卡瑞利珠单抗是一种免疫检查点抑制剂，可造成严重的心脏损害。该文报道1例乳腺癌骨转移患者在应用卡瑞利珠单抗的基础上联合应用红豆杉后发生三度房室传导阻滞、心肌炎及左心室收缩功能下降。通过追踪患者的临床症状、肌钙蛋白、B型利钠肽、心电图及超声心动图的变化，诊断、评价病情变化。最终该患者接受了永久心脏起搏器植入及糖皮质激素治疗，随访3个月左心功能未见明显改善。免疫抑制剂的应用越来越广泛，我们应对其相关的心血管不良反应给予重视，此类患者的治疗方案有待进一步探索。.

CuTe is a two-dimensional (2D) layered material, yet forming a quasi-one-dimensional (quasi-1D) charge-density-wave (CDW) along the a-axis in the ab-plane at high transition temperature $T_{CDW}=335$ K. However, the anisotropic properties of CuTe remain to be explored. Here we performed combined transport, polarized infrared reflectivity, and ultrafast pump-probe spectroscopy to investigate the underlying CDW physics of CuTe. Polarized optical measurement clearly revealed that an energy gap gradually forms along the a-axis upon cooling, while optical evidence of gap signature is absent along the b-axis, suggesting pronounced electronic anisotropy in this quasi-2D material. Time-resolved optical reflectivity measurement revealed that the amplitude and relaxation time of photo-excited quasiparticles change dramatically across the CDW phase transition. Taking fast Fourier transformation of the oscillation signals arising from collective excitations, we identify the 1.65-THz mode as the CDW amplitude mode, whose energy softens gradually at elevated temperatures. Consequently, we provide further evidence for the formation of completely anisotropic CDW order in CuTe, which is quite rare in quasi-2D materials., 6 pages, 4 figures

肺乳头状腺瘤是肺部罕见的良性肿瘤，该文报道1例。患者女，56岁。镜下观察肿瘤细胞由具有血管轴心的真性乳头构成，细胞大小一致，核圆形或卵圆形，染色质细腻，可见核仁，细胞异型性不明显，未见核分裂象及坏死。免疫组织化学表达细胞角蛋白（CK）7、甲状腺转录因子1（TTF1）、Napsin A，不表达CK20、CK5/6、p63、p40和p53，Ki-67阳性指数很低。肺乳头状腺瘤的诊断依赖病理组织学，其形态学特点极易误诊，需与肺乳头状腺癌及转移性甲状腺乳头状癌等肿瘤鉴别，临床予局部手术切除治疗。.

Si3N4 ceramics and 304 stainless steel were joined by the Cu/Ag-Cu/Ti laminated filler metal. Interfacial microstructure of brazed joint and effect of brazing temperature and thickness of Cu foil on mechanical properties were studied in this paper. Research results showed that the interfacial microstructure of the brazed joint might be 304 stainless steel/TiFe2/Ag-Cu eutectic+Cu(s,s)/Cu(s,s)/Cu(s,s)+Ag-Cu eutectic/Cu3Ti+TiN/Si3N4 ceramics. With the increasing of the brazing temperature, four-point bending strength of the brazed joint initially increased, then decreased. The bending strength reached the maximum value of 53 MPa at 1153 K when the thickness of Cu foil was 500 μm. The bending strength reached the maximum value of 57 MPa with 1 mm thickness Cu interlayer under the brazing temperature of 1153 K.

