In this study, with the aim of revitalizing the region, how children's consciousness changes through activities such as children covering the region, writing articles, and expressing their thoughts from the perspective of Regional Journalism. From the perspective of Regional Journalism, we examined the activities of the Kids Reporter Club and clarified its significance.As a research method, we compared and examined the results of the questionnaire survey in 2020, which was the interview in COVID-19 calamity, and the questionnaire survey in 2017 before COVID-19 calamity, and analyzed how much it is thought that the qualities and abilities as Regional Journalism were acquired.It can be considered that the element of Regional Journalism is included in the element of Citizenship by the activities of the Kids Reporter Club. It was found that the activities of the Kids Reporter Club, which incorporates the perspective of Regional Journalism, contribute to the development of Citizenship in the interview activities in COVID-19.From the perspective of Regional Journalism, we hope that children's reporters will disseminate information about the region, creating sympathy for many people in the region, and thereby revitalizing the region. However, the relationship between the activities of the children's press club and the revitalization of the community has not been verified. In the future, I would like to examine what kind of impact the activities of the Children's Press Club have on the community and whether they can.

No ecossistema digital, o jornalismo de proximidade tem vindo a enfrentar diversos desafios que têm posto à prova a sua resiliência, sustentabilidade e durabilidade. Entre alterações nas dinâmicas das redações e no trabalho dos próprios jornalistas pela diminuição das redações e por financiamentos cada vez mais pequenos, os órgãos de comunicação social regionais têm procurado inovar no trabalho que desenvolvem para, assim, manterem a sua missão de informar comunidades que não são representadas em órgãos de índole nacional. Alguns desses apostaram tudo numa passagem para o digital, abandonando o tradicional formato do papel, e passando a estar presentes com websites, redes sociais, e até webtv. Este foi o caso do Jornal do Centro, órgão de comunicação social regional sediado na cidade beirã de Viseu, e onde foi realizado o estágio curricular para a elaboração do presente trabalho. Em 2020, o jornal modificou o seu posicionamento e passou a apresentar-se apenas para o digital nos três meios em que desenvolve o seu trabalho – o atual online, a rádio e a televisão. Tendo em consideração estes desafios e esta mudança, o objetivo deste relatório passa por analisar e compreender o posicionamento e as práticas de inovação, no digital, do Jornal do Centro através de quatro de perguntas de investigação. Assim, através de uma metodologia mista, composta por uma análise de conteúdo ao website e a duas redes sociais do Jornal do Centro, por três entrevistas a profissionais do órgão de comunicação social regional em estudo, pela observação participante realizada no decorrer do estágio curricular e pela recolha documental, foi possível concluir que, apesar de inovador, o Jornal do Centro tem ainda um longo caminho a percorrer, o que é reconhecido pelos seus profissionais. In the digital ecosystem, local journalism has faced several challenges that have put their resilience, sustentability and durability up to the test. Among changes in the dynamics of the newsrooms and in the work of journalists themselves caused by the decreasing newsrooms’ dimensions and to increasingly less funding, local media outlets have tried to innovate in their work so they can, therefore, maintain the goal of informing communities who aren’t present in national media outlets. Some of those have relied and adopted the transition to the digital environment, letting go of the traditional formats such as paper printed media, and are now present on the internet with websites, social media and even webtvs. This is the case of Jornal do Centro, a local newspaper located in Viseu, which was the place where the internship that led to this work has taken place. In 2020, the newspaper changed its modus operandi and is now present only in the digital environment in the three formats they’ve adopted works – the online, radio and television. Taking these challenges and the changes into account, the main goal of this report is to analyze and understand – using four research questions – how Jornal do Centro incorporates innovative routines. Therefore, with a mix method of content analysis of their website and two social networks, interviews to three of the media outlet’s professionals, direct observation made when the internship occurred and through documental research, it was possible to conclude that even though Jornal do Centro innovates, the path is still to be taken, something the professionals themselves acknowledge.

