To assess the association of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1 (VEGFR1) pathways-related genes and the risk of pre-eclampsia.In total 178 pregnant women with pre-eclampsia (case group) and 100 healthy pregnant women (control group) during the third trimester were enrolled. The SNPs of VEGF rs3025039, rs2010963 and VEGFR1 rs3812867, rs55875014 and rs722503 loci were determined by PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) assay. The levels of serum VEGF and sVEGFR1 were also determined. And their association with pre-eclampsia was analyzed. The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and sVEGFR1 of the case group were significantly higher than those of the control group, while the VEGF level was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Allelic frequencies of the VEGF (rs3025039, rs2010963) and VEGFR1 (rs3812867, rs55875014, rs722503) have fit the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P0.05). The frequency of T allele of VEGF at rs3025039 locus in the case group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). There were significant differences in VEGF at rs3025039 locus under dominant and co-dominant models in case group (P0.05). Compared with those with CC, the risk was higher in patients with CT or TT genotypes (P0.05). The systolic and diastolic blood pressure and sVEGFR1 in pre-eclampsia pregnant women with CT or TT genotypes were significantly higher than those with the CC genotype, while their VEGF level was significantly lower (P0.05). No significant difference was found in allelic frequencies of other four loci between the two groups (P0.05).Polymorphisms of rs3025039 locus of VEGF gene is associated with the occurrence of pre-eclampsia. The variant at this locus may affect the activity of VEGF and influence the development of pre-eclampsia.

Because of the inherent spatial variability of soil properties and the limited number of boreholes that can be afforded in a typical project, the soil properties at given geotechnical sites could not be known with certainty, which leads to an uncertainty in the predicted performance of a geotechnical system. For such uncertain system, probabilistic analysis is often used to assess its performance considering uncertainty. This paper presents a new framework for the probabilistic analysis of tunnel longitudinal performance. Within this framework, the conditional random field theory is adopted to simulate the spatial variation of soil properties along the tunnel longitudinal direction, in which the soil properties at borehole locations can be explicitly considered. Then, the tunnel longitudinal performance is analyzed with an advanced tunnel performance model, in which the influence of tunnel longitudinal behavior on the circumferential behavior of the tunnel cross section can be explicitly considered. With the aid of Monte Carlo simulation (MCS), tunnel longitudinal performance can readily be analyzed in a probabilistic manner; and, the variation of the tunnel performances (i.e., the structural safety and serviceability of the cross section) along the tunnel longitudinal direction could be assessed. The novelty and significance of this proposed framework, compared to the existing methods, are demonstrated through an illustrative example. Further, the influence of the borehole density (i.e., the number of boreholes per tunnel length) on the prediction of the tunnel longitudinal performance is analyzed through a parametric study.

What informationization is that basing on the widespread availability of modern information technology, people significantly improve the functionality and efficiency of the various social activities by improving the management of information resources and utilization levels. One of the important methods to strengthen ruling capability of Party and educate Party members is using network information technology to develop grass-roots party building work. Therefore, it is essential to study on the significance and restrictive factors of the work of Party building information technology, to give more proposal on how to do it well, by which the application of information technology areas and the efficiency of work of party building can be impressively promoted.

Medical expenditure has a rapid growth recently in China, and it is difficult to control the medical expenditure. Compared with the other countries, the paper discusses some factors which result the rapid increase of medical costs in China, including hygienic resource, the quantity and quality of practitioner, management system and inhabitant sanitary habit. Then, the paper gives some countermeasures and suggestions to control the medical expenditure in China, such as increasing government investment, improving the quantity and quality of hygienic technician, ameliorating social sanitary service system, reforming the medical management system and strengthening the education of resident sanitary habit.
