah 750°, 850°, 900° dan 950°C dan menghasilkan kristal serbuk berwarna hitam dengan berat masing-masing 1,64, 1,57, 1,60 dan 1,48 gram. Kristal yang dihasilkan dikarakterisasi menggunaknan X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), LCR Meter, dan SEM-EDS. Dengan meningkatnya suhu kalsinasi, aglomerat yang terbentuk menjadi lebih padat dan berkumpul menjadi aglomerat yang besar. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan perbedaan nilai konduktivitas. Spinel dengan nilai konduktivitas terendah dan tertinggi masing-masing adalah 2.01 x 10-7 S/cm dan 1.28 x 10-6 S/cm yang diperoleh pada suhu kalsinasi 750°C dan 850°C. Spinel elektrolit padat pada suhu kalsinasi terendah dan tertinggi adalah NaMn1,52Co0.48O4 dan NaMn1,51Co0.49O4.

Sintesis katoda LiMn2O4 dari bahan dasar Li2CO3 dan MnO2 melalui metode reaksi padat-padat dengan pemanasan suhu tinggi telah dilakukan. Pencampuran serbuk menggunakan proses pemaduan mekanik dengan memberikan variasi waktu milling 0, 2, 4, 6, dan 8 jam. Tahapan penelitian meliputi pencampuran bahan Li2CO3 dan MnO2 menggunakan High Energy Milling (HEM), sintering pada temperatur 850°C selama 6 jam, dan karakterisasi menggunakan XRD, SEM-EDS dan LCR meter. Prinsip alat HEM adalah pemanfaatan tumbukan antara bola-bola penghancur. Dinding wadahnya diputar dan digerakkan dengan cara tertentu untuk mendapatkan hasil reaksi dengan tingkat homogenitas yang tinggi dan meningkatkan keseragaman ukuran partikel. Hasil analisis XRD menunjukkan bahwa penambahan waktu milling berpengaruh terhadap pelebaran puncak difraksi Li2CO3 dan MnO2 yang mengarah ke pembentukan fasa baru membentuk kristal LiMn2O4 yang ditandai dengan difraktogram yang tampak semakin amorf. Paduan LiMn2O4 terbentuk setelah serbuk hasil milling dipanaskan pada temperatur 850°C. Uji konduktivitas mencatat bahwa pada waktu milling 8 jam diperoleh nilai konduktivitas tertinggi, yaitu sebesar 1,32 x 10-4 Scm-1.

Konduktivitas dapat ditingkatkan dengan menambahkan doping kation seperti kobal. Pembuatan elektrolit padat NaMn2-xCoxO4 dilakukan dengan pencampuran Na asetat 0,2 M, Mn asetat 0,3 M, Polivinil Alkohol dengan variasi Co asetat 0,025; 0,05; 0,1; 0,2; dan 0,4 M. Material yang dihasilkan dikarakterisasi menggunakan XRD, SEM-EDS dan LCR-meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk dengan konsentrasi dan doping tertinggi menghasilkan konduktivitas tertinggi yaitu sebesar 3,3174 x 10-6 S/cm.

Pembuatan membran anorganik dengan cara mencampurkan γ alumina kaolin dan air telah dilakukan. Selanjutnya ditambahkan campuran bahan aditif hingga diperoleh pasta. Pasta dicetak menjadi bentuk pelet, dikalsinasi pada suhu 1250°C selama 4 jam, selanjutnya dilapisi dengan pasta zeolit. Membran yang dibuat dipanaskan pada 400°C dan 1250°C selama 4 jam. Karakterisasi membran dilakukan dengan menggunakan universal testing machine, XRD, SEM dan uji perendaman. Disimpulkan bahwa membran zeolit dengan suhu aktifasi 400°C mempunyai kuat tekan yang paling besar yakni 13,73 x 10-3 (N/mm2). Mineral komponen penyusun membran adalah mordenit, sedangkan alumina dan kaolin dalam keadaan amorf. Marfologi permukaan membran yang terbentuk tidak seragam, membran dengan pemanasan 1250°C memiliki kekuatan dan ketahanan pada uji perendaman dalam air.

