—In the northern Tarim Basin, a large number of thick igneous rocks are encountered in the drilling process in the Permian. Their lithology and velocity are very strongly, which has a great influence on migration imaging of the “beaded” areas. It is very important to conduct the fine lithology identification and high-precision velocity modeling of the igneous rocks for the exploration and development of the reservoirs. A geostatistical inversion method to obtain the igneous-rock lithologic distribution pattern and velocity modeling in the FY area of the northern Tarim Basin is introduced in this paper. The results show that the application of the geostatistical inversion method greatly improves the resolution of lithology identification. This helps us further understand the Permian igneous rocks distribution in the FY area. Comparison between the seismic facies classification maps of the FY study area shows that the obtained velocity model can reflect the lateral distribution of igneous rocks well. At the same time, the velocity model can reflect the variation of igneous rocks velocity in detail and has a high precision. The average velocity error of the wells participating in the inversion is less than 2%, and the minimum average velocity error is 0.23%. Finally, the velocity model is applied to seismic data processing, and the processing results indicate that it can help to improve seismic migration imaging. The study demonstrates that the geostatistical inversion method can provide a high-precision velocity model for formation pressure prediction and seismic data processing and interpretation, ultimately guiding the exploration and development of oil.

Double-peaked distribution (DPD) of particle flux has only been observed on the outer divertor target in electron cyclotron resonance heating deuterium plasmas with [Formula: see text] toward the X-point in the HL-2A tokamak using high spatiotemporal Langmuir probe arrays. The experimental results demonstrate that the formation of the DPD is mainly due to the enhanced poloidal [Formula: see text] drift flow stimulated in the divertor region, which is dependent on the plasma density, heating power, and divertor structure. The experimental results are qualitatively consistent with the SOLPS simulation. The experiment also shows that the formation of the DPD might be related to the enhanced cross field transport in the far scrape-off layer. This experimental findings presented here reveal the crucial role played by the synergistic effect of poloidal E × B drift flow and the closed divertor structure in the redistribution of the particle flux, which provides a potential way for the control of high heat flux in future fusion devices.

In the current study, the influences of laser remelting treatment on NiCoCrAlY/ZrO2-7 wt.% Y2O3 thermal barrier coatings fabricated via plasma spraying on GH4169 alloy were examined. The microstructure, microhardness, hot corrosion resistance at 950 ℃ of the two types of TBCs were investigated comparatively. The results indicated that the as-sprayed TBCs had a lamellar structure with high cracks and porosity. After laser remelting treatment, a laser remelted layer with a compact sub-micro sized grains arranged in a stacked structure was formed which was denser than that of the as-sprayed TBCs. The surface microhardness of the as-sprayed TBC was only 977 HV0.3, which exhibited a significant increase (over 1500 HV0.3) after laser remelting due to the fine grains of the remelted region with lower porosity. The hot corrosion resistance of the laser remelted TBCs were considerably better than the as-sprayed one. The as-sprayed TBC with a lot of defects, the molten salts could easy penetrate the coating and react with Y2O3. The consumption of Y element promoted the phase transition of t'-ZrO2 to m-ZrO2, which harmed the protective coating because of the volume expansion of the phase transition. The laser remelted TBCs was dense, which could significantly reduce the penetrate of molten salts due to the fewer cracks and holes compared to the as-sprayed TBCs. The laser remelted TBCs exhibited superior hot corrosion performance as compared to the as-sprayed TBCs.

The combined effect of stresses and three environmental factors of temperature, Cl concentration and pH of a corrosive solution on the corrosion rate of bridge cable wires was investigated by stress corrosion test based on the response surface method. The stresses corrosion rate of wires is measured by the electrode polarization method using a newly-developed loading device. The relation between the corrosion rate and stresses of wires is obtained. The actual corrosion rate affected by various environmental factors (temperature, acid rain, and chloride content in air) is fitted with a response surface function. The efficiency of several functions was compared followed by significance analysis of a chosen one. The combined effect of environmental factors and stresses on the corrosion rate of wires is evaluated. As stresses increase, the corrosion rate of wires speeds up with progressive acceleration, the four factors can be arranged in descending order as to their effect on the corrosion rate of wires pH of a corrosive solution, temperature, stresses, and Cl concentration; common effect should stem from the ir combination and the range of environmental factors.

