More than 300 mutations have been reported since NOTCH3 was identified as the causal gene of CADASIL. However, mutation sites on exon 7 have rarely been reported in patients with CADASIL. We reported a 44-year-old female from a Chinese family with a clear family history presented with progressive dizziness and gait disturbance for more than 2 months and aggravated for 20 days. Whole- exome sequencing (WES) was used to identify a rare heterozygous missense variant (NM_000435.3: c.1136G>C) of NOTCH3 in this patient. PolyPhen-2 and VarSite predicted that this mutation site was probably pathogenic with the highest score of 1.00 and highly conserved among species. Our case report first identified a rare C379S mutation in exon 7 of NOTCH3 in a Chinese CADASIL family, expanding the ethnic spectrum of this condition. Moreover, in view of our report and literature, if patients have a clear family history and manifest uncommon clinical manifestations of CADASIL such as dizziness and atypical headache, clinicians could consider screening NOTCH3.

Background. Myasthenia gravis (MG) is a rare autoimmune disease with clinical symptoms of fluctuating muscle weakness. Due to the side effects of current therapies, there is an urgent need for a new medication for MG treatment. Nux vomica is a traditional Chinese medicine used in various diseases. However, the mechanism of action of Nux vomica against MG remains unclear. Methods. Network pharmacology was used to explore the underlying mechanisms of Nux vomica in MG treatment, which was validated using molecular docking and in vivo experiments in mice. Results. Twelve bioactive compounds and 72 targets in Nux vomica were screened. Seventy-nine myasthenia-related targets were obtained from the GENECARD and DisGeNET databases. PPI networks of Nux vomica- and myasthenia-related targets were constructed using Bisogenet, and these two networks were subsequently merged into an intersection to establish a core-target PPI network that consisted of 204 nodes and 4,668 edges. KEGG enrichment analysis indicated that 132 pathways were enriched in 204 core targets. In addition, we obtained 50 docking pairs via molecular docking. In vivo experiments revealed that Nux vomica can improve the symptoms of MG. Conclusion. Nux vomica is involved in the pathogenesis of MG through the “multicomponent-target-pathway” mechanism.

Background. Excessive inflammatory responses play a critical role in the development of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP), and controlling such inflammation is vital for managing this often fatal disease. Dexmedetomidine has been reported to possess protective properties in inflammatory diseases. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate whether dexmedetomidine pre-treatment exerts an anti-inflammatory effect in rats with SAP induced by sodium taurocholate, and if so, to determine the potential mechanism. Methods. SAP was induced with sodium taurocholate. Rats received an intraperitoneal injection of dexmedetomidine 30 min before sodium taurocholate administration. α-bungarotoxin, a selective alpha-7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (α7nAchR) antagonist, was injected intra-peritoneally 30 min before dexmedetomidine administration. The role of the vagus nerve was evaluated by performing unilateral cervical vagotomy before the administration of dexmedetomidine. Efferent discharge of the vagal nerve was recorded by the BL-420F Data Acquisition & Analysis System. Six hours after onset, serum pro-inflammatory cytokine (tumor necrosis factor α [TNF-α] and interleukin 6 [IL-6]) levels and amylase levels were determined using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and an automated biochemical analyzer, respectively. Histopathological changes in the pancreas were observed after hematoxylin and eosin staining and scored according to Schmidt criteria. Results. Pre-treatment with dexmedetomidine significantly decreased serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6, and amylase, strongly alleviating pathological pancreatic injury in the rat model of SAP (TNF-α: 174.2 ± 30.2 vs. 256.1±42.4 pg/ml; IL-6: 293.3 ± 46.8 vs. 421.7 ± 48.3 pg/ml; amylase: 2102.3 ± 165.3 vs. 3186.4 ± 245.2 U/L). However, the anti-inflammatory and pancreatic protective effects were abolished after vagotomy or pre-administration of α-bungarotoxin. Dexmedetomidine also significantly increased the discharge frequency and amplitude of the cervical vagus nerve in the SAP rat model (discharge frequency: 456.8 ± 50.3 vs. 332.4 ± 25.1 Hz; discharge amplitude: 33.4 ± 5.3 vs. 20.5 ± 2.9 μV). Conclusions. Dexmedetomidine administration attenuated the systemic inflammatory response and local pancreatic injury caused by SAP in rats through the cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway involving vagus- and α7nAChR-dependent mechanisms.

