Although goal setting is widely recommended for sport injury rehabilitation, little is known about the content of the goals set by athletes with injuries. Toward this end, a qualitative content analysis was performed on the goals and barriers to goal attainment identified by 163 intercollegiate student athletes (117 men and 46 women) participating in counseling interventions during sport injury rehabilitation. Most of the 956 goals set (84%) contained a physical element. A physical barrier was identified for 49% of the goals. Economic, cognitive, emotional, and social elements were noted as both goals and barriers. Goal content did not change significantly over the course of rehabilitation. Most goals were specific, process, short term, and positively phrased. The findings provide a detailed description of the types and qualities of counseling goals set by athletes during injury rehabilitation, offering professionals insight into the wide range of concerns expressed by athletes with injury during counseling. Background: Germany was the first country worldwide to offer mobile digital health applications (mHealth apps, "DiGA") on prescription with full cost coverage by statutory health insurances. Especially statutory health insurances criticize the current pricing and payment regulations in Germany due to "free and non-transparent" pricing in the first year and lack of cost use evidence. The study consists of two parts: The first part evaluates interests of digital health application providers and statutory health insurances in Germany to identify overlaps and divergences of interests. The second part includes the development of a comprehensive pricing and payment taxonomy for reimbursable mHealth apps in general. Methods: Both parts of the study used the input from 16 expert interviews with representatives of digital health application providers and statutory health insurances in Germany. In part one the authors conducted a qualitative content analysis and in part two they followed the taxonomy development process according to Nickerson et al. (2013). Results: A value based care model is expected to bring the greatest benefit for patients while statutory health insurances welcome the idea of usage based pricing. The final pricing and payment taxonomy consists of four design and negotiation steps (price finding, payment prerequisites, payment modalities, composition of negotiation board). Conclusions: As healthcare resources are scarce and thus need to be optimally allocated, it is important to implement pricing and payment terms for reimbursable mHealth apps that result in the greatest benefit for patients. To the best of the authors' knowledge, there has been no structured study yet that examines alternative pricing strategies for reimbursable mHealth apps.The developed pricing and payment taxonomy for reimbursable mHealth apps serves as planning and decision basis for developers, health policy makers and payers internationally. This paper investigates admission procedures of Master of Arts programs of Teaching English as a Foreign Language (MA TEFL) in Iran in comparison with universities around the world. Along with a view of the centralised national MA TEFL entrance exam held in Iran during the past three decades, we investigated admission requirements for comparable graduate programmes of 110 universities in 32 countries and regions. Our qualitative content analysis of this body of data revealed five major categories of admission requirements: Teaching Background, Statement of Purpose, Letter of Recommendation, Interview and Curriculum Vitae. Based on a comparative account of these categories in various universities, we argue that rather than traditional measurement-oriented exams, graduate programmes in general and language education programmes in particular, need to rely on multiple types of admission requirements that provide evidence as to the personal characteristics of applicants, their background and experiences, and their prospects and visions. With the current proliferation of training opportunities available in digital preservation, this study asks: what are the most in demand digital preservation instruction topics? To answer this question, we did a qualitative content analysis of 168 Professional Development Support applications received by the Digital Preservation Outreach and Education Network (DPOE-N) between September 2020 and December 2023. The study finds that the management of digital records and metadata/cataloging standards were the most requested training topics, and that general and broadly applicable skills tend to be the most sought after. This indicates that there is a continuing need to provide education focusing on the core elements of digital preservation and knowledge, and that we have not moved on yet to a place where cultural heritage professionals are solely seeking skills in more advanced or specialized digital preservation topics. Very young children increasingly use information and communication technologies (ICTs) in their home and educational environments. The study examined representations of ICT use in children's television content, which is a central socialization agent for this audience. Based on cultivation theory, an in-depth qualitative content analysis of television series for young children aired in Israel was conducted. Findings indicate that ICTs are depicted in this content as largely positive, promoting community connectedness and problem resolution, and as effective innovations for the dissemination of information. At the same time, these portrayals ignore common ICTs in children's lives (e.g. social media) as well as social and emotional aspects associated with ICTs in the real world (e.g. entertainment use). Promising themes in the representations—such as the promotion of free, intuitive, and successful use of ICTS—are coupled with findings that question the realism and relevance of these representations for young audiences. Introduction: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) profoundly affects physical, psychological, and social aspects of life, yet these issues often remain unaddressed. Patient-Reported Outcomes Measures (PROM) have the potential to address these issues by promoting person-centered communication. However, their impact in COPD practice remains uncertain. This study aimed to investigate how patients with COPD perceive the usefulness of a new holistic PROM for general palliative care (PRO-Pall) before and during outpatient consultations. Methods: Semi-structured telephone interviews were conducted with patients diagnosed with moderate to very severe COPD, 2-5 days after consultation at a respiratory outpatient clinic in Denmark. Interviews were transcribed verbatim and analyzed inductively using qualitative content analysis. Results: Nine patients (five males; mean age: 66 years) participated in the study with four themes emerging: (1) Unlocking thoughts: Completing PRO-Pall stimulated patients’ self-reflection, which revealed previously overlooked COPD-related issues, particularly psychosocial challenges. (2) Unmasking concerns: Patients felt encouraged to be honest, rather than concealing their concerns. (3) Breaking the ice: PRO-Pall responses enabled direct questioning by healthcare professionals during consultations, initiating discussions on patients’ sensitive yet vital COPD-related matters. (4) Deepening the dialogue: Healthcare professionals’ targeted and attentive approach fostered more holistic and meaningful discussions, providing most patients with a deeper understanding of psychosocial issues affecting their well-being. Conclusion: Completing PRO-Pall prior to outpatient consultations prompted most patients with COPD to unveil previously unacknowledged psychosocial challenges. Sexuality is a central part of being human, however, talking about sexual health is generally avoided in forensic psychiatry. The aim of this qualitative study was to explore how healthcare professionals experience talking about sexuality and sexual health with patients cared for in forensic psychiatry. Individual interviews were conducted with eighteen healthcare professionals from ten different forensic psychiatry care units in Sweden. The interviews were semi-structured, and the data was analyzed with qualitative content analysis. The findings showed the overarching theme "Balancing on a slack line". The conversations the healthcare professionals have about sexuality and sexual health with patients in this setting are affected by forensic psychiatry's dual mission; to provide care and at the same time protect patients and society. These conversations can be about opening up for having responsive conversations, but