Vor einem Jahr wurden Kitas und Schulen in Deutschland pandemiebedingt geschlossen. Nur in einigen Wochen im Sommer fand regelhafter Präsenzunterricht statt. Der stattdessen angebotene Fern-, Hybrid- und Wechselunterricht hat erhebliche Auswirkungen für Schüler*innen, Lehrkräfte, Eltern und Familien mit sich gebracht und hat zu Lernrückständen geführt; soziale Kontakte wurden reduziert und psychische und gesundheitliche Belastungen der an Schule direkt oder indirekt Beteiligten haben zugenommen. Die schon vor den coronabedingten Schulschließungen bestehenden Bildungsungerechtigkeiten haben sich pandemiebedingt weiter vergrößert. Damit sie nicht noch größer werden und sich auf lange Sicht weiter verfestigen, ist zügiges Handeln erforderlich. Im vorliegenden Beitrag werden zum einen gesicherte Erkenntnisse über die kognitiven, sozialen und psychischen Auswirkungen der pandemiebedingten Schulschließungen und zum anderen diagnosebasierte und wissenschaftlich fundierte Förderkonzepte sowie ein umfassendes Förderprogramm gefordert und zur Diskussion gestellt, um gestärkt die Pandemie überwinden zu können. (DIPF/Orig.), Last year, early childhood education and care facilities and schools in Germany were closed due to the Pandemic. Regular face-to-face teaching only happened during a few weeks in the summer. In its place, distance teaching, hybrid teaching, or alternate teaching were offered, entailing substantial consequences for students, teachers, parents, and families, and also causing learning gaps. Social contacts were reduced and there were massive strains on the psychological and physiological health of all those directly or indirectly involved in schools. Educational injustices existing before the Pandemic have increased. To keep them from growing further and becoming more stable, a rapid intervention is necessary. This paper demands and discusses reliable data on the cognitive, social, and psychological effects of the school closures, diagnose-based and scientifically sound support concepts, and a comprehensive support program for the educational system in order to overcome the Pandemic and emerge stronger. Es werden Ergebnisse einer Sekundäranalyse von 13 deutschsprachigen Studien zu Verhaltensauffälligkeiten bei hörgeschädigten Kindern (n = 1205) vorgestellt, die im Zeitraum zwischen 2001 und 2020 mit dem Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ-D) durchgeführt worden sind. Das Studienalter steht in keinem signifikanten Zusammenhang zur Häufigkeit von Verhaltensauffälligkeiten der untersuchten Kinder. Die Prävalenzdaten zeigen sowohl in der Einschätzung durch die Mütter als auch durch die Lehrkräfte im Vergleich zu hörenden Normierungsstichproben erhöhte Werte insbesondere in den Teilskalen „Verhaltensauffälligkeiten“ und „Probleme mit Gleichaltrigen“. Probleme mit Peers werden durch zahlreiche andere Studien in ihrer Bedeutung für die Entwicklung hörgeschädigter Kinder dokumentiert. Im Urteil der Mütter zeigen sich erhöhte Werte auch für die Teilskala „Emotionale Probleme“. Zusammenhangsanalysen mittels eines pfadanalytischen Vorgehens machen den Stellenwert der kommunikativen Kompetenz für die psychische Entwicklung sichtbar, während die Kommunikationsmodalität keine Rolle spielt. Dieser Befund wird in anderen Studien in vergleichbarer Weise dokumentiert. Ebenso werden Daten aus anderen Studien bestätigt, wonach Kinder, die eine zusätzliche Beeinträchtigung haben, und Kinder, die an einem Förderzentrum beschult werden, mehr Probleme in ihrer Entwicklung zeigen. Die Analyse der Subskalen des SDQ-D enthält Hinweise auf behinderungsspezifische Besonderheiten, die für die Förderung und die Gestaltung von Bildungsprozessen relevant sind. (DIPF/Orig.) Results of a reanalysis of 13 German studies on behavioral problems in deaf and hard-ofhearing (DHH) children (n = 1205) conducted between 2001 and 2020 using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ-D) are presented. Study age is not significantly related to the prevalence of behavioral problems in the children studied. Prevalence data show increased scores in both mothers’ and teachers’ assessments compared to hearing norming samples, particularly in the “behavioral problems” and “problems with peers” subscales. Problems with peers are documented by numerous other studies in their importance for the development of DHH children. The evaluation of the mothers also reveals increased scores regarding the subscale “emotional problems”. Additional analyses by means of a path analytic procedure indicate the importance of communicative competence for the psychological development, while the communication modality does not play a role. This result is documented in other studies in a comparable manner. Likewise, data from other studies confirm that DHH children who have an additional handicap and children who are educated at a school for the deaf and hard-of-hearing reveal more problems in their development. The analysis of the subscales of the SDQ-D indicate specific characteristics due to hearing loss that are relevant for educational promotion. (DIPF/Orig.)

