The Jingyang–Weinan Fault that Xi’an Metro Line 10 crosses is a Holocene active fault, and its future stick-slip earthquakes and coseismic dislocations pose a potential threat to the metro line. To reveal the deformation and stratum stress characteristics of the site caused by the stick-slip seismic and coseismic dislocations of the Jingyang–Weinan Fault zone, based on the Jingyang–Weinan fault zone crossed by Xi’an Metro Line 10, the geomechanical model of the fault zone site coseismic dislocations and stick-slip seismic was established, and the numerical simulation analysis of the stratum deformation and stress field characteristics of fault zone site was carried out considering different dislocation amounts and seismic intensity. The results show that under the coseismic dislocation, the stress reduction and strengthening zones appear in the hanging wall and footwall near the fault zone, and the site presents an inverse “S” shaped differential settlement failure. The differential displacement peaks at the fault zone, and the plastic zone is concentrated here. The deformation range and plastic zone of the hanging wall are 1.67 times and 2.50 times more than that of the footwall, respectively. The displacement and differential deformation of the site near the fault zone reach the peak value under the stick-slip earthquake. The influence range of the site displacement during the large earthquake is approximately 6.50 times more than that during the medium earthquake. It has a typical magnification effect on the hanging wall, and the displacement decreases linearly far away from the fault zone. The amplification factor of peak surface acceleration (PGA) in the large earthquake is 1.14 times more than that in the medium earthquake. The site shows “V” shear failure; the plastic zones of hanging wall and footwall in the large earthquake is about 1.40 times and 1.00 times larger than that in the medium earthquake, respectively. This study can provide a scientific basis for the seismic fortification of Xi’an Metro Line lines crossing the Jingyang–Weinan fault zone.

The interaction between train vibration load and ground fissure disasters affects the safe operation of trains. However, the interaction between the high-speed railway foundation and the train vibration in the cross-ground fissure zone is not clear. To reveal the dynamic behavior characteristics of train vibration load crossing the ground fissure zone, the Da’xi high-speed railway passing through the ground fissure zone in the Taiyuan Basin is taken as the research object; the dynamic response of the high-speed railway foundation crossing the ground fissure zone at different angles was analyzed through dynamic finite element numerical simulation and orthogonal tests. The results show that when the high-speed railway crosses the ground fissure, the dynamic response fluctuates greatly at the ground fissure, which is manifested in the displacement and acceleration increase in the hanging wall and decrease in the footwall. The composite foundation reduces the fluctuation range and influences the scope of displacement, acceleration, and stress in the foundation of the ground fissure zone. The smaller the intersection angle between the high-speed railway and the ground fissure, the larger the influence range of displacement and stress, and the stability of acceleration at the hanging wall and footwall is poor. It is suggested that the high-speed railway pass through the ground fissure at a large angle. Additionally, the displacement fluctuation of the hanging wall and footwall can be controlled by increasing the pile length in the active area of the ground fissure.

Ground fissure is a typical geohazard widely developed in China, which brings serious geological challenges to the construction and safe operation of the Chinese high-speed railways. However, the dynamic response mechanism of high-speed railway natural subgrade crossing the ground fissure zone is unclear. In this study, a new trainload excitation equipment that can simulate moving train loads was developed. The model test was carried out on the dynamic responses of the natural subgrade of high-speed railway crossing ground fissure zone under moving train loads. The results show that the ground fissure had a great influence on the acceleration response of the subgrade across the ground fissure zone, and the average peak acceleration value of the subgrade in the hanging wall was greater than the footwall. Along the longitudinal direction of the railway, the dynamic Earth pressure of the subgrade in the hanging wall was significantly greater than that in the footwall of the ground fissure and is about 2.5 times than that in the footwall, demonstrating a typical hanging wall amplification effect. The displacement amplitude on the subgrade and ground surface in the hanging wall was larger than that in the footwall of ground fissure. The attenuation rate of peak acceleration, dynamic velocity, and displacement in the hanging wall along the depth direction was more evident than that of the footwall of ground fissure. For the natural subgrade of high-speed railway crossing ground fissure zone, the critical influence depth of moving train load was about 12 m below the subgrade surface.