also closing conversations since the field of sexuality and sexual health is fraught with norms and preconceptions. To be able to conduct these conversations can be a challenge since the professionals can experience uncertainty due to a lack of competence, indicating that knowledge and resources are needed to facilitate conversations. In conclusion, the study indicates that there is a lack of support and structure for performing conversations about sexuality and sexual health in forensic psychiatry care, and there is a need for increased knowledge among healthcare professionals. In order to support staff, the forensic psychiatry services need to acknowledge the national guidelines for sexual and reproductive health and rights and to develop and adapt the local guidelines. Qualitative investigations that openly explore changes and facilitators of changes from the patient’s perspective might offer valuable insights on impacts of therapy and helpful and hindering aspects. Our aim for this study was to explore the perspective of patients on a transdiagnostic Internet-based intervention to understand (1) which changes (positive as well as negative effects) responders and non-responders experienced, and (2) which aspects of the intervention they found helpful or hindering in facilitating those changes. We interviewed 21 patients that showed response or non-response to treatment using the Change Interview Schedule following a 10-week Internet-based intervention based on the Unified Protocol. Interviews were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Both responders and non-responders reported positive changes, with few negative changes mentioned. Across both groups, increased positive affect was reported most frequently (81%). Both groups reported helpful factors, with guidance mentioned most frequently across both responders and non-responders (85.7%). Mainly, aspects of the specific framework were perceived as hindering (e.g. lack of personalization) (66.7%). Overall, patients reported mostly positive impacts, even if they did not respond to treatment. Results highlighted that what patients find helpful or hindering is individual. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Electronic health records (EHR) are seen as a promising endeavour, in spite of policies, designs, user rights and types of health data varying across countries. In many European countries, including Austria, EHR usage has fallen short when compared to the deployment plans. Objective: By adopting a qualitative approach, this research aimed to explore facilitators and barriers experienced by patients and physicians across the entire EHR usage process in Austria. Method: Two studies were conducted: In Study 1, discussions were held with four homogeneously composed groups of patients (N = 30). In Study 2, eight expert semi-structured interviews were conducted with physicians to gain insights into potential facilitators and barriers Austrian physicians face when utilising personal EHR. Results: A wide range of barriers and facilitators were identified along the entire EHR usage spectrum, emerging on three different levels: the micro-level (individual level), the meso-level (level of the EHR system) and the macro-level (level of the health system). EHR literacy was identified as a booster to support EHR adherence. Health providers were identified as crucial gatekeepers with regard to EHR usage. Conclusion: The implications for mutual benefits arising out of EHR usage among the triad of health policymakers, providers and patients for both theory and practice are discussed. The increasing use of algorithms in allocating resources and services in both private industry and public administration has sparked discussions about their consequences for inequality and fairness in contemporary societies. Previous research has shown that the use of automated decision-making (ADM) tools in high-stakes scenarios like the legal justice system might lead to adverse societal outcomes, such as systematic discrimination. Scholars have since proposed a variety of metrics to counteract and mitigate biases in ADM processes. While these metrics focus on technical fairness notions, they do not consider how members of the public, as most affected subjects by algorithmic decisions, perceive fairness in ADM. To shed light on subjective fairness perceptions of individuals, this study analyzes individuals’ answers to open-ended fairness questions about hypothetical ADM scenarios that were embedded in the German Internet Panel (Wave 54, July 2021), a probability-based longitudinal online survey. Respondents evaluated the fairness of vignettes describing the use of ADM tools across different contexts. Subsequently, they explained their fairness evaluation providing a textual answer. Using qualitative content analysis, we inductively coded those answers (N = 3697). Based on their individual understanding of fairness, respondents addressed a wide range of aspects related to fairness in ADM which is reflected in the 23 codes we identified. We subsumed those codes under four overarching themes: Human elements in decision-making, Shortcomings of the data, Social impact of AI, and Properties of AI. In recent years, short‐video platforms represented by Douyin (TikTok) and Kuaishou (Kwai) have expanded to rural China. The rural, as an emerging 'sunken market' for digital platforms to generate revenue, has become an uncharted terrain for digital platforms to compete for, particularly in the context of the state's rural revitalisation strategy. Yao Shunwei, an independent photographer, uploaded a short video on Douyin in July 2022, recording a village basketball game in a Miao village (Taipan Village) in Guizhou to celebrate the Chixin Festival. The game quickly gained phenomenal popularity on digital platforms and was branded as 'VBA' (Village BA, appropriating the term NBA), contributing significantly to the revitalisation of the village. So far, work on rural places in their entanglement with digital platforms remains limited, lopsided on the rhetoric of a digital divide between the urban and the rural. Proposing the tentative concept of platform ruralism, this study probes into the emergent rural subjectivities and agencies vis‐à‐vis the negotiation, adaptation, innovation and autonomy of rural economies, livelihoods and socio‐cultural practices as they are imbricated by digital technologies and platforms. As such, it looks at how digital platforms have rescaled rural basketball activities and turned them into a nationally influential brand to enhance the wellbeing, social cohesion and cultural identity of rural communities. Background: Examining the privacy experiences of mothers in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) can play a crucial role in bolstering patient privacy safeguards and elevating the overall quality of health care. However, our understanding of mothers' experiences regarding privacy issues they may face after their infants' hospitalization in the NICU is limited. Aim: This study aimed to investigate the experiences of mothers concerning privacy within NICUs to contribute valuable insights for improving infant care and privacy protection. Design: A qualitative content analysis using a conventional approach was conducted. A total of 18 participants, with diverse sociodemographic backgrounds, were interviewed using open‐ended questions. Qualitative content analysis was undertaken for data analysis. Setting: The study was conducted in the NICU of an urban teaching hospital in Iran. Results: The study identified four main themes: 'understanding of privacy', 'fluctuating respect for privacy', 'efforts to maintain privacy' and 'privacy barriers'. Participants viewed privacy as multidimensional, influenced by cultural and religious factors. Respect for privacy varied, with instances of both adherence and violation. Mothers employed strategies to preserve privacy, emphasizing the importance of their infants' privacy. Privacy barriers included hospital attire, the physical space of the NICU, inhomogeneous human resources and insufficient supervision and training. Conclusion: This study, the first of its kind in the NICU context, provides valuable insights into maternal experiences of privacy. Integrating these insights into practice and future research can contribute to creating more empathetic and privacy‐respecting NICU environments. Relevance to Clinical Practice: Health care providers can use these findings to enhance support for mothers, potentially reshaping physical spaces and communication practices within NICUs. Background: Intrahospital transport (IHT) is often performed by nurse anaesthetists and specialist intensive care