The telejournalism practiced by television stations in Rio Grande do Sul has been going through processes of restructuring and reduction of regional news spaces. Even the broadcaster RBS TV, which still somewhat met this demand, stopped producing considerably regional content from the Covid pandemic19. On the other hand, TV Cachoeira can be considered an example of typically local journalism production. The study aims to discuss the importance of regional television journalism in Rio Grande do Sul, analyze the reduction of regional production on RBS TV and reflect on the experience of TV Cachoeira. The analysis will be deepened in the programs “Jornal do Almoço”, on RBS TV, and “Jornal NT SUL”, on TV Cachoeira, with the observation of five editions of the two news programs during a week. As findings, it is noteworthy that while RBS TV is reducing content for the public in the interior, TV Cachoeira fulfills the objective of taking journalistic information to its local viewers. O telejornalismo praticado pelas emissoras de televisão no Rio Grande do Sul vem passando por processos de reestruturação e diminuição dos espaços regionais de notícias. Até mesmo a emissora RBS TV, que ainda atendia de certa forma esta demanda, deixou de produzir consideravelmente conteúdos regionais a partir da pandemia de Covid19. Por outro lado, a TV Cachoeira pode ser considerada um exemplo de produção de jornalismo tipicamente local. O estudo tem por objetivo problematizar a importância do jornalismo regional televisivo do Rio Grande do Sul, analisar a redução da produção regional na RBS TV e refletir sobre a experiência da TV Cachoeira. A análise será aprofundada nos programas “Jornal do Almoço”, da RBS TV, e “Jornal NT SUL”, da TV Cachoeira, com a observação de cinco edições dos dois noticiários durante uma semana. Como constatações, cabe ressaltar que enquanto a RBS TV está diminuindo o conteúdo para o público do interior, a TV Cachoeira cumpre com o objetivo de levar informação jornalística ao seu telespectador local.&nbsp

La Organización Mundial de la Salud propone unas recomendaciones a los medios de comunicación para que informen adecuadamente sobre el suicidio. Esta investigación tiene como objetivos (1) identificar si los criterios periodísticos usados por los periodistas de El Nuevo Día para informar sobre este tema se enmarcan entre las recomendaciones de la OMS y (2) caracterizar el uso del lenguaje periodístico en algunas notas del periódico sobre el suicidio desde la perspectiva de las emociones. Se emplea una metodología mixta: análisis de contenido (cuantitativo) a 32 piezas periodísticas impresas del periódico del 2019 y el análisis crítico del discurso desde la perspectiva de las emociones (cualitativo) a dos de las 32 notas de la muestra general. Se concluye que el periódico no cumple completamente con las recomendaciones de la OMS y las emociones de la culpa, el dolor y la desesperación son las que predominan en las dos notas elegidas., The World Health Organization (WHO) proposes some recommendations for the media to appropriately inform about suicide. This research aims to (1) identify if the journalistic criteria used by journalists of El Nuevo Día to inform about this topic are within the framework of the WHO recommendations, and to (2) characterize the use of journalistic language in some of the newspaper notes about suicide from the perspective of emotions. A mixed methodologies approach is used: Content analysis (quantitative) to 32 printed journalistic pieces of the newspaper from 2019 and the critical discourse analysis from the perspective of emotions (qualitative) to 2 of the 32 pieces of the general sample. Relatório de Estágio do Mestrado em Jornalismo e Comunicação apresentado à Faculdade de Letras O meio jornalístico tem, ao longo do tempo, lidado com diversos problemas e desafios. Se na imprensa nacional se pode notar, na imprensa regional e local esses problemas tornam-se ainda mais marcados. A internet e a globalização trouxeram novas possibilidades, mas grande parte das empresas jornalísticas regionais não conseguiram aproveitar as vantagens que estas tinham para oferecer. Focando na imprensa local e regional este trabalho pretende identificar o jornalismo de proximidade feito pelos meios locais, mostrar a importância da comunidade na manutenção do mesmo e referir este jornalismo enquanto meio de preservação das tradições, da cultura e da identidade regional, sendo também um ativo no desenvolvimento regional do território onde está inserido. Abordando os autores que contribuíram para o estudo sobre o jornalismo de proximidade e para o ciberjornalismo, este relatório tenciona apresentar o caso do Jornal Fórum Covilhã, um dos meios impressos da região da Beira Interior, ligando os elementos do jornalismo regional a exemplos específicos