Polymeric blends of Poly (p-anisidine) with ZnO nanoparticles was prepared by chemical oxidative polymerization. Zinc oxide doped PPA polymer nanocomposite (ZPPA) and Magnesium doped Zinc oxide PPA polymer nanocomposite (MZPPA) were synthesized with the addition of semiconductor metal oxide to the polymeric solution. The X-ray diffraction studies of ZnO nanoparticles showed hexagonal wurzite structure. The surface morphological study also confirms the formation of hexagonal structured nanoparticles. The peak for Magnesium and Zinc in EDS spectra confirms the formation of Magnesium doped polymer nanocomposite. The addition of ZnO/MgZnO onto PPA conducting polymer showed agglomeration of semiconductor material results in spherical shaped polymer nanocomposite and irregular overlapping over the PPA polymeric surface. The electrochemical conductivity studies suggested that the doped PPA conducting polymeric blends showed enhanced conductivity nature.

Dalam pembelajaran bahasa Tamil, para pelajar sering menghadapi masalah untuk menguasai kata kerja dalam pembelajaran tatabahasa bahasa Tamil dengan baik. Penggunaan modul tatabahasa dengan Strategi Dekonstruktivisme sebagai bahan bantu mengajar dalam pengajaran akan membantu pengajaran dan pembelajaran kata kerja bahasa Tamil. Justeru kajian ini dijalankan untuk membina modul pengajaran tatabahasa Bahasa Tamil dengan meninjau pendapat 10 orang panel pakar, dan seterusnya menganalisis pencapaian pelajar sebelum dan selepas penggunaan modul dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran tatabahasa kata kerja bahasa Tamil. Teori Konstruktivisme dan Teori Interaksionalisme diaplikasikan dalam pembinaan modul tatabahasa kata kerja bahasa Tamil. Dalam kajian ini, 70 orang pelajar Tingkatan 4 dipilih sebagai kumpulan eksperimen dan pencapaian pelajar diukur sebelum dan selepas menggunakan modul dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran kata kerja bahasa Tamil. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa pengajaran dan pembelajaran kata kerja bahasa Tamil yang menggunakan modul dapat meningkatkan pencapaian pelajar secara signifikan.

The challenges of human resource management consist of poor running circumstance, incessant transfer of teacher among others,trouble of staffing, funding. To cope with the diagnosed trials, the following endorsements have been made. Education should be made appealing by way of growing a conducive atmosphere for teachers. More government consideration is needed for training zone via improved feature as training retains the basis for the progress of all different sectors of the society. A united profits structure need to be made for all classifications of educators within the schooling sectors.

In day to day life, a lot of files are generated from various areas, due to the rapid development of technologies. Storing these files consumes a lot of memory space. Large-sized files are not only represented as Big Data. Large numbers of small files are also considered as big data. To process large-sized file Hadoop is used. Processing small files in Hadoop is not easy, because it holds memory space of size 128MB separately for each and every dataset. To overcome this, Clustering Small Files based on Centroid (CSFC) approach is used to place the related files in a cluster. If the fetched data is not related to any other files they knew its different and a cluster will be generated. The combined files are forwarded to HDFS for further processing. The Name node holds metadata and Data Node hold the dataset. The data set can be fetched directly from the Data node in HDFS efficiently.

I write short stories and poems in my mother tongue Tamil and I admire the works of Carlo Rovelli and Fritjof Capra, so I decided to write a poem about physics involving the concepts of simple harmonic motion, simple pendulum forces (shown in Fig. 1) and energy.

Nanocomposite semiconductor material comprising Zinc oxide (ZnO), Nickel doped Zinc oxide and Poly(o-toluidine) polymeric composites were synthesized in two stage synthesis process. Solgel technique is adopted in the material synthesis of semiconductor particles of ZnO and Ni/ZnO (NZO), as well a proven technique of chemical oxidation of o-toluidine is attempted to prepare the semiconductor polymeric composites (ZPOT, NZPOT) and pure POT. The synthesized polymeric composites were characterized by (UV-Visible, XRD, SEM, FT-IR and TGA) spectroscopic studies. The addition of semiconductor material into the o-toluidine polymer resulted in a crystalline shape was confirmed from SEM image. Incorporation of metal oxide into polymeric composites showed a significant difference in the conductivity properties which were observed from DC conductivity studies.

Thousands of years proved that Cryptography and encryption is been used for secure sheltered communication. The word Cryptography comes from the two Greek words Kryptos means hidden and Graphein means writing. Cryptography, the use of codes and ciphers to protect secrets, since from the ancient times various cryptographic techniques where as symbols used by Egypt, Spartans developed a device called Scytale used by Greece, Julius Caesar developed the Substitution cipher technique for the purpose of military used by Rome, Leon Battista Alberti invented a cipher disk which acts as an encryption system called Vigenere Cipher, Thomas Jefferson invented Wheel Cipher consisting of 26 wheels. Similarly, rulers invented War Driven Cryptography to meet with the outcome of war. Modern cryptographic techniques proves that it is been the trendsetter which ensures high security than ancient times and War Driven Cryptography. To protect a valuable information people develop better ways through a thorough understanding of cryptography and encryption which makes technology more efficient and faster.

The purpose of this study was to identify the level of job satisfaction among school counsellors in Malaysia and factors related to it. The findings uncover moderate level of job satisfaction of school counsellors with mean: 3.52 and S.D : 0.59. Job satisfaction among school counsellors was categorized as satisfaction with rewards, satisfaction with the job itself, satisfaction with leadership of the superior, and satisfaction with co-workers. School counsellors’ job satisfaction has been associated with various aspects such as ethnicity and student numbers in the school.

Dihydroxystearic acid (DHSA) and octyl dihydroxystearate (DHSA-octyl ester) have been successfully prepared from palm oleic acid. Preliminary results showed that these compounds are suitable in personal care and cosmetics products. The objective is to study the phase behaviors in ternary system of DHSA/DHSA-octyl ester/RBD palm kernel olein (RBDPKOo) and medium chain triglycerides (MCT) at 85°C. The phase changes were observed through polarizing light while the formation of texture was confirmed using polarizing microscope combination with heating. From the ternary phase diagram, results showed that all ratios of DHSA/DHSA-octyl ester were completely in two-phase region with various concentrations of RBDPKOo/MCT. Needles and spherulite textures were found in this system. The viscosity and thixotropy of these mixtures were also determined using rheometer. DHSA and DHSA-octyl ester has a melting point of 84.4°C and 64.3°C, respectively.