nurses. Studies have shown that IHT increases the risk of mortality and morbidity, with up to 71% negative incidents. Using checklists when preparing for an IHT is important. Several international guidelines exist to ensure IHT safety and reduce the risk of complications. However, existing guidelines are often problematic in clinical practice. Aim: This study aimed to describe the experiences of nurse anaesthetists and specialized intensive care nurses during the IHT of adult patients with critical illnesses. Study Design: This study adopted a mixed‐methods approach. Methods: Data were collected through a questionnaire completed by 66 nurses with specialist education in anaesthesia or intensive care. The data were analysed with qualitative content analysis, and the quantitative data were analysed with descriptive statistics. Results: Two categories with two subcategories each emerged from the analysis of the responses of nurse anaesthetists and specialist intensive care nurses regarding their IHT experiences: creating good circumstances (subcategories: being risk‐conscious and the importance of meticulous preparations) and the importance of routines and education (subcategories: following guidelines and having adequate training). Conclusion: IHT was described as a high risk for patient safety and complications. Routines with good compliance and education can positively impact patient safety during IHT. Checklists and scenario training can better prepare nurse anaesthetists and specialist intensive care nurses to manage complications that may arise during IHT, resulting in safer patient care. Relevance for Clinical Practice: The findings underscore the importance of written guidelines for IHT, emphasizing awareness and adherence by the entire team. Careful pre‐IHT preparations, coupled with an understanding of potential risks, are vital for ensuring patient safety. Clinical training and discussions following incidents during IHT play a crucial role in raising the collective awareness of patient safety within the entire team. Written guidelines about IHT are of utmost importance, and everyone in the team should be aware of and follow the guidelines. It is important to make careful preparations before IHT and to be aware of the possible risks to patient safety. Living poverty of citizens is one of the biggest challenges facing many governments around the world. Because its severity and continuity can endanger the political, social and economic life of countries. Many researches about poverty have been done in scientific and research circles, but so far no comprehensive research has been done to conceptualize policies, strategies and programs to reduce poverty in Iran. The final goal of this research was to outline the policies, strategies and programs of poverty alleviation in Iran based on a kind of qualitative research and in the light of qualitative data content analysis method in Iran. The time domain of the research is related to (the end of the war) 1368 and the geographical area of Iran. The research findings show that three main policies (regulation, support and promotion) and six strategies and 21 programs can be used to eliminate poverty in Iran. Refereeing in handball is a complex exercise involving numerous decisions and interactions among players and coaches. To meet the demands of officiating a game, (e.g., withstand the pressure generated by spectators or managing critical situations), referees need to have a certain personality type. Since the sport of handball faces an acute shortage of referees and the recruitment of suitable individuals becomes increasingly difficult, personality research can provide practical guidance for the identification of potential candidates. When determining the personality characteristics necessary for refereeing, taking an external perspective and collecting information from others can provide a more objective assessment of an individual's personality than self-assessment. For this reason, an online qualitative survey was conducted to collect data from 89 German handball players and 35 coaches. Based on the principles of qualitative content analysis, a large part of the responses could first be structured and assigned to the five-factor model. The remaining responses were then categorised, which allowed four categories to emerge: (i) character and leadership, (ii) judgement and decision-making, (iii) game management, and (iv) physical fitness and cognitive demands. The findings contribute to expanding knowledge about the crucial personality characteristics that shape handball referees' personality and suggest that the performance profile of handball referees shows similarities to that of other team sports officials. In our conclusion, we outline research directions with high practical relevance for the recruitment and development of referees, e.g., the study of referees' assertiveness, need for evaluation, preference for consistency, or self-efficacy. Large proportions of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are family controlled and play an important role not only in the development of many national economies, but also have great potential to reduce negative effects of human activities on the natural environment and society. This important role of family SMEs has been recognized by the European Union (EU) which has integrated them in its legislative frameworks. The main question addressed in our research is whether family SMEs integrate sustainability concerns into their strategic and operative decisions as required by the EU legislative frameworks. We designed our research with the purpose to broaden our understanding of sustainability (re)orientation of family SMEs and fill the gap in the existing literature on family businesses' sustainability. We applied a qualitative case study research method where sustainability (re)orientation of 26 family SMEs was explored. The qualitative content analysis was used in the process of analysing data. Theoretically and empirically based cognitions on endogenous and exogenous drivers of the family businesses' sustainability (re)orientation were applied in interpretation of the research results. Our findings show the low level of sustainability (re)orientation of most of the investigated Slovenian family SMEs. Background: The growing concern about a dwindling healthcare workforce, exacerbated by demographic changes, calls for innovative solutions. One viable approach involves implementing new professional roles and restructuring existing healthcare teams within hospital care units. Objectives: To evaluate the implementation of an innovative task-shifting concept, care-related services (CRS), from the managers' perspective in somatic care units across the hospitals in a region in Sweden. Methods: The qualitative study was conducted in 2022, after the implementation of CRS. Individual interviews were conducted with 24 key stakeholders, including 14 care unit managers, six CRS managers, and four process managers. A qualitative content analysis was performed, utilizing the Consolidated Framework of Implementation Research (CFIR). Results: The implementation of CRS involved collaboration between care unit managers, CRS managers, and project managers, alongside CRS staff, registered nurses (RNs), and licensed vocational nurses (LVNs). In particular, their roles encompassed defining boundaries, establishing routines, and managing personnel. Throughout the implementation process, challenges emerged, stemming from undefined goals, difficulties in recruiting qualified CRS staff, and issues associated with seamlessly integrating CRS into existing work routines. These challenges arose due to a constrained timeframe, widespread team apprehension, shortcomings in the training of CRS staff, unclear task allocation, and an increased workload for care unit managers. Factors associated with successful CRS implementation included effective cooperation among managers and an open-minded approach. Conclusions: Our findings highlight the crucial role of clear communication, effective recruitment, integration of CRS staff, clarification of roles, responsibilities, and defined goals for successful CRS implementation. Background: Many young couples are planning to share paid work, childcare, and housework equally between each other. But implementing such a 50/50-split-model is difficult and parents often return to traditional gender role distributions after the birth of a child. This return has potential negative effects on mental health, physical health, and relationship satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to find practicable strategies on a behavioral-level which new parents can apply in their daily