deste jornal. No Fórum, apesar da presença no digital, é o meio tradicional que continua a ter mais força. O jornal mantém a importância de uma contínua aposta no trabalho criativo e inovador, sem esquecer o jornalismo de proximidade e o contacto direto com os seus leitores. No primeiro ponto deste relatório é apresentado o Fórum Covilhã, no segundo ponto está o tema principal, o jornalismo local e regional e por último, o papel do online no jornalismo, em específico na imprensa regional. The journalistic medium has, over time, dealt with several problems and challenges. If it can be noticed in the national press, in the regional and local press these problems become even more marked. The internet and globalization have brought new possibilities, but most regional newspaper companies have not been able to take benefit from the advantages they have to offer. Focusing on the local and regional press, this work aims to identify proximity journalism made by local media, show the importance of the community in maintaining it and refer to this journalism as a means of preserving traditions, culture and regional identity, being also an asset in the regional development of the territory in which operates. Addressing the authors who contributed to the study of proximity journalism and cyberjournalism, this report intends to present the case of Jornal Fórum Covilhã, one of the print media in the Beira Interior region, linking the elements of regional journalism to specific examples of this newspaper. In the Fórum, despite the presence in digital, the traditional medium continues to have more strength. The newspaper maintains the importance of a continuous commitment to creative and innovative work, without forgetting proximity journalism and direct contact with its readers. The first point of this report presents the Fórum Covilhã, the second point is the main theme, local and regional journalism, and finally, the role of online in journalism, specifically in the press regional.

A vasta dimensão da internet alterou o consumo noticioso, o que modificou o sistema mediático e colocou em causa a sobrevivência de inúmeros meios de comunicação regionais. Para fazer frente ao digital, os media de proximidade necessitam então de se adaptar ao novo mercado mediático e apostar na inovação empresarial e editorial, de modo a conquistarem novos públicos. No entanto, na era da comunicação rápida - onde para além de móvel e portátil o jornalismo é também ubíquo e personalizado -, é efetivamente mais difícil captar a atenção das audiências e fidelizá-las, de forma a garantir a estabilidade do negócio. Para que isto ocorra, a produção de conteúdos díspares é essencial, talqualmente como a aposta nas redes sociais, que têm um custo marginal bastante reduzido. Importa salientar que, só por si, o jornalismo regional já é diferente dos demais. Contudo, este necessita de transformar a sua especificidade na sua força. A proximidade que o mesmo estabelece com os seus públicos pode facilitar a criação de laços, de comunidades e, em última instância, assim assegurando a sua sobrevivência. Posto isto e, de modo a manterem vivo o jornalismo de proximidade, os media devem apostar nas gerações mais novas, não só porque as redações devem ser representativas da sociedade, como pelo valor que um jovem pode acrescentar a um meio. Se por um lado um jovem jornalista procura experiência, por outro um órgão regional necessita de recursos humanos conhecedores das novas ferramentas digitais e tendências de mercado. Defende-se, assim, que o jornalismo regional precisa de conquistar as gerações mais novas, estabelecendo com as mesmas uma relação mais direta e íntima. Estas ideias, mencionadas nos parágrafos anteriores, são resultado de seis entrevistas realizadas a meios de comunicação da região de Torres Vedras, Médio Tejo e Covilhã e de um inquérito feito a 85 jovens. Através do método misto, analisou-se então o impacto dos jovens enquanto produtores e recetores de informação regional e concluiu-se que os mesmos podem contribuir para uma renovação e reafirmação do jornalismo regional. The vast dissemination of the internet has changed the way news is consumed, having modified the media system and challenged the survival of numerous regional media. In order to face the digital era, local media need to adapt to the new media market and invest in business as well as editorial innovation, to attract new audiences. Notwithstanding, in the era of fast communication – where journalism is not only mobile and portable, but also ubiquitous and personalized – it is in fact more difficult to capture the attention of audiences and retain them, so as to guarantee business stability. For this to occur, the production of varied content is essential, as is the commitment to social networks, which have a very