Background Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are possible biomarkers for many diseases, but the knowledge of circRNAs in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) remains limited. This study aimed to assess the expression of circRNAs in PBMCs from patients with SLE and healthy individuals by RNA sequencing (RNA-seq). Methods In total, 128 circRNAs were significantly differentially expressed including 39 upregulated and 89 downregulated circRNAs in four new-onset SLE patients compared with three healthy controls. After verification of the four candidate circRNAs in 49 patients with SLE and 37 controls using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) assays, a previously undescribed circRNA with potential translation activity, circPTPN22, was selected to confirm its clinical significance. Results Bioinformatics analysis demonstrated that the parent gene of circPTPN22 was protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 22 (PTPN22), a potent regulator of T cell activation. The downregulation of circPTPN22 in patients with SLE was strongly negatively correlated with their Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index (SLEDAI) scores. circRNA-miRNA-mRNA co-expression network analysis indicated a correlation between circPTPN22 and the miRNAs and mRNAs related to immunological regulation including the development of SLE. Patients with higher SLEDAI scores had lower circPTPN22 expression levels, and long-term hormone treatment significantly increased circPTPN22 levels. Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis indicated that circPTPN22 has good diagnostic value for SLE. Conclusion Our data demonstrated the aberrant expression of circRNAs in patients with SLE compared with healthy controls; circPTPN22 might function as a diagnostic and disease severity indicator in SLE.

Solar radio spikes are short-duration, narrow-band burst signals, which are a fine structure of solar radio bursts. The processing and analysis of their observed data are of great significance in the study of electron acceleration in the process of solar flares and electron acceleration during the explosion and diagnosis of corona parameters. Deep learning interprets data by mimicking the mechanism of the human brain. Faster Region-based Convolutional Neural Network (Faster R-CNN) is a branch of deep learning based on region nomination, and its classification results have considerable advantages in accuracy. In this paper, Faster R-CNN will be used to identify and extract solar radio spikes. In order to improve the detection ability of small events, a multi-scale detection frame and a multi-layer feature fusion training method are used. The analysis results show that the Average Precision (AP) value of the improved network is close to 91%, which is nearly 10% higher than the original network. So the improved Faster R-CNN method can also be used for the identification and extraction of small-scale fine structures in other fields.

The aim of this study was to measure the expression of anoctamin 1 (ANO1) in myocardial tissues of mice with pressure overload-induced myocardial fibrosis, and to further investigate the effect of ANO1 on myocardial fibrosis in mice and its mechanism.A total of 40 male C57/B6 mice aged 6-8 weeks old were divided into 2 groups using a random number table, namely sham operation group (Sham group, n=20) and thoracic aortic constriction group (TAC group, n=20). Meanwhile, 20 ANO1 transgenic (TG) mice aged 6-8 weeks old were enrolled for TAC as TAC + ANO1 TG group. At 8 weeks after TAC, ejection fraction (EF%) and fraction shortening (FS%) in each group of mice were detected via echocardiography. Western blotting and immunofluorescence staining assays were conducted to measure the protein expression of ANO1 in myocardial tissues of mice in each group. The pathological changes in myocardial tissues of mice were evaluated through hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining. Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) assay was performed to measure the messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) expression levels of hypertrophy markers atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) in myocardial tissues of mice in each group. The deposition of collagen fibers in heart tissues was determined by Masson staining assay. Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated deoxyuridine triphosphate-biotin nick end labeling (TUNEL) staining assay was carried out to detect the apoptosis of myocardial cells and fibroblasts in heart tissues. Additionally, the protein expressions of oxidative stress markers superoxide dismutase 1 (SOD1) and 4-hydroxynonenal (4-HNE) in myocardial tissues were detected as well. Finally, Western blotting was employed to detect the effect of ANO1 overexpression on the expression of transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β)/Smad3 signaling pathway-related proteins in myocardial tissues of mice.At 8 weeks after TAC, ANO1 expression was overtly reduced in myocardial tissues of mice (p0.05). Echocardiographic results showed that ANO1 overexpression significantly alleviated TAC-induced cardiac function deterioration in mice (p0.05). The mRNA expression levels of ANP and BNP in myocardial tissues of TAC + ANO1 TG group were evidently lower than those in TAC group (p0.05). Meanwhile, myocardial interstitial collagen deposition was significantly ameliorated in TAC + ANO1 TG group compared with TAC group (p0.05). ANO1 overexpression notably mitigated the apoptosis of myocardial cells and oxidative stress in mice with cardiac pressure overload (p0.05). Western blotting results further indicated that after overexpression of ANO1, the protein levels of TGF-β and phosphorylated Smad3 (p-Smad3) were significantly inhibited in mice undergoing TAC (p0.05).In the case of cardiac pressure overload in mice, ANO1 is lowly expressed in myocardial tissues. Meanwhile, its overexpression is able to attenuate pressure overload-induced myocardial fibrosis in mice by repressing the TGF-β/smad3 signaling pathway. All our findings indicate that ANO1 can serve as a potential gene target for the treatment of myocardial fibrosis in the future.