Kobal merupakan logam yang mempunyai banyak kegunaan dalam bidang industry maupun elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kemurnian kobal dengan adanya pengotor seng (Zn) yang dipengaruhi oleh variasi konsentrasi H2SO4 dan mengetahui morfologi hasil endapan kobal (Co). Pengendapan kobal ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode elektrolisis pada potensial terpasang 3,3 Volt selama 4 jam dengan menggunakan elektroda grafit-grafit. Penelitian ini dilakukan penambahan konsentrasi H2SO4 0,001; 0,01; 0,1 M dan tanpa penambahan H2SO4 sebagai pengaruh konsentrasi elektrolit. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) dan Enegy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) yang menujukkan bahwa kemurnian kobal dengan adanya pengotor Zn tanpa penambahan H2SO4 sebesar 97,87% dan dengan penambahan H2SO4 berturut-turut 0,001; 0,01 dan 0,1 M sebesar ; dan . Bentuk morfologi hasil endapan elektrolisis cenderung berbentuk pori yang kasar, endapan banyak dikonsumsi oleh karbon dan logam kobal terserap masuk ke dalam pori-pori sehingga tidak terlihat.

Telah dilakukan pembuatan elektrolit padat NaMn2-xMgxO4 melalui metode sol-gel dengan variasi suhu kalsinasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan suhu kalsinasi optimum dalam pembuatan elektrolit padat NaMn2-xMgxO4 dan karakterisasi elektrolit padat NaMn2-xMgxO4 menggunakan FTIR dan XRD. Elektrolit padat NaMn2-xMgxO4 dibuat dengan mencampurkan larutan natrium asetat, mangan asetat, magnesium asetat, dan asam sitrat, kemudian dilakukan pengadukan, penguapan pada suhu 80°C, pengeringan gel pada suhu 180°C, dan kalsinasi pada berbagai variasi suhu, yaitu 700, 750, 800, 850, dan 900°C. Uji konduktivitas elektrolit padat dilakukan melalui pengukuran tahanan menggunakan multimeter, kemudian elektrolit padat dengan nilai konduktivitas tertinggi dan terendah dikarakterisasi menggunakan FTIR untuk menentukan interaksi antar atom-atom dalam elektrolit padat NaMn2-xMgxO4 dan XRD untuk menentukan kristalinitas elektrolit padat NaMn2-xMgxO4. Data konduktivitas menunjukkan bahwa suhu 800°C merupakan suhu kalsinasi yang optimum, sedangkan data FTIR dan XRD menunjukkan bahwa elektrolit padat yang terbentuk adalah padatan kristal NaMn2-xMgxO4 dan kristalinitas sampel 900°C lebih tinggi dari sampel 800°C.

Tanaman jambu mete, Anacardium occidentale L. merupakan salah satu komoditi perkebunan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi cukup tinggi. Satu bagian dari tanaman jambu mete yang belum banyak dikenal masyarakat adalah kulit bijinya. Kulit biji (shell) mengandung 50% minyak yang terdiri dari senyawa fenolat berupa 90% asam anakardat dan 10% berupa kardol dan kardanol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis dan mengkarakterisasi katalis Ag/zeolit, mengetahui pengaruh temperatur terhadap produk cair pirolisis kulit biji jambu mete dan membandingkan produk cair hasil pirolisis dengan katalis zeolit dan Ag/zeolit. Penelitian dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu pembuatan katalis Ag/Zeolit dan pirolisis kulit biji jambu mete dengan katalis Ag/Zeolit dan zeolit alam teraktivasi pada temperatur 200°, 250°, 300°, 350° dan 400°C. Karakterisasi katalis menggunakan Surface Area Analyzer, AAS, uji keasaman dan GC-MS untuk produk cair pirolisis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh katalis Ag/zeolit yang mengalami penurunan luas permukaan spesifik sebesar 70,28%, volume total pori sebesar 70,19%. Nilai keasaman katalis Ag/zeolit mengalami kenaikan sebesar 50%, dan mengandung logam Ag sebesar 0,6326%. Telah dilakukan pirolisis limbah batang sagu dengan katalis zeolit aktif dan Ni-zeolit dengan variasi diameter kanal pelet katalis. Pengaktifan zeolit alam dilakukan dengan perendaman HF 1%, HCl 1N (masing-masing selama 4 jam), pencucian dengan akuabides, dan dikalsinasi. Zeolit aktif diimpregnasi dengan larutan garam NiCl2.6H2O, dikalsinasi, dioksidasi, dan direduksi. Hasil pengaktifan zeolit dan impregnasi dibentuk pelet dengan diberi lubang/kanal dengan variasi 0,6; 0,7; 0,8; 0,9; dan 1mm dan digunakan sebagai katalis dalam proses pirolisis. Pirolisis katalitik dilakukan pada temperatur 4000C. Keasaman Ni-zeolit meningkat sebesar 12 kali tetapi adanya penurunan luas permukaan sebesar 4,72%, Persentasi kristalinitas naik sebesar 7,40%. Penggunaan katalis Ni-Zeolit meningkatkan biooil sebesar 40,388% dibanding zeolit aktif, biooil dengan katalis zeolit aktif didapatkan hasil optimum pada diameter kanal pelet 1mm yaitu 30,468%, sedangkan dengan katalis Ni-zeolit hasil optimum pada diameter kanal 0,7 yaitu 43,52%. Produk utama hasil cair antara penggunaan katalis zeolit aktif maupun Ni-zeolit memiliki 5 senyawa hidrokarbon dengan kelimpahan paling besar yaitu asam asetat, fenol, metanol, 1-hidroksi 2-propanon, dan metil asetat.