low marginal cost. It is important to highlight that, on its own, regional journalism is already different from other kinds of journalism. However, the former needs to transform its specificity into its strength. The proximity it establishes with its audiences can facilitate the creation of ties, communities, thus ensuring its survival. To keep regional journalism alive, the media must focus on the younger generations, not only because the media should be representative of society, but also because of the value that the young can add to a medium. If on the one hand young journalists are looking for experience, on the other hand regional media needs human resources that understand new digital tools and market trends. As such, we defend that regional journalism needs to attract the younger generations, establishing a more direct and intimate relationship with them. These ideas, mentioned in the previous paragraphs, are the result of six interviews carried out with media from the Torres Vedras, Médio Tejo and Covilhã region and a survey conducted among 85 young people. The impact of young people as producers and receivers of regional information was thus analysed through mixed method research, and it was concluded that youth cohorts can contribute to a renewal and reaffirmation of regional journalism

Esses produtos de jornalismo em mídia digital apresentam características que visam a adaptação dos veículos ao cenário disruptivo do modelo pós-industrial e que, apesar das inovações técnicas e dos novos recursos multimídia nota-se que poucos veículos desenvolveram as técnicas e culturas que abrangem essa nova realidade, refletindo uma das principais dificuldades de engajamento dos usuários e processo de convergência. Dessa forma, identificamos e analisamos as tendências, experiências e os indicativos de resistência em relação ao processo de disrupção digital, mas também os elementos que levaram alguns veículos de comunicação a alterarem a forma com que a produção jornalística tem sido ofertada e acessada pelas pessoas, impactando significativamente na adoção de novas linguagens, produtos e serviços no modelo pós-industrial. Para atender o objetivo específico no alcance das experiências vivenciadas pelos veículos de comunicação, considerar como e quais os níveis de inovação, a incorporação das mudanças e como é percebido a relação de seus produtos com a população foi delineado nas fases do estudo de campo a análise de 14 veículos do interior do Estado de São Paulo com maior acesso, que estão filiados à Associação Paulista de Portais e Jornais (APJ, 2019), antes organizados em mídias tradicionais e agora transpostos no formato eletrônico. Para aprofundar o conhecimento e compreensão desse processo, partimos dos conceitos sobre os agentes de inovação da mídia visando refletir sobre o papel e influência dos “atores” no processo de inovação do jornalismo regional. As etapas de pesquisa de campo junto aos profissionais e representantes de veículos de comunicação de âmbito regional, foram readequados para o formato virtual e, apoiada na proposta do focus group como uma técnica de pesquisa qualitativa sobre o tópico de interesse da pesquisa, que contou com a participação de representantes de 10 dos 14 veículos regionais analisados. O desenvolvimento da tese permitiu a compreensão desse fenômeno, caracterizado por um processo de transição em relação à nova cultura de produção e acesso à informação. Assim, confirmamos a hipótese proposta por essa tese ao indicar que os jornais do interior apresentam uma pequena taxa de inovação e insistem na manutenção de um modelo “industrial” mesmo ao difundir seus conteúdos em plataformas digitais. Além disso, por meio de análises de exemplos em outros veículos nacionais e internacionais confirmamos que o fato de que o formato digital possibilita um maior alcance, maior interatividade e o uso de linguagens diversificadas, ou seja, os veículos que se preocupam com essa transição têm mais chances de se manterem de maneira sustentável. The doctoral thesis proposes to identify the levels of innovation resulting from the changes that have been taking place in journalistic production in the regional scope of the state of São Paulo as a product resulting from the process of digital disruption. These journalism products in digital media have characteristics that aim at adapting vehicles to the disruptive scenario of the post-industrial model and that, despite technical innovations and new multimedia resources, it is noted that few vehicles have developed the techniques and cultures that encompass this new reality, reflecting one of the main difficulties of user engagement and convergence process. In this way, we identified and analyzed the trends, experiences and signs of resistance in relation to the process of digital disruption, but