Nucleon effective masses are studied in the framework of the Brueckner-Hartree-Fock many-body approach at finite temperature. Self-consistent calculations using the Argonne $V_{18}$ interaction including microscopic three-body forces are reported for varying temperature and proton fraction up to several times the nuclear saturation density. Our calculations are based on the exact treatment of the center-of-mass momentum instead of the average-momentum approximation employed in previous works. We discuss in detail the effects of the temperature together with those of the three-body forces, the density, and the isospin asymmetry. We also provide an analytical fit of the effective mass taking these dependencies into account. Damage to the vasculature is the primary mechanism driving chronic diabetic microvascular complications such as diabetic nephropathy which manifests as albuminuria. Therefore, treatments that protect the diabetic vasculature have significant therapeutic potential. Soluble Neurite outgrowth inhibitor-B (sNogo-B) is a circulating N-terminus isoform of full-length Nogo-B which plays a key role in vascular remodelling following injury. However, there is currently no information on the role of sNogo-B in the context of diabetic nephropathy. We demonstrate that overexpression of sNogo-B in the circulation ameliorates diabetic kidney disease by reducing albuminuria, hyperfiltration, abnormal angiogenesis and protecting glomerular capillary structure. Systemic sNogo-B overexpression in diabetic mice also associates with dampening VEGF-A signalling and reducing eNOS, AKT and GSK3β phosphorylation. Furthermore, sNogo-B prevented the impairment of tube formation which occurred when human endothelial cells were exposed to sera from patients with diabetic kidney disease. Collectively, these studies provide the first evidence that sNogo-B protects the vasculature in diabetes and may represent a novel therapeutic target for diabetic vascular complications.

Background and purpose The liver X receptor (LXR) agonist T317 reduces atherosclerosis but induces fatty liver. Metformin activates energy metabolism by activating AMPKα. In this study, we determined if interactions between metformin and T317 could inhibit atherosclerosis without activation of hepatic lipogenesis. Experimental approach Apolipoprotein E-deficient mice were treated with T317, metformin or both agents, in a high-fat diet for 16 weeks. Then, samples of aorta, liver, macrophage and serum were collected to determine atherosclerotic lesions, fatty liver, lipid profiles and expression of related proteins. Techniques used included immunohistochemistry, histology, qRT-PCR and Western blot. Key results T317 inhibited en face and aortic root sinus lesions, and the inhibition was further enhanced by addition of metformin. Co-treatment with metformin and T317 increased lesion stability, by increasing collagen content, and reducing necrotic cores and calcification. Formation of macrophages/foam cells and their accumulation in arterial wall were inhibited by the co-treatment, which was accompanied by increased ABCA1/ABCG1 expression, reduced monocyte adhesion and apparent local proliferation of macrophages. Metformin blocked T317-induced fatty liver by inhibiting T317-induced hepatic LXRα nuclear translocation and expression of lipogenic genes and by activating AMPKα. Moreover, co-treatment with T317 and metformin improved triglyceride metabolism by inducing expression of adipose triglyceride lipase, hormone-sensitive lipase, PPARα and carnitine acetyltransferase and by inhibiting acyl-CoA:diacylglycerol acyltransferase 1 expression. Conclusions and implications Co-treatment with T317 and metformin inhibited the development of atherosclerosis without activation of lipogenesis, suggesting that combined treatment with T317 and metformin may be a novel approach to inhibition of atherosclerosis.

