Pregnancy in adolescents can cause serious conditions such as physical and psychological conditions. Pregnancy among adolescents in low, middle, and high income countries is a problem that occurs globally. According to Who data (2012). There are around 16 million adolescents aged 15-19 giving birth each year. Meanwhile, in low income countries there are around 14% of pregnancies out of wedlock. Pregnancy is associated with significant risk to women’s mental health, one of which is the psychological condition of the expectant mother. The minimum age for a women to get married should be 21-22 years because she is considered physically and mentally capable. Adolescent who are pregnant less than the productive age of years will have an impact on their mental conditions such as anxiety, stress and depression. This study aims to find out more about the psychological impact on teenage pregnancy with existing studies by reviewing several research articles. The research design used a literature review with sources from computerized systematic search studies (Google Scholar and Pubmed) with the last 10 years recorder from 2014-2023. There were 60 articles obtained and after conducting a proper review of the title, there were 23 with 19 national articles and 4 international articles. The criteria for finding the key to searching the literature review are “mental health” and “adolescent pregnancy”

Pregnancy is a physiological change in women. There are changes in the body during pregnancy, one of which is in the blood vessel system. These changes make the volume of plasma in the blood increase, this results in dilution of the blood. From these changes, pregnant women are prone to anemia, where the condition of the body lacks blood. Globally, the incidence of anemia reaches 29.9% in women of childbearing age or more than half a billion women aged 15-49 years have anemia. With a prevalence of 29.6% in non-pregnant women of childbearing age and 36.5% in pregnant women of childbearing age. Anemia in pregnancy has several effects such as premature birth and postpartum hemorrhage. So anemia during pregnancy requires serious treatment. There are pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments for anemia. One of the non-pharmacological treatments that can be done is using dates and honey. Dates and honey contain iron, vitamin C, vitamin B complex and folic acid which are needed in the formation of blood cells. In this case, the researcher conducted a search for evidence of foreign literature traced through electronic media facilities with keyword guidance. There were 6 relevant articles, each of which represented an effect of giving dates and honey in cases of anemia during pregnancy, especially in pregnant women who have anemia.

Anemia in pregnant women is a condition where there is a lack of red blood cells or hemoglobin. A condition where in the first and third trimesters there is an increase in plasma volume in a greater proportion than the increase in erythrocytes, resulting in a decrease in hemoglobin concentration (Hb) which causes hemoglobin levels to fall below 11.0 g/dl or in the second trimester < 10.5 g/dl. dl due to hemodilution. The purpose of this literature review study was to determine the factors that influence the compliance of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets. This research method used a literature review method and uses databases such as Pubmed, Google Scholar and Health Profiles with a vulnerable publication period of the last 10 (ten) years. The results from several journals show that there were several factors that influence the compliance of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets, namely knowledge, attitudes, family support, support from health workers, frequency of ANC visits, and age. Some of these factors show a significant relationship to the effect of pregnant women's compliance in consuming Fe tablets. Conclusion: the factors that influence the compliance of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets are knowledge, attitudes, family support, support from health workers, frequency of ANC visits, and age.

Selama masa kehamilan banyak perubahan fisik maupun psikologis yang terjadi pada wanita, salah satunya adalah membesarnya uterus yang dapat menimbulkan nyeri punggung. Nyeri punggung merupakan suatu ketidaknyamanan pada ibu hamil terutama pada trimester III. Nyeri punggung yang tidak tertangani dapat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari. Ibu hamil dapat mengurangi nyeri punggung dengan menggunakan terapi non-farmakologis diantaranya kompres hangat dan akupresur. Tujuan literatur review untuk mengetahui efektifitas kompres hangat dan akupresur terhadap nyeri punggung bagian bawah pada ibu hamil trimester III. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature riview pada database jurnal kesehatan yaitu Google Scholar diperoleh 59 artikel, 27 artikel di Pubmed, 5 artikel di The Lancet, 28 artikel di Springer dan di Elsevier 1 artikel terbitan 10 (sepuluh) tahun terakhir. Hasil studi literatur melalui database menunjukkan bahwa kompres hangat dan akupresur merupakan metode yang efektif untuk mengurangi keluhan nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil trimester III. Kompres hangat dan akupresur sama-sama memiliki efektifitas terhadap penurunan skala nyeri punggung, tetapi kompres hangat lebih mudah digunakan dibandingkan akupresur yang harus dilakukan dan didampingi oleh seseorang yang terlatih.

Introduction: Nausea and vomiting that occurs in pregnant women is a normal symptom and is often found in the first trimester of pregnancy. Nausea and vomiting in pregnancy are caused by changes in the endocrine system. The incidence of nausea and vomiting that occurs in Indonesia is much greater than the incidence in the world, namely 60-80% primigravida and 40-60% multigravida. How to cope with nausea and vomiting using non-pharmacological therapy, one of which is acupressure massage. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of acupressure massage on the incidence of nausea and vomiting in first trimester pregnant women. Methods: The method in writing this article is a review of the literature contained in the database of health journals, namely Google Scholar, pubmed, text books, profiles of the Ministry of Health, and the WHO website. The selected articles are based on free full text, open access, in English and Indonesian within the last 10 years. Results: The results of a literature study through databases in health journals found a total of 7 articles on pubmed, 7 articles on Google Scoolar. In the results of the study, there was a significant effectiveness of acupressure massage on the incidence of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women in the first trimester. Conclusion: Acupressure stimulates the regulatory system and activates endocrine and neurologic mechanisms, by stimulating the hypothalamus to secrete endorphins that provide a sense of relaxation. ANC is a health service provided to pregnant women in an effort to improve the welfare of the mother and fetus. The pandemic (COVID-19) is now a problem faced by 200 countries around the world. The method used in this paper uses a comprehensive strategy, such as searching for articles in research journal databases, searching through the internet, reviewing articles. There are 5 national articles and 5 international articles, analyzed through analysis of objectives, suitability of topics, research methods used, sample size, research ethics, results of each article, and limitations that occur. The results of this study indicate that the increase in anxiety of pregnant women in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic is due to the lack of knowledge of pregnant women about COVID-19 and how to prevent it. In reducing the mother's anxiety level to carry out Antenatal Care checks, a deep understanding of COVID-19 and how to prevent it, and avoiding false news (hoaxes) can be given. The conclusion based on the analysis that has been carried out is, there are factors of maternal anxiety and husband's support in conducting Antenatal Care examinations, namely inaccurate information circulating to the wider community, then the level of knowledge related to covid-19 and its prevention.