Abstract Background The hepatitis B virus (HBV) is one of the main causes of viral hepatitis and liver cancer. HBV integration is one of the key steps in the virus-promoted malignant transformation. Results An attention-based deep learning model, DeepHBV, was developed to predict HBV integration sites. By learning local genomic features automatically, DeepHBV was trained and tested using HBV integration site data from the dsVIS database. Initially, DeepHBV showed an AUROC of 0.6363 and an AUPR of 0.5471 for the dataset. The integration of genomic features of repeat peaks and TCGA Pan-Cancer peaks significantly improved model performance, with AUROCs of 0.8378 and 0.9430 and AUPRs of 0.7535 and 0.9310, respectively. The transcription factor binding sites (TFBS) were significantly enriched near the genomic positions that were considered. The binding sites of the AR-halfsite, Arnt, Atf1, bHLHE40, bHLHE41, BMAL1, CLOCK, c-Myc, COUP-TFII, E2A, EBF1, Erra, and Foxo3 were highlighted by DeepHBV in both the dsVIS and VISDB datasets, revealing a novel integration preference for HBV. Conclusions DeepHBV is a useful tool for predicting HBV integration sites, revealing novel insights into HBV integration-related carcinogenesis.

All-inorganic CsPbI3 perovskite quantum dots (PeQDs) have sparked widespread research due to their excellent optoelectronic properties and facile synthesis. However, attaining highly stable CsPbI3 perovskite quantum dots (PeQDs) against heat and polar solvents still remains a challenge and hinders any further practical application. Here, by exploiting (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane (APTES) as the sole silica (SiO2) precursor, we report a one-step in situ synthesis of single SiO2-coated CsPbI3 (SiO2-CsPbI3) PeQDs, namely that one SiO2 particle only contains one CsPbI3 PeQD particle. The obtained SiO2-CsPbI3 PeQDs are cubic in shape, have a more uniform size distribution, and possess narrow emission, with near unit photoluminescence quantum yields of up to 97.5%. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy confirm the formation of SiO2 through the hydrolysis of APTES on the CsPbI3 PeQDs surface. Furthermore, they have a significantly improved stability against storage, heat, and ethanol. By combining purple-emission GaN light-emitting diodes, the SiO2-CsPbI3 PeQDs were successfully employed as down-conversion emitters and exhibited considerable enhanced luminous performance and excellent stability, demonstrating their promising future in the practical application of solid-state lighting fields.

Objective: To explore the evolvement and new trends in the use of Shuanghuanglian injection (SHLI). Methods: China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), PubMed, and Embase were extensively searched using the search terms “Shuanghuanglian injection” and “Shuanghuanglian fenzhen” to retrieve articles relevant to SHLI (1992–2020). Retrieved articles were further investigated by two authors to exclude those unrelated to SHLI. The bibliographical references of the included articles were exported as raw data and then treated using the CiteSpace tool to visualize the mapping of the SHLI research domain. Essential clusters and highly frequent keywords were quantified for further analysis. The clusters were automatically labeled by the algorithm of tf∗idf for objective analysis. Basic bibliometric features, including article types and yearly trend in article numbers were also determined and discussed. Results: The modules of the keywords of interest presented clear boundaries with a high modularity score (Q = 0.73). High-confidence clusters were identified, including bioactivity fingerprint (S = 0.99), equal pupils (S = 0.91), drug preparation department (S = 0.87), difficulty in respiration (S = 0.85), peristalsis (0.88), and Danshen powder injection (S = 0.94). The characteristic keywords in terms of frequency and burstiness were Shuanghuanglian powder for injection (F = 235, B = 5.22), SHLI (F = 112, B = 11.39), and adverse drug reactions (ADRs; F = 104, B = 7.35). Conclusion: In the field of SHLI study, there are five major topic categories: bioactivity fingerprint; ADR mechanism and cause detection; proper preparation; clinical evidence accumulation; and efficacy in diseases with no effective treatment and combination usage. The trend for using modern methodologies from a science-based perspective to study SHLI will continue to exist. The causes of multi-factorial ADRs may be an important topic for future studies.

