The qualitative phenomenological approach used 4E Cognition referring to embodied situated, extended and enactive cognitive processes. In relation to methodological procedures, interviews conducted with five men and one woman selected from the inclusion criteria: a) university teaching in Humanities; academic-professional activities with bicycle; c) participation in cycloactivist movement. From discursive analysis, was the units of meaning: 1) Urban cycling as a research topic; 2) Political-institutional articulation for active mobility; 3) Teaching-learning of pedaling in the city generating the category Bicycling culture as a cognitive-educational process. We consider institutional it duty promotion bicycling as an emerging interdisciplinary alternative for teaching, research and extension with direct benefits for university community. No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2019-01-01 The objective of this study was to understand the phenomenon of urban cycling as a political sense in perspective of work experiences to promote cycling in São Paulo, Brazil. As the research methodology, a phenomenological-hermeneutic approach was used, based on the descriptors link, shelter, fixation, reiteration, and support of discourse analysis of five subjects working as bicycle mechanic, bike courier agency manager, organizer of sporting events with mountain bike, manager of a bike shop, and public manager of bicycling infrastructure. In the construction of the results, the following units of meaning emerged: a) social values in professional activities with bicycle, b) environmental health in road sharing, and c) education and public policy for sustainability. We find that category «urban cycling as a cultural construct» represents the semantic, existential, and metaphysical sense of the political manifestation of bicycling towards citizenship and human rights to sustainable active mobility by bicycle in São Paulo. Pelo pressuposto liberal, a questão é tornar o indivíduo independente, o que contribui para isolar e fragilizar o idoso. Propomos o paradigma do reconhecimento e os vínculos sociais, apoiando a vida de sujeitos que reconhecem e são reconhecidos. A autonomia intersubjetiva é garantida por relações de afeto/amizade, estima social, reconhecimento de direitos e responsabilidades, e ameaçada pela desvalorização, por desrespeito e violências. Isso contribui trazendo a compreensão de fenômenos de desrespeito, difamação e traumas, e apoiando a instituição de cuidados com vistas à integridade e à justiça social. The elderly are the object of policies of protection against risks and diseases. According to the liberal premise, the idea is ensure the individual's independence, which actually serves to isolating and weakening the elderly. We propose the paradigm of recognition and social bonds that support the life of individuals who exercise recognition and are recognized. Intersubjective autonomy is guaranteed through relations of affection/friendship, social esteem, recognition of rights and responsibilities and threatened by de-valuing attitudes, disrespect and violence. This contributes to the health of the elderly, by understanding exclusion, slander and trauma and supporting the care institution with a view to integrity and social justice. O ato de pedalar bicicleta é uma forma de mobilidade ativa pelas pessoas, porém, entendendo “ciclismo urbano” diferente de “ciclismo desportivo”, a bicicleta não tem sido estimada como bem simbólico pela sociedade. O principal argumento está dado na valorização excessiva do transporte motorizado individual. No contexto da pesquisa qualitativa em Motricidade Humana importa incluir a minha experiência como pesquisador e de quatro ciclistas que defendem a causa cicloativista. A técnica de análise do fenômeno situado consiste em três momentos: 1) análise ideográfica dos discursos para identificação das unidades de significado; 2) formação da matriz nomotética pelas convergências discursivas e 3) síntese dos resultados. A discussão sobre o fenômeno contextualizado do ciclismo perpassa por duas categorias temáticas: A) “A experiência transformativa do ser que pedala” e B) “O direito de pedalar na cidade”. Destaca-se a ideia “Pedalar por Cidadania” como elemento do campo simbólico da saúde. The aim of this research was to understand the social practice of bicycling in the perspective of cyclists in the city of São Paulo. The act of bicycling is a form of active mobility by people. However, understanding "urban cycling" other than "sporting cycling", the bicycle has not been considered as a symbolic good by society. The main argument given in the excessive valuation of individual motorized transport. In the context of the qualitative research in Human Motricity is important to include my experience as a researcher and of four cyclists who defend the cycloativist cause. The technique of analysis of the situated phenomenon consists of three moments: 1) ideographic analysis of discourses to identify the units of meaning, 2) formation of the nomothetic matrix by the discursive and 3) synthesis of the results. The discussion about the contextualized phenomenon of cycling runs through two thematic categories: A) "The transformative experience of the pedaling being" and B) "The right to pedal in the city". It stands out the idea "Pedaling for Cityzenship" as an element of the symbolic field of health.