routine to successfully implement the 50/50-split-model if they wish to do so. Methods: This qualitative study, DREAMTALK, is part of the multi-method, prospective Dresden Study on Parenting, Work, and Mental Health (DREAM). For DREAMTALK, N = 25 parents implementing a 50/50-split-model were selected based on quantitative data regarding time use, which participants had provided in questionnaires. In DREAMTALK, problem-centered interviews were conducted with the selected sample at 17 months postpartum. Those were analyzed via qualitative content analysis, which is systematic, rule-guided, and based on the criteria of validity and reliability. Results: The qualitative content analysis revealed a catalog of 38 practicable strategies to manage daily routine, which can help parents to successfully implement a 50/50-split-model. Individual participants used 23 success strategies on average. Examples include having a regular coordination appointment with the other parent, planning foresightedly, flexibility, reducing cleaning, optimization of routes, or moderate split-shift parenting. Some of these strategies seem opposing, e.g., planning foresightedly, and at the same time, meeting unpredicted changes with flexibility. Those seemingly opposing strategies were well balanced by the participants, which was an additional strategy. Conclusions: Parents can use the success strategies relatively independently of external circumstances. This behavioral perspective extends prior theories, which have focused on explaining unequal gender role distributions with external circumstances. A behavioral perspective can be a gateway to assist more parents to pioneer in implementing the 50/50-split-model, which might in turn lead to a healthier and more satisfied public population. This article compares the recent disability legislation in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Maldives after signing the CRPD in 2006. Through a systematic comparative approach, this study identifies and examines the commonalities and differences in the provisions, participation of persons with disabilities (PWD), educational considerations, and rights of women with disabilities within their disability Acts. Qualitative content analysis has been used for thematic analysis of the content of these legal documents. The analysis revealed that a shared philosophical assumption existed across the Acts influenced by the social model of disability, while variations exist in the definition of disabilities across these Acts. It was found that due emphasis was placed on the involvement of PWD in regulatory committees in all Acts taken in the study. However, the level and extent of participation in these committees vary among countries. The nature of the educational provision is more inclined towards inclusive education across these Acts. However, not all of these four practices fully include PWD. Less emphasis has been put on including the rights of women with disabilities in the Acts. This article accentuates the importance of comparative studies for cross-country learning and the potential for adapting ideas to suit respective countries' national contexts. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Introduction: Continuing professional development is a lifelong learning process. One pedagogical approach that can be used is active learning. Flipped classroom is a method that has been shown to improve deeper conceptual understanding. In an online setting, the method saves travel, time, and costs. To our knowledge, flipped classroom is rarely used in continuing professional education. This study in general dentistry explored experiences of an online flipped classroom course in continuing professional development. Materials and Methods: Fifteen dental hygienists, clinically active in general dental care, were interviewed. They were recruited from an online course on the latest classification system for periodontal diseases. The course had been conducted using an active learning and flipped classroom model. The interviews were semi‐structured. Data were extracted using qualitative content analysis. Results: The experiences of the dental hygienists could be summarized in three themes: Stimulation of knowledge gain through self‐paced studies, The ease of virtual networking among colleagues, and Fostering of direct practical application through collaboration. Conclusion: New and emerging communication technology seems to open new possibilities for continuing professional development in general dentistry. Study participants felt that, in an online environment, mixing asynchronous and synchronous communication in a flipped classroom model facilitated learning in continuing professional development. Online active learning seems to work well in continuous professional development in general dentistry. Representations of science and technology, embodied as imaginaries, visions, and expectations, have become a growing focus of analysis. These representations are of interest to normative approaches to science and technology, such as Hermeneutic Technology Assessment and Responsible Innovation, because of their ability to modulate understandings of science and technology and to influence scientific and technological development. This article analyses the culture of participation underlying the NanoKOMIK project and the representations and meanings of (nano)science and (nano)technology communicated in the two nano-fiction comic books created as part of the project: Dayanne and Murillo. The power of nanoscience (2016) and NanoKOMIK #2 (2017). The article argues that despite NanoKOMIK's efforts to engage the public with (nano)science and (nano)technology, it reproduces non-binding modes of public participation and transmits socio-technical meanings that are instrumental in the social legitimisation of (nano)technology. More specifically, the analysis shows that NanoKOMIK's comic books, in addition to not problematising the risks and conveying an eminently positive view of nanotechnology, also communicate certain 'myth-conceptions' of scientific activity and its products. For example, they convey an individualistic and linear vision of research and innovation and an instrumentalist and neutral (or 'value-free') view of technology. These findings highlight the importance of critically analysing the 'cultures of participation' that characterise and reproduce 'participatory' or 'collaborative' projects and the representations of (nano)science and (nano)technology that they perpetuate. Background: Health and social care regulators are organisations that seek to maintain public trust in professionals and protect the public from harmful practitioners. For example, they ensure that practitioners have the correct qualifications to practice and investigate any concerns raised about them. Serious concerns can result in a fitness to practise (FtP) hearing where a member of the public may be required to give evidence as a witness. Being a witness and being cross‐examined is known to often be traumatic, particularly for members of the public in criminal trials. There is some research evidence that registered professionals who are the subject of the proceedings may suffer mental ill health as result of the experience. But there is scant research that specifically explores the experiences of members of the public giving evidence in a FtP hearing. The regulator web pages are an important source of information for public witnesses to prepare themselves for a FtP hearing. Aim: This study aimed to examine the publicly available information for public witnesses from the 13 health and social care regulators in the United Kingdom to evaluate the content, amount, type and format of information available and make recommendations about how regulators can improve these. Methods: Regulator websites were searched during November 2021–February 2022 for information for the public on what happens after raising a concern with a regulator. Resources were downloaded and qualitative content analysis conducted. Our findings were validated by interviews (n = 7) with the public including people with experience of FtP and a focus group of the public (n = 5). Results: One hundred and forty‐six resources (97 webpages and 25 public facing documents, 20 videos and 4 easy read documents) were found. Topics included screening and investigation, preparing for a hearing, during a hearing and after a hearing, and support for witnesses. Discussion and Conclusion: We conclude that there are many deficiencies in the information content and its presentation for the public and some exemplars, such as the use of flowcharts and short videos to explain the FtP processes. Recommendations for practice