1岁5月龄患儿以血常规三系减少、反复发热起病，肝脾进行性增大，骨髓病理提示造血细胞减少伴弥漫骨髓纤维化，排除恶性肿瘤等继发性原因，核型正常，无克隆异常，全外显子未检测出致病变异，未发现基因融合，诊断为原发性骨髓纤维化。脾切除术后，应用白消安、塞替哌为基础的清髓性预处理，脐带血造血干细胞移植成功。.

The [Co2(tbb)Cl4]∙4DMF complex, where tbb is meso-1,2,3,4-tetra(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)butane, is synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. For the complex: C44H54Co2Cl4N12O4, Mr = 1074.65, monoclinic crystal system, space group P21/n, a = 9.2350(13) A, b = 11.3566(15) A, c = 23.879(3) A, β = 90.547(2)°, V = 2504.3(6) A3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.425 g/cm3, λ = 0.71073 A, μ(MoKα) = = 0.929 mm–1, F(000) = 1112, S = 1.047, R = 0.0765, and wR = 0.2110 for 13668 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). It is a neutral dinuclear complex. One meso-1,2,3,4-tetra(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)butane coordinates two cobalt(II) ions. Each cobalt(II) ion is formed by two tbb nitrogen atoms and two chloride ions. The antiproliferative activities of the complex are screened by MTT assay against Eca109 cancer cells. The complex exhibits inhibition on the growth of Eca109 cancer cells with IC50 of 22.1±6.7 μM after 48 h treatment. The cobalt complex has potential application in treatment of Eca109 cancer. A new complex Cu(bpbp)Cl2·DMF·H2O is synthesized by treatment of CuCl2 with 2,6-bis(1-phenylbenzimidazol-2-yl)pyidine in DMF. Its structure is characterized by elemental, IR, UV, and single crystal X-ray structure analyses. For the complex: crystal system, triclinic, space group \(P\bar 1\), a = 1.0537(1) nm, b = 1.1735(1) nm, c = 1.3749(2) nm, α = 112.275(2)°, β = 91.531(2)°, γ = 97.700(2)°, V = 1.553(4) nm3, Z = 2. In a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry the Cu(II) ion is coordinated by three nitrogen atoms from 2,6-bis(1-phenylbenzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine and two chloride ions. The antiproliferative activities of the complex are screened by MTT assay against HepG2, Huh7, Eca109, and Eca9706 cancer cells. The complex exhibits specific inhibition on Eca9706 cancer cells with the IC50 value of 28 μM after 48 h treatment. CCDC: 968927.

This paper proposes a novel evaluation method for MEMS gyroscopes' packaging reliability. Based on the principles of thermodynamics and hydromechanics, the relationships among quality factors, air pressure, and gas number, as well as degradation models of them, are deducted for the first time. Experimental tests demonstrate that the relationships between the reciprocals of the two-mode quality factors and air pressure are approximately piecewise linear. Besides, the relationships between the reciprocals of quality factors and accelerated aging time are exponential, which accord with the theoretical analysis.

The comparison between indomethacin conventional capsule (CC) po 25 mg q 8 h or 25 mg tid and indomethacin sustained-release capsule (SRC) po 25 mg bid in human by crossover design showed that both maximal serum concentration (Cmax) and fluctuation index (FI%) of SRC were significantly lower than those of CC during steady state (P0.01). No practical differences were observed between the 2 preparations in the trough serum concentration (Cmin) and area under serum concentration-time profiles (AUC0-tau) (P0.05). The time period reaching maximal serum concentration (Tmax) of SRC was much more delayed than that of CC (P0.01). It suggested that SRC possesses a better controlled release property and could avoid a higher serum peak concentration of CC.

Background and objective: Despite improved perinatal monitoring and respiratory care, severe meconium aspiration syndrome (MAS) remains a life threatening respiratory disorder in early postnatal period. Pathogenesis and pathophysiology of MAS involves surfactant dysfunction due to inactivation by meconium at alveolar spaces. There has been no report about efficacy of Curosurf in MAS although a retrospective study revealed certain benefits. We hypothesized that in severe MAS, meconium-induced lung injury and impaired gas exchange may be altered by exogenous surfactant, and conducted this randomized. Controlled, multicenter study.