Spinel Li4Mn5O12 was successfully prepared by the wet chemical method to modify the surface of Li1.2Ni0.2Mn0.6O2. The results showed that an ultrathin spinel Li4Mn5O12 surface-modified layer with a thickness of approximately 10 nm was successfully constructed on the raw material surface, and that the cationic order was improved. In addition, the lithium ion diffusion coefficients (DLi+) of the raw materials and the modified materials were calculated using the EIS test and impedance fitting. The results indicated that the ultrathin Li4Mn5O12 surface modification shell can increase the lithium ion diffusion rate of the material and improve the rate capability of the material. So, the surface modification layer of spinel Li4Mn5O12 can reduce the oxygen loss of the first cycle and improve the cationic order of the material. Therefore, the first coulombic efficiency of Li4Mn5O12/Li1.2Ni0.2Mn0.6O2 material at the current density of 12.5 mA·g−1 reaches 80.46%, and the capacity retention rate reaches 91.74% after 50 cycles, which are 3.36% and 21.23% higher than those of the raw materials, respectively. It showed better electrochemical reversibility and cyclic stability. This study provides a straightforward and convenient modification method for improving the stability of cobalt-free lithium-rich manganese cathode materials and has a favorable application prospect.

Objective: To propose and test a new approach based on community detection in the field of social computing for uncovering consensuses and treatment principles in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Methods: Three Chinese databases (CNKI, VIP, and Wan Fang Data) were searched for published articles on TCM treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN) from their inception until September 31, 2014. Zheng classification and herb data were extracted from included articles and used to construct a Zheng classification and treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DNZCT) network with nodes denoting Zhengs and herbs and edges denoting corresponding treating relationships among them. Community detection was applied to the DNZCT and detected community structures were analyzed. Results: A network of 201 nodes and 743 edges were constructed and six communities were detected. Nodes clustered in the same community captured the same semantic topic; different communities had unique characteristics, and indicated different treatment principles. Large communities usually represented similar points of view or consensuses on common Zheng diagnoses and herb prescriptions; small communities might help to indicate unusual Zhengs and herbs. Conclusion: The results suggest that the community detection-based approach is useful and feasible for uncovering consensuses and treatment principles of DN treatment in TCM, and could be used to address other similar problems in TCM.

Whether the control rod can drop down in time is one of the important guarantees for the safe operation of the nuclear power plant. The drop-down process of the control rod is very complicated. For a long time, the researchers have done a lot of work on that, but it is hard to consider all the nonlinear factors. This paper considers the main factors together. Based on the theoretical analysis, we developed the nonlinear dynamics response analysis software for the nuclear power plant, which can be used to calculate the rod’s drop-down time. Compared with the results of the experiments, the software we developed proves to be applicable and reliable.

[Resslts] A total of 11 aiicles, involving 817 patient, were included, and their rea search quality was evaluated ta be low. In terms of overall effect, Wuling powder (used singly or combined with other prescUptions) was better than the control drug in reducing serum uric acid level, but the differencc was insignificant [SMD = -0.37, 95% CI (-0. 90,0.16)]. The heterogeneity betaeen studies wa high. The incidencc of adveee reactions in the experimental group was sivnificantly lower than that in the control group. Subgroup anSysis shows that Wuling powder combined with other prescriptions wa better than the control drug in reducing scum uic acid level [SMD = -0.37, 95% CI (-0.90, 0.16), 1 = 0.17], and the heterogeneity was reduced.