take the form of a framework with three themes, (i) co‐production, (ii) preferred content and (iii) format. It may be used by regulators to enhance their support for members of the public as witnesses in FtP hearings. This paper seeks to examine the questions of what criteria definitions of Artificial Intelligence (AI) use to define AI, what the disagreements that revolve around the term AI are based on, and what correlations can be drawn to other parameters. Framed as a problem of classification, a random sample of 45 definitions from various text sources was subjected to a qualitative content analysis. The criteria found are concluded in five dimensions, namely (1) learning ability, (2) human likeness, (3) state of "mind", (4) complexity of the problem, and (5) successfulness. Further, the results support the view that there is no consensus neither on which of these criteria are crucial to define AI nor on how these criteria must be fulfilled. By opposing the frequencies of the dimensions found with the metadata collected, it can be seen that most of these, e.g., country, scientific field, or gender of the author, are statistically independent of content variables, while the medium in which the definition was published shows a strong correlation. Since different mediums target different purposes and different readers, it must be taken into account that writing a definition of AI is to be seen in the context of its distribution area and its goal. Objectives: The aim of the present study was to explore peri‐implantitis patients' sensations, expectations, and experiences of dental implants, the disease, as well as undergoing treatment with laser or mucosal flap surgery. Methods: Interviews were conducted with 18 patients who had been referred for treatment of peri‐implantitis at a specialist clinic. The participants underwent either laser treatment or mucosal flap surgery of affected implants. Qualitative content analysis was used for processing the transcribed interviews with coding in categories and subcategories. Results: The analysis of the interviews was presented in a narrative way to display the variety of experiences in this patient group. Losing teeth was perceived as frustrating and negatively impacted their quality of life; however, receiving dental implants improved some aspects of the patients' lives. While some have symptoms, others did not seem to notice the incidence and development of peri‐implantitis. Local anaesthesia was the worst part of both treatments and both modalities yielded only minor discomforts. Conclusion: There were a variety of positive and negative sensations and experiences perceived by patients with dental implants as a consequence of peri‐implantitis, including a negative impact on quality of life. These findings emphasize the importance of thoroughly informing the potential and established dental implant patients of the risk of developing disease and its impact. The development of professional digital competencies is an important condition for a meaningful integration of digital technologies in mathematics education. A widely used and empirically studied approach for the professional development of in-service teachers are teacher design teams, in which lessons are collaboratively planned, implemented and reflected. However, this approach has not yet been considered for the collaboration of pre-service and in-service teachers. Therefore, this article examines in a holistic case study mixed teacher design teams composed of pre-service and in-service teachers. A total of 23 interviews were conducted with pre-service and in-service teachers and analyzed by inductive development of categories using the method of qualitative content analysis. The case study shows among other things, that the different prerequisites of the participants can lead to a relatively clear division of roles within the collaboration, which turns out to be suitable for the professionalization of both pre-service and in-service mathematics teachers. Park management is often hampered where discourses – encompassing views, values and interests about parks - differ, emphasising the important role public engagement plays in park planning and management. News media are a promising source of unstructured text material for exploring environmental discourses. Here, we combine computational distant reading and close readings across temporal and thematic scales, with the overall aim of demonstrating how a multiscalar approach can be effectively used to explore discourses related to protected areas. We illustrate our aim through a case study in two Swiss Regional Parks with the objectives of a) computationally identifying emerging topics since the formation of the parks through distant reading and b) performing a detailed close reading exploring the discourses around two dominant topics. Abstract Background Germany was the first country worldwide to offer mobile digital health applications (mHealth apps, “DiGA”) on prescription with full cost coverage by statutory health insurances. Especially statutory health insurances criticize the current pricing and payment regulations in Germany due to “free and non-transparent” pricing in the first year and lack of cost use evidence. The study consists of two parts: The first part evaluates interests of digital health application providers and statutory health insurances in Germany to identify overlaps and divergences of interests. The second part includes the development of a comprehensive pricing and payment taxonomy for reimbursable mHealth apps in general. Methods Both parts of the study used the input from 16 expert interviews with representatives of digital health application providers and statutory health insurances in Germany. In part one the authors conducted a qualitative content analysis and in part two they followed the taxonomy development process according to Nickerson et al. (2013). Results A value based care model is expected to bring the greatest benefit for patients while statutory health insurances welcome the idea of usage based pricing. The final pricing and payment taxonomy consists of four design and negotiation steps (price finding, payment prerequisites, payment modalities, composition of negotiation board). Conclusions As healthcare resources are scarce and thus need to be optimally allocated, it is important to implement pricing and payment terms for reimbursable mHealth apps that result in the greatest benefit for patients. To the best of the authors’ knowledge, there has been no structured study yet that examines alternative pricing strategies for reimbursable mHealth apps.The developed pricing and payment taxonomy for reimbursable mHealth apps serves as planning and decision basis for developers, health policy makers and payers internationally.

Abstract Background The growing concern about a dwindling healthcare workforce, exacerbated by demographic changes, calls for innovative solutions. One viable approach involves implementing new professional roles and restructuring existing healthcare teams within hospital care units. Objectives To evaluate the implementation of an innovative task-shifting concept, care-related services (CRS), from the managers’ perspective in somatic care units across the hospitals in a region in Sweden. Methods The qualitative study was conducted in 2022, after the implementation of CRS. Individual interviews were conducted with 24 key stakeholders, including 14 care unit managers, six CRS managers, and four process managers. A qualitative content analysis was performed, utilizing the Consolidated Framework of Implementation Research (CFIR). Results The implementation of CRS involved collaboration between care unit managers, CRS managers, and project managers, alongside CRS staff, registered nurses (RNs), and licensed vocational nurses (LVNs). In particular, their roles encompassed defining boundaries, establishing routines, and managing personnel. Throughout the implementation process, challenges emerged, stemming from undefined goals, difficulties in recruiting qualified CRS staff, and issues associated with seamlessly integrating CRS into existing work routines. These challenges arose due to a constrained timeframe, widespread team apprehension, shortcomings in the training of CRS staff, unclear task allocation, and an increased workload for care unit managers. Factors associated with successful CRS implementation included effective cooperation among managers and an open-minded approach. Conclusions Our findings highlight the crucial role of clear communication, effective recruitment, integration of CRS staff, clarification of roles, responsibilities, and defined goals for successful CRS implementation.

