The article is devoted to the study of the issue of training future police officers to use unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in their professional activities. Based on the results of the theoretical analysis of scientific and applied works, modern trends in the development of drones in the activities of law enforcement agencies were identified, and the problem of their implementation in practical activities was outlined. An online survey was conducted in order to study the opinion of scientific, scientific and pedagogical workers and graduates of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions that train police officers about the need to train future police officers in the control of UAVs. The need to introduce into the system of primary professional training the training of service skills using drones is substantiated. On the basis of the study of the content of the training program for unmanned aircraft systems of the first class according to the basic qualification level of the first level, it is proposed to introduce the general professional educational unit "formation of skills and skills of controlling an UAV" into the training program of the primary professional training of police officers in the specified specialty.

X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) is one of the most common techniques used to analyze the surface composition of catalysts and support materials used in polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) fuel cells and electrolyzers, providing important insights for further improvement of their properties. Characterization of catalyst layers (CLs) is more challenging, which can be at least partially attributed to the instability of ionomer materials such as Nafion during measurements. This work explores the stability of Nafion during XPS measurements, illuminating and addressing Nafion degradation concerns. The extent of Nafion damage as a function of XPS instrumentation, measurement conditions, and sample properties was evaluated across multiple instruments. Results revealed that significant Nafion damage to the ion-conducting sulfonic acid species (>50% loss in sulfur signal) may occur in a relatively short time frame (tens of minutes) depending on the exact nature of the sample and XPS instrument. This motivated the development and validation of a multipoint XPS data acquisition protocol that minimizes Nafion damage, resulting in reliable data acquisition by avoiding significant artifacts from Nafion instability. The developed protocol was then used to analyze both thin film ionomer samples and Pt/C-based CLs. Comparison of PEM fuel cell CLs to Nafion thin films revealed several changes in Nafion spectral features attributed to charge transfer due to interaction with conductive catalyst and support species. This study provides a method to reliably characterize ionomer-containing samples, facilitating fundamental studies of the catalyst-ionomer interface and more applied investigations of structure-processing-performance correlations in PEM fuel cell and electrolyzer CLs.

Tebotelimab, a bispecific PD-1×LAG-3 DART molecule that blocks both PD-1 and LAG-3, was investigated for clinical safety and activity in a phase 1 dose-escalation and cohort-expansion clinical trial in patients with solid tumors or hematologic malignancies and disease progression on previous treatment. Primary endpoints were safety and maximum tolerated dose of tebotelimab when administered as a single agent (n = 269) or in combination with the anti-HER2 antibody margetuximab (n = 84). Secondary endpoints included anti-tumor activity. In patients with advanced cancer treated with tebotelimab monotherapy, 68% (184/269) experienced treatment-related adverse events (TRAEs; 22% were grade ≥3). No maximum tolerated dose was defined; the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) was 600 mg once every 2 weeks. There were tumor decreases in 34% (59/172) of response-evaluable patients in the dose-escalation cohorts, with objective responses in multiple solid tumor types, including PD-1-refractory disease, and in LAG-3+ non-Hodgkin lymphomas, including CAR-T refractory disease. To enhance potential anti-tumor responses, we tested margetuximab plus tebotelimab. In patients with HER2+ tumors treated with tebotelimab plus margetuximab, 74% (62/84) had TRAEs (17% were grade ≥3). The RP2D was 600 mg once every 3 weeks. The confirmed objective response rate in these patients was 19% (14/72), including responses in patients typically not responsive to anti-HER2/anti-PD-1 combination therapy. Abstract An important question in cell biology is how cytoskeletal proteins evolved and drove the development of novel structures and functions. Here we address the origin of SPIRE actin nucleators. Mammalian SPIREs work with RAB GTPases, formin (FMN)-subgroup actin assembly proteins and class-5 myosin (MYO5) motors to transport organelles along actin filaments towards the cell membrane. However, the origin and extent of functional conservation of SPIRE among species is unknown. Our sequence searches show that SPIRE exist throughout holozoans (animals and their closest single-celled relatives), but not other eukaryotes. SPIRE from unicellular holozoans (choanoflagellate), interacts with RAB, FMN and MYO5 proteins, nucleates actin filaments and complements mammalian SPIRE function in organelle transport. Meanwhile SPIRE and MYO5 proteins colocalise to organelles in Salpingoeca rosetta choanoflagellates. Based on these observations we propose that SPIRE originated in unicellular ancestors of animals providing an actin-myosin driven exocytic transport mechanism that may have contributed to the evolution of complex multicellular animals.