The incidence and mortality rate of leukemia in the cancer registration areas of Zhejiang Province from 2010 to 2014 were analyzed to depict their epidemiological characteristics. From 2010 to 2014, 3789 new cases were diagnosed as leukemia in Zhejiang cancer registration areas, with a crude incidence rate of 6.47 per 100 000. The age-standardized incidence rate of males (standardized by China census data 2000) was 1.35 times that of females. The age-standardized incidence rate of urban areas was similar to that in rural areas (1.04∶1). From 2010 to 2014, 2 568 cases died due to leukemia, with a crude mortality rate of 4.38 per 100 000. The age-standardized mortality rate of males was 1.44 times that of females. The age-standardized mortality rate of urban areas was 0.99 times that of rural areas. The age-standardized incidence and mortality rate did not show any significant change from 2010 to 2014. From 2010 to 2014, a total of 17 150 new cases of thyroid cancer (TC) reported in cancer registration areas of Zhejiang province, the crude incidence rate of TC was 29.28/100 000. Using the Chinese Census in 2000 and the World Segi's population as the standard population, the age-standardized incidence rate by Chinese standard population (ASIRC) and by world standard population (ASIRW) were 24.11/100 000 and 20.65/100 000 respectively. 256 TC death cases reported in all, the crude mortality rate was 0.44/100 000, the age-standardized mortality rate by Chinese standard population (ASMRC) and by World standard population (ASMRW) were 0.23/100 000 and 0.23/100 000 respectively. We report an intense near-infrared pump, $c$-axis terahertz probe measurement on an electron-doped cuprate superconductor ${\mathrm{Pr}}_{0.88}{\mathrm{LaCe}}_{0.12}{\mathrm{CuO}}_{4}$ with ${T}_{c}=22$ K. The major effect of the intense pump is to induce a splitting of Josephson plasma edge below ${T}_{c}$, similar to the observation on hole-doped cuprate ${\mathrm{La}}_{1.905}{\mathrm{Ba}}_{0.095}{\mathrm{CuO}}_{4}$ in a superconducting state. The photoexcitation induced spectral change does not exhibit significant decay up to the longest measured time delay 210 ps. The result suggests that the intense near-infrared pump drives the system from a superconducting state with a uniform Josephson coupling to a metastable superconducting phase with modulated Josephson coupling strengths below ${T}_{c}$.

Soil samples from natural forests and adjacent farmland were analyzed to investigate the dynamics of soil organic matter of red soil in Southern, China. Based on the δ13C values and the content of soil organic matter, the data indicated that the turnover of soil organic matter under the virgin forest was slower than that under cultivation. Soil organic matter is fresh in coarse sand and oldest in fine silt and clay. Also, the soil light fraction contained the younger organic matter than soil heavy fraction and bulk soil. Deforestation has accelerated the decomposition rate of soil organic matter and reduced the proportion of active components in SOM and thus soil fertility.

The performance of shale gas wells varies, and the heterogeneity of shale gas reservoirs requires a good understanding of both reservoir quality (RQ) and completion quality (CQ) of the formation. There are many choices for data acquisition in shale gas horizontal wells, such as wireline conveyance and logging while drilling (LWD). The operator needs to balance between costs, risks, availability of certain measurements and quality of data acquisition. This paper shows a new logging method using a slim tool string that is designed to be conveyed though the drill string and a hollow bit, and the memory data can be obtained when the tool is tripping out. It shows great advantage in lowering the costs, reducing the risks and saving the rig time, when compared to other logging methods. The quad-combo logging suite incorporates spectral gamma ray, density, compensated neutron, array induction resistivity, and array sonic measurements. An integrated formation evaluation derived from the quad-combo data provides answers to RQ and CQ of the shale gas reservoir, which can be the guide for the hydraulic stimulation. Case studies are presented from shale gas reservoirs of Huangjinba Block in Zhejiang Oilfield of PetroChina, which is located at the Zhaotong area of Northern Yunnan and Guizhou provinces. The environmental corrected quad-combo data from the new slim logging tool proves to be consistent when compared with the wireline data in the pilot hole and LWD data in the offset horizontal wells, using a heterogeneous analysis method. A robust and comprehensive petrophysical description of lithology, porosity, permeability, total organic carbon content (TOC), gas content, fluid saturation, and tri-axial stress magnitudes is presented. A new understanding of shale gas reservoir heterogeneity is established. Engineered completion design based on the RQ and CQ has demonstrable value in improving perforation efficiency and production performance. This paper discusses a novel application of a new slim logging tool in formation evaluation of shale gas horizontal wells, and it proves to be efficient and economical. It makes the engineered design for the hydraulic stimulation possible and a success. The workflow can also be applied to other shale gas plays in China.