Tanaman jambu mete, Anacardium occidentale L. merupakan salah satu komoditi perkebunan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi cukup tinggi. Kulit biji jambu mete mengandung 50% minyak yang terdiri dari senyawa fenolat berupa 90% asam anakardat dan 10% berupa kardol dan kardanol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis dan mengkarakterisasi katalis Ag/zeolit, melakukan pirolisis kulit jambu mete, mengetahui pengaruh temperatur pirolisis terhadap produk cair pirolisis dan membandingkan produk cair hasil pirolisis yang menggunakan katalis zeolit dan Ag/zeolit. Penelitian dilakukan beberapa tahap yaitu pembuatan katalis Ag/Zeolit dan pirolisis kulit biji jambu mete. Pirolisis dilakukan dengan katalis Ag/zeolit pada temperatur 200, 250, 300, 350, dan 400°C. Karakterisasi katalis menggunakan Surface Area Analyzer, AAS, uji keasaman dan GC-MS untuk produk cair pirolisis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh katalis Ag/zeolit yang mengalami penurunan luas permukaan spesifik sebesar 70,28%, volume total pori sebesar 70,19%. Nilai keasaman katalis Ag/zeolit mengalami kenaikan sebesar 50%, mengandung logam Ag sebesar 0,6326%. Hasil analisis GC-MS produk cair pirolisis pada temperatur 400°C dengan katalis Ag/zeolit diperoleh senyawa 3-octylphenol dengan kelimpahan sebesar 72,28%, dengan katalis zeolit alam teraktivasi dihasilkan senyawa 3-(pentadec-8-enyl)phenol dengan kelimpahan sebesar 77,04%.

Proses elektrokimiawi magnesium menghasilkan Mg(OH)2 telah dilakukan. Magnesium banyak digunakan dalam bidang industri. Umumnya magnesium diperoleh melalui Proses Dow dari air laut maupun proses elektrokimiawi bittern. Metode penelitian ini didasarkan pada proses pengendapan selektif melalui sistem elektrolisis khusus, yaitu menggunakan 2 kompartemen yang dipisahkan oleh jembatan garam dalam sistem elektrolisis C|NaOH,FeSO4||MgSO4,NaCl|C pada voltase 3; 6; 7,5; 9; 12 dan 13,8 V dengan variasi [Fe2+] 0; 0,01; 0,025; 0,05 dan 0,1 M. Kemurnian endapan Mg(OH)2 ditentukan melalui analisis FTIR dan AAS. Adanya ion Fe2+ menurunkan kuat arus selama elektrolisis dan mengurangi rendemen Mg(OH)2 karena terbentuknya flok. Hasil FTIR menunjukkan bahwa endapan Mg(OH)2 telah terbentuk ditunjukkan oleh vibrasi molekul pada 3695,61cm-1 (ikatan –OH strech) dan 871,82 cm-1 (ikatan Mg-O). Endapan Mg(OH)2 belum murni karena terdapat logam Na dan Fe yang diketahui dari hasil AAS.Rendemen tertinggi pada sistem elektrolisis tanpa penambahan ion Fe2+ sebesar 71,02 %, sedangkan dengan penambahan Fe2+ 0,05 M 54,83 % pada voltase 12 V.

