Designing machines without involving the human factor can cause users discomfort, fatigue, and health problems. Ergonomic criteria when designing machines can increase user effectiveness. PT. Noang Prima Utama uses an extruder to produce pasta under the “LocaPasta” brand. Complaints of pain in the neck and back for 1-3 days due to standing position, bending down, and arms reaching forward for a long-time during production. The research objective was to evaluate the extruder design using the anthropometric method. Anthropometric data were tested for uniformity, data adequacy, and the determination of percentiles. Machine dimensions were compared with user anthropometer data for design improvement. When feeding materials into the hopper, the operator’s working posture needed to be more ergonomically adequate due to raised arms and pushing the material bit by bit (repetitively). The evaluation of the machine design based on anthropometric dimensions reveals several improvements. The redesigned extruder machine includes changes such as adjusting the footstep height to 27.7 cm so that the height of the setting box to 120.95 cm from the footstep (adjusting to standing shoulder height), allowing rotation of the setting box and the hopper height from the footstep is parallel to the standing elbow height which is 92.1 cm. With the implementation of the new prototype, the operator’s working posture no longer involves bending over while adjusting the machine, and the arms can comfortably rest on the hopper while feeding the material.

Corynespora causes leaf fall disease in rubber plants. Control can be done with bio fungicides and potassium fertilizer. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of essential oils and potassium fertilizer in controlling rubber leaf fall disease. The research was conducted from January to December 2018 in Landak Regency, West Kalimantan. The study used a randomized block design with 13 treatments repeated 3 times. The treatment is without biofungicide and KCl, citronella oil + (KCl 250 g, 312.5 g, and KCl 375 g), clove oil + (KCl 250 g, 312.5 g, and 375 g), liquid smoke + (KCl 250 g, 312.5 g, and 375 g), chemical fungicides (mancozeb) + (KCl 250 g, 312.5 g, and 375 g). The results showed that citronella oil, clove oil, and liquid smoke had the same inhibitory power as chemical fungicides. The combination of citronella oil with fertilizer KCl 312.5 g/plant/year and clove oil with KCl 375 g/plant/year can reduce the intensity of Corynospora attack up to 7.33% with inhibition of rubber leaf fall disease reaching 90.09% and can maintain yield of 28.1-28.3 g/tapping (94.33%). KCl fertilizer increased the lignin content of rubber leaves by 22.63%.

This research discusses the static and dynamic analysis of the landing gear structure of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). The dimensional study is conducted to investigate the effect of landing gear dimension variation on UAVs' static strength and dynamic response. Static analysis was performed with Finite Element Method (FEM) software. The dynamic response of the UAV is analyzed using a single-degree-of-freedom vibration model. Based on the static analysis results, the landing gear stiffness and strength can be increased by increasing the width and decreasing the height, radius, and length of the landing gear structure. The energy dissipation in the dynamic analysis is described by hysteresis and viscous damping model. The dynamic response simulation results show that the increase in the stiffness of the landing gear leads to an increase in force transmission and acceleration of the UAV. Furthermore, the UAV response using the viscous damping model can accurately predict the system's response with the hysteretic damping model for small damping conditions. The purpose of this research is to determine what are the factors that led to the use of pirated software among students. To determine the relationship of using pirated software among students views by consumer characteristics included age, sex, and spending each month.The population in this study were students who use pirated software. Sampling was done with accidental Sampling. Samples taken in this study were students who use pirated software or software that happens to be found in the current study sample and the samples taken in this study as many as 100 people. Since this amount exceeded the minimum sample of 96 people. Based on data analysis has been done, the writer can conclude: Factors attitude and motivation factors are factors that influence the use of pirated software among students who are able to explain 30,189% and 18,416%. For variable attitudes by age and sex have nothing to do with piracy committed by students. If by spending a month it has to do with piracy committed among students. For motivation variable based on the characteristics of age and sex have nothing to do with piracy committed by students. If based on the characteristics of spending per month it has to do with piracy committed among students.

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui karakter lindi dari proses pengomposan sampah sebagai pupuk cair, mengetaui pengaruh penambahan EM4 dan lama waktu permentasi teradap kualitas pupuk cair yang dihasilkan. Pembuatan pupuk cair ini dilakukan dengan cara fermentasi anaero dalam keadaan ruang terkontrol (homogen). Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengamati pengaruh penambahan dosis starter EM4 ( 0, 15, 20 dan 25 ml ) dan lama fermentasi ( 21 dan 28 hari ) terhadap perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi pada karakter-karakter lindi. Data kuantitatif dari uji fisik ( pH dan suhu) dan uji kimia ( N,P dan K ) dianalisa dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan starter dan lama fermentasi akan menurunkan pH dari 4,00 sesuai dengan persamaan regresi Y1 = 4,00 – 0,01X1 – 0,01X2 Perubahan suhu tidak berpengaruh nyata dengan suhu rata-rata 31OC dan mengikuti persamaan Y2 = 30,98 + 0,02X1+ 0,01X2. Demikian juga perubahan N tidak signifikan. Nilai N tertinggi sebesar 189 ppm pada S2W1 dan terendah sebesar 128 ppm pada S0W0 dan mengikuti persamaan Y3 = 150,70 + 0,24X1+ 0,07X2. Namun untuk perubahan P dan K signifikan. Nilai P tertinggi sebesar 330 ppm pada S2W1 dan terendah sebesar 94 ppm pada S0W0. Persamaan perubahan kadar P adalah Y4 = 124,11 + 1,41X1+ 6,85X2. Nilai K tertinggi sebesar 484 ppm pada S2W2 dan nilai terendah sebesar 326 ppm pada S0W2. Perubahan kadar K mengikuti persamaan Y5 = 392,35 + 4,81X1+ 1,59X2.