Kota Semarang jumlah Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) sebanyak 88,3 per 100.000 Kelahiran Hidup (KH) di tahun 2017. Penyebab kasus AKI yaitu adanya keterlambatan dalam deteksi kehamilan dan pelaksanaan ANC belum sesuai standar. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik dilakukan oleh tenaga kesehatan pastinya akan meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui standar pelayanan ANC 10 T terhadap kepuasan ibu hamil di Puskesmas Tlogosari Kulon Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional . Pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan accidental sampling didapatkan sebanyak 55 ibu hamil TM III. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji descriptive stastictics frequencies dan uji chi-square . Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa standar pelayanan ANC 10 T sebagian besar dilakukan secara lengkap sesuai standar 10 T yaitu 43 ibu hamil (78,2 %). Kepuasan ibu hamil pada waktu melakukan pemeriksaan ANC sebagian besar ibu hamil merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh bidan yaitu 44 ibu hamil (80%). Ada hubungan standar pelayanan ANC 10 T terhadap kepuasan ibu hamil. Kesimpulannya mayoritas pelayanan dilakukan sesuai standar dan ibu merasa puas.

Anxiety is an object of uncertainty. Pregnant mothers' anxiety when facing the pregnancy process is different. Nearly 60% of pregnant women do not routinely perform ANC and most women worry about being referred to the hospital during labor, so many feel anxious. In fact, these complications can basically be detected earlier if the mother routinely and obediently performs an ANC. The solution to this problem is to reduce anxiety and optimize the motivation of pregnant women to develop a program to increase the knowledge of pregnant women and the compliance of pregnant women to carry out ANC with a discussion approach among pregnant women through the formation of Prenatal Classes. The form of science and technology transfer begins with a pre-test and ends with a post-test, education is delivered with an easy-to-understand method that provides material about: nutrition for pregnant women, discomfort of pregnant women, danger signs for pregnant women, preparation for delivery, preparation for breastfeeding, postpartum birth control, and pregnancy exercise. All participants also immediately did pregnancy exercise at the time of implementation according to instructions from the proposing team. In addition, fellow participants also discussed and exchanged experiences about their pregnancy. The anxiety level of pregnant women from the pre-test and post-test results decreased by 6.85%, participants felt calmer in dealing with the process of pregnancy, especially in the face of childbirth. The most important thing for this activity is that the mother will teach other pregnant women.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian genistein terhadap penurunan kadar TNF-α studi pada (Mus musculus) model endometriosis. Penelitian dibagi menjadi 8 kelompok, yaitu : kontrol negatif, kontrol positif dengan perlakuan pemberian genistein dosis 50 mg/hari, 100 mg/hari, 200 mg/hari, 300 mg/hari, 400 mg/hari, 500 mg/hari. Objective: To identify the effectiveness of beet juice administration on hemoglobin level of anemic pregnant women.Materials and Methods: This was an experimental quantitative study using pretest-posttest design with a total sample of 30 patients who were divided into 2 groups of treatment groups (beetroot + Fe) and control group (Fe). The treatment was carried out for 14 days. Before and after the treatment, the samples were subjected to hemoglobin examination. Data in this study were the difference between pre-test and post-test values, the results of normality test with Shapiro Wilk, and, to identify the difference between pre-test and post-test, the results of Wilcoxon Test for abnormal data and Paired T-Test for normal data.Results: Mann Whitney Test results between treatment and control groups revealed p (0.023) < alpha (0.05). There was a significant difference in hemoglobin levels between TM III pregnant women with anemia receiving beets and those receiving Fe tablets only.Conclusion: Minimum Hb increase before and after the administration of Fe and beetroot juice to pregnant women was 17.7 gr% and the maximum Hb level was 0.8 gr%.

Objective: To investigate the effect of genistein on proinflammatory cytokines, NF-κ B activation, and estrogen receptor-β expression in a mice model of endometriosis. Methods: Forty female mice (Mus musculus) were divided into eight groups (n=5 each), including the control (untreated) group, endometriosis group, and the endometriosis groups were given various doses of genistein (at doses of 50; 100; 200; 300; 400; 500 mg/day). Analysis of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-8 level were done by ELISA technically. Analysis of estrogen receptor-β and NF-κB were done by immunohistochemistry. Results: The level of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-8 were significantly higher in the EM group compared to the untreated control group (P0.05). These increased levels of IL-1β, IL-6, adn IL-8 in the EM group were significantly reduced by all doses of genistein. There were significantly (P0.05).
