Civil aero-engine is the scientific and technological highland of modern industry and a symbol of the comprehensive national strength of a country; it is also crucial for constructing a new development pattern of dual circulation in China. The development of civil aero-engine industry in China started late and now it is in a critical period of development. Therefore, it is necessary to explore a strategic path for the independent development of the industry, thereby strengthening the transportation, manufacturing, and aviation sectors of China. Through field investigation and further discussion, experiences of other countries regarding aero-engine development are summarized and development status of aero-engines in China is analyzed. Moreover, existing problems of the aero-engine industry in China are examined while considering the development situation in China and abroad and focusing on market demand. The independent development of China’s aero-engine industry can be achieved by three steps and the three-step targets can be realized by promoting scientific and technological innovation capabilities, improving the industrial and supply chains, and encouraging international cooperation. Furthermore, the following suggestions are proposed: promoting the research and development of green power, establishing an aircraft – engine coordination mechanism, developing a multiple support mode, and strengthening policy support and guidance.

Glioblastoma is a highly aggressive glioma with limited treatment options. Boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT) offers a promising approach for refractory cancers, utilizing boron-10 (10B) and thermal neutrons to generate cytotoxic particles. Effective BNCT depends on selective targeting and retention of 10B in tumors. Current BNCT drugs face issues with rapid clearance and poor tumor accumulation. To address this, we developed gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) functionalized with cyclic arginine-glycine-aspartic acid (cRGD) peptides as a nanocarrier for Sodium Mercaptododecaborate (BSH), resulting in AuNPs-BSH&PEG-cRGD. In vitro, AuNPs-BSH&PEG-cRGD increased 10B content in GL261 glioma cells by approximately 2.5-fold compared to unmodified AuNPs-BSH&PEG, indicating enhanced targeting due to cRGD's affinity for integrin receptor αvβ3. In a subcutaneous glioma mouse model, 6 h post-intratumoral administration, the 10B concentration in tumors was 17.98 μg/g for AuNPs-BSH&PEG-cRGD, significantly higher than 0.45 μg/g for BSH. The tumor-to-blood (T/B) and tumor-to-normal tissue (T/N) ratios were also higher for AuNPs-BSH&PEG-cRGD, suggesting improved targeting and retention. This indicates that AuNPs-BSH&PEG-cRGD may enhance BNCT efficacy and minimize normal tissue toxicity. Accurate quantitative analysis of trace analytes in a complicated matrix is a challenge in modern analytical chemistry. An appropriate analytical method is considered to be one of the most common gaps during the whole process. In this study, a green and efficient strategy based on miniaturized matrix solid‐phase dispersion and solid‐phase extraction combined with capillary electrophoresis was first proposed for extracting, purifying and determining target analytes from complicated matrix, using Wubi Shanyao Pill as an example. In detail, 60 mg of samples were dispersed on MCM‐48 to obtain high yields of analytes, then the extract was purified with a solid‐phase extraction cartridge. Finally, four analytes in the purified sample solution were determined by capillary electrophoresis. The parameters affecting the extraction efficiency of matrix solid‐phase dispersion, purification efficiency of solid‐phase extraction and separation effect of capillary electrophoresis were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, all analytes demonstrated satisfactory linearity (R2>0.9983). What's more, the superior green potential of the developed method for the determination of complex samples was confirmed by the Analytical GREEnness Metric Approach. The established method was successfully applied in the accurate determination of target analytes in Wubi Shanyao Pill and thus provided reliable, sensitive, and efficient strategy support for its quality control. Two versions of Global Satellite Mapping of Precipitation (GSMaP) products (GSMaP-V4 and GSMaP-V5) are validated both in a single grid scale and in contiguous China by comparing to gauge-based rainfall analysis dataset. GSMaP products can capture spatial patterns and magnitude of rainfall in daily mean precipitation. They perform better in summer than in winter over the Chinese Mainland. They also have better estimation over the southeast than over the northwest of the Chinese Mainland. An apparent system underestimate is detected in both GSMaP products. The underestimation existing in the GSMaP-V4 has been largely improved in GSMaP-V5. The impacts of snow cover and vegetation fraction are also investigated. The result indicates that snow cover deeply impacts the POD and FAR of GSMaP products. NDVI may result in overestimated precipitation in sparse vegetation regions. These results implicate that it is useful to use some auxiliary data from other sensors (e.g., MODIS) to improve the quality of precipitation product. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