В статье рассматривается состояние изученности проблемы суррогатного материнства в современной науке, которое представляется как новое социально-психологическое явление, вызванное системным действием нескольких факторов. В работе выдвигается предположение о возникновении психологических проблем всех трех сторон участников процесса: суррогатной матери, плода-ребенка, и будущих законных родителей. Приводится краткий анализ данных по проблеме суррогатного материнства в России и странах Европы и США. Делается вывод о влиянии суррогатного материнства на всех участников данного процесса. The article considers the state of knowledge of the problem of surrogacy in modern science and presents surrogacy as a new socio-psychological phenomenon caused by the systemic action of several factors. The paper puts forward the assumptions about the occurrence of psychological problems of all three parties of the participants in the process: a surrogate mother, a fetus – a child, and future legal parents. A brief analysis of data on the problem of surrogacy in Russia and the countries of Europe and the United States is given. The conclusion is made about the influence of surrogacy on all participants in this process.

Orientador: Ana Lúcia Horta Nogueira Dissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Faculdade de Educação Resumo: Nessa pesquisa partimos da psicologia do desenvolvimento e da sociologia da juventude para indagar sobre os processos de desenvolvimento psíquico no interior das relações escolares e também das relações sociais e culturais da juventude no espaço escolar. Partimos das discussões dos movimentos sociais da juventude na contemporaneidade no Brasil, as ocupações secundaristas nas escolas estaduais de São Paulo, dos rolezinhos, das manifestações públicas do ano de 2013 (Catini e Melo, 2016) e, também, das experiências da pesquisadora como professora; que indaga: quem são os jovens da escola pública? Como interpretar as práticas juvenis na sala de aula buscando propor processos de aprendizagem? Como elas/es vivem e significam o tempo e espaço escolar? O que as/os jovens estão fazendo, trocando, construindo quando não estão participando ativamente da aula? O que acontece no âmbito do desenvolvimento do pensamento nessa forma de cotidiano escolar? Diante desse panorama de possibilidades elaboramos os seguintes objetivos de pesquisa: compreender a dinâmica dos processos de significação partilhados pelas/os jovens no contexto escolar e analisar indícios do processo de desenvolvimento cultural das/os jovens. Partindo do registro e da análise das interações discursivas das/os jovens no contexto escolar, em uma escola municipal de ensino fundamental II. Nela, realizamos em 2017, rodas de conversa e oficina de stickers (adesivos) e observação cotidiana das aulas de Ciências e Artes de três turmas cursando o 9º ano do ensino fundamental II. Para a construção dos dados elaboramos caderno de campo e gravamos em vídeo as rodas de conversa e as oficinas de stickers. A análise dos dados se deram pela perspectiva histórico-cultural, numa relação entre a análise discursiva dos enunciados selecionados e transcritos, utilizando a teoria de Mikhail Bakhtin (1929/2014 e 1952-1953/2016) e do desenvolvimento cultural em seus múltiplos aspectos, a partir de Vigotski (1929/1996). Nossos resultados apontam que ao ressaltarmos as vozes, sentidos dentro das práticas culturais das/os jovens dentro do cotidiana escolar, torna-se evidente como diferentes linguísticos: a ironia, o sarcasmo, a risada jocosa, o silêncio e a recusa em ouvir marcam modos de dizer e de participar no cotidiano. As/os jovens que observamos tem determinados interesses (a sexualidade, as festas de fim de semana, o mundo do trabalho) elas e eles debatem e discutem sobre tais temas, buscam informações com determinadas professoras/es e expressam posições políticas. As brincadeiras e o riso das/os jovens funcionam como recurso de negociação do cotidiano nas práticas sociais, e não se referem a uma condição somente da juventude, mas sim a um recurso cultural dos pobres no Brasil como aponta Fonseca (2004) e que está em pleno desenvolvimento na adolescência. Entendemos que compreender essas práticas sociais, enunciados e sentidos em acontecimento na sala de aula, possibilita a/o professora/professor escolher recursos didáticos, eleger conteúdos e se posicionar em situações de diálogo com as/os estudantes Abstract: In this research we start from the development psychology and from youth sociology to enquire about the processes of psychic development within the school relations and also within social and cultural youth relations in the school space. From the discussions of the social movements in Brazil's contemporaneity, the São Paulo's high schools occupations, the "rolezinhos" (literally cruises, or little strolls), the 2013 public manifestations (Catini e Melo, 2016), and also from the researcher's own experiences as a teacher; which asks: who are the