We study the ferromagnetic ground state of the theoretical model proposed for quasi-one-dimensional organic polymer ferromagnets by using the density matrix renormalization group method. We find that the chain–radical interaction, the on-site electron–electron repulsion, and the electron–phonon coupling play important roles in the stability of the ferromagnetic state, whether in doped systems or not. We are convinced that when the system is doped by one electron, a polaron appears, diminishing the stability of the high-spin state.PACS No.: 75.10.Jm

Because of demanding higher operational efficiency and safety in industrial systems, system maintenance trends to the direction of high speed, high load and high automation. Reliability-centered preventive maintenance schedule plays an important role in production, but it is always a complex task to make such a plan. In this paper, the optimization of reliability-centered preventive maintenance (PM) for a single-equipment system can be proposed. In order to reduce downtime loss, several PM actions are performed together using the threshold for opportunity PM. By using Markov decision process method, the transition probability matrix for different PM actions can be obtained, and then the optimal combination problem on PM strategy can be developed. Finally, the optimal PM schedule which can provide the desired levels of reliability to a single-component system and minimize maintenance cost can be obtained. A case is used to demonstrate the implementation and potential applications of the proposed method.

In this study, the gene and promoter sequences of turbot Scophthalmus maximus (Sm) toll-like receptor 3 (Tlr3) were cloned and its mRNA tissue distribution and gene expression in response to polyinosinic:polycytidylic acid (poly I:C) and turbot reddish body iridovirus (TRBIV) challenges were studied in vivo. The smtlr3 gene spans over 4·4 kb with a structure of five exons-four introns and encodes a peptide of 916 amino acids. The putative protein shares the highest sequence identity of 52·8-78·5% with fish Tlr3 and contains a signal peptide sequence, 13 leucine-rich repeat (LRR) motifs, a transmembrane region and a toll/interleukin-1 receptor (TIR) domain. Phylogenetic analysis grouped it with other teleost Tlr3s. A number of transcription factor binding sites were identified in the 1538 bp 5' flanking region of smtlr3, including interferon-stimulated response element (ISRE) and those for interferon regulatory factors (IRF) and signal transducer and activator of transcriptions (STATs) smtlr3 transcripts were expressed ubiquitously with higher levels in the head kidney, heart and digestion organs. They were up-regulated by both poly I:C and TRBIV in immune and non-immune organs, but most strongly in the head kidney. Finally, the smtlr3 exhibited a two-wave induced expression during a five day time course when exposure of S. maximus to poly I:C. These findings provide insights into the role of SmTlr3 in antiviral response.

Based on the concepts of the generalized conditional symmetry and of the invariant subspace, a constructive way to derive nonlinear equations with quadratic nonlinearity that admit exact solutions as well as many new examples is presented. This type of solution, found by Galaktionov, describes the blowup phenomena. Examples of exact solutions that do not correspond to the invariant subspace are also presented and explained by the nonlinear generalized conditional symmetries.

Physically interesting exact solutions are constructed for a large class of nonlinear nonintegrable evolution equations. These solutions describe the interaction of traveling waves. They exhibit rich phenomenology including breaking of solitary waves. Generalized conditional symmetries and bilinearity are used to derive these exact results.

We present a new methodology for deriving physically important exact solutions of certain nonintegrable equations. These solutions describe the nonlinear interaction of traveling waves. Examples include multishock and multisoliton solutions.

We introduce the concept of a generalized conditional symmetry. This concept provides an algorithm for constructing physically important exact solutions of non-integrable equations. Examples include 2-shock and 2-soliton solutions. The existence of such exact solutions for non-integrable equations can be traced back to the relation of these equations with integrable ones. In this sense these exact solutions are remnants of integrability.

A 3‐dimension CFD model with two‐phase flowing was established and simulation of two operations—upwind, downwind with two‐phase flowing was pressed in the wavy plate of the evaporative condenser, by means of the FLUENT software, which provided a direct illustration of the influence of the water film flowing on spray water flow, wind velocity, wind direction in the plate. It was shown that the advantages of air‐water parallel‐flow over countercurrent in making use of enhanced heat transfer of fluid film.

Planar hybrid solar cells based on bulk GaAs wafers with a background doping density of 1016 cm−3 and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) demonstrated an excellent power conversion efficiency of 8.99%. The efficiency of the cell was enhanced to 9.87% with a back-surface field feature using a molecular beam epitaxially grown n-type GaAs epi-layer. The efficiency and fill factor reach 11.86% and 0.8 when an additional p + GaAs epi-layer is deposited on the surface of the solar cells, which provides a front-surface field. The interface between the high- and low-doped regions in the polymer/GaAs and GaAs formed an electric field that introduced a barrier to minority carriers flow to the substrate and effectively reduced front surface carrier recombination, thereby enhancing light-generated free carrier collection efficiency and open-circuit voltage. Compared with the device without the front- and back-surface field, the fill factor and open-circuit voltage of the hybrid solar cell were improved from 0.76 to 0.8 and from 0.68 V to 0.77V, respectively. The highest efficiency reaches a record 13% when the Zonyl fluorosurfactant-treated PEDOT:PSS is used as a hole-transporting conducting layer for hybrid cells.