The middle Jurassic Zhiluo Formation in the Dongsheng is comprised of a big set of green sandstone/mudstone with most of uranium orebodies occurring in close proximity to its footwall. By synthesizing field observations, region analysis, data collected from previous coal and uranium borehole, a regional north-south geological profile across the entire orefield is conducted. Experiments on sandstone/mudstone including rock mineral identification, clastic micromorphology and element geochemistry were carried out. Information from the geological profile indicates that green sandstone/mudstone is widely present in a stable horizon with clear boundaries to the country rock. Microscopic observations and geochemical data on sandstone/mudstone exhibit similar mineral composition with almost identical slightly flat, minor Eu enriched, Ce depleted chondrite-normalized REE patterns. Furthermore, the green clay membrane of the clasts has a complex composition containing chlorite/smectite, green smectite, chlorite, and green kaolinite, with elements including Fe, Mg, Si, and Al. These above results indicate that the green sandstone/mudstone underwent resemble sedimentary diagenetic processes as the country rock without transformation by large-scale regional fluid, while the existence of Fe2+-rich membrane is the main factor to the green sandstone/mudstone. Further concentration of the pre-enrichment uranium during diagenetic process led to the final formation for uranium deposits. The above studies are conducive to enrich the metallogenic mechanism of sandstone type uranium deposits and could provide certain reference for uranium exploration and deployment.

A passive detection algorithm is presented for multiple low-altitude small targets, which employs a wavelet neural network (WNN). The slope, kurtosis, and skewness are employed as the features for low-altitude small target detection, and an algorithm is given to determine the number of targets. A WNN is used to establish a relationship between signal classes and the signal characteristics using training signals. Then, signals are classified as either target present or target not present using the WNN. Indoor data from a research laboratory and outdoor data from a bridge in the Jimo District, Qingdao, were used for training and evaluation. The performance results show that the error rate with the proposed WNN-based algorithm is better than those based on the slope, skewness, and kurtosis of signal. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm is better than those based on other neural networks such as BPNN, RBFNN, SOMNN, and SVM. At a distance of 3 km, the recognition rate is greater than 84%, which is better than other techniques such as visual recognition, acoustic, and active radar.

Gas steam boilers are special equipment subjected to high temperature and pressure, it is particularly important to detect and deal with operation faults in time. Against the 4 types of common fault of gas steam boilers, the fault diagnosis model was established based on deep neural networks (DNN), and the model parameters were optimized and verified by experiments. The results show that the fault diagnosis model performs the best as Tanh of the activation function, 100 of Batch_Size, Adam of Optimizer, 10-5 of learning rate and 0.2 of Dropout since the output accuracy is above 92% and the model begins to converge with iterative times of 12. The accuracy of fault identification of reaches 100% in verification experiments and the model can still effectively recognize the dataset from the early stage which suggests that the fault diagnosis based on deep neural networks has high accuracy and provides a reliable solution for the safety supervision of special equipments.

The geomagnetic sensor system needs to meet the low power consumption and high real-time requirements of the single-chip microcomputer, which may cause the vehicle flow detection algorithm to be insensitive to high-frequency geomagnetic signals with small mean value changes. Slow vehicles, end-to-end vehicles and large-scale vehicles are also prone to false detections and other issues. This paper studies the vehicle flow detection method based on waveform, which is to perform real-time filtering on the collected geomagnetic signal waveform, dynamically adjust the threshold, calculate the magnetic field strength and its curve feature points and extract the waveform, and obtain the vehicle to be inspected through multi-intermediate state machine processing. Intelligent robots work in various complex, unknown and unstructured environments such as space, underwater, underground and field. Detection environment and map building is an important direction in the field of robot research. Based on the linear fitting algorithm, this paper studies the obstacle detection and environment map construction technology of indoor mobile robot. Firstly, the principle and characteristics of laser rangefinder are introduced. Secondly, the method of variable threshold adaptive separation and statistical calculation of linear parameters is used to detect the surrounding environment. The accurate local line segments are obtained through analysis, and then the global map is constructed. In this paper, Matlab is used to simulate and verify the technology, and the effect of drawing under different thresholds is compared.