young people from the public schools? How to interpret the youth practices in classroom in order to propose learning processes? How do they live and signify the school's time and space? What are the youg people doing, sharing, building when they are not actively joining the class? What happens in the thought development in such form of school everyday life? In view of such wide range of possibilities we elaborated the following research goals: to comprehend the dynamics of the signification processes shared by young people in the school context and analyse hints of the young people's cultural development processes. Starting from registration and analysis of the young people's discoursive interactions in the context of school, in a municipal school, in 2017 we realized round tables and sticker workshops and also everyday observations in the classes of Sciences and Arts of three classrooms attended by 14 and 15 years old students. To build the data we elaborated field notes and recorded in video the round tables and also the sticker workshops. The data analysis was made within the social historical perspective, in a relation between the discoursive analysis of the selected and transcripted enunciations, using the theory of Mikhail Bakhtin (1929/2014 e 1952-1953/2016) and the cultural development in its multiple aspects from Vigotski (1929/1996). Our results indicate that, as we highlight the voices and senses in the cultural practices of the young people withinh the school everyday life, it becomes evident how different linguistics such as irony, sarcasm, mocking laughter silence and the refusal to listen mark ways to say and participate in everyday life. The young people we observed have particular interests (sexuality, weekend parties, the work world) and they debate and discuss such themes, searching for information with certain teachers and showing political positions. Young people's plays and laughter work as negotiation resources in social practices' everyday life, which is not ony a condition of the youth, but also cultural resource of the poor in Brazil, as pointed out by Fonseca (2004), which is in sheer development during youth. It starts from the assumption that a systematized practice, thought and articulated with reality, through a dialectical relationship between teaching and development, allows the humanization and formation of the subject, of his psychic possibilities, as well as of his conscience. In view of this, a theoretical-bibliographic research of an exploratory nature and a qualitative approach was developed based on the assumptions of historicalcultural psychology and historical-dialectical materialism, with an emphasis on the ideas and thinking of Vigotski, Marx and contemporary authors who share the same theoretical perspective. When considering that the psychology created by Vigotski is based on Marxist philosophy, it was decided to highlight aspects related to the life and work of Karl Marx (1818-1883), as the main representative of this theory and some developments related to the construction of his method, in order to identify the reasons that led Vigotski to base historicalcultural psychology on historical-dialectical materialism. Likewise, historical aspects inherent to Vigotski's life and work were brought to the fore, with the intention of unveiling the reasons that led the author to build a Marxist psychology with a view to the formation of a new man, for a just and egalitarian society, in plan with the Socialist Revolution of 1917. The theoretical deepening in aspects that concern the author's work and the context in which he was inserted allows to highlight as a result that Vigotski's studies contribute to school education, whereas, motivated by the need to understand the constitution of the subject inserted in a given culture, it defends that man is human and develops his conscience through cultural appropriation, in the relationship with the other, mediated by signs and instruments constructed collectively. His studies highlight that psychic development is not only conditioned to the organic basis, as was professed by other theories, but it develops mainly from the relationships he establishes with the world. In the context of education, this becomes extremely relevant as the scientific content, historically constructed and gathered by humanity, must be socialized and understood by the subject and educational practices need to be addressed in order to contemplate the students' particularities, while also respecting , its historical, social and cultural condition. Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo investigar em que medida os estudos de Lev Semionovitch Vigotski (1896-1934) contribuem com a educação escolar fundamentada nos princípios de uma prática humanizadora, não excludente, que vê o sujeito como um ser cultural na sua singularidade. Parte-se do pressuposto de que uma prática sistematizada, pensada e articulada com a realidade, por meio de uma relação dialética entre o ensino e o desenvolvimento possibilita a humanização e a formação do sujeito, das suas possibilidades psíquicas, bem como da sua consciência. À vista disso, desenvolveu-se uma pesquisa teórico-bibliográfica, de natureza exploratória e abordagem qualitativa pautada nos pressupostos da psicologia histórico-cultural e do materialismo histórico-dialético, com ênfase nas ideias e no pensamento de Vigotski, Marx e autores contemporâneos que coadunam da mesma perspectiva teórica. Ao considerar que a psicologia criada por Vigotski tem sua base fundamentada na filosofia marxista, optou-se por destacar aspectos relacionados à vida e à obra de Karl Marx (1818-1883), como principal representante dessa teoria e alguns desdobramentos relacionados à construção do seu método, no intento de identificar os motivos que levaram Vigotski a fundamentar a psicologia histórico-cultural no materialismo histórico-dialético. Do mesmo modo, aspectos históricos inerentes à vida e a obra de Vigotski foram trazidos à tona, com a intenção de desvelar os motivos que levaram o autor a construir uma psicologia marxista com vistas à formação de um novo homem, para uma sociedade justa e igualitária, em plano com a Revolução Socialista de 1917. O aprofundamento teórico em aspectos que dizem respeito à obra do autor e ao contexto em que ele estava inserido permite destacar como resultado que os estudos de Vigotski contribuem com a educação escolar, ao passo que, motivado pela necessidade de compreender a constituição do sujeito inserido em determinada cultura, defende que o homem se constitui humano e desenvolve a sua consciência por meio da apropriação cultural, na relação com o outro, mediado por signos e instrumentos construídos coletivamente. Seus estudos destacam que o desenvolvimento psíquico não está condicionado apenas à base orgânica, como foi preconizado por outras teorias, mas desenvolve-se principalmente a partir das relações que ele estabelece com o mundo. No âmbito da educação isso se torna extremamente relevante na medida em que o conteúdo científico, historicamente construído e acumulado pela humanidade, deve ser socializado e compreendido pelo sujeito e as práticas educativas necessitam ser encaminhadas de modo a contemplar as particularidades dos alunos, respeitando, também, sua condição histórica, social e cultural.

Summary Infant mental development occurs in interplay with a caregiver. The infant establishes an inner world, a psyche, by using his or her caregiver as transitional mental space for the development of a sense of self. This mental progress occurs simultaneously with motor elaboration, pre-conditioned by neurophysiological maturation. The bodily holding function of the caregiver, through initial skin-to-skin contact, enables the infant to develop a sense of bodily self. The pivotal role of the body as a first place of ego development is illustrated by the vignette of Nino, a 3-month-old infant whose caregiver is unable to provide the necessary physical contact, and therefore insufficiently containing the young infant. This lack of physical holding limits the infant from developing a sense of bodily self, a primary sense of self. Without the caregiver’s holding function, it is impossible for the infant to establish a relationship to a whole person.

It is part of the researches perfomed in the Study and Research Group of Teaching and Learning and Historical-Cultural Theory (GEPEAThc). The teaching of young children, especially in the period of transition from Kindergarten to Elementary Education, is substantial to the year´s sequence of schooling. During this period, children continue and consolidate the foundations of their development, which has been initiated since their entry into basic education. Therefore, our study has as it´s research theme the formation of concepts by children at the beginning of schooling. We aim to understand how concepts are formed in children from 4 to 6 years of age. For this study, we conducted a qualitative and bibliographical research based on the works of Historical-Cultural Theory, having as main references the texts and essays of L. S. Vygotsky, psychology and Soviet educators. Also, we use the contributions of contemporary researchers, who performed their investigations based and from the classical authors of this Theory. So, we started the text by presenting some researches made in Brazil, at Masters and Doctoral level, in the area of Education, which approach the self formation of the Human Kind from this theoretical reference. In the sequence, we tried to identify the historical context and emergence of the Historical-Cultural Theory, as well as its theoreticalmethodological foundations. From this perspective, we briefly discuss the process of human psychological development, specifically, the development of the child from 4 to 6 years of age. Next, we tried to understand the stages of concept formation through which children go (syncretic, complex, concepts) and the formation of mental action. In this process, it is important to emphasize the role of the teacher as the one responsible for teaching planning and pedagogical activity, in order to promote the bases of the formation of scientific concepts in children. In the sequence, we reflected on the relations between the formation of the pseudo-concepts and the potential concepts still in the pre-school age. We also analyzed psychic development through main activity and mental action. This way, we consider that the teaching process must approach the experiences of preschool children, where the understanding of phenomena is at the pseudoconcept stage. However, through the systematic organization of teaching strategies, we need to guide it to abstract the essential attributes and properties of the studied phenomena, in order to promote the internalization of this knowledge in the form of potential concepts. In this path, we understand that the organization of teaching with the objective of forming concepts can be developed by the formation of the stages of mental action. During the teaching activity, it is necessary to contemplate the plays, since they ate the guiding activity of the child with 4 to 6 years of age, being the one that governs the most relevant changes in the psychic processes in this period. We conclude that in this course of development, the teacher has a fundamental role, since it is responsible for the organization of systematized teaching in the school institution. Esta pesquisa foi desenvolvida por meio do Programa de Pós-Graduação Stricto Sensu em Educação – nível de Mestrado – área de concentração: Educação, linha de pesquisa Cultura, Processos Educativos e Formação de Professores, da Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná – UNIOESTE. Faz parte das pesquisas realizadas no Grupo de Estudo e Pesquisa sobre Ensino e Aprendizagem e Teoria Histórico-Cultural (GEPEAThc). O ensino das crianças pequenas, principalmente no período de transição da Educação Infantil para os anos iniciais, é fundamental para a sequência dos anos de escolarização. Nesse período, as crianças dão continuidade e consolidam as bases do seu desenvolvimento, iniciada desde sua entrada na educação básica. Neste sentindo, nosso estudo tem como tema de pesquisa a formação dos conceitos pelas crianças no início da escolarização. Temos como objetivo compreender como se dá a formação dos conceitos nas crianças de 4 a 6 anos de idade. Para esse estudo, realizamos uma pesquisa qualitativa, de cunho bibliográfico, fundamentada nas obras da Teoria Histórico-Cultural, tendo como principais referências os textos de L. S. Vigotski, seus colaboradores, estudos da psicologia e educação soviética. Também, utilizamos as contribuições de pesquisadores contemporâneos, que realizam suas investigações a partir dos autores clássicos desta Teoria. Desse modo, iniciamos o texto apresentando algumas pesquisas realizadas no Brasil, em nível de Mestrado e Doutorado na área da Educação, que abordam a formação a partir deste referencial teórico. Na sequência, buscamos identificar o contexto histórico e surgimento da Teoria Histórico-Cultural, assim como seus fundamentos teóricometodológicos. Nessa perspectiva, abordamos brevemente o processo de desenvolvimento psicológico humano, em específico, o desenvolvimento da criança de 4 a 6 anos de idade. Posteriormente, procuramos entender os estágios de formação do conceito pelos quais as crianças passam (sincréticos, complexos, conceitos) e a formação da ação mental. Nesse processo, cabe destaque ao papel do docente como responsável pelo planejamento de ensino e pela atividade pedagógica, para promover as bases da formação dos conceitos científicos nas crianças. Em seguida, refletimos sobre as relações entre a formação dos pseudoconceitos e os conceitos potenciais ainda na idade préescolar. Também analisamos o desenvolvimento psíquico por meio da atividade principal e da ação mental. Desta maneira, consideramos que o processo de ensino deve abordar as experiências da criança em idade pré-escolar, onde a compreensão dos fenômenos está no estágio dos pseudoconceitos. Porém, por meio da organização sistemática das estratégias de ensino, precisamos orientá-la a abstrair os atributos e propriedades essenciais dos fenômenos estudados, com o intuito de promover a internalização destes conhecimentos em forma de conceitos potenciais. Nessa trajetória, compreendemos que a organização do ensino com o objetivo de formar conceitos, pode ser desenvolvido pela formação das etapas da ação mental. Durante a atividade de ensino, se faz necessário contemplar a brincadeira, pois esta é a atividade guia da criança com 4 a 6 anos de idade, sendo a que governa as mudanças mais relevantes nos processos psíquicos neste período. Concluímos que nesse curso de desenvolvimento, o docente possui papel fundamental, já que é o responsável pela organização do ensino sistematizado, na instituição escolar.