Fuel cell heavy-duty vehicles (HDVs) require increased durability of oxygen-reduction-reaction electrocatalysts, making knowledge of realistic degradation mechanisms critical. Here identical-location micro-X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy was performed on membrane electrode assemblies. The results exposed heavy in-plane movement of electrocatalyst after HDV lifetime, suggesting that electrochemical Ostwald ripening may not be a local effect. Development of local loading hotspots and preferential movement of electrocatalyst away from cathode catalyst layer cracks was observed. The heterogeneous degradation exhibited by a modified cathode gas diffusion layer membrane electrode assembly after HDV lifetime was successfully quantified by the identical-location approach. Further synchrotron micro-X-ray diffraction and micro-X-ray fluorescence experiments were performed to obtain the currently unknown correlation between electrocatalyst nanoparticle size increase and loading change. A direct correlation was discovered which developed only after HDV lifetime. The work provides a route to engineer immediate system-level mitigation strategies and to develop structured cathode catalyst layers with durable electrocatalysts. Метою роботи є аналіз нинішнього стану електронного врядування та визначення його впливу на економічний розвиток України. Для досягнення мети було поставлено такі завдання: 1) провести аналіз сучасного стану розвитку електронного врядування в Україні з використанням індексів EGDI та EPI; 2) виявити зв’язок між індексом електронного врядування (EGDI) та рівнем доходу країн світу; 3) перевірити припущення про те, чи зростання рівня розвитку електронного врядування в Україні приведе до збільшення ВВП на душу населення; 4) запропонувати першочергові заходи, спрямовані на забезпечення зростання рівня розвитку електронного врядування в Україні для покращення економічного зростання. У роботі використано такі методи дослідження: методи систематизації та узагальнення, порівняльного аналізу, математичної статистики. Зокрема, регресійний аналіз було використано: для виявлення та перевірки причинових зв’язків між змінними – значеннями індексів розвитку електронного врядування та електронної участі й обсягом валового внутрішнього продукту на душу населення в Україні (на основі парної лінійної регресії); а також для прогнозування значення індексу розвитку електронного врядування (на основі парної нелінійної регресії). Результати дослідження показали існування прямої лінійної залежності між рівнем розвитку електронного врядування, вираженим індексами розвитку електронного врядування та електронної участі, і рівнем економічного розвитку країни, вираженим ВВП на душу населення. Зокрема, збільшення індексу розвитку електронного врядування на 1 одиницю приводить до зростання реального ВВП на душу населення на 3,76 одиниці. Щодо індексу електронної участі, то між показниками електронної участі та ВВП на душу населення також існує позитивний зв’язок. Збільшення індексу електронної участі на 1 одиницю призводить до зростання реального ВВП на душу населення на 3,96 одиниці. Хоча між індексами EGDI та EPI й рівнем доходу країни існує позитивна кореляція, електронне врядування не є єдиним чинником збільшення ВВП на душу населення. Завдяки правильній політиці українського уряду щодо розширення надання електронних послуг та впровадження заходів для покращення рівня електронної участі громадян у публічному управлінні, можна досягнути вищого рівня EGDI та EPI та тим самим збільшити ВВП й добробут населення.

Abstract The current goals for implementing the hydrogen economy have highlighted a need to further optimize water‐splitting technologies for clean hydrogen production. Proton exchange membrane water electrolysis (PEMWE) is a leading technology, but further optimizations of anode materials including the porous transport layer (PTL) and the adjacent catalyst layer (CL) are required to increase overall cell performance and reduce cost. This literature review describes advances in PTL development and characterization, highlighting early PTL characterization work and most common methods including capillary flow porometry and mercury intrusion porometry, optical imaging, neutron and x‐ray radiography, and x‐ray computed tomography. The article also discusses PTL protective coatings and their characterizations, focusing on platinum group metal (PGM)‐based coatings, alternative non‐PGM‐based coatings, post‐treated PTLs, and investigations into thin PGM‐based coatings. Furthermore, it highlights the integration of the PTL and the adjacent CL along with associated characterization challenges. Lastly, this review discusses future developments in the characterization needed to improve PEMWE's performance and long‐term durability are discussed.

