One of the basic conditioning factors of productivity and quality of service offered, is the degree of comfort or satisfaction that staff felt their work. This article shows a cross-sectional descriptive study, which lets you know the perception of quality of life of oficials of the four basic clinical services Assistive Complex Dr. Victor Rios Ruiz of Los Angeles, in the fields of: Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery and Maternity, incorporating a correlational study, which allows to know if there is a relationship between management support (from headquarters direct), the demand for labor, intrinsic motivation, quality of life and perceived work-family reconciliation. To obtain the data two questionnaires with Likert-type scale of five and ten points, Working Family Conciliation TFC / CBC and Professional Quality of Life, which were divided into five and four dimensions respectively. Furthermore the instrument was applied Graffar Scale, Measure NSE "Form A" to diagnose socioeconomic levels or degrees of the study population and data logging to control socio-demographic variables including age, gender, profession (plant contract), system work (day or night shifts), marital status, etc.., for any study relevant aspects that characterize the target population. Their results show a positive or favorable perception of the quality of working life being the worst dimension directly supports intrinsic motivation evaluated and the best perceived by staff reviewers.