Авторами осуществлен краткий обзор подходов, принципов и методов прогнозирования, а также задач и этапов разработки прогноза, изложены специфические требования к прогнозированию в психологии. В статье предложены определения личностной и адаптационной зрелости, осуществлен сравнительный анализ рассматриваемых видов зрелости в структурном и функциональном контекстах. Авторы обосновывают идею использования категорий «личностная» и «адаптационная зрелость» в качестве прогностических параметров при разработке прогноза психологического развития. В статье предлагаются подходы к операционализации рассматриваемых понятий и модели, отражающие ключевые свойства личностной и адаптационной зрелости как эффектов и регуляционных звеньев развития. Адаптационная зрелость представлена авторами в пространстве векторов, отражающих функциональную, структурную и динамическую сторону адаптации, а также сквозь призму ее ключевых функций (ориентационной, интеграционной и регуляционной). Предложенный авторами подход к хронологической оценке личностной зрелости основан на анализе ее параметров в пространстве двух осей координат: уровня развития субъектных качеств и степени структурной сложности., The authors have carried out a brief review of general approaches, principles and methods of prediction, as well as tasks and stages of development of prediction. This study concerns with specific requirements for prediction in psychology, describes definitions of «personal maturity» and «adaptative maturity». Comparative analysis of described types of maturity has been made in the article. It is offered to use categories «personal maturity» and «adaptative maturity» as prognosis criteria of psychic development. The authors have proposed approaches to operationalization of these concepts and models that reflect key qualities of personal and adaptative maturity as effects and regulatory links of development. Adaptative maturity is presented by the author in space of vectors reflected functional, structural and dynamic aspects of adaptation as well as through the prism of its key functions (orientational, integration and regulation). Esta investigación busca comprender cómo se contribuía al desarrollo psíquico del niño, a través de documentos orientadores para maestros de la Facultad de Educación de la que es hoy la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia/Uptc. Se trata de un estudio cualitativo que describe y presenta un análisis de contenido a través del cual se busca identificar enunciados determinantes en el desarrollo del niño y que están presentes en un archivo histórico años 1960-1965. This research seeks to understand how it contributes to the child's psychic development, through guidance documents for teachers of the Faculty of Education of what is now the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia / Uptc. It is a qualitative study that describes and presents a content analysis through which it is sought to identify determining statements in the development of the child and that are present in a historical archive from 1960-1965. Através da crítica histórico-cultural à medicalização da educação e ao TDAH, assume-se que a alternativa às propostas organicistas reside na possibilidade de gerar desenvolvimento através de processos de ensino, incluindo a atenção e o autocontrole da conduta. Considerando a necessidade de instrumentalização pedagógica de professores para enfrentar esta questão, o objeto de estudo desta pesquisa é a relação entre o processo de ensino escolar e o desenvolvimento da atenção voluntária. A tese afirma que o desenvolvimento desta função ocorre por demanda da própria atividade, por meio de tarefas de ensino planejadas e executadas pelo professor de modo a conduzir o educando à internalização de signos que passam a mediar internamente sua atenção, tornando-a crescentemente autocontrolada por motivos ligados ao estudo, em uma educação escolar que, ao ensinar os conteúdos sistemático-científicos, promova intencionalmente tal desenvolvimento. Sendo assim, seu objetivo é identificar determinantes pedagógicos responsáveis por melhor promover o desenvolvimento da atenção voluntária de crianças dos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental, tendo em vista o processo de ensino sob responsabilidade do professor. Os principais referenciais teóricos utilizados são o Materialismo Histórico Dialético, a Psicologia Histórico-Cultural e a Pedagogia Histórico-Crítica, assim como de estudos sobre a produção social do fracasso escolar e a medicalização da educação. Esta é uma pesquisa interventiva com coleta de dados em campo. Os sujeitos são 95 crianças de 4 turmas do segundo ano do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola municipal e suas respectivas professoras. O pesquisador conduziu Verificações do Desempenho Atencional na Tarefa no início e fim do ano letivo de 2016, e ministrou Intervenções de Ensino Escolar durante 16 semanas entre as duas Verificações mencionadas, com registros presenciais (realizados por auxiliar de pesquisa) e em vídeo, observando o tempo de atenção na tarefa das crianças, entre outros fatores. Os resultados empíricos indicaram que as turmas ampliaram, ao longo do ano, suas capacidades escolares, incluindo seus desempenhos nas tarefas, autocontrole da conduta e volumes atencionais voluntários. No cerne deste movimento está justamente o processo de internalização de signos/conteúdos escolares na atividade de estudo, demonstrando a tese antes exposta. O objetivo de pesquisa foi realizado através de síntese teórico-concreta superadora dos resultados empíricos, esclarecendo que os principais determinantes pedagógicos destas mudanças estão, sobretudo, nas formas como os conteúdos são ensinados, com destaque para o número de fases de uma tarefa e suas durações em aula, assim como para o movimento de intercalar oportunidades centralizadas e descentralizadas de ensino, de acordo com os recursos atencionais atuais e iminentes dos educandos, com vistas à coesão interna da tríade conteúdo-forma-destinatário. Por fim, exploram-se alguns desdobramentos