Abstract

A wideband module antenna comprised of a small ground radiation antenna in the module and a parasitic radiation loop in the evaluation board is proposed. Unlike conventional ground radiation antennas, the ground radiation antenna in the module works as an exciter to the parasitic radiation loop, which further couples with the evaluation board as a radiator. Thus, a space-saving antenna is obtained with wide bandwidth and easy tuning. Accordingly, dual resonance can be generated by tuning the resonant frequencies of the ground radiation antenna and the parasitic radiation loop equally. When measured, the antennas have wide bandwidths (2:1 voltage standing wave ratio bandwidth of 270 MHz) and high efficiency (ranging from 44 to 74%).

Abstract

This paper designs a robot rapid moving strategy based on curve model. The virtual target points are introduced into the path planning of the robot so that the robot can complete the task smoothly and quickly. We give the method to solve the curve model in detail. At the same time, the design of state feedback from the robot control model based on the turning radius is used to solve the practical error problem. Simulation experiments show that the design of virtual target points can not only make the robot complete the task faster, but also can be applied to multi-robot formation control. The real experiment shows that the curve model can correct the error through the robot state feedback and finally make the robots reach the target point successfully.

Abstract

Two ground radiation antennas with polarisation diversity performance were proposed for MIMO WLAN applications in wearable devices. The antennas can simultaneously excite the vertical mode and horizontal mode of the ground plane and the phase difference between the two modes can be controlled by utilising an inductor-loaded metal strip in the ground plane, generating circular polarisation. A 3:1 VSWR bandwidth of 140 MHz with high isolation (above 17 dB) and a 3 dB axial ratio bandwidth of 100 MHz was obtained. The opposite rotations generated by the two antennas resulted in good diversity performance, which was verified by the measured envelope correlation coefficient.

16. 16S rRNA sequencing in chronic dacryocystitis.

Abstract

Clinical Relevance: The pathogenesis of chronic dacryocystitis (CDC) is associated with a variety of bacteria. Investigating microflora has the potential to provide a theoretical basis for preventing and treating CDC., Background: 16S rRNA sequencing is a sequence-based bacterial analysis. The application of 16S rRNA sequencing in CDC is rarely reported., Methods: A case-control study of infected and healthy eyes diagnosed as CDC patients was conducted. Seventy-eight patients were divided into A (conjunctival sac secretions from healthy eyes), B (conjunctival sac secretions from affected eyes), and C (lacrimal sac secretions from affected eyes) groups. The flora of samples was analysed with 16S rRNA sequencing, and the data was analysed using QIIME, R, LefSE and other software. The potential functions were analysed by PICRUSt., Results: A total of 1440 operational taxonomic units (OTUs) were obtained, 139 specific to group A, 220 specific to group B, and 239 specific to group C. There was no significant difference in α index between the three groups. The beta diversity and grouping analysis data indicated that the three groups of flora were similar in species richness and diversity, but there were some differences in composition. In group A, the abundance of Pseudomonadaceae, Chlorobacteria, Moraceae, Staphylococcaceae, Bacillariophyceae, Immunobacterium spp . and Bacillus spp . was higher; in group B, the abundance of Burkholderiaceae, Sphingomonas, Rhizobia, Stalked Bacteria, Sphingomonadaceae, Enterobacteriaceae, Shortwaveomonas spp . was higher; in group C, the abundance of Streptococcus digestiveis, Propionibacterium, Enterobacteriaceae, Anaerobacteriaceae, Propionibacteriaceae, Bacillus spp. Neisseria spp . and Shortactomonas spp . was higher. Six pathways were identified to assess the potential microbial functions., Conclusion: Alterations in the microbiota of the conjunctiva and lacrimal sac are associated with the pathogenesis of CDC, which may provide certain guidance for antibiotic treatment of CDC.
