In the environment of data explosion, how to make an effective and accurate personalized point of interest (POI) recommendation in location-based social networks (LBSNs) is a challenging and meaningful task. Fortunately, there is a lot of information that we can use. We can make recommendations by mining the rich information hidden in user check-in records. In this paper, we propose a recommend system named GFP-LORE. Specifically, we have designed a framework, which integrates various influencing factors. First, we modeled friend sign-in frequencies and POI popularity as a power-law distribution and the experiment proved that it is effective. Then, we got the influence of geographic information by modeling it according to the longitude and latitude of the user's check-in location. After that, we sorted the historical check-in records of all users according to time and then mine an overall pattern of location transfer-order pattern. Then, we combine it with each user's own unique location transfer record to get the possibility of the user going to the next POI. Finally, we synthesize the above four influence factors into a unified correlation probability rating and recommend a new location by this probability rating. We tested our system on the open real check-in data set, and the results of our simulation experiments show that the recommendation effect of our system is better than those algorithms used in the contrast test.

Ecosystem functional types (EFTs) are the patches of land surface showing similar in carbon dynamics. EFTs are not defined by the structure and composition of vegetation and represent the spatial heterogeneity of ecosystem functions. Identifying EFTs based on low-resolution satellite remote sensing data cannot satisfy the needs of fine-scale characterization of regional ecosystem functional patterns. Here, taking Zhenlai County, Northeast China as an example, the heterogeneity in ecosystem functions was characterized by identifying EFTs from Sentinel-2 time series data using ISODATA algorithm. Ecosystem functional attributes derived from dynamics of the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), the fraction of absorbed photosynthetically active radiation (FAPAR), and canopy water content (CWC) in the growing season were calculated. The correspondence analysis (CA) method was used to reveal relationships between the EFTs and land cover types. Our results showed that the nine selected remotely sensed variables indicating carbon and water flux of the regional ecosystems could be adopted in ecosystem functions classification. The obtained EFTs based on Sentinel-2 images reflected the internal structure of carbon balance well and the distribution pattern of ecosystem functional diversity a fine scale. This study helps to understand the functional heterogeneity pattern of temperate terrestrial ecosystems.

In this paper, the Abaqus model of an 8 layer isolation structure is established, and the connector element provided in the software is used to simulate the stiffness multilinearity in the horizontal and vertical direction of the isolation bearing. In the numerical analysis, six kinds of working conditions are set up to compare the vertical displacement, the peak acceleration and the interlayer displacement etc, and the effect of bearing failure on the superstructure is obtained.

Liquid metal phase change materials have the advantages of high thermal conductivity and high volumetric latent heat, which are expected to address the growing challenges of thermal management of advanced electronics. In previous studies, the effect of radiative heat transfer from fins of a phase change heat sink on thermal management performance has rarely been considered. In this study, radiative coating materials with high emissivity were prepared and coated on the fins of the liquid metal phase change heat sink. The effect of radiative heat transfer on the performance of liquid metal phase change heat sink was investigated. The experimental results of continuous heating under natural convection conditions show that the introduction of the radiative coating with an emissivity of 0.9298 can extend the time for the surface temperature of the heat source to reach 100 °C by 9.4%, while shortening the recovery time of the phase change heat sink by 14.9%. The results of high-power cyclic heating indicate that the high emissivity coating can reduce the peak temperature by 16.6 °C in the tenth working cycle. A simplified numerical model was subsequently developed and validated to determine the specific effects of phase change and radiative heat transfer on the overall thermal control performance. The radiation-enhanced liquid metal phase change heat sink proposed in this study is simple and maintenance-free. It is expected to address the thermal management issues of electronic devices that cannot use active cooling or operate in thin-air environments. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of platinum-containing neoadjuvant immunotherapy for triple-negative breast cancer. Methods Sixty-four patients with PD-L1 positive triple-negative breast cancer were enrolled and randomly divided into the control（n = 32）and observation groups（n = 32）. In the control group，preoperative chemotherapy regimen of albumin-bound paclitaxel plus cisplatin（TP）was given，while the observation group received platinum-containing neoadjuvant immunotherapy--combined with programmed death receptor-1（PD-1）inhibitor carrilizumab on the basis of TP chemotherapy regimen of control group. At 4 weeks post-neoadjuvant chemotherapy，whether modified radical surgery or breast-conserving surgery was chosen based on surgical indications，and whether axillary lymph node dissection was performed according to intraoperative sentinel lymph node biopsy results. The objective response rate，disease control rate，pathological complete response rate，breast conservation rate，axillary lymph node exemption rate，T lymphocyte subset levels，hypoxia-inducible factor-1αlevels，vascular endothelial growth factor levels，and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results After 6 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy，the objective remission rate，pathological complete remission rate，and elevated level of CD4+ T lymphocytes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（all P < 0.05）. The levels of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α and vascular endothelial growth factor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（all P < 0.05）. Although the disease control rate，breast conservation rate and exemption rate of axillary lymph node dissection were relatively high in the observation group，the difference was not significant when compared with that in the control group（P > 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups（P > 0.05）. Conclusion Platinum-containing neoadjuvant immunotherapy is efficacious and safe for triple-negative breast cancer，which reduces the tumor load and improves clinical prognosis of the patients.