also the elements that led some media outlets to change the way in which journalistic production has been offered and accessed by people, significantly impacting the adoption of new languages, products and services in the post-industrial model. To meet the specific objective in achieving the experiences lived by the media, consider how and what levels of innovation, incorporation of changes and how the relationship of their products with the population is perceived, was outlined in the phases of the field study and the analysis 14 vehicles from the interior of the State of São Paulo with greater access, which are affiliated to the São Paulo Association of Portals and Newspapers (APJ, 2019), previously organized in traditional media and now transposed in electronic format. To deepen the knowledge and understanding of this process, we start from the concepts of media innovation agents, aiming to reflect on the role and influence of “actors” in the regional journalism innovation process. The stages of field research with professionals and representatives of regional communication vehicles were readjusted to the virtual format and, supported by the proposal of the focus group as a qualitative research technique on the topic of interest of the research, which included the participation of representatives from 10 of the 14 regional vehicles analyzed. The development of the thesis allowed the understanding of this phenomenon, characterized by a transition process in relation to the new culture of production and access to information. Thus, we confirm the hypothesis proposed by this thesis by indicating that newspapers from the interior have a small rate of innovation and insist on the maintenance of an “industrial” model even when disseminating their content on digital platforms. In addition, through analysis of examples in other national and international vehicles, we confirm that the fact that the digital format allows for greater reach, greater interactivity and the use of diversified languages, that is, vehicles that are concerned with this transition have more chances to maintain themselves sustainably

Tudo o que é visto na TV, lido, ouvido ou assistido na internet não diz respeito à sua comunidade, bairro ou território de seu dia-a-dia. As principais fontes de informação desse “povo sem mídia’, na maioria das vezes é o conteúdo que circula no grupo de WhatsApp da família, entre os vizinhos e os “amigos mais chegados”. É esse conteúdo sem muita precisão informativa, ou até sem origem determinada, direciona muitas das atitudes cotidianas das pessoas desprovidas de senso crítico, e de fontes confiáveis de informações sobre a sua localidade e, também sobre a realidade nacional. Esse cenário constantemente desprovido de notícias locais retrata a realidade dos moradores de 3.487 cidades brasileiras, de um total de 5.570 cidades (62%), e de outros 19% que caminham para esse Estado de desertificação noticiosa, segundo o levantamento do Atlas da Notícia 2021. Os chamados “desertos de notícia” se espalham entre as cidades do interior de todo o país, concentrando-se naqueles municípios com baixos Índices de Desenvolvimento Humano e afugentados por toda a centralidade das regiões concentradas em populações e maiores rendas. A situação tem se agravado com o fechamento de veículos de imprensa em crise de público e arrecadação, o que tem aprofundado as desigualdades de acesso à informação jornalística, sobretudo às locais e regionais. Em contraste ao evidente cenário de desertificação noticiosa generalizada, o jornalismo local se destaca por estar mais próximo da realidade das pequenas cidades, dos bairros de cidades médias e de grandes centros. É um tipo de jornalismo que mantém a capacidade de dialogar com grupos étnicos, com diversos extratos culturais e os coletivos sindicais em localidades com grande concentração industrial. É o “localismo jornalístico” que mantém algumas condições de detectar primeiro o surgimento de fatos isolados, de novos comportamentos sociais e tendências políticas inéditas. A localidade noticiosa tem potencial para se fortalecer com o avanço das tecnologias digitais com a possibilidade de se concentrar em escala hiperlocal. Dessa forma, essa tese de doutorado, tem como objeto a análise do potencial de desenvolvimento do jornalismo local ou regional a partir de uma questão crucial: seria o jornalismo hiperlocal o elemento necessário para combater desertos de notícias? Por meio da problematização conceitual em torno do jornalismo local-regional, jornalismo comunitário e jornalismo glocal, buscou-se traçar as principais características, definições e exemplos do jornalismo hiperlocal no contexto das diferentes realidades do território brasileiro. A análise se aprofunda em um vasto mapeamento de mídia e identificação do comportamento do