Ischemic stroke (IS) is characterized by high morbidity and high mortality. The integration of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine has shown promising benefits in relieving symptoms, promoting neurological recovery, and improving the quality of life of patients with IS. In TCM, Qi-deficiency along with blood-stasis (QDBS) syndrome is one of the common types of IS that is treated by invigorating Qi and activating blood circulation. In TCM theory, improving the corresponding degree of prescription–syndrome correlation (PSC) is helpful to improve clinical efficacy. In this study, we intend to use similar prescriptions that invigorate Qi and activate blood circulation: Buyang Huanwu granules (BHG), Naoxintong capsules (NXTC), and Yangyin Tongnao granules (YTG). The goal is to evaluate their level of PSC inpatients with IS with QDBS syndrome and find relevant biomarkers to provide an objective basis for precise treatment of TCM and improve the clinical therapeutic effects. A multicenter, randomized, double-blinded, and placebo-controlled intervention trial will be conducted in IS patients with QDBS syndrome, followed by an add-on of Chinese patent medicine. A total of 160 subjects will be randomly assigned to the BHG, NXTC, YTG, and placebo groups in a 1:2:1:1 allocation ratio. All subjects will undergo 28 days of treatment and then followed for another 180 days. The primary outcome is the changes in the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score after 28 days of medication. The secondary outcomes include the modified Rankin scale score, activity of daily living scale score, and TCM symptom score. Data will be analyzed in accordance with a predefined statistical analysis plan. Ethical approval of this trial has been granted by the Research Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University (ID: 2017-Y-004-02). Written informed consent of patients will be required. This trial is registered in the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (ChiCTR1800015189), and the results will be disseminated to the public through peer-reviewed journals and academic conferences.

In high-rise buildings with high-strength concrete column and normal-strength concrete floor, the beams and slabs are usually cast in a continuous fashion through the beam–column joint to simplify construction, and this results in the lower strength concrete at the beam–column joint core (sandwich joint). It will influence the capacity of the joint. In this article, three groups of three-dimensional specimens consisting of sandwich joint specimens and corresponding traditional joint specimens were tested under bidirectional reversed cyclic loads to investigate seismic performance, including the failure mode, ductility, energy dissipation, and deformation. The test results show that the beam–column joint core can be cast with normal-strength concrete when the column concrete strength is less than 1.5 times that of the beam. However, when the ratio exceeds 1.5, the failure mode of the joint may change from beams flexural failure to joint shear failure and additional strengthening measures should be taken. Finally, the formula for calculating shear capacity of the three-dimensional sandwich joints is presented, and the predictions are compared to the experimental results.

Autophagy alterations have been observed in a variety of neurological disorders, however, very few studies have focused on autophagy alterations in epilepsy. The ketogenic diet (KD) likely ameliorates neuronal loss in several seizure models. However, whether this neuroprotective function occurs via starvation-induced autophagy and its prevalence in chronic kindled seizures remains unknown. The aim of this study was to determine the role of autophagy following seizure under KD, and the potential mechanism involved. Pentylenetetrazol (PTZ)-kindled rats, which were fed a Normal diet (ND) or KD, were pretreated with intraventricular infusions of saline, autophagy inducer rapamycin (RAP), or inhibitor 3-methyladenine (3-MA). KD alleviated seizure severity, decreased the number of Fluoro-jade B (FJB)-positive cells in the hippocampus of kindled rats. These effects were abolished by 3-MA pretreatment. RAP pretreatment did not affect seizure severity, but decreased the number of FJB-positive cells in ND group. KD decreased the percentage of damaged mitochondria in kindled group. Hippocampal Beclin-1 was increased by KD in vehicle group. The autophagy proteins Atg5, Beclin-1 and the ratio of microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 (LC3) II to LC3-I in kindled KD-fed rats were higher, and the autophagy substrate P62 was lower than those in the kindled ND-fed rats, indicating an increase in autophagy following KD. Pretreatment with RAP increased the level of LC3-II/LC3-I, and pretreatment with 3-MA increased the level of P62 in KD-fed rats. To further clarify the mechanism of autophagy protection, the levels of key mitochondria related molecules were examed. The results showed that mitochondrial cytochrome c was up-regulated, cytosolic cytochrome c and the downstream cleaved caspase-3 was down-regulated in KD-fed rats, indicating a decrease in mitochondrial apoptosis. Taken together, our results indicated that KD activates autophagic pathways and reduces brain injury during PTZ-kindled seizures. The neuroprotective effect of KD is likely exerted via a reduction of mitochondrial cytochrome c release.