У статті з’ясовано та охарактеризовано зако­нодавчі гарантії соціального захисту осіб з ін­валідністю з числа військовослужбовців та осіб, звільнених з військової служби. Проаналізова­новітчизняне трудове та соціальне законодав­ство з питань спеціальних програм пенсійного забезпечення, зайнятості, соціальних виплат/ допомог та соціальних послуг, що діють в на­шій державі для осіб з інвалідністю. Відзначено зміст особливих гарантій для військовослужбов­ців та осіб прирівняних до них, що зумовлено їх­нім службовим становищем, які у своїх рішеннях підкреслює Конституційний Суд України. Наго­лошено, що такі гарантії для осіб, які проходять службу у Збройних Силах України та інших вій­ськових формуваннях діють не лише у період виконання ними службових обов’язків, а й після звільнення зі служби. На підставі проаналізова­них нормативних актів зроблено висновок, що питання гарантування соціального захисту осо­бам з інвалідністю, як складова їхнього спеці­ального службового статусу, може розглядатися лише за наявності факту належного юридичного підтвердження впливу службово-військової ді­яльності на стан здоров’я особи. З’ясовано, що у разі визнання особи з числа колишніх військо­вослужбовців особою з інвалідністю внаслідок захворювання, яке виникло після звільнення з військової чи прирівняної служби, обов’язково має бути констатований причинний зв’язок та­кого захворювання з її минулою службовою ді­яльністю. Наголошено, що законодавець також визначає додаткові спеціальні умови настання інвалідності як складову підстав отримання ок­ремихвидів соціального захисту. Однією із умов є визначення часових рамок встановлення інва­лідності після звільнення з військової служби. Наголошено, що використання часових крите- ріїв як юридичних умов набуття права на соці­альний захист порушує конституційні принципи рівності права на соціальний захист та справед­ливості у суспільстві. На підставі аналізу меха­нізму надання соціальних послуг із працевлаш­туванняосіб з інвалідністю, які звільнені з вій­ськової та прирівняної до неї служби, зроблено висновок про його недосконалість, непристосо­ваність до сучасних реалій у державі. Наголо­шено на потребі формування в Україні системи соціальних послуг, яка, з однієї сторони, забез­печуватиме ефективну соціалізацію та профе­сійну орієнтацію осіб, звільнених з військової служби через інвалідність, а з іншої сторони - враховуватиме особливості умов, в яких набута інвалідність особи. Виокремлено в цій системі недолік - відсутність механізму залучення робо­тодавців до процесу соціалізації та професійної адаптації особи. Акцентовано, що недостатнім заходом у сприянні професійного та соціально­го відновлення особи є законодавче закріплен­ня обов’язку створити робочі місця для осіб з інвалідністю. Запропоновано відповідні зміни у законодавство про соціальний захист осіб з ін­валідністю.

Стаття присвячена питанням деяким законодавчим особливостям спеціального соціального захисту, зокрема спеціального пенсійного забезпечення, військовослужбовців та прирівняних до них осіб. У дослідженні наведено аргументи представників наукової спільноти з питань доцільності збереження програм спеціального соціального захисту. Автори підтримують таку необхідність та наголошують на її сьогочасній актуальності. Наголошено, що спеціальний соціальний захист як окрема державна програма для військовослужбовців та прирівняних до них осіб набирає ваги, як в контексті об’єктивної потреби реалізації права на такий захист потенційними отримувачами спеціального соціального забезпечення, так і з огляду на засади формування юридичного механізму забезпечення національної безпеки нашої держави. Проаналізовано підставність пенсійного забезпечення військовослужбовців та прирівняних до них осіб. Акцентовано, що законодавчо закріплені заходи соціального характеру для військовослужбовців та прирівняних до них осіб є чинними як у період проходження служби, так і після виключення особи зі списків військової частини чи інших збройних формувань. Обґрунтовано, що види спеціального соціального захисту військовослужбовця формують пакет його соціального захисту. З’ясовано основні законодавчі умови, дотримання яких є обов’язковою підставою реалізації права на спеціальне пенсійне забезпечення. Автори формулюють проблемні питання правозастосовного характеру, які потребують вирішення через узгодження законодавчих норм. На підставі узагальнення норм пенсійного спеціального законодавства, а також розгляду деяких аспектів спеціальних пенсійних програм для військовослужбовців та прирівняних до них осіб, резюмовано про потребу внесення змін у підзаконні акти, що супроводжують реалізацію Закону України «Про пенсійне забезпечення осіб, звільнених з військової служби та прирівняних до них осіб» з метою усунення невідповідностей, зокрема з питань встановлення причинно-наслідкового зв’язку між правовстановлювальним пенсійним юридичним фактом та виконанням обов’язків військової служби, обчислення пільгового стажу служби-вислуги років тощо.