Further, to examine patients’ descriptions of their capability, opportunity, motivation, and readiness for health behavior change.Patients and Methods: Patients were adults in need of specialized, multidisciplinary rehabilitation services due to inflammatory rheumatic disease, systemic connective tissue disease, or fibromyalgia / chronic widespread pain. Semi-structured interviews of 21 patients were analyzed with deductive qualitative content analysis applying three theoretical frameworks: the Behavior Change Technique Taxonomy, the transtheoretical model and stages of change, and the capability, opportunity, and motivation model of behavior.Results: Forty-six BCTs aggregated within 14 BCT groups were identified used by either patients, healthcare professionals (HPs), or both. Goals and planning, feedback and monitoring, social support, shaping knowledge, repetition and substitution were most frequently used to facilitate behavior change. Twenty patients had reached the action stage and made specific lifestyle changes concerning more than half of their goals. Concerning other goals, 6 of these patients reported to be contemplating behavior change and 15 to be preparing for it. The rehabilitation process appeared to strengthen capability, opportunity, motivation, and the desired behaviors. Patient-reported barriers to behavior change were connected with restrictions in physical capability resulting from an unpredictable and fluctuating disease course, weakened motivation, and contextual factors, such as lack of access to healthcare support and training facilities, and high domestic care burden.Conclusion: The rehabilitation process seemed to strengthen individual and contextual prerequisites for behavior change and facilitate the use of required techniques and engagement in the desired behaviors. However, patients with RMDs may need prolonged support from HPs to integrate healthy lifestyle changes into everyday life. Background & aim: Spirituality is among prominent strategies to minimize negative emotions in different circumstances. Clarifying the concept of spiritual well-being in high-risk pregnancies enables healthcare providers to address and support their patients' spiritual needs. This study aimed to explore the perceptions and experiences of spiritual well-being among women with high-risk pregnancy.Methods: This qualitative content analysis was conducted from December 2017 to March 2019 in public and private hospitals and health centers in Mashhad, Iran. The participants included 26 women with high-risk pregnancy, who selected using a purposive sampling. Data was collected through semi-structured and face-to-face individual interviews using the interview guide. The data analysis was carried out concurrently with the data collection, using the conventional content analysis based on the Graneheim and Lundman's method. Results: Following data analysis, "Spiritual well-being in high-risk pregnancies” was characterized by two main categories including “Meaning-seeking and belief in purposeful pregnancy” and" Relying on spirituality in achieving health."Conclusion: Searching for meaning and purposefulness in pregnancy and relying on spirituality to achieve health are among the components of spiritual well-being in high-risk pregnancy; hence, understanding women’s spiritual well-being could help tailoring strategies to reduce their tensions and discomforts caused by high-risk pregnancy. Thus, it is highly recommended that women with high-risk pregnancy receive spiritual care as part of their comprehensive care.

Abstract Background The wounded healer concept refers to healthcare providers who, in the past, have had similar experiences to those of their clients and now draw on these challenging experiences to assist their clients. This study explored the positive traits of nurses with chronic cardiovascular diseases who transitioned to wounded healers. Methods A qualitative content analysis study was conducted within hospitals in Tehran, Iran, between November 2023 and March 2024. Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling method in accordance with the study objectives and inclusion criteria. The data were collected through semi-structured face-to-face interviews. Twenty-three participants, comprising 16 females and 7 males, participated in the interviews. Data analysis was conducted by employing a qualitative content analysis approach, including creating codes, subcategories, generic categories, and main categories. MAXQDA v20 software was utilized to facilitate the analysis process. Results The data analysis revealed one main category that aligned with the research question: the positive traits of a wounded healer nurse, consisting of three generic categories: (1) traits related to interpersonal and professional relationships; (2) traits related to the professional dimension; and (3) traits related to the personal dimension. wounded healer nurses demonstrate positive traits that enhance patient care. Conclusions The findings of this study have important implications for nursing practice and education. By identifying the positive traits exhibited by nurses as wounded healers affected by chronic cardiovascular diseases, nursing programs can emphasize and strengthen these qualities to convert challenges into opportunities and bridge the theory-practice gap.

The study was conducted as a case study to enhance pre-service science teachers’ readiness for integration, inquiry-based learning (IBL), the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and the application of real-life examples during their teacher training courses. The objective of the research was to explore pre-service science teachers’ perceptions of integrated teaching, inquiry learning, and the use of ICT in science education, drawing on their experiences in teacher training. It also aimed to examine potential differences in their viewpoints and the evolution of their perceptions over time. A questionnaire was developed to gather insights from 50 pre-service science teachers regarding their views on the integration of science subjects before and after their 2-year teacher training courses. The collected data were analyzed using a qualitative approach with the QCAmap software, followed by a quantitative analysis utilizing the Microsoft Excel software. The findings revealed significant variances in perceptions among pre-service teachers based on the number of science subjects they studied during their training. Those who studied two or more subjects placed greater emphasis on the value of integration, IBL, ICT use, and real-life examples in science education, and exhibited more significant changes in their views throughout the 2 years of teacher training. Furthermore, the study found that nearly half of the pre-service teachers did not view IBL in science classes as crucial, and only about a quarter recognized the importance of ICT utilization.