Some previous studies suggested telomere length was associated with the risk of ischemic stroke (IS). The aim of this study was to further confirm the association between relative telomere length (RTL) and risk of IS and to especially explore its correlation with the risk of high-risk stroke population in southern Chinese Han. RTL was determined by using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction from 400 ischemic stroke patients, 409 high-risk stroke populations and 399 healthy controls. The correlations between the controls and the risk of high-risk and ischemic stroke were evaluated by using an unconditional logistic regression. IS patients have shown longer RTL than controls (median1.52vs1.11, p60 years) and gender suggested that the first and second tertile of RTL were correlated with the risk of IS in each group when the second tertile was used as a reference. However, the increased risk for high-risk stroke populations were only presented in the first tertile of RTL in the age≤60 years and female groups. the RTL was associated with an increased risk of ischemic stroke, while it elevated the risk of high-risk stroke in some specific subpopulations.

The genus Colletotrichum includes a number of important plant pathogens, which cause anthracnose diseases on a broad range of hosts in the world. In recent years, walnut has been severely damaged by anthracnose disease in China with significant yield losses. Thus, it is necessary to verify the etiology of anthracnose on walnut using both morphological and molecular approaches. In 2014, walnut fruits with anthracnose symptoms were collected from five walnut orchards in Shandong Province, China, and 24 isolates were isolated. Among them, six similar single-spore isolates obtained were used for pathogenicity testing of walnut anthracnose. Acervuli were brown, circular and the average size was 50.4–101.8 μm. Conidiophores were hyaline, septate, not branched or branching at the base, conidiogenous cells were enteroblastic, phialidic, hyaline, cylindrical, ampulliform. Conidia were single celled, smooth-walled with a large guttule, colorless, fusiform to cylindrical, and had obtuse to slightly rounded ends. The size of conidia was (11.6-)13–15(−16.2) × (4.1-)4.6–5.6(−6) μm. Appressoria were brown, ovoid to ellipsoid or slightly irregularly to irregularly shaped, and the average size was 6.8–9 × 5.1–6.5 μm. Pathogenicity of the isolates to fruits and leaves were compared, and genes from all six isolates were sequenced. The isolates were identified as C. siamense based on four-gene phylogenetic analyses (ribosomal DNA-ITS, GAPDH, ACT and CHS-1) and morphological as well as cultural characters. This is the first report of C. siamense as a causal agent of anthracnose of walnut in China.

To explore the validity of 3D printing technique in the treatment of unilateral comminuted zygomatic bone fracture.Twenty-one patients with unilateral comminuted zygomatic bone fracture were included in the present study, which were treated from hospital January 2014 to April 2017. All patients underwent CT scan and the data were imported in Mimics 10.01 software. The zygomatic bone of healthy side was mirrored to the fracture side to rebuild a "perfect" reduction model. Bone fixation plates were pre-modeled on the model printed by a 3D printing machine and used for bone reduction and fixation during operation. Three dimensional measurements were performed to evaluate the validity of 3D printing based on pre- and post-operative three dimensional CT model. SPSS25.0 software package was used to perform paired t test on the measured data.No significant difference were observed between postoperative CT model and preoperative "perfect" reduction model. All patients were satisfied with their facial appearance.3D printing technique is helpful to improve the accuracy of reduction of unilateral comminuted zygomatic bone fracture via preoperative pre-modeling.

As an important means of modern warfare, the simulation of photoelectric detection effect is of practical significance. According to the target coordinate mapping of the photoelectric simulation research, established the photoelectric detection model, deduce different beam target coordinate solution process, determine the target location from space coordinates to plane coordinate mapping relationship, realize the effect of simulation detection under different conditions. In this paper, we use MATLAB modeling to verify the theory. At the same time, we use Multigen Creator and Vega Prime to do the virtual reality simulation. The results show that the algorithm is reasonable and effective, and it can effectively detect different scenes, and the effect is realistic.