Electrocatalytic water splitting plays a paramount importance role in hydrogen production as a green renewable energy technology. Therefore, development of highly efficient and durable electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction and hydrogen evolution reaction has gained great interest. Self-supported nanoarray electrocatalysts are attracting intense attention owing to larger active areas and lower reaction overpotential than the freestanding particles. Herein, the recent progress with regard to self-supported nanoarray electrocatalysts for water splitting is systematically overviewed, with a special focus on the morphology including 1D, 2D, and heterostructure nanoarrays, as well as the design and preparation strategy of the substrates. Furthermore, the challenges and opportunities of self-supported nanoarray electrocatalysts for water splitting are also discussed. Moreover, the promising application of self-supported nanoarray electrocatalysts in CO2 reduction reaction and nitrogen reduction reaction is also investigated.

Recently, Yingzhou Bridge with a main span of 120 m has been built in Luoyang, China. Although the bridge’s unique concrete-filled steel tubular arch-rib system satisfies the aesthetic demand of the public, the innovative structure’s mechanics behaviors in extreme events are unknown yet, including both static and dynamic structural performances. To this end, numerical analyses have been undertaken based on ANSYS finite-element (FE) platform (version 9.0). A simplified computational FE model is established and effectively updated using reference information obtained from a detailed FE model. Using the validated simplified FE model, the bridge’s stability, ultimate load-carrying capacity and seismic performance are studied considering the original design and several modified designs. It is found that the bridge’s performances basically meet the design requirements; however, the structure’s lateral stability and stiffness are relatively weak for the original design. Adding K-shaped struts and reducing subarches’ angle of inclination can effectively solve this problem.

This paper proposes a non-linear dynamics model for articulated vehicles. This model is able to capture common low-speed behaviours of any articulated vehicles off-highway, such as operating for a corner or roundabout on a cambered or slippery surface. It can be used to assess the low-speed manoeuvrability of articulated vehicles under such manoeuvres and conditions. The vehicle model was validated by comparing its path tracking performance to that of the field tests.