Abstract Background Intimate partner violence (IPV) is the most common form of violence against women. Postpartum IPV refers to any type of IPV that occurs up to one year after childbirth and has many adverse impacts on mothers and their children. Considering the lack of sufficient information on the prevalence and factors related to IPV after childbirth in Iran, this study aimed to evaluate the frequency and severity of IPV, its different forms, and psychosocial factors related to IPV, as well as to explore how IPV is perceived among mothers one year after childbirth. Methods An explanatory sequential mixed-methods design was used to conduct this study in two phases. The first phase is a cross-sectional study that will be performed on postpartum mothers who have a one-year-old child referred to health care centers in the southern region of Tehran, Iran, with the aim of determining the prevalence of IPV and its related factors. The second phase is a qualitative conventional content analysis study with the purpose of exploring women’s experiences and perceptions of IPV and its preventive or protective factors. Purposive sampling will be used. Based on the results of the quantitative phase, mothers who are at the two ends of the IPV spectrum (based on their total Conflict Tactics Scale (CTS-2) scores) will be selected, and in-depth and semistructured interviews will be conducted with them. Finally, the researchers will provide an interpretation of the quantitative results using qualitative data. Discussion This is the first study that uses a mixed methods approach to explain different dimensions of IPV, its related factors, and mothers' perceptions of it. By providing a better understanding of this phenomenon, it is hoped that the results of this research will be used by policymakers and officials of educational and cultural systems to plan and provide effective interventions, enact laws, and present educational and cultural programs to prevent IPV after childbirth. Introduction: Violence against the elderly is one of the types of domestic violence that is one of the major social health problems in modern societies and whose incidence has increased sharply in the last two decades, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The present study aims at explaining the concept of violence against the elderly during lockdown and the epidemic of COVID-19. Methods: This qualitative study was conducted with a conventional content analysis approach in Izeh (a city in Khuzestan Province) in 2021. The data were collected through conducting unstructured interviews as well as taking field notes with as many as 13 elderly family members. After obtaining informed consent, the collected data were written word for word, and the content analysis method was applied to name the data, create analytical codes, and determine subgroups and categories. The data were analyzed using MAXQDA-10. Results: The results of this study indicated that the elderly who have been subjected to violence have many ambiguities in the process of identifying and dealing with the violence inflicted on them; the fear of being rejected by family members and their escalated violence make the violence remain hidden. Conclusion: Given their failure to seek help and the lack of support provided by the related organizations, the elderly did not report violence inflicted on them, which in turn led to the spread of violence against them. Thus, it is recommended that nurses and health policymakers provide the required planning to address the problems of violence against the elderly during the COVID-19 pandemic and post-pandemic era.

Abstract Background During the first year postpartum, about 25 per cent of Swedish women with severe perineal trauma (SPT), i.e., a third- or fourth-degree perineal laceration at childbirth, are unsatisfied with their healthcare contacts. Further, there is a lack of research on the more long-term experiences of healthcare encounters among women with persistent SPT-related health problems. This study explores how women with self-reported persistent SPT-related health problems experience their contact with healthcare services 18 months to five years after childbirth when the SPT occurred. Methods In this descriptive qualitative study, a purposive sample of twelve women with self-reported persistent health problems after SPT were individually interviewed from November 2020 – February 2022. The data was analysed using inductive qualitative content analysis. Results Our results showed a paradoxical situation for women with persistent health problems due to SPT. They struggled with their traumatised body, but healthcare professionals rejected their health problems as postpartum normalities. This paradox highlighted the women’s difficulties in accessing postpartum healthcare, rehabilitation, and sick leave, which left them with neglected healthcare needs, diminished emotional well-being, and loss of financial and social status. Our results indicated that these health problems did not diminish over time. Consequently, the women had to search relentlessly for a ‘key person’ in healthcare who acknowledged their persistent problems as legitimate to access needed care, rehabilitation, and sick leave, thus feeling empowered. Conclusions Our study revealed that women with persistent SPT-related health problems experienced complex health challenges. Additionally, their needs for medical care, rehabilitation, and sick leave were largely neglected. Thus, the study highlights an inequitable provision of SPT-related healthcare services in Sweden, including regional disparities in access to care. Hence, the authors suggest that Swedish national guidelines for SPT-related care need to be developed and implemented, applying a woman-centered approach, to ensure equitable, effective, and accessible healthcare.

This article examines how the English language was and is today perceived within Saudi Arabia, with the help of a historical analysis and qualitative content analysis of the Human Capability Development Programme (HCDP) of the Saudi Vision 2030. Based on historical analysis of Saudi-British relations, and works of Tzvetan Todorov and Jacques Lacan, it is concluded that the English language, as a part of the Western culture, is potentially experienced in Saudi Arabia in the intersection of the mirroring dimensions of Idealisation-Demonisation and Mimicry-Disgust. The content analysis of the HCDP yielded the following conclusions: Islam has a place in the Saudi future as long as it is moderate and non-extreme; the preservation of Saudi culture will rely heavily on the preservation of Arabic language, and it will be a carrier of national identity. The Programme is for the most part silent with respect to the English language. It is hypothesised that this conflict is removed from the official discourse, but still might be present in the Saudi culture. The purpose of this study is to explore how occupational therapists in Germany, Austria and Switzerland navigate and apply profession-specific strategies in the new clinical landscape of Long COVID care.This study used qualitative-descriptive design and content analysis to extract insights from seven semi-structured interviews with occupational therapists in inpatient and outpatient settings from three countries.Four overarching themes emerged: how Long COVID was encountered within the scope of occupational therapy, the multifaceted repertoire experts used to support long haulers, triumphs and challenges that emerged in Long COVID treatment, and recommendations and opportunities for occupational therapy practice. How does the EU use emotions in its response to international crises arising from norm violations? In order to answer this question, the article focuses on Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022, and theoretically, it draws on the sociology of emotions literature. The article argues that EU institutional actors use emotions to construct an 'emotional community' through their discourses during major crises. More specifically, the article shows that emotions matter in the EU's crisis response in three ways: First, emotions serve to construct and endure a community of values. Second, emotions frame policy options for determining the EU's reaction to the crisis. Third, emotions construct emotional boundaries between European emotional community (norm followers/the EU) and norm violators at the international level. The growing interest in combining different approaches to qualitative text and discourse analysis has so far not been met with adapted methodological resources. This article aims to address this gap by developing a methodological framework for combining qualitative text and discourse analysis. First, we introduce four traditions that we identify as four families of methods of text/discourse analysis with different logics: Discourse Analysis, Foucauldian Discourse Analysis, Thematic Analysis, and Qualitative Content Analysis. Second, we review the literature to show how these methods have been combined across disciplines and case studies. Third, we build upon existing literature to unpack the benefits and challenges of multi-method text/discourse analysis, and offer strategies to help navigate the problems