The present research work was intended to assess the haemato-biochemical profile of 6-8 months old 18 growing Surti kids by utilizing the three diverse concentrations of Moringa oleifera meal (0%, 25% and 50%) by weight premix in concentrate part of feed. The diets were offered for 14 weeks to the experimental kids, which were randomly divided into three groups of six kids each, i.e., 4 females and 2 males in each group. The haemato-biochemical parameters were measured individually at the beginning (Day 0), mid (Day 49) and end (Day 98) of the experiment. Results showed that haemoglobin and serum total protein, ALT (Alanine transaminase), AST (Aspartate transaminase), urea, glucose, calcium and phosphorus showed no significant difference, while serum creatinine, catalase, and SOD (Superoxide dismutase) activity differed significantly (p<0.05) at 0, 25 and 50% Moringa oleifera meal (MOM) inclusion. However, all the haemato-biochemical and oxidative parameters fell under the normal physiological range in all the treatment groups. It was concluded that Moringa oleifera meal up to 50% inclusion rate did not cause any adverse effect on the haemato-biochemical profile of Surti kids when fed for 14 weeks duration, while antioxidant levels in blood improved during the experiment, resulting into better immunity of growing kids. Present study was conducted on 45 adult dry non-pregnant (25-30 kg) farm born indigenous ewes. The animals were divided into three treatment groups, i.e., T1: 1.5 m² (4 animals in each pen), T2: 1.25 m² (5 animals in each pen) and T3: 1.0 m² (6 animals in each pen) floor space allowances with three replications in each treatment. The animals were maintained on farm feeding for 42 days of experiment with 15 days of adaptation period. The body weight of experimental animals was not influenced significantly (p<0.05) by different treatment groups, indicating that the floor space of 1.5, 1.25 and 1.0 m² did not affect body weight of ewes. The DMI in term of g/d, was significantly (p<0.05) lower by 2.38 and 1.51 % in T2 and T1 compared to T3. DCP intake (g/d) was reduced by 1.66 and 1.05 % in T2 and T1 compared to T3, while TDN intake (g/d) was reduced by 2.22 and 1.42 % in T2 and T1 compared to T3 group, respectively. The myeloblastosis (MYB) superfamily is one of the largest transcription factor families in the plant kingdom, and has diverse functions in plants, including regulating biotic and abiotic stresses. In this study, a total of 108 MYB protein sequences were identified and characterized through an insilico approach. We confirmed that the MYB proteins had three conserved repeats (R1, R2, and R3). The putative functions of AhyMYB genes were predicted on the basis of 31 functional groups formed from a comparative phylogenetic analysis. Important cisregulatory motifs, such as ABRE, TGA, ARE, LTR and TATA were present in the upstream regions of AhyMYB genes, and also some post-translational modifications were identified in the present study. Drought- stress was induced in five elite groundnut genotypes (Dh 256, Dh 257, GPBD 4, TMV 2, and JL 24) at flowering and peg initiation stages, and the expression patterns of five selected AhyMYB genes were investigated in these genotypes. In the drought-tolerant genotypes (Dh 256 and Dh 257), at the peg initiation stage, five drought-related transcription MYB factor genes showed greater up-regulation compared with the drought-susceptible genotypes. Among the five genes used in the study, AhyMYB17 gene showed higher expression in JL 24 (moderately drought resistant) compared to untreated control plants at the peg initiation stage. These results indicated the possible involvement of MYB transcription factor genes in regulating the drought stress conditions in groundnut. The satisfactory design consist of selection of sites; estimation of cost; selection of Boiler, Turbine, Electrical Generator, Cooling System. The Transportation of electrical energy is more economical to the transportation of coal. So, we have to put greater efforts on thermal power plant as it is very economical for us. This reduction can be achieved by improving the efficiency of industrial operations and equipments. Energy plays an important role in identifying energy conservation opportunities in the industrial sector, while they do not provide the final answer to the problem; they do help to identify potential for energy conservation and induces the companies to concentrate their efforts in this area in a focused manner.