Rice stripe virus (RSV) is the type member of the genus Tenuivirus, and one of the prevalent viruses infecting rice. The disease was first recorded in central Japan in 1903, and is currently present in many Asian countries, including South Korea and China in the Far East (1,2). In May of 2012, a disease outbreak in Indica rice (Oryza satira L.) caused losses in a field in Huaifu, Hungyen, Vietnam (20°53′N, 106°02′E). Infected plants showed yellowing stripe symptoms on leaves. A survey indicated that disease incidence was about 10%. Six leaf samples were randomly collected and four were found positive in dot-ELISA using RSV-specific monoclonal antibodies (provided by Dr. X. Zhou, Institute of Biotechnology, Zhejiang University) (3). To confirm RSV infection, total RNA was extracted from dot-ELISA positive and asymptomatic control samples. RT-PCR was performed using RSV-specific primers (CP(+): 5′-GAGGATCCATGGGTACCAACAAGCCAG-3′, CP(-): 5′-TCGTCGACCTAGTCATCTGCACCTTCTG-3′; SP(+): 5′-TGGGATCCATGCAAGACGTACAAAGGAC-3′, SP(-): 5′-CTGTCGACCTATGTTTTATGAAGAAGAGGT-3′; NS2(+): 5′-GAGGATCCATGGGTACCAACAAGCCAG-3′, NS2(-): 5′-CCGTCGACTCATACATCTGAATTTG-3′; NS3(+): 5′-ACCGGATCCATGACTATCAAATACAAC-3′, NS3(-): 5′-CCGTCGACTCATACATTAGCTATTGTC-3′) that amplify the coat protein, disease-specific protein, and NS2 and NS3 genes of RSV, respectively. Amplicons of the expected size were obtained from the four symptomatic but not the asymptomatic plants. Amplicons obtained from one of the positive samples were cloned into the vector pMD18-T (TaKaRa, Dalian, China) and sequenced (GenBank Accession Nos. KC197055 to KC197058). Sequence comparisons indicated that the complete sequences of the CP, SP, NS2, and NS3 of the Vietnamese isolate shared 97.1%, 97.5%, 96.8%, and 97.3% sequence identity at the nucleotide level with the corresponding genes of RSV isolate T (NC_003776, NC_003753, and NC_003754, respectively). These results indicate that the virus associated with yellowing stripe disease of rice in Vietnam is an isolate of RSV. To our knowledge, this is the first report of RSV in Vietnam. This finding redefined the distribution of RSV in the world. Research on whole-genome sequencing of the Vietnamese isolate is continuing and is being expanded to compare the genetic diversity of the virus, assisting in the study of the evolution of the virus. In the spring of 2014, a survey of viral diseases on wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) was carried out in Hebei Province, China. The samples with virus-like symptoms of dwarfing and flag leaf yellowing were collected in Zhaoxian, Quyang, Anxin, and Luannan. To reproduce the viral symptoms and confirm whether the unknown virus was transmitted by insect vectors, the nymphs of aviruliferous planthopper (Laodelphax striatellus Fallen, Homoptera: Delphacidae) were transferred onto diseased wheat from the field for a 3-day acquisition access period and a 10-day incubation on fresh wheat seedlings, and then were exposed to 2- to 3-leaf stage wheat seedlings of wheat variety Shixin828 for a 3-day inoculation access period. The infected wheat plants developed mosaic symptoms on the young leaves at 7 days post inoculation (dpi), and followed with severe symptoms including stunting, chlorotic spots, and striation along the veins of leaves at around 14 dpi. The infection symptoms were same as in the field but distinct from wheat infected with Rice black streaked dwarf virus (RBSDV) or Northern cereal mosaic virus (NCMV). For further confirmation, total RNA was extracted from the symptomatic wheat leaves, and NCMV specific primers, NCMV-PF/NCMV-PR (5′-ATGGATAAGAAAGCAAGTGGA-3′/5′-TTAAAAGTCGGCATACGGGTC-3′) and RBSDV specific primers, S10-F/S10-R (5′-TTACCCAACATCACGCAACT-3′/5′-GAGCAGGAACTTCACGACAAC-3′) were used for amplification of sequences of phosphoprotein and coat protein genes, respectively. Neither RBSDV nor NCMV were present in the symptomatic tissue according to the RT-PCR assay (4). Tissues derived from symptomatic wheat leaves were fixed and embedded in Spurr's resin and used for ultra-thin sectioning and transmission electron microscopy observations, revealing large amounts of Rhabdovirus-like particles in the cytoplasm. The identified particles were about 315 to 353 × 46 to 57 nm, similar in size to Barley yellow striate mosaic virus (BYSMV), a member of the genus Cytorhabdovirus reported from Italy (2). The specific primer pair (5′-ACTAAGGGGGTACTCCGACC-3′ and 5′-CTGATCTGCTTTGAGGGGCA-3′) was designed based on the reported polymerase (L) gene sequence of BYSMV isolate Zanjan-1 (GenBank Accession No. FJ665628) (1), and used for the BYSMV detection by RT-PCR. A single bright band of the expected size (~500 bp) was obtained from total RNA extracted from the plants exhibiting symptoms in the greenhouse. No such band was amplified from asymptomatic plants, while 15 out of 23 field samples also produced the same 500-bp products in RT-PCR. PCR products from three virus-positive field samples were sequenced directly and the sequences were submitted to GenBank (KM052176, KM052177, and KM052178). BLAST search showed that the sequences shared 96 to 97% nucleotide identity with the polymerase L gene sequence of BYSMV isolate Zanjan-1, whereas only 73 to 75% identity with NCMV (AB030277 and GU985153) (1,3,5). Supplemental Material for RNA-seq of circular RNAs identified circPTPN22 as a potential new activity indicator in systemic lupus erythematosus by Q Miao, Z Zhong, Z Jiang, Y Lin, B Ni, W Yang and J Tang in Lupus