that may arise. Overall, this article introduces multi-method qualitative text and discourse analysis (MMQTDA) as a methodological framework to provide guidance and offer solid foundations for an emerging methodological conversation in qualitative text research. Considering the uncontested global status of English today, overt and covert policies of English language teaching (ELT) have shaped a significant area of broader national language (education) policies. In this study we investigated nine major national policy documents to portray the overall official ELT policies in Iran. The documents were explored through qualitative content analysis in search of manifest statements and conceptual categories that provided educational policy directions. Adopting a view of policy as discourse, we coded statements directly related to ELT and those related to language education, as well as generic statements about all subject areas, which were interpreted to include the teaching and learning of English. The discursive climate of the overall official Iranian ELT policy appeared to be mainly shaped by policy directions focusing on Islamic values, Iranian Revolutionism, and character and morality, along with some language-teaching specifics. The findings may indicate that beyond issues of policy incompleteness, the Iranian official ELT policy may be suffering from policy indeterminacy. We argue that in contexts like Iran, more coherent ELT policies may be needed to account for both the ideological nature of English and its practical applicability in the world today. Previous research indicates shortcomings in interprofessional collaboration and rocky transitions between primary care, specialised care and long-term care.The aim was to explore how nurses and physical therapists experience their role in interprofessional collaboration and the care delivery pathway for patients with COPD.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with nurses (n = 4) and physical therapists (n = 7) from different levels of care between October 2020 and January 2021 and analysed using qualitative content analysis.Insufficient time and continuity along with unclear routines were perceived as inhibiting interprofessional collaboration and transitions within the care delivery pathway. Dialogue between healthcare professionals was considered important to increase familiarisation with other professional roles and to enhance mutual support. Insufficient competence and low priority in healthcare was perceived as placing responsibility on the silent patient group to contact healthcare for follow-ups.This study provides insights into the experiences of nurses and physical therapists regarding several insufficiencies in interprofessional collaboration and the care delivery pathway. It is necessary to increase COPD-related competence among healthcare professionals, develop and clarify routines and provide conditions for dialogue between healthcare professionals. Background: Intimate partner violence (IPV) is the most common form of violence against women. Postpartum IPV refers to any type of IPV that occurs up to one year after childbirth and has many adverse impacts on mothers and their children. Considering the lack of sufficient information on the prevalence and factors related to IPV after childbirth in Iran, this study aimed to evaluate the frequency and severity of IPV, its different forms, and psychosocial factors related to IPV, as well as to explore how IPV is perceived among mothers one year after childbirth. Methods: An explanatory sequential mixed-methods design was used to conduct this study in two phases. The first phase is a cross-sectional study that will be performed on postpartum mothers who have a one-year-old child referred to health care centers in the southern region of Tehran, Iran, with the aim of determining the prevalence of IPV and its related factors. The second phase is a qualitative conventional content analysis study with the purpose of exploring women's experiences and perceptions of IPV and its preventive or protective factors. Purposive sampling will be used. Based on the results of the quantitative phase, mothers who are at the two ends of the IPV spectrum (based on their total Conflict Tactics Scale (CTS-2) scores) will be selected, and in-depth and semistructured interviews will be conducted with them. Finally, the researchers will provide an interpretation of the quantitative results using qualitative data. Discussion: This is the first study that uses a mixed methods approach to explain different dimensions of IPV, its related factors, and mothers' perceptions of it. By providing a better understanding of this phenomenon, it is hoped that the results of this research will be used by policymakers and officials of educational and cultural systems to plan and provide effective interventions, enact laws, and present educational and cultural programs to prevent IPV after childbirth. AbstractEducational frameworks emphasize to students the importance of gaining differentiated worldviews and being open-minded toward other cultures. As a primary medium in class, textbooks should accurately represent diversity to help students develop intercultural awareness and critical thinking. This study aims to analyze geography textbooks’ of Hesse (Germany) on their representation of diversity dimensions across different countries and continents using a multidimensional approach to superdiversity. For the analysis, a qualitative content analysis is initially conducted. Then, the representation of the continents is compared using network analysis. Our findings reveal a biased portrayal across all continents, leading to homogenization within the teaching material. This inconsistency contradicts the curricular requirements of Hessian geography and suggests that the textbook approval process is not sufficiently rigorous in ensuring that the standards are met. AbstractPurposeMethodsResultsConclusionVulvodynia is considered to be a common cause of sexual pain in women of reproductive age and has a significant negative impact on their psycho-sexual health and quality of life. This study aimed to investigate the felt and known experience of living with provoked vulvodynia (PVD) in a group of women in Sweden and to explore the support, information, and treatment perceived to be important based on experienced symptoms.Ten women recruited by staff, from the vulva clinic at two hospitals in Sweden, participated in individual interviews. The results were analysed using qualitative content analysis.The analysis resulted in the overarching theme ‘The women’s dilemmas regarding a sustainable daily life’. This theme is based on the difficulties the women experienced in being listened to and getting information and treatment to have the quality of life they want. Most important was understanding their own body, understanding the purpose of the treatment, and getting manual guidance to break the fear of pain.The results give a detailed picture of women’s experiences of PVD and delineate components of treatment perceived as important. This interview study is significant for healthcare professionals involved as the knowledge can contribute to faster diagnosis and better patient-specific treatment. The current article presents the results of interviews with 30 Polish never-married singles (14 women and 16 men) aged 20–43 years. Four themes were identified: (1) ambiguous perception of the usefulness of dating services as a means to search for a romantic partner, (2) acquiring skills in using dating services, (3) personal difficulties and failures in using dating services, and (4) online dating as self-obligation. The participants positioned themselves with regard to dating technology through ambiguous opinions and beliefs about the usefulness of dating services. They perceived using dating services to be a task that requires skills in self-commodification and self-branding and a good opportunity to gain practice in dating; they experienced various difficulties related to using dating platforms, and sometimes they reported a feeling of self-obligation to use such services. The study analyzed the sustainability dimensions integrated in the textbook of English (Grade IX) for Punjab, Pakistan using sustainability framework proposed by Tavanti (2010). For this purpose, the English textbook for Grade IX was purposively sampled and analyzed through the qualitative content analysis processed on NVivo 12 software. The analysis results show that the English textbook for grade 9 covers the environmental, social, institutional, cultural sustainability & value-based sustainability. Moreover, the values have been included like the moral stories for patriotism, national unity, and ethical conduct. The English textbook (grade 9) does not cover economic sustainability adequately. The study concludes that the textbook of English Grade 9 has boundaries to make indifferent students' responsible citizens as claimed by liberal educational policy of Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board. However, curriculum may be further improved by adding explicit mentions of the sustainable practices, green technologies, inclusive growth, poverty, hunger, responsible consumption, and production.