The transfer matrix renormalization group method has been applied to calculate the thermodynamic property of S=1 and S=1/2 alternating chains to show the possibility of a ferrimagnetic ordered state for organic molecule-based magnets. The S=1 site in the chain is composed of two S=1/2 spins coupled by a finite ferromagnetic interaction. From the calculation of the magnetic susceptibility temperature product chiT, we find that ferromagnetic behavior appears when the exchange interactions between the S=1 and S=1/2 moieties are much weaker than the biradical intramolecular interactions, which conclusion is consistent with experimental work. Through the study of the spatial symmetry lowering of intermolecular magnetic interactions, it is shown that the molecular ferrimagnetic alignment relies on the cooperative effects of intermolecular interactions. We also find that the maximum induced by an external field appears in chiT, following the minimum with decreasing temperature. In addition, we discuss the effect of dimerization along the spin chain on the stability of the ferrimagnetic state.

The asymptotic integrability of the idealized water waves is formally established. Namely, it is shown that in the small amplitude, long wave limit there exists an explicit transformation which maps these equations to a system of two integrable equations. It is also shown that the concepts of master symmetries and of bi-Hamiltonian structures can be used to obtain similar results for other physical systems.

The room-temperature weak ferromagnetism of amorphous HfAlOx thin films deposited by pulsed laser deposition on various substrates in oxygen-defective ambient is demonstrated. The magnetization is independent of film thickness, but depends on substrates and deposition temperatures. A magnetic moment of similar to 0.26 mu(B) per HfAlOx f.u. is recorded for HfAlOx films deposited under optimized conditions [deposited at 600 degrees C on (001) sapphire in high vacuum]. It is argued that interfacial defects are one of the possible sources of the weak ferromagnetism. (c) 2006 American Institute of Physics.

There is an obvious difference in δ13C values between plants that assimilate carbon via the C3 photosynthetic pathway and those that do so by the C4 photosynthetic pathway. In terms of this characteristic, we analysed the organic carbon content and δ13C values of total soil and δ13C values in different size and density fractions of profile-soil samples either in farmland or in forestland near the Maolan Karst virgin forest, south-west China. This is an area where C3 plants grew previously, now replaced by C4 plants. Deforestation has accelerated the decomposition rate of soil organic matter and reduced the proportion of active components in soil organic matter and thus soil fertility. The δ13C values of different size fractions in forest soil are δ13Ccoarse sand < δ13Cfine sand < δ13Ccoarse silt < δ13Cclay < δ13Cfine silt, and the δ13C values of different size fractions in farmland soil are δ13Ccoarse sand > δ13Cfine sand > δ13Ccoarse silt > δ13Cclay > δ13Cfine silt, indicating that soil organic matter is fresh in coarse sand and oldest in fine silt. The δ13C values of different density fractions in forest soil are δ13Clight < δ13Cheavy, and the δ13C values of different density fractions in farmland soil are δ13Clight > δ13Cheavy, indicating that the soil organic matter is fresh in light fractions and old in heavy fractions.

A sufficient condition for the convexity of the Bernstein-Bezier polynomials of degree n over triangles is presented. The condition is superior to that of Chang and Feng. Positivity is also discussed.

The authors have demonstrated that after a long-term chronic irradiation of 2.17 rad/day for 2 months, the testis of the experimental monkey (Macaca mulatta) is extremely atrophied with a loss of reproductive ability. But the effect on peripheral blood is not apparent even after irradiation for 57 months. It should be noted that rhesus monkeys, being as sensitive to irradiation and similar in evolutionary steps as human beings, could be used as experimental animals to further study the dose rate for aspermatogenesis, the morphological injuring effect on the reproductive system and the cytogenetic effect of irradiation, and this is highly important to working out a standard of promised dose of irradiation for X-ray workers and an index or radiation protection monitoring.