Purpose: To evaluate if pseudo-continuous arterial spin labeling (pcASL) and territorial ASL (tASL) can assess cerebral perfusion post-revascularization in Moyamoya disease and compare with digital subtraction angiography (DSA) outcomes. Materials and methods: Patients diagnosed with Moyamoya disease who underwent pcASL using two post-labeling delays (short ASL, 1,525 ms; delayed ASL, 2,525 ms), tASL, and DSA 3 months after surgery at a single institution were retrospectively evaluated. Manual delineation on pcASL cerebral blood flow (CBF) maps covered middle cerebral artery (MCA) territory on both sides, and cerebellum. Normalized CBF (nCBF) was calculated. Revascularization in the MCA territory was evaluated with external carotid angiography and tASL, graded on a three-point scale. Intermodality agreement was analyzed with weighted κ statistics. Correlation between pcASL-derived nCBF and tASL-measured revascularization, and revascularization grade from direct angiography, was determined. Diagnostic performance of pcASL and tASL was evaluated using DSA as a reference via receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis. Results: A total of 32 hemispheres from 31 patients were assessed. On the operated side, sASL and dASL had nCBF values of 1.00 ± 0.30 and 1.31 ± 0.31, respectively. Revascularization area grading showed substantial intermodality agreement (weighted κ = 0.68; 95 % CI: 0.49, 0.87). DSA revascularization moderately correlated with sASL and dASL nCBF values (r = 0.56 and 0.47) and strongly correlated with tASL revascularization area (r = 0.73). ROC analysis revealed that sASL and dASL nCBF values reflected revascularization (area under the curve (AUC) = 0.86 and 0.77) and tASL revascularization area (AUC = 0.91). Combined pcASL and tASL had an AUC of 0.93, comparable to tASL alone, improving diagnostic performance. The diagnostic accuracy of nCBF for sASL was 87.5 %, superior to 75 % for dASL. The diagnostic accuracy of tASL external carotid artery revascularization area was 87.5 %, with sensitivity and specificity of 88 % and 85.7 %, respectively. Conclusion: The combination of pcASL and tASL outperformed pcASL alone in assessing cerebral perfusion post-Moyamoya disease revascularization.

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced Ukraine, like other countries, to move to distance education. The study aims to analyze the distance learning experience of Ukrainian philology students, to find out the pros and cons of distance education, those things that motivate students, and the challenges they face while studying online. The survey consisted of a questionnaire and embraced 105 respondents. The survey goal was to collect data "that would allow concluding about the effectiveness of distance education for" Ukrainian philology students at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, "particularly for the study of foreign languages." The significant results of the survey include: obtaining reliable data on the effectiveness of distance learning of Ukrainian philology students through their feedback in questionnaires, online testing, a variety of writing assignments, and assessment in the online classroom, finding out the most effective distance learning tools, the main features of teacher -- students interactions in a distance-learning environment. The research proves that Ukrainian philology students overall positively evaluate their distance learning experience. It does not negatively impact students' foreign language learning motivation. Despite a positive attitude to distance learning, Ukrainian philology students face particular challenges connected with access to devices, lack of information and communications technology skills, Internet connection, and lack of communication with their peers. The finding reveals, whatever are the benefits of distance education, it cannot entirely replace face-to-face learning.

The article proposes general approaches to the identification and reliable assessment of costs and intangible assets that arise in the enterprise during the commercialization of innovative implementations. It is proven that the investment attractiveness and market value of the enterprise depends on the correct assessment of the assets and costs of the enterprise of the innovative type of development. In order to assess the influence of the cost structure, which reflects the efficiency of innovative activity, on the resulting indicator of the growth rate of equity capital, the activities of 20 industrial enterprises of Ukraine for 2017-2021 were studied. The correlation analysis of the close relationship between these indicators (correlation coefficient 0.22) allowed to conclude that operating leverage does not have a significant impact on the rate of growth of the enterprise's capital. In turn, this indicates insufficient efficiency of the innovative cost management system of the selected enterprises. Another reason is the failure to take into account the amount of intellectual capital when evaluating the total capital, which reflects the formation of internally generated goodwill that appears during the innovative activity of business units. In order to improve the management of innovative activities of enterprises, it is proposed to differentiate innovations by stages of capitalization, which clarifies their identification as objects of managerial influence in the management system. It is concluded that it is necessary to take into account the chain effects from the introduction of a certain type of innovation on all indicators of the business entity's activity.

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (hereinafter – SCO) was established in 2001 and since then has expanded its membership and scope of activities. The purpose of the study is to analyze the economic aspects of cooperation within the SCO and the existing problems hindering further economic interaction, as well as to identify promising development areas. To achieve this goal the author used general scientific and historical methods that allow us to analyze and evaluate information such as generalization, data analysis and synthesis, method of logical and comparative analysis, comparison and contrast. The current state and prospects of economic cooperation within the SCO have been analyzed. Trade, investments, infrastructure projects, energy, and other areas of interaction have been considered. The SCO economic agenda is aimed at increasing regional trade, improving market access, promoting regional ties, and consolidating the economic potential of member states. However, unresolved territorial disputes between China, India and Pakistan impede the deepening of economic ties. In turn, the recent accession of Iran opens up new opportunities for trade and transportation corridors. Prospects for an SCO free trade zone, joint infrastructure projects, financial cooperation, and high-tech partnerships have been highlighted as strategic goals. In general, further economic integration is in line with the member states’ national interests. Eliminating internal tensions and developing effective communication mechanisms will help strengthen the SCO as an organization and realize its economic potential.

Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) is widely utilized for evaluating uterine diseases. However, the prevalent technique, single-shot echo planar imaging (ssEPI), is hindered by notable image distortion and low spatial resolution. Therefore, optimizing uterine DWI sequences is vital for improving image quality. To investigate the efficacy of multiplexed sensitivity encoding (MUSE) combined with reverse polarity gradient (RPG) in enhancing uterine DWI quality and assessing local invasion in endometrial and cervical cancer, we included 149 patients. Each patient underwent DWI of the uterus using ssEPI, MUSE, and RPG-MUSE techniques. We compared these three sequences regarding image quality, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR), geometric distortion rate (GDR), ADC values, accuracy in determining the extent of cancer invasion, and the Area Under the Curve (AUC) for identifying endometrial cancer and benign endometrial lesions using ADC values. The results indicated that RPG-MUSE DWI had less artifacts than MUSE and ssEPI (P 0.05). Furthermore, the AUC of the ROC for detecting endometrial cancer and benign endometrial lesions using ADC values showed no significant differences across the sequences (P = 0.7609, 0.7186, and 0.8706, respectively). У статті з’ясовано деякі недоліки законодав­чого визначення поняття «члени сім’ї» військо­вослужбовців або прирівняних до них осіб як суб’єктів права на соціальний захист. Критично проаналізовано норми Закону України «Про со­ціальний і правовий захист військовослужбов­ців та членів їх сімей» з цих питань. На підставі вивчення судової практики з питань позбавлен­ня або обмеження права на соціальний захист членів сім’ї як отримувачів забезпечення відпо­відного виду, зроблено висновок про потребу внесення змін у соціальне законодавство. За­пропоновано конкретизувати правила ст. 3 За­кону України «Про соціальний і правовий захист військовослужбовців та членів їх сімей» щодо підстав та їхнього взаємозв’язку із виникненням чи обмеженням права членів сім’ї військовос­лужбовця на соціальний захист, а також про­цедурипідтвердження та фіксації. Наголошено на неоднорідності правових підстав виникнення правосуб’єктності членів сім’ї військовослуж­бовців у сфері соціального захисту, що не спри­яє єдності правозастосовної практики. З’ясовано питання, пов’язані із встановленням юридичних фактів приналежності до членів сім’ї військовос­лужбовців. Доведено, що непослідовне вживан­ня терміну «член сім’ї військовослужбовця» в межах одного нормативного акту та невизначе­ність змісту цього поняття створюють підґрунтя для дискримінації окремих осіб щодо встанов­лення правового статусу “член сім’ї військовос­лужбовця” та соціальної несправедливості у цій сфері правовідносин. З’ясовано значення юри­дичного факту утриманства для визначення ста­тусу особи як члена сім’ї військовослужбовця. Наведено приклади невідповідності положень підзаконних нормативно-правових актів нормам законів. Підсумовано, що визначення суб’єк­тів права на соціальний захист, зокрема членів сім’ї як отримувача соціального забезпечення, а також передумов їхньої правосуб’єктності з урахуванням засад п.п. 1, 6 ст. 92 Конституції України, повинно бути лише у законах як нор­мативно-правових актах вищої юридичної сили.

ObjectiveTo identify the correlation between thrombosis and atherosclerosis in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients with antiphospholipid antibodies (aPLs) (SLE/aPLs) through high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (HR-MRI) of the carotid artery.MethodsA single-center, cross-sectional study was conducted. We collected consecutive patients with SLE/aPLs and healthy controls who underwent carotid HR-MRI examinations. The morphometric characteristics of the common carotid artery (CCA), internal carotid artery (ICA), external carotid artery (ECA), and carotid bulb (Sinus) were measured, and the differences in morphometric parameters between different groups were analyzed.ResultsA total of 144 carotid arteries were analyzed. Compared with the control group, the wall area, wall thickness (WT and WTmax), and normalized wall index of CCA, ICA, ECA, and Sinus were increased in patients with SLE/aPLs, and the total vascular area (TVA) of CCA, ICA, and Sinus, and the bifurcation angle (BIFA) of ICA-ECA were also increased. A negative lupus anticoagulant (LAC) (with or without positive anticardiolipin antibody (aCL) or anti-β2glycoprotein antibody (aβ2GPI)) contributed to illustrating lower increased TVA and thickened vessel walls of CCA and ICA in SLE/aPLs patients without thrombotic events. Logistic regression analysis showed that WTmaxSinus and WTmaxGlobal were independent risk factors for thrombotic events in SLE/aPLs patients. The receiver operator characteristic curve showed that the cut-off value of WTmaxSinus was 2.855 mm, and WTmaxGlobal was 3.370 mm.ConclusionHR-MRI ensures the complete and accurate measurement of carotid morphometric parameters. Compared with the control group, the carotid artery in patients with SLE/aPLs is mainly characterized by diffusely thickened vessel walls, and the patients with thrombotic events showed additional higher vascular area of CCA and ICA, and BIFA of ICA-ECA without significant change in lumen area. The carotid arteries of SLE/aPLs patients with thrombotic events exhibited significant vessel wall thickening in all segments except ECA compared to those without thrombotic events. LAC-negative and non-thrombotic events distinguish relatively early atherosclerosis in the carotid arteries in patients with SLE/aPLs. Patients with SLE/aPLs that possess circumscribed thickened carotid vessel walls (>3.370 mm), particularly thickened at the Sinus (>2.855 mm), may require management strategies for the risk of thrombotic events.