pedagógicos dos resultados teóricos de pesquisa, em alternativa a medidas medicalizantes em contexto escolar, sinalizando a necessidade de aprofundamento de tais implicações em projetos futuros. Facing contentious diagnosis, elementary school students receive medical treatment for alleged neurobiological learning disabilities such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). By means of historical-cultural critical view of education medicalization and ADHD, we stand that the alternative to organicist solutions to this problem lies on developing attention e behavioral self-control through teaching processes. Whereas it is necessary prepare teachers to deal with this matter, this study object is the relation between school teaching and voluntary attention development. The main idea is that this psychological function development occurs depending on child’s own activity, by means of teaching tasks, planned and executed by teachers towards students internalization of signs, that start to internally mediate their attention processes, turning it to be progressively self-controlled and tied to study motivation, considering that school education, as teaches its own systematic and scientific contents, intentionally promotes psychic development. Thus, this study goal is to identify the pedagogical determinants responsible for the best promotion of voluntary attention development in the early ages of primary school. The theoretical references were Historical-Dialectical Materialism, Cultural-Historical Psychology and Critical-Historical Pedagogy, aside from studies about school failure social production and education medicalization. This is a interventional research with field data collection. The participant subjects are 95 second grade elementary school students of 4 different classes and their respective teachers. The researcher applied Attention Performance Assessment in Tasks at the beginning and by the end of the school year of 2016 and presented School Teaching Interventions along 16 weeks between the two mentioned Assessment, registered in notes (taken by research assistant) and video, observing time of attention during child’s tasks, among other factors. Empirical results indicate that during the year children amplified their school abilities, including task performance, behavioral self-control and voluntary attention. At the core of this movement is exactly the sign/school contents internalization process, demonstrating the previously exposed thesis. The research goal has been achieved by means of concrete-theoretical synthesis, which has overcome the empirical results and has shown that the main pedagogical determinants are, above all, in the ways how contents are taught, with emphasis to the number of phases and length of the task, aside the movement of intersperse centralized and decentralizes teaching opportunities, according to students current and imminent attention resources, aiming internal cohesion of the triad content-form-recipient. Finally, we prospect some pedagogical developments of the research theoretical results, alternatively to medicalizant measures in school context, pointing to the need of deepening of such implications in future projects.

With regard to philosophical anthropology, a human ecological framework for the human&ndash, environment relationship as an &ldquo, ecology of the person&rdquo, is outlined, which focuses on the term &ldquo, relationship&rdquo, and aims to be scientifically sound. It also provides theoretical orientations for multiprofessional clinical work. For this purpose, a multi-dimensional basic grid for the characterization of the individual human being is proposed. The necessity and meaningfulness of a differentiation and systematization of the terms &ldquo, environment&rdquo, and above all &ldquo, are demonstrated, and practical examples and links to similar framework models are given.

A recente visibilidade do autismo reflete mudanças nos manuais diagnósticos e a valorização de políticas da primeira infância, com ênfase na prevenção. O objetivo do artigo é articular prevenção e conceitos psicanalíticos sobre desenvolvimento psíquico, com enfoque no autismo. Discute-se a ideia de prevenção na psicanálise e apresenta-se a possibilidade de prevenção de sinais de risco a partir dos indicadores: perturbações no olhar, não instauração do terceiro tempo do circuito pulsional e brincar como acesso à intersubjetividade. Conclui-se que a identificação dos sinais de risco não deve ser utilizada para determinar precocemente um déficit, mas para promover o desenvolvimento. Autism spectrum disorder was given visibility recently, this causes changes in diagnostic manuals and the valorization of early childhood policies, emphasizing prevention practices. The objective of this article is to relate prevention and psychoanalytic concepts about psychic development, focusing on autism. We discuss the idea of prevention in psychoanalysis, we also present the possibility of prevention of risk signals based on three indicators: gaze disturbances, non-establishment of the third time considering the drive theory and play as an access to intersubjectivity. We conclude that the identification of risk signs should not be used to determine an early deficit but serve to promote the development.Index terms: autism; psychoanalysis; prevention; psychic development. La reciente visibilidad del autismo refleja cambios en los manuales diagnósticos y la valorización de políticas de la primera infancia, con énfasis en la prevención. El objetivo del artículo es articular prevención y conceptos psicoanalíticos sobre desarrollo psíquico, con enfoque en el autismo. Se discute la idea de prevención en el psicoanálisis, y se presenta la posibilidad de prevención de signos de riesgo a partir de los indicadores: perturbaciones en la mirada, no instauración del tercer tiempo del circuito pulsional y jugar como acceso a la intersubjetividad. Se concluye que la identificación de los signos de riesgo no debe ser utilizada para determinar precozmente un déficit, sino para promover el desarrollo.