Magnesium hidroksida bermanfaat sebagai bahan baku penyimpan gas hidrogen, bahan baku pembuatan magnesium oksida (MgO). Magnesium dipisahkan dengan metode elektrolisis, hasilnya berupa magnesium hidroksida. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengendapkan magnesium hidroksida melalui elektrolisis sistem C|KOH||MgSO4,KCl|C dan menentukan pengaruh KOH terhadap rendemen hasil elektrolisis sistem berupa Mg(OH)2.. Sel elektrolisis terdiri dari 2-kompartemen, kompartemen pertama berisi larutan MgSO4-KCl di katoda dan kompartemen lain berisi larutan KOH pada anoda. Elektrolisis menggunakan tabung U yang disekat jembatan garam KCl, elektroda berupa grafit dan potensial terpasang 9 volt dengan waktu elektrolisis selama 120 menit. Magnesium hidroksida dikarakterisasi menggunakan spektrofotometer IR dan AAS. Keberadaan KOH meningkatkan endapan Mg(OH)2 hasil elektrolisis. Rendemen tertinggi yang dihasilkan diperoleh pada penggunaan KOH 0,25 M yaitu 99,59%. Diperoleh kadar Magnesium sebanyak 51,26%. Ada kemiripan antara spektra FTIR Mg(OH)2 hasil elektrolisis dengan Mg(OH)2 standar yang membuktikan bahwa endapan hasil elektrolisis merupakan Mg(OH)2.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh konsentrasi NaCl dan anode besi terhadap rendemen Mg(OH)2 yang dihasilkan. Sel elektrolisis terdiri dari 2-kompartemen, kompartemen anodik berisi larutan MgSO4-NaCl dan kompartemen katodik berisi H2O. Elektrolisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan tabung U yang disekat jembatan garam berupa agar-agar, elektrode yang digunakan adalah besi-grafit dan potensial terpasang 9 volt selama 240 menit. Magnesium hidroksida dikarakterisasi menggunakan spektrofotometer IR dan AAS. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi NaCl yang digunakan maka endapan Mg(OH)2 yang dihasilkan juga semakin banyak. Rendemen tertinggi yang dihasilkan pada penggunaan NaCl berkonsentrasi 0,075 M sebesar 98,90 % dengan kadar Magnesium sebesar 72,72 %. Pirolisis dilakukan dengan variasi temperatur 200, 250, 300, 350, dan 400°C. Produk yang berupa gas dikondensasikan pada pendingin es-garam kemudian dianalisis dengan GC-MS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semakin tinggi temperatur pirolisis semakin banyak massa produk cair yang dihasilkan. Pirolisis kulit biji jambu mete dengan katalis Ni/zeolit menghasilkan produk cair sebesar 0-4,56% dan pirolisis dengan katalis Ni-Ag/zeolit menghasilkan produk cair sebesar 0-5,20%. Senyawa utama yang terkandung dalam produk cair pirolisis kulit biji jambu mete dengan katalis Ni-Ag/zeolit maupun Ni/zeolit adalah 3-octylphenol dan 2-(octyloxycarbonyl) benzoic acid, kecuali pirolisis dengan katalis Ni/zeolit pada suhu 300°C dan dengan katalis Ni-Ag/zeolit pada suhu 250°C, senyawa utamanya adalah 3-nonilphenol dan 2-(octyloxycarbonyl) benzoic acid.

Pembuatan elektrolit padat NaMn2-xMgxO4 dengan variasi temperatur pengeringan telah dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi temperatur pengeringan gel terhadap konduktivitas elektrolit padat NaMn2-xMgxO4. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode sol-gel yang meliputi pengadukan, penguapan pada 80°C, pengeringan pada variasi temperatur 150, 160, 170, 180 dan 190°C, dan kalsinasi pada 800°C. Produk yang dihasilkan dianalisis dengan uji konduktivitas, FTIR dan XRD. Hasil pengukuran konduktivitas padatan amorf dan elektrolit padat berdasarkan variasi temperatur pengeringan menunjukkan nilai konduktivitas tertinggi diperoleh pada temperatur 170°C yaitu masing-masing 2,27 x 10-9 S cm-1 dan 22,2 x 10-9 S cm-1. Konduktivitas terendah untuk padatan amorf dan elektrolit padat diperoleh pada temperatur 150°C yaitu masing-masing sebesar 1,87 x 10-9 S cm-1 dan 12,6 x 10-9 S cm-1.