público midiático na denominada Região Administrativa de Bauru, interior de São Paulo. Com o cenário analisado e traçado busca-se, por fim, traçar as principais características dos veículos da mídia hiperlocal interiorana, com os quais são possíveis fazer regredir os desertos noticiosos presentes nas diversas regiões do País. Living in a city that does not even have a newspaper or a digital or broadcasting vehicle. Everything that is seen on TV, read, heard or watched on the internet does not concern your community, neighborhood or territory. Their main sources of information are, in most cases, what circulates in the family's WhatsApp group. And this content directs everyday attitudes. This scenario portrays the reality of the residents of 3,487 Brazilian cities, of a total of 5,570 cities (62%), and of another 19% who travel to this state, according to the Atlas da Notícia 2021 survey. The so-called news deserts spread among inland cities across the country, concentrating on those with low Human Development Indexes and chasing away all the centrality of the concentrated regions. The situation has worsened with the closure of traditional vehicles in a financial crisis and has deepened inequalities in access to information. In contrast to the evident scenario of news desertification, local journalism stands out for being in direct contact with the reality of small cities, neighborhoods of medium and large cities, as well as with ethnic, cultural and union groups, being able to detect first the emergence of facts, new social behaviors and unprecedented political trends. The site has the potential to be strengthened by the advancement of digital technologies with the possibility of concentrating on a hyperlocal scale. Thus, this doctoral thesis is aimed at the local or regional press based on a crucial question: would hyperlocal journalism be the necessary element to fight news deserts? Through conceptual problematization around local-regional journalism, community journalism and glocal journalism, we sought to trace the main characteristics, definitions and examples of hyperlocal journalism in the context of the different realities of the Brazilian territory. The analysis delves into a vast mapping of media and user behavior in the so-called Administrative Region of Bauru, in the interior of São Paulo. Finally, with the analyzed and outlined scenario, it is sought to list the characteristics of hyperlocal interior media possible to combat deserts. Vivir en una ciudad que ni siquiera tiene un periódico ni un vehículo digital o de transmisión. Todo lo que se ve en la televisión, se lee, se escucha o se ve en Internet no concierne a su comunidad, vecindario o territorio. Sus principales fuentes de información son, en la mayoría de los casos, lo que circula en el grupo de WhatsApp familiar. Y este contenido dirige las actitudes cotidianas. Este escenario retrata la realidad de los habitantes de 3.487 ciudades brasileñas, de un total de 5.570 ciudades (62%), y de otro 19% que viaja a este estado, según la encuesta Atlas da Notícia 2021. La denominada noticia los desiertos se extendieron entre las ciudades del interior de todo el país, concentrándose en aquellas con índices de desarrollo humano bajos y alejados por la centralidad de las regiones concentradas. La situación se ha agravado con el cierre de vehículos tradicionales en una crisis financiera y ha profundizado las desigualdades en el acceso a la información. En contraste con el escenario evidente de desertificación informativa, el periodismo local se destaca por estar en contacto directo con la realidad de las pequeñas ciudades, barrios de medianas y grandes ciudades, así como con grupos étnicos, culturales y sindicales, pudiendo detectar primero la aparición de hechos, nuevos comportamientos sociales y tendencias políticas sin precedentes. El sitio tiene el potencial de ser fortalecido por el avance de las tecnologías digitales con la posibilidad de concentrarse en una escala hiperlocal. Así, esta tesis doctoral se dirige a la prensa local o regional a partir de una pregunta crucial: ¿sería el periodismo hiperlocal el elemento necesario para combatir los desiertos informativos? A través de la problematización conceptual en torno al periodismo local-regional, el periodismo comunitario y el periodismo glocal, buscamos rastrear las principales características, definiciones y ejemplos del periodismo hiperlocal en el contexto de las diferentes realidades del territorio brasileño. El análisis profundiza en un vasto mapeo de los medios y el comportamiento de los usuarios en la denominada Región Administrativa de Bauru, en el interior de São Paulo. Finalmente, con el escenario analizado y esbozado, se buscan las características de los medios interiores hiperlocales posibles para combatir los desiertos.

