This research study is being carried out based on the performance of claims and disputes in relation to the techniques of project delivery. This is being done with the numerous factors that need to be analyzed in the context of the Indian construction scene in mind. The performance is being examined utilizing the elements, and the questionnaire survey that is being produced and carried out is based on various project delivery techniques based on various variables with various stakeholders participating in the project. It is being explored to include experts from awide range of age groups, with expertise and experience in all relevant fields. With the help of questionnaire survey,The data are being separated, and a number of different variablesare being determined.A comprehensive investigation into the ways in which the components and sub-factors have an influence on the numerous claims and disputes may be obtained via the use of software programs such as SPSS, RII, and Spearmen correlation analysis. However, when taking into account the various project methods, such as DesignBuild Bid and Public Private Partnership, which each have their own set of benefits and drawbacks, the scope of the project expands, making the severity of the project much more complicated.
