The current publication of scientific journals is transitioning from a print format format to an electronic format, which has a different management model than before. Publication of scientific journals is an important thing in the existence of universities. In the dissemination of science results of an education, research, and community service generated by college civitas (Students & Lecturers) can be done with the publication of scientific journals. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of management publication of scientific journals that publish many articles of students at higher education. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive research. The research data were collected by indepth interview the Director of Graduate, Head of journal publishing unit, and staff of journal publishing unit. This research was conducted at the Journal Publishing Unit of Postgraduate of Brawijaya University. The managers of scientific journal publications should be continue to improve scientific publishing services and the quality of published articles, so that the management of scientific publications can compete with other electronic journals. The development of electronic journals in Indonesia has grown rapidly, within three years of electronic journal publication in Indonesia has increased sharply, from 1500 journals in 2012 to 16280 journals in 2016. This is a challenge for managers of scientific publications in Brawijaya University. The strategy in developing the management of scientific journal publications of students is to hold training activities of scientific journal writing for students to be able to provide the availability of quality articles. Benchmarking activities and management training for journal editing teams to maintain quality management and scientific journal publications. In addition, it is necessary to improve the reputation of scientific journals by paying attention to the Impact Factor; Index Journal, Ranking Journal, h-index, Number of Cites, & Percentage of Rejection Rates in managed journals.

Introduction: Burdensand types of occupation will cause psychological stress during Covid-19 pandemic, especially jobs in the medical field. The rapid transmission of the disease and the increasing number of people infected by Covid-19 bring anxiety and worry and decrease the level of happiness that will obstruct the secretion of oxytocin hormone that brings problems to breast milk production and breastfeeding process. This study was aimed at analyzing the correlation between occupation, stress level and breast milk production during Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Method: This correlational study was conducted by using cross sectional design. The technique used to collect the samples totaling 110 breastfeeding mothers was simple random sampling technique. The independent variables were occupation and stress level, whereas the dependent variable was breast milk production. This study used Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) questionnaire to measure the stress level and another questionnaire to measure the smoothness of breast milk production. Furthermore, data analysis was done by using Chisquare statistic test with the significance level of p < 0.05. Result: The result of this study showed that of 110 respondents, most of them (67%) worked in the medical field; nearly all (70.9%) experienced severe stress; and nearly all (80%) had unsmooth production of breast milk. Whilst, the result of Chi-square test showed that the value of p =0.000 showing that there was a correlation between occupation, stress level and breast milk production during Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Conclusion: Occupation, stress level and breast milk production are correlated during Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Therefore, the medical workers, especially nurses are expected to play their active roles to educate and teach the breastfeeding mothers how to manage stress correctly to maintain the production of breast milk in any conditions. This paper presents the development and implementation of Computer-Assisted Assessments (CAA) for helping lecturer in assessing students' achievements on the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Approach. PBL Assessment is typically formative; it includes delivery achievement feedback for the student, with the aim of improving their skills. The use of CAA in PBL gives advantages for both of lecturer and students by providing them with detailed formative feedback on their learning achievements compare to conventional assessment. It also reduces lecturer's tedious load by automating parts of the task of marking students' work. The methodology applied to this research was literature review and investigation of practitioners' perception about assessment in PBL. The literatures showed that there are methods of assessments that have been used successfully in PBL, but the research selected seven methods as a PBL assessment framework; there are "Peer-assessment, Self-assessment, Group-presentation, Individualactivities, Group-report assessment, pre-test and post-test assessment." The framework applied to the tool that encompasses the use of computer (called with CAPBLAT) for helping lecturer in assessing students' achievements. In addition, the CAPBLAT helps to store assessment material, deliver assessment, and does an auto-rating of the assessment result. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