The composition of microbial contaminants of soil samples contaminated with oil and oil products from oil depots of ports in southern Ukraine was investigated, and the possibility of their bioremediation by microorganisms present in the soil was determined. The microbiological landscape of the soil contaminated with oil and oil products was established, the quantitative and qualitative characteristics, group and dendrological composition of microorganisms were determined, and their potential ability to biodegrade petroleum hydrocarbons was determined. The degree of sanitary and ecological contamination of the samples was characterized by the number of the main groups of microorganisms - mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms (MAFAnM), molds, yeasts, as well as the dominance of MAFAnM by 3-5 orders among the studied groups of microorganisms. According to MAFANM, the number of thermophilic bacteria, titers of nitrifying bacteria, E. coli, Clostridium perfringens, bacteria of the genus Proteus, and the degree of oil contamination, the soil samples studied are characterized as contaminated and heavily contaminated. According to the study of morphological, tintorial, cultural, biochemical properties, 130 species were identified and 9 morphogroups of bacteria in oil-contaminated soil samples were determined. A dendrogram was constructed based on the set of studied properties of the isolated microorganisms. According to the results of the screening, the microorganisms isolated from contaminated soil samples are capable of biodegradation of long-chain alkanes of petroleum hydrocarbons. The identified groups of microorganisms can be arranged in the following sequence in order of increasing this indicator: Bacillus subtilis and Paenibacillus macerans ˂ Paenibacillus polymyxa ˂ Bacillus licheniformis ˂ Bacillus thuringiensis ˂ Bacillus megaterium ˂ Bacillus pumilis ˂ Bacillus cereus ˂ Paenibacillus circulans. Paenibacillus circulans and Bacillus cereus were identified as the most promising strains, biotransforming up to 48 percent of the total amount of hydrocarbons.

Microvillus inclusion disease (MVID) is a rare condition that is present from birth and affects the digestive system. People with MVID experience severe diarrhea that is difficult to control, cannot absorb dietary nutrients, and struggle to grow and thrive. In addition, diverse clinical manifestations, some of which are life-threatening, have been reported in cases of MVID. MVID can be caused by variants in the MYO5B, STX3, STXBP2, or UNC45A gene. These genes produce proteins that have been functionally linked to each other in intestinal epithelial cells. MVID associated with STXBP2 variants presents in a subset of patients diagnosed with familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis type 5. MVID associated with UNC45A variants presents in most patients diagnosed with osteo-oto-hepato-enteric syndrome. Furthermore, variants in MYO5B or STX3 can also cause other diseases that are characterized by phenotypes that can co-occur in subsets of patients diagnosed with MVID. Recent studies involving clinical data and experiments with cells and animals revealed connections between specific phenotypes occurring outside of the digestive system and the type of gene variants that cause MVID. Here, we have reviewed these patterns and correlations, which are expected to be valuable for healthcare professionals in managing the disease and providing personalized care for patients and their families.

The current state of socio-economic development, characterized by a radical change in the technical and technological paradigm in a globalized world, is marked by new phenomena and processes. In contrast to previous eras, when the formation of new technological methods of production was based on a small number of breakthrough inventions that changed the structure of production, today we observe an avalanche-like development of inventions, the products of which destroy the stability of all spheres of society. Accordingly, all resources possessed by a modern company must meet the requirements of the time in terms of their quality. Under such conditions, not only intellectual capital but also other components, that enable companies to maneuver in their innovative development, become very important. Based on the analysis of modern conceptual approaches to determining the essence of the categories “structural capital” and “intellectual capital”, the article forms the concept of “national structural capital”. The latter is presented as an infrastructure for the formation, implementation and development of national human capital, an organizational and institutional system for the expanded reproduction of knowledge and skills of members of society. For the quantitative measurement of national structural capital, a methodological framework is proposed, which is based on the integral index of national structural capital created by the authors; its components are justified: knowledge & technology outputs, intangible assets, research & development (R&D), knowledge workers, knowledge absorption. Based on the proposed methodology for determining the integral index of national structural capital, its value was calculated for 26 countries for 2018-2020 and the dynamics for the period under study were shown.