Nardilysin (N-arginine dibasic convertase, NRDC) is a kind of metalloendopeptidase associated with several inflammatory diseases. NRDC is reported to be eligible for early detection of acute coronary syndrome. However, the availability and effectiveness of NRDC in predicting the prognosis of patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction has never been investigated.From January 2010 to January 2012, the prospective observational cohort study enrolled a total of 396 STEMI patients, who were sampled with blood within 24 hours after admission. A long-term follow-up was conducted to record the primary endpoint of all-cause mortality, as well as secondary endpoint of myocardial infarction, stroke, emergent revascularization and admission due to heart failure. Hazard ratio (HR) related to the serum NRDC level was estimated by Cox regression model.The enrolled patients completed the follow-up with an average of 4.6 ± 0.5 years, of whom 24 patients died (primary endpoint, 6.1%), while 89 episodes of secondary endpoints occurred (22.5%). Patients with highest quartile level of NRDC (Q4 level,2041 pg/ml) were subjected to higher risk of all-cause death [HR 3.973, 95% CI (1.648-9.575), p = 0.002] compared to patients with lower three quartiles level of NRDC (Q1 to Q3,2041 pg/ml), while there was no difference in adverse events (p = 0.403).The increased serum NRDC level at admission is associated with a higher risk of all-cause mortality for ST-elevation myocardial infarction patients.

The actual test results show that this method improves the accuracy and efficiency of z-pin implantation, greatly saves the labor cost, and reduces the harm of manual implantation to the human body.

According to the high-speed train body chassis connecting plate and the side wall key piece structure is complex, the processing difficulty is big, the processing is easy to deform, the precision is not easy to control, the processing efficiency is low, carries on the processing craft characteristic analysis, produces the processing craft analysis report. The dynamic milling forces in X, Y and Z directions during milling process are tested by means of testing and analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool, and the dynamic performance of the system can be tested by means of modal test, the transfer function of the system is obtained, and the modal parameters such as natural frequency, damping ratio and modal stiffness are obtained by mode fitting on the basis of the transfer function data, complete the dynamic characteristic analysis of the machine tool. Based on the modal analysis of the whole process system and the dynamic model analysis of the milling process, the chatter stability region of the milling process is simulated by using the theory of regenerative chatter, the results of chatter stability region related to milling process parameters are given.

As an important source of domestic water and drinking water, the groundwater quality is crucial. Reasonable screening of typical groundwater pollutants is crucial for studying groundwater quality. At present, most research in Linyi focus on the distribution and utilization of water resources, few research focuses on groundwater quality. Therefore, this paper introduces a method of screening priority pollutants, that is, the screening method based on pollution assessment. This method can help to clarify research priorities and make targeted recommendations. In this paper, the study area is a Development Zone of Linyi. Based on groundwater monitoring data of November 2012 and November 2017, a screening method of groundwater priority control pollutants based on pollution assessment is applied to screen out typical pollutants of shallow groundwater quality. It will provide reference for future managements and planning of groundwater in the Development Zone. After pollutants screening and assignment calculation, the results show that the typical pollutants in groundwater are nitrite, anionic surfactant, ammonia nitrogen, fluoride, sodium, nitrate, permanganate index, sulfate, chloride, total hardness, total dissolved solids.

Boreal peatlands are an important natural source of atmospheric methane (CH4). Recently, boreal peatlands have been experiencing increased nitrogen (N) availability and decreased moss production. However, little is known about the interactive effect of moss and N availability on CH4 emissions in boreal peatlands. In this study, the effects of moss removal and N addition (6 g N m−2 yr−1) on CH4 emissions were examined during the growing seasons of 2011, 2012 and 2013 in a boreal peatland in the Great Hinggan Mountain of northeast China. Notably, the response of CH4 emissions to moss removal and N addition varied with experimental duration. Moss removal and N addition did not affect CH4 emissions in 2011 and 2012, but respectively reduced CH4 emissions by 50% and 66% in 2013. However, moss removal and N addition did not produce an interactive effect on CH4 emissions. Consequently, moss removal plus N addition had no effect on CH4 emissions in 2011 and 2012, but decreased CH4 emissions by 68% in 2013. These results suggest that the effects of moss removal and N enrichment on CH4 emissions are time-dependent in boreal peatlands, and also imply that increased N availability and decreased moss growth would independently inhibit CH4 emissions in the boreal peatlands of northeast China.