Após alguns anos de formada, iniciei trabalho voluntário no Centro de Equoterapia do Clube de Cavaleiros de Rio Claro, revelando-me o mundo mágico que me encantou o relacionamento entre o ser humano e os animais, por onde então comecei a aprimorar meus conhecimentos na área. Com a experiência de anos de prática, observando e coletando resultados positivos nesta técnica terapêutica, procurei aprofundar ainda mais meu conhecimento. Durante um período, eu e meu orientador pensamos e repensamos sobre o médoto utilizado na Equoterapia, e após reflexões e mudanças de olhar chegamos ao nosso objetivo, desvelar o fenômeno da compreensão da técnica aplicada pelos profissionais que atuam no Centro de Equoterapia. Para realizar esse estudo foram realizadas entrevistas com quatro profissionais da equoterapia: dois Fisioterapeutas, uma Fonoaudióloga e um Equitador. Durante a leitura será observada a apresentação sobre a Equoterapia, qual sua aplicabilidade e importância no campo da saúde, sua influencia sobre o praticante de forma global (corpo e mente), a percepção e a atuação dos terapeutas. Foi realizado em seguida as análises ideográficas e nomotética possibilitando a construção dos resultados obtidos. Esse estudo evidenciou caminhos para a prática da equoterapia e evidenciou a importancia dos aspectos psicológicos e de segurança. Essa é apenas uma porta de entrada para se desvendar as maravilhas dessa técnica terapêutica, possibilitando um referencial para outros estudos sobre o tema I'm a psychologist, formed by UNIMEP (Methodist University of Piracicaba), and since graduating from time been interested in disciplines related to psychopathology, especially the deficiencies, conducting courses in the areas of Public Health and Special Education. After a few years since graduation, I started volunteering at the Center for Therapeutic Riding the River Riders Club Of course, revealing to me the magical world that fascinated me the relationship between humans and animals, where so I started to improve my knowledge in the area . With the experience of years of practice, observing and collecting positive results in this therapeutic technique, tried to further deepen my knowledge. For a time, I and my advisor thought and rethought about médoto used in riding therapy, and after reflection and change of look we reached our goal, unveiling the technical understanding of the phenomenon applied by professionals working in the Therapeutic Riding Center. To perform this study interviews were conducted with four professionals of equine therapy: two physiotherapists, a speech therapist and a Equitador. During the reading will be observed the presentation on the riding therapy, which its applicability and importance in the health field, its influence on the globally practitioner (body and mind), the perception and the performance of therapists. Was carried out then the ideographic and nomothetic analysis allowing the construction of the results. This study showed ways to practice hippotherapy and highlighted the importance of psychological and security aspects. This is only a gateway to unravel the wonders of this therapeutic technique makes a reference to other studies on the subject

Utilizando a fenomenologia como instumento de investigação, busquei entender este fenômeno situado sobre a capoeira: o significado da capoeira na saúde das pessoas com deficiência. A pesquisa levou em conta a relação entre o meu mundo-vida e as experiências com a capoeira de quatro alunos com deficiência, uma estratégia metodológica alternativa para compeensão do campo da saúde. Os discursos foram coletados por entrevista aberta e individual, contendo uma interrogação norteadora, que conduziu o livre pensar dos entrevistados. As entrevistas foram analisadas pelo método fenomenológico, utilizando-se as análises ideográfica e nomotética. Resultaram quatro eixos temáticos para compreensão do fenômeno: 1) conceituando a capoeira; 2) benefícios que a capoeira oferece ao seu praticante; 3) como se sentem praticando capoeira; 4) conceituando saúde partir da capoeira. Na síntese dos resultados sobressaiu o valor de quatro pontos da capoeira como atividade física, movimento corporal, solidariedade social e atividade terapêutica, realce para estas características de significância sobre o papel da capoeira: cumpre satisfatoriamente as possibilidades de realizar uma atividade saudável na vida dos participantes, que se sentem integrados e inclusos em um grupo social e a a expressão de melhoramento na saúde das pessoas quando a capoeira adquire significado dialógico com o mundo social. Desse contexto da pesquisa revelou-se um caminho promissor para a definição de campo da saúde: a capoeira, considerada uma prática desportiva, educativa e cultural quando também perfaz a função de proteção social à grupos vulneráveis na sociedade, consequentemente contribui para uma prática positiva de saúde, viável a todos sem distinções The initial questions of this dissertation came from my experience of fifteen years of professorship of capoeira in Rio Claro. Using phenomenology as PROCEEDING research sought to understand this phenomenon situated about capoeira : the meaning of capoeira on the health of people with disabilities . The research took into account the relationship between the life-world and my experiences with capoeira four students with mild mental retardation , a methodological strategy compeensão alternative to the health field . The speeches were collected by interview and open individual , containing a question guiding , leading free thinking of the respondents . The interviews were analyzed by the phenomenological method , using the ideographic and nomothetic analyzes . Resulted in four themes for understanding the phenomenon : 1 ) conceptualizing the roost ; 2 ) benefits that capoeira offers to its practitioner , 3) how they feel practicing capoeira ; 4 ) conceptualizing health from the farmyard . The results converged to the value of four points of capoeira as physical activity, body movement , social solidarity and therapeutic activity in highlighting the significance of capoeira satisfactorily fulfills the possibilities of making a healthy activity in the lives of participants , who feel integrated and included in a social group , and finally expresses the poultry improvement in people's health when it acquires meaning of dialogue with the social world . Context of this research proved to be a promising way to define the field of health : capoeira , considered a sporting , educational and cultural function also accounts for the social protection of vulnerable groups in society and consequently contributes to a viable health practice all distinctions