The ketogenic diet (KD) controls seizure and improves cognition in patients with drug refractory epilepsy. However, few experimental models have shown this neuroprotective effect on cognition. In this study, we investigated the cognitive protective effects of KD in pentylenetetrazol (PTZ)-kindled rats. We used two relatively low-stress behavioral assessment methods, the novel object recognition (NOR) task and the novel placement recognition (NPR) task, to reveal impairment in item and spatial memory, respectively. We used the Morris water maze (MWM) test for comparisons amongst memory assessment methods. The KD group had a slower body weight gain and shorter bregma-lambda length than the control normal diet (ND) group. KD did not increase anxiety or decrease motor activities in an open-field test. KD attenuated the decrease in exploration ratio both in NOR and NPR tasks in kindled rats. Compared to the kindled ND rats, kindled KD rats stayed longer in target quarter during the probe trial testing of MWM. However, there were no differences in memory acquisition based on the MWM test results. In conclusion, KD attenuated the spatial and item memory impairment in PTZ-induced seizures.

The goal of this study was to compare the predictive ability of the Status Epilepticus Severity Score (STESS), the Encephalitis-nonconvulsive status epilepticus (NCSE)-Diazepam resistance-Image abnormalities-Tracheal intubation (END-IT), and the combination of these two scoring tools to predict mortality among inhospital patients with status epilepticus (SE).A retrospective analysis was conducted of adult patients with SE who were admitted to the neurology department, the emergency department, and the intensive care unit from January 2013 to December 2017. The patients were divided into two groups: survivors and nonsurvivors. The STESS data were obtained when the patient arrived at the hospital, and the END-IT data were collected 24 h after patients were initially treated in the hospital. The ability of the scoring tools to predict death in patients with SE, alone or in combination, was evaluated.A total of 123 patients with SE were included in the study, of which 22 died, for a mortality rate of 17.9%. The STESS and END-IT scores of nonsurvivors were both significantly higher than those of survivors (median STESS 4 vs. 2, p = 0.003; median END-IT 3 vs. 1, p 0.001). The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) was 0.698 for the STESS and 0.852 for the END-IT, and the cutoff values were 4 and 3, respectively. The AUC of the END-IT with the optimal cutoff value was larger than that of the STESS (p = 0.024). The sensitivity and specificity of combining the STESS and END-IT by the serial method (STESS ≥ 4∩END-IT ≥ 3) were 0.50 and 0.95, respectively, and the specificity was significantly higher than the STESS or END-IT (both p's 0.001). The sensitivity and specificity of combining the STESS and END-IT by the parallel method (STESS ≥ 4⋃END-IT ≥ 3) were 0.91 and 0.53, respectively, and the sensitivity was higher than the STESS was (p = 0.016).Our results indicated that the combined score of the STESS and END-IT systems was a better predictor of survival of patients with SE than the scores of either the STESS system or the END-IT system alone and that combining the scores may be considered to be a new method for early identification of patients for both good and bad outcomes.

The novel flexible pressure sensor with skin-like stretchability and sensibility has attracted tremendous attention in academic and industrial world in recent years. And it also has demonstrated great potential in the applications of electronic skin and wearable devices. It is significant and challenging to develop a highly sensitive flexible pressure sensor with a simple, low energy consuming and low cost method. In this paper, the silver nanowires (AgNWs) as electrode material were synthesized by polyol process. The polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) was chosen as a flexible substrate and polyimide (PI) film as dielectric layer. The AgNWs based electrode was prepared in two methods. One is coating the AgNWs on photographic paper followed by in situ PDMS curing. Another one is suction filtration of the AgNWs suspension followed by glass slide transfer and PDMS curing. Then the capacitive pressure sensor was packaged in a sandwich structure with two face to face electrodes and a PI film in the middle. The sensitivity of the sensor as well as the micro-structure of the electrodes was compared and studied. The results indicate that the roughness of the electrode based on AgNWs/PDMS micro-structure plays an important role in the sensitivity of sensor. The as-prepared flexible pressure sensor demonstrates high sensitivity of 0.65kPa-1. In addition, the fabrication method is simple, low energy consuming and low cost, which has great potential in the detection of pulse, heart rate, sound vibration and other tiny pressure.

