This article is, because of its topic of study, a part of management and includes details regarding the important role of emotional intelligence in management and leadership. The importance of this problem is related to the fact that, in Romanian management, this concept (being of a psycho-management nature), is poorly understood. Emotional intelligence is still a highly publicized concept in the West, subject to many controversies between recognized experts in various fields: organizational management, leadership, psychology, sociology. The target of the article is to highlight the fact that there are few management or recruitment consulting firms in Romania that support emotional intelligence development programs, and fewer are the organizations that realize the impact it has in running a business. Since 1995, from the first publication of Daniel Goleman's book, "Emotional intelligence", EQ has become one of the most debated concepts in U.S management. The content of the article calls for a new business climate, ensuring professional excellence. We want this to be "a guide" in cultivating emotional intelligence in individuals, groups and organizations, through leadership, trying to validate the scientific aspect. Because we live in a time when future projects depend increasingly more on self-control and on the art with which we know to maintain interpersonal relationships, such guidelines are necessary to prevent future challenges. The contribution of the authors brings to the forefront the debate about management, behavior management, the concept of emotional intelligence and the importance of understanding, knowing its substance, and the manner in which the management process has to be adopted in order to achieve positive results in an organization, as a system. Businessmen with a preemptive mind will encourage and support such an education in business, not only to improve the quality of management in their organization but also for the vitality of the economy. Thus, the benefits will increase, not only for a new generation of managers, but also for our families and communities, and for society as a whole.

Worldwide organisations are continually searching for new sources of competitive advantage. At the same time, they are under increasing pressure to carry out their activities so as not to harm the environment in addition to having a positive impact on society. Given these facts, our paper analyses whether, and under what conditions, sustainable development could be an opportunity rather than a threat for organisations. In particular, the research focuses on investigating a possible link between sustainable development and museums' competitiveness. In order to achieve this goal, after an in-depth study of the literature, we distributed and collected surveys from 87 museums of different sizes, types, and importance from all Romanian development regions. Subsequently, we used Spearman's correlation coefficient to test the statistical hypotheses. The findings indicate that both social and environmental pillars of sustainability have positive links with the economic performance of a museum. Our research highlights that not only private companies but also nonprofit organisations, such as museums, can use sustainable development to improve their economic results and, in this way, to achieve higher levels of competitiveness. Therefore, the findings of this study are helpful for all organisations wishing to determine how sustainable development can be turned into a tool for enhancing competitiveness. The importance of world business has created a demand for managers sophisticated in global management skills and working with people from other countries. Organizational behavior from different countries and cultures compares organizational behavior across countries and cultures and seeks to understand how to improve the interaction of co workers, manager's executives, client's suppliers and alliance partners from around the world. The economic world shows us that all the elements that we consider static have a pulsation around an equilibrium position. The present study concerning the organization's culture the motivational factors of the employees an outlet in this field. The flexibility in a global economy is an important element on which people can communicate and the manager can exercise his leading task thus is an imperfect world that imposed the necessity of adaptation to a cross cultural model. Full computerization of information systems in an enterprise is the dream of every manager. The new concepts of thematic databanks fall into this challenge with respect to the information between the stakeholders and the activities within a mining organization. To achieve the analysis of thematic databases, you must go through preliminary issues on computerization in organizations. The entire analysis should be integrated in conjunction with the characteristics of each organization, information, organizational structure, environmental conditions in which they operate, specific conditions, etc. This paper falls within the thematic area of automation of the information system, making it wholly or partly a computer system. Once in the organizational system the computer system will be the most important component of the information system and the increase of its role will lead to a substantial improvement of the unit management. Practice has proved that the integration of the entire computer system in a "X" DB - GIS type databank, is the solution of the future in information management of any organization. From geometric point of view, the realization of tall buildings is an interdisciplinary domain that was very little discussed in the specialty literature. The realization of column type tall constructions (chimney, cooling towers, TV towers, very tall residential buildings, bankseats) implies a succession of complex problems for engineering surveying. The execution of tall constructions depends qualitative on applying the adequate technologies. During the realization of tall engineering constructions the surveyor participates directly in every phase the realization of the objective: projection, tracing, exploitation and monitoring in time. The extent of this analysis theme covers all the phases that are the object of a tall construction building up, from design phase to the time behavior tracing. The present work analyses this domain starting with the existing data synthesize and carrying forward with technologies and devices elaboration that would improve the possibilities of management of surveying technologies for the execution and exploitation of column type very tall constructions. Romania's mining strategy of for the period 2008-2020 in Chapter 5.2. "Policies on eliminating financial losses and increasing economic efficiency in the mining sector" includes taking certain measures concerning: "automated and computerized operation of production processes". Globally, lately, mining activities have also aligned to the global trend of business management through software. Because the mining activity is a costly business and requires huge investment costs, the automation of certain production processes, transport, mining in general, was considered, automation which could have been achieved only on the basis of using computer software to streamline these activities. On the other hand, the prospecting activities, i.e. exploration in general, needed interfaces made for computers in order to reduce the costs associated with these activities and also reduce the time and staff dedicated to them. The paper wishes to present, in a synthetic but comprehensive manner, the range and nature of software currently being used by top global mining companies but also the prospects of expanding the implementation on a wider scale. The new concept, according to the author, is modulated starting from a trunk which defines the initiated information system in minimalist terms. The system will allow the addition of an infinite number of modules at the "data" level, relational" level, "programs-software applications", "processing equipment", but also at the level of the components in the "database management system" and last but not least at the "users" level. Finally we want to make a plea for large scale informatisation of all activities of mining companies, addressing this defining aspect of organizational management globally, but with gradual implementation, step by step, on areas and activities, means mentioned in the paper, software, databases, GIS, contained in the new MDB GIS concept with the capability to ensure this. Although Lean principles are issues of worldwide, there are controversy opinions regarding the need of implementing these principles. The paper aims to highlight that every company that begins to think Lean, must consider that their ultimate success is dependent upon the rate of learning and their engagement of people. The development of Lean skills and knowledge inside an organization leads both to sustaining a culture of improvement and to encourage adaptability to the requirements of good practice. The paper "Communication Management or Public Relations" mainly aims at identifying the accents of communication in the public relations. For such purpose, we pursue at achieving the hermeneutics of the "communication management" term, by which J.E. Grunig and T. Hunt defined this area. First, the communicational model of Roman Jakobson will be illustrated (which we view as paradigmatic for the said expression), and then the particular mobility aspects will be emphasized referring to each of the intrinsic parts of the communication act, so that to allow us to speak of "efficiency" as regards the communication between an organization and its public. The final part is aimed as a plea in favour of harmonizing this consecrated definition ("the management of communication between the organization and its publics") with its complementary term, often used in the Great Britain of "management reputation".