Proses pembuatan elektolit padat KMn2-xMgxO4 dengan variasi konsentrasi larutan kalium asetat telah dilakukan. Kalium sebagai ion logam dalam elektrolit padat berfungsi sebagai penghasil energi dengan proses elektrolisis sehingga perlu ditinjau pengaruh perubahan konsentrasi terhadap struktur dan daya hantar (konduktivitas). Penelitian ini menggunakan pemanasan secara bertahap dan metode sol-gel yaitu dengan mencampurkan larutan CH3COOK 0,1-0,5M, Mg(CH3COO)2 0,3M, Mn(CH3COO)2 dan C6H8O7 0,3M dengan pengadukan disertai pemanasan suhu 80°C, pengeringan pada 175°C, dan kalsinasi 650°C. Peningkatan konsentrasi mengakibatkan penurunan konduktivitas yaitu pada konsentrasi 0,1 M sebesar 36,90 S/m menjadi 13,75 S/m pada konsentrasi 0,5 M. Hasil FTIR menunjukkan adanya puncak 3332,99 cm-1dan 3170,97 cm-1 (K-O-Mn bending), 594,08 dan 478,35 cm-1 (Mg-O stretching), 1450,47 dan 1404,18 cm-1 (K-O stretching). Hasil XRD menunjukkan bahwa semua produk dalam bentuk kristalin dan struktur yang terbentuk adalah KMn1,7Mg0,3O4

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang pembuatan elektrolit padat NaMn2-xMgxO4. Material padat dengan ion logam sebagai sumber energi merupakan temuan baru yang diterapkan. Hal ini disebabkan karena material tersebut tidak menyebabkan kebocoran elektrolit sebagaimana elektrolit cair. Pada elektrolit padat semakin rapi struktur dan semakin kompak akan semakin baik konduktivitasnya sementara semakin tinggi konsentrasi elektrolit maka semakin sulit menghantarkan elektron. Pembuatan kristal NaMn2-xMgxO4 dilakukan dengan pencampuran Na asetat, Mn asetat dengan variasi Na asetat 0,1 ; 0,2 ;0,3 ;0,4 dan 0,5 M dengan Mn asetat dan Mg asetat 0,3 M . Hasil padatan kemudian diukur hambatannya dan dihitung konduktivitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa padatan yang terbentuk berbentuk kristal dan semakin tinggi konsentrasi larutan Na ,maka konduktivitasnya cenderung semakin menurun.

50. Synovial fluid proteome profile of surgical versus chemical induced osteoarthritis in rabbits.

Background: Animal models are significant for understanding human osteoarthritis (OA). This study compared the synovial fluid proteomics changes in surgical and chemical induced OA models., Methods: Thirty rabbits either had anterior cruciate ligament transection (ACLT) procedure or injected intra-articularly with monosodium iodoacetate (MIA, 8 mg) into the right knee. The joints were anatomically assessed, and the synovial fluid proteins analyzed using two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (2DGE) and MALDI TOF/TOF mass spectrometry analysis at 4, 8 and 12 weeks. The proteins' upregulation and downregulation were compared with control healthy knees., Results: Seven proteins (histidine-rich glycoprotein, beta-actin-like protein 2 isoform X1, retinol-binding protein-4, alpha-1-antiproteinase, gelsolin isoform, serotransferrin, immunoglobulin kappa-b4 chain-C-region) were significantly expressed by the surgical induction. They characterized cellular process (27%), organization of cellular components or biogenesis (27%), localization (27%) and biological regulation (18%), which related to synovitis, increased cellularity, and subsequently cartilage damage. Three proteins (apolipoprotein I-IV precursor, serpin peptidase inhibitor and haptoglobin precursor) were significantly modified by the chemical induction. They characterized stimulus responses (23%), immune responses (15%), biological regulations (15%), metabolism (15%), organization of cellular components or biogenesis (8%), cellular process (8%), biological adhesions (8%) and localization (8%), which related to chondrocytes glycolysis/death, neovascularization, subchondral bone necrosis/collapse and inflammation., Conclusions: The surgical induced OA model showed a wider range of protein changes, which were most upregulated at week 12. The biological process proteins expressions showed the chemical induced joints had slower OA progression compared to surgical induced joints.