After conducting research on energy Populus plants, it was discovered that biometric indicators and productivity were affected by both sowing density and nutritional background. The results showed that the tallest energy Populus shoots were observed in the group with a sowing density of 5600 pieces/ha, reaching heights of 11.1–11.6 m. The diameter of the central shoot in this variant was between 157 and 163 mm. The number of shoots was 1.8–2.5 pcs. on 1 plant and 21600–30000 pcs. on 1 hectare. The variant with a sowing density of 6700 units/ha yielded the most energy Populus biomass, specifically 178.3 tons of green mass and 100.9 tons of dry mass per hectare. Compared to the variant with a sowing density of 8300 units/ha, this represented an increase of 19.9 and 11.3 t/ha respectively, and an increase of 18.0 and 10.4 t/ha respectively, when compared to the variant with a sowing density of 5600 units/ha. The utilization of mineral fertilizers was shown to notably enhance productivity, as evidenced by an increase in green mass of 21.1–37.1 t/ha and an increase in dry mass of 11.2–20.6 t/ha across all trial variations. In the Precarpathian region, where sod podzolized soils are prevalent, the optimal sowing density of energy Populus biofuel was determined to be 6700 pcs./ha, with a yield of 110.990 kg/ha achieved through the application of mineral fertilizers. This approach generated an energy output of 1775.8 GJ/ha. In the case of a sowing density of 8300 units/ha and the use of mineral fertilizers, the energy output produced was 1576.9 GJ/ha, whereas sowing density of 5600 units/ha resulted in an energy output of 1591.0 GJ/ha. The introduction of mineral fertilizers led to an increase in energy output ranging from 12.3 to 22.6 GJ/ha for all experimental variants.

The construction of an individual educational trajectory changes due to a change in approaches to the personal and professional potential of the future teacher. Provided that the acquisition of professional skills by a teacher has not required constant training throughout life, then the modern environment requires a systematic updating of skills and advanced training. In fact, approaches to training and the role of the teacher in the educational environment are changing. Based on an integrative literature review, the trends of individual educational tools for the development of the personal and professional potential of a future teacher within EU have been investigated. The academic paper has revealed significant differences regarding the disclosure of personal and professional potential of future teachers within EU. Differences include: teachers' training, the establishment of additional requirements for teachers in addition to curricula, regulating teachers' mobility, professional and personal support, continuing professional development. The article has stated that induction and mentoring for new teachers is widespread within EU and legally established in most European countries. The investigation attests to the fact that induction may play a key role in supporting teachers' professional development. Induction programs combine elements of mentoring, training, peer review, and scheduled meetings with school principals and colleagues to provide personal, social, and professional support. Induction activity is connected with increased self-efficacy and job satisfaction. Mentoring programs are designed taking into consideration the school context. Pupils' knowledge, classroom pedagogy, assessment of pupils and harmonization of curriculum standards differ significantly between primary and secondary schools. Supporting measures to promote teachers' participation have been developed in almost all EU countries.

Кримінально-правова оцінка кожного пору­шення правил та звичаїв війни за ст. 438 Кри­мінального кодексу України (далі - КК України) вимагає звернення до міжнародних договорів, що встановлюють такі правила. На це вказує диспозиція статті. У свою чергу, міжнародні до­говори передбачають перелік положень, у яких містяться вказівки на заборони для сторін між­народних збройних конфліктів та на конкретні порушення правил та звичаїв війни. Цей перелік досить широкий, у зв'язку з чим виникають про­блеми під час практичного застосування ст. 438 КК України, зокрема, при формулюванні обви­нувачення. До серйозних порушень правил та звича­їв війни віднесено, зокрема, перетворення ци­вільного населення або окремих цивільних осіб на об'єкт нападу. Встановлення об'єктивних і суб'єктивних ознак цього діяння викликає на­уковий інтерес. У положеннях міжнародного гуманітарного права це порушення сформульо­вано нетипово для вітчизняного кримінально­го законодавства. Крім того, постають питання розмежування з іншими серйозними порушен­нями правил та звичаїв війни, співвідношення з заборонами і вимогами, закріпленими в нормах міжнародного гуманітарного права. Задля з'ясування сутності цього порушення було, зокрема, проаналізовано норми міжна­родних договорів, що є частиною міжнародного гуманітарного права, у тому числі в їх взаємо­зв'язку. Це дозволило зробити висновки щодо об'єктивних ознак, за якими можна відрізнити аналізоване порушення від інших однорідних порушень, наприклад, від учинення нападів не- вибіркового характеру. Також були визначені можливі варіанти суб'єктивного ставлення до вчинення перетворення цивільного населення або окремих цивільних осіб на об'єкт нападу з боку суб'єкта цього порушення. Крім того, розглянуто приклади з судової практики з акцентом на способи формулюван­ня обвинувачення за ст. 438 КК України. Під­креслено і обґрунтовано важливість вказівок на вчинення серйозного порушення міжнародного договору під час формулювання обвинувачення в таких провадженнях. Окреслено перспективи подальших дослі­джень з питань, пов'язаних із кримінально-пра­вовою оцінкою учинення нападів на цивільне населення в умовах міжнародного збройного конфлікту.

The article examines the global trends of international movementof capital in the form of foreign direct investments, which were characteristic of the period of development of the world economy in 2011–2022, during which the world financial and economic crisis took place and the COVID-2019 pandemic spread internationally. The directions of international expansion of transnational companies are studied in view of their participation in the formation of global value chains, which consistently connected with each other in the global space the types of economic activities for the creation and promotion of products. Based on the analysis of international statistics data, clusters of countries were singled out, which acted in different years as the largest recipients of foreign direct investments and were in the circle of economic interests of large international business. Changes in the direction of foreign direct investment flows of leading transnational corporations are shown and their influence on the geographical localization of production processes within global value chains since the end of the 20th century until now is demonstrated. Special attention is paid to the examination of the forms and directions of international movementof capital in Asian countries, which hold the global leadership in attracting foreign direct investments. In the system of factors that influence the direction of foreign capital movement in the international space, a separate group of factors related to the effect of global transactional risks is singled out. The latter change the direction of foreign direct investment in the global economy and need to be taken into account in the formation of industrial policy by the governments of national economies.

The aim of the article is to study the features of the corporate culture of metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine in the context of innovative development. As a result of the study of four types of corporate culture – adhocracy, clan, market, and hierarchical – according to the CVF model of K. Cameron and R. Quinn, it was determined that adhocratic culture is most conducive to innovations, since it involves flexibility and is focused on the external environment. In turn, market culture emphasizes control and stability, which is a constraint on innovation. The authors propose a modified method for diagnosing corporate culture, which is based on the CVF model and provides for a system of 5-point scale for evaluating questionnaire questions by respondents. Using Microsoft Excel and SPSS Statistics V21.0 software, the authors analyzed the parameters of the corporate culture of metallurgical enterprises. As a result of the diagnostics, it was found that PJSC «INTERPIPE» and PJSC «Tsentralnyi Hirnycho-Zbahachuvalnyi Kombinat» are characterized by a clan corporate culture, which needs to be strengthened to the desired indicator. For PJSC «ZAPORIZHSTAL», PJSC «YUZHKOKS», PJSC «KAMET-STAL» it is expedient to change the type of corporate culture from market to clan. It is proposed that the strategic vision of the development of metallurgical enterprises should be changed in the direction of innovative development, digitalization, smartization of production, the use of energy-saving technologies, the Internet of Things, etc. It is also necessary to use training activities and seminars to develop the creative potential of staff and intensify their participation in the development of green innovations. Taking into account the European integration course of Ukraine, it is expedient to change the principles of doing business related to the European Green Deal. The proposed recommendations can be used to improve the mission, strategic vision, corporate culture and its values for metallurgical enterprises. Prospect for further research in this direction is to determine the interdependence between the type of corporate culture (clan, innovative, market, hierarchical) for metallurgical enterprises and the processes of greening and digitalization at enterprises.

The emergence of many pathogenic microorganisms, which are resistant to known antibiotics, indicates the need to find new strategies to fight them. Aim. The article is devoted to the analysis of modern research on liposomal forms of phages as a promising strategy for fighting microbial infections. Methods. Analysis of modern national and foreign research devoted to the bacteriophage encapsulation into liposomes and the evaluation of the effecacy of this drug delivery system in antimicrobial therapy. Results. Bacteriophage encapsulation into liposomal nanoparticles protects phages from the negative effects of external factors, increases the period of circulation in the organism, ensures increased bioavailability of phage particles and, as a result, increases the efficacy of antimicrobial treatment. Liposomal forms of phages have demonstrated their effectiveness in fighting many common pathogenic bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Salmonella, etc. Conclusions. Liposomal phages have prospects as antimicrobial drugs, however, for their widespread use in clinical practice, preclinical and clinical studies are required to confirm their effecace and safety.

Most patients with severe acute small bowel obstruction in the early postoperative period require treatment in the intensive care unit. The main principles of intensive care are identifying major vital function disorders, their rapid correction, as well as supporting the functions of the affected organs and systems. The leading pathophysiological disorders that require intensive correction during small bowel obstruction are impaired intestinal barrier function (for bacteria and toxins), hypovolemia, hypotension and microcirculation disorders, primarily in the abdominal organs, fluid and electrolyte and acid-base disorders. Such disorders, in turn, could cause repeated development of intra-abdominal hypertension with impaired perfusion of the abdominal organs. Thus, the efficiency of intensive care for dynamic acute bowel obstruction primarily depends on the speed of correction of fluid and electrolyte disorders and restoration of intestinal blood flow, normalization of gut parietal digestion rather than on the quantity of the drugs that stimulate bowel movement. The primary method of gut microcirculation restoration is the ROSE approach to fluid resuscitation. The main criteria of the intensive care efficiency should be control of intra-abdominal pressure and timely treatment of intra-abdominal hypertension.