The plating parameters for optimizing the wear and corrosion resistance of Ni-TiC composite coatings were selected by orthogonal test, mainly including the TiC particles concentration, current density, duty cycle, frequency and stirring rate. A three-layer BP (Back Propagation) neural network with Lavenberg-Marquardt algorithm was established by MATLAB, which was used to train the network and predicted orthogonal experimental data. In addition, the best parameters combination of the composite coating were predicted and verified by experiments. The results predicted through the proposed BP model are in good agreement with the experimental values, the relative error is small, and the maximum error is less than 3% and the coefficient of determination value is 0.9997.

In this paper, the silver nanowires (AgNWs) were synthesized by polyol process. Then the stretchable conductor was fabricated with a simple, low cost and low energy consuming method. The testing results showed that the synthesized AgNWs were 80 nm in diameter and 3~50 μm in length. Meanwhile, the thickness of AgNWs film was discussed as an effect factor to the resistance stability of stretchable conductor. Finally, through optimizing the thickness of AgNWs film, the stretchable conductor kept relatively stable resistance when the conductor was stretched to 50 times in length. The strain sensor was prepared using stretchable conductor as electrodes showed excellent linearity under a very large strain range and the minimum detectable strain is 0.89%.

The signal coverage technology and the difficulties of TD-LTE coverage in High-speed Train are summarized. The method of the TD-LTE uplink/downlink power budget is mentioned and the path loss and power budget are calculated in ordinary scene and tunnel scene respectively. The results show that in the F working frequency band of the TD-LTE, the maximum path loss of the High-speed Train is allowable to reach 110~130 dB. In the ordinary scene, by using large power station and a high gain antenna, the outdoor coverage radius of TD-LTE is up to 600~1000m. In the tunnel scene, using the leaked cable, the coverage radius of the RRU is up to 500m.

Installing viscoelastic dampers on electrical transmission tower will significantly reduce the wind-induced vibration response of electrical transmission tower-line system. On the basis of the concept of strain energy method with the combination of related codes and the theories of calculation for equivalent damping,a mothed is presented which is used to estimate the additional damping of electrical transmission tower-line system with viscoelastic dampers.Through a electrical transmission tower with viscoelastic dampers, based on the formula of strain energy in design code,this paper puts forward a calculation method of equivalent damping ratio based on the concept story of transmission tower,and through finite element model the responses of transmission tower with viscoelastic dampers model and the one with additional damping ratio model were compared.The simulation results show that the calculation method of equivalent damping ratio has high precision,and the errors are less than 5% in multi engineering conditions.

A new unique isoflavone derivatives with a cyclic-monoterpene-substituent, ficusin C (1), together with five known compounds (2–6), were isolated from the rhizomes of Ficus tikoua. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data interpretation, mass spectrometric analysis and comparison with literature data of related compounds. Antioxidant and α-glucosidase inhibitory activities of these compounds were evaluated by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryhydrazyl (DPPH) radical-scavenging assay and α-glucosidase inhibitory experiment, respectively.

Phytochemical study on the 95% ethyl alcohol extract of stems of Chenopodium ambrosioides resulted in the isolation of two new polyol monoterpenes, 4-hydroxy-4(α or β)-isopropyl-2-methyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one (1) and 1-methyl-4β- isopropyl-1-cyclohexene-4α,5α,6α-triol (2), together with five known compounds, (1S,2S,3R,4S)-1-methyl-4-(propan-2-yl)cyclohexane-1,2,3,4-tetrol (3), (1R,2S,3S,4S)- 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroxy-p-menthane (4), (1R,2S)-3-p-menthen-1,2-diol (5), (1R,4S)-p- menth-2-en-1-ol (6) and 1,4-dihydroxy-p-menth-2-ene (7). The structures of the new compounds were established on the basis of detailed spectroscopic evidence including extensive 1D and 2D NMR techniques. Compounds 1–7 were evaluated for their anti-inflammatory activity, and compound 1 showed moderate ability to inhibit NO production of LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages with an IC50 value of 16.83 μM.

To solve the thermal load problem of 1015 engine cylinder liner, based on the temperature field measured, the boundary condition of 1015 engine cylinder liner was determined, a comparatively perfect mathematic mode and a geometric model are built up, and the analysis of the three dimension temperature field of cylinder liner and the thermal deformation was performed using FEA method.