Este artigo relata a história da proposta e da validação do instrumento Indicadores de Risco para Desenvolvimento Infantil (IRDI), composto de 31 indicadores clínicos de referência para o acompanhamento de problemas ou entraves no desenvolvimento psíquico de crianças de zero a dezoito meses. Aborda as discussões geradas no interior do campo psicanalítico em torno da criação daquele instrumento e da promulgação da Lei nº 13.438, examinando criticamente as objeções a esta levantadas por psicanalistas e técnicos do Ministério da Saúde. Finaliza com propostas de reformulação de alguns pressupostos do IRDI e de manutenção de outros, passados quase vinte anos desde sua criação. This article tells the history of the proposal and of the validation of the Indicadores de Risco para o Desenvolvimento Infantil (IRDI), an instrument composed by 31 reference clinical indicators for the monitoring of problems or impediments in the psychic development of children from zero to eighteen months. We approach the discussions generated within the psychoanalytic field on the creation of this instrument and of the promulgation of the Law no. 13.438, critically examining the objections done by psychoanalysts and technicians of Ministry of Health to this law. We conclude with proposals to modify some presuppositions in IRDI and to maintain others, after almost 20 years of its creation. El artículo relata la historia de la propuesta y de la validación del IRDI, un instrumento compuesto por 31 indicadores clínicos de referencia para el seguimiento de los problemas o de los obstáculos en el desarrollo psíquico de los niños desde cero hasta dieciocho meses de edad. El artículo se acerca a las discusiones generadas dentro del campo psicoanalítico alrededor de la creación de ese instrumento y de la divulgación de la Ley nº. 13.438, revisando criticamente las objeciones planteadas por psicoanalistas y por técnicos del Ministerio de la Salud al respecto de esa ley. Concluye con propuestas de reformulación de algunas presuposiciones del IRDI y con propuestas de mantenimiento de otras, casi 20 años después de su créacion.

À vista desta necessidade, empreendemos uma investigação teórico-conceitual fundamentada na psicologia histórico-cultural e na pedagogia histórico-crítica, cujos objetivos foram: investigar as articulações entre o desenvolvimento da linguagem oral e da linguagem escrita, desvelando o alcance abstrativo desse processo; identificar os fundamentos psicológicos e linguísticos requeridos à alfabetização; e corroborar com a formação de professores, apontando conteúdos imprescindíveis para o trabalho com a língua materna. Guiamo-nos pela hipótese de que a secundarização, pelas teorias pedagógicas hegemônicas (em especial as construtivistas), do ensino dos conteúdos linguísticos fundamentais para a apropriação da escrita, conduziu a uma negação dos mesmos, condicionando a aprendizagem da escrita pela criança a um repertório verbal próprio e circunscrito à vida cotidiana — em detrimento dos elementos linguísticos mais elaborados e requeridos pelo sistema de escrita. Diante do apresentado pelo aporte teórico-conceitual constitutivo desta investigação, concluímos ser de fundamental importância o resgate do ensino de conteúdos imprescindíveis à apropriação desse instrumento cultural complexo que é a escrita. E, visando contribuir com o atendimento desta demanda, elaboramos três princípios didáticos requeridos a uma prática pedagógica histórico-crítica, que, por seu fundamento dialético, supera o movimento pendular entre, ora determinado método de alfabetização, ora outro. Com tais proposições, esperamos auxiliar o professor no desempenho de sua tarefa como alfabetizador, ciente de que os domínios da leitura e da escrita se impõem como lastro de todo o percurso de escolarização, isto é, como dispositivo básico do qual dependerão os demais processos de aprendizagem que compõem o universo escolar e a vida, no seio da cultura. This research represents an unfolding of the researcher's didactic-pedagogical necessity - in her condition as literacy-teacher and literacy-teacher trainer, by means of the appropriation of scientific knowledge about the teaching of reading and writing through a critical perspective of education. In view of this necessity, we embarked a theoretical-conceptual investigation based on the historical-cultural psychology and on the historical-critical pedagogy, whose aims were: to investigate the links between the development of oral language and written language, exhibiting the abstractive reach of this process; to identify the psychological and linguistic foundations required to literacy; and to support teaching training, pointing indispensable contents in the work with mother tongue. We were guided by the hypothesis which states that the teaching of major linguistic contents' second place, established by hegemonic pedagogic theories (notably the constructivist one), to the writing appropriation conducted to the rejection of these contents, conditioning the child's learning of writing to a personal and limited to daily life verbal repertoire, rather than more sophisticated linguistic elements, which are required by the writing system. In light of what is shown by the research's theoretical-conceptual basis, we