В статье рассматривается местное телевидение, особое внимание уделяется передачам на национальных языках на телеканале РГВК «Дагестан», которые выполняют ряд функций: воспитание подрастающего поколения в духе толерантности, ознакомление молодежи с культурой и традициями народов Дагестана и каждого народа в отдельности. Анализируется вещание на национальных языках, представленное передачами на аварском, агульском, азербайджанском, даргинском, кумыкском, лакском, лезгинском, ногайском, русском, рутульском, табасаранском, татском, цахурском, чеченском языках. Материал передач собирается редакцией в результате командировок в самые разные населенные пункты республики. Программы национального телевидения пользуются большой популярностью у телезрителей, играют важную роль в процессе сохранения и развития родных языков Дагестана., The article discusses local television, special attention is paid to programs in national languages on the RGVK “Dagestan” TV channel, which perform a number of functions: educating the younger generation in the spirit of tolerance, familiarizing young people with the culture and traditions of the peoples of Dagestan, and each nation individually. Broadcasting in national languages is analyzed, represented by programs in Avar, Agul, Azerbaijani, Dargin, Kumyk, Lak, Lezgin, Nogai, Russian, Rutul, Tabasaran, Tat, Tsakhur, Chechen languages. The material of the programs is collected by the editors as a result of business trips to various settlements of the republic. National television programs are very popular with viewers and play an important role in the preservation and development of the native languages of Dagestan.

Статья посвящена работе интернет-порталовв период пандемии. На примере It'sMyCity, Е1.RU и ТАСС-Урал автор анализировал изменения новостного трафика и влияние темы COVID-19 на новостную повестку. В ходе работы было выявлено, что пиковым периодом для рассмотренных изданий оказался апрель. И чем меньшую территорию вещания занимало издание, тем выше был процент новостей о пандемии от общего числа материалов и тем сильнее изменилось число выпускаемых в месяц материалов. В статье используются общенаучные методы анализа, сравнения, измерения, а также наблюдения. The article is devoted to the work of Internet portals during the pandemic. Using the example of It's My City, Е1.RU the author analyzed changes in news traffic and the impact of the COVID-19 topic on the news agenda. During the work, it was revealed that the peak period for the reviewed publications was April. And the smaller the broadcast area occupied by the publication, the higher the percentage of news about the pandemic from the total number of materials and the more the number of materials released per month changed. The article uses general scientific methods of analysis, comparison, measurement, and observation.

In the modern world, one of the most urgent is the problem of health care, and the media are the leading conductors of medical and preventive knowledge in the field of health care to the general public. Purpose of the study: to reveal the problemthematic originality of materials devoted to health problems in the region, in the sociopolitical edition “Arguments and Facts in Omsk”. Research objectives: to study the role of the press in promoting public health problems; analyze media texts on regional health problems; to form an idea of the problem-thematic field of the healthcare sector as an urgent problem of the humanitarian agenda in the practice of modern Russian media; determine on the basis of monitoring and analysis “pain points” of Omsk healthcare. The object of the research is media texts published in the newspaper “AiF in Omsk”. The subject of the research is the problem-thematic originality of publications on health problems at the regional level. Empirical material — publications of the newspaper “AiF in Omsk” from 01.01.2017 to 01.05.2020. Research methods: content analysis, typological, comparative methods, method of statistical analysis. В современном мире одной из актуальнейших является проблема здравоохранения, а СМИ — ведущие проводники медицинских и профилактических знаний в области здравоохранения к широким слоям общественности. Цель исследования: выявить проблемно-тематическое своеобразие материалов, посвященных проблемам здравоохранения региона, в общественно-политическом издании «Аргументы и Факты в Омске». Исследовательские задачи: изучить роль прессы по продвижению в публичное пространство проблем здравоохранения; проанализировать медиатексты, посвященные проблемам регионального здравоохранения; сформировать представления о проблемно-тематическом поле сферы здравоохранения как актуальной проблеме гуманитарной повестки в практике современных российских СМИ; определить на основе мониторинга и анализа «болевые точки» омского здравоохранения. Объект исследования — медиатексты, опубликованные в газете «АиФ в Омске». Предмет исследования — проблемно-тематическое своеобразие публикаций о проблемах здравоохранения на региональном уровне. Эмпирический материал — публикации газеты «АиФ в Омске» с 01.01.2017 по 01.05.2020 гг. Методы исследования: контент-анализ, типологический, сравнительный методы, метод статистического анализа.

El periodisme de dades és des de fa uns anys un dels camps de la professió que l’Acadèmia més ha estudiat degut a la novetat del fenomen i al seu creixement. No obstant això, els periodistes que treballen a redaccions locals i regionals amb el periodisme de dades no han estats suficientment estudiats. Investigar quina és la seua forma de treballar, les mancances que tenen i revisar de quina manera necessiten millorar les seues condicions és essencial per a millorar aquest camp. El periodisme local i regional és el que més a prop de les audiències treballa i el que més fàcilment pot explicar la realitat als seus lectors i les ferramentes del periodisme de dades són essencials per a fer-ho en un món governat per ingents quantitats de informació que generem cada dia. A partir d’entrevistar 13 professionals del sector, es defineixen alguns trets comuns en tots ells, algunes mancances estructurals i algunes propostes per a millorar la seua situació. Els periodistes espanyols als que s’ha entrevistat treballen en diferents comunitats autònomes i amb projectes molt diferents. No obstant això, s’han trobat trets comuns, com la dificultat d’accés a les fonts o la falta de temps per a fer projectes profunds de periodisme de dades degut a la immediatesa. Amb tot i això, alguns periodistes intenten aplicar les ferramentes del PD en les seues redaccions locals i regionals amb moltes dificultats. Altre dels principals entrebancs que es comenten és la escassa formació en periodisme de dades que es dona a les universitats espanyoles, cosa que podria fer revifar aquesta modalitat del periodisme en les xicotetes redaccions locals i regionals. Since few years ago, data journalism has been one of the most studied journalism fields by academics. That is because this phenomenon is new, growing and a strong branch of journalism. Despite this fact, we have not studied how journalists work in local and regional newsrooms using data journalism. Researching the way they work, the lacks they have and how they need to improve their conditions is essential to improving this field. Local and regional journalism is the one that works closest to audiences and can most easily explain reality to its readers. The tools of data journalism are essential to do so in these times when huge amounts of information are generated every single day. However, some journalists find difficult to apply the tools of data journalism in their local and regional newsrooms. By interviewing 13 local journalits who Works on data, we discovered some common feature, structural shortcomings and some proposals to improve their situation. The Spanish journalists interviewed work in different regions and with very different projects, but common features have been found, such as the difficulty of accessing sources or the lack of time to do in-depth data journalism projects due to information immediacy. Another of the main pitfalls discussed is the lack of training on data journalism provided by the Spanish universities, which could foster this form of journalism in small local and regional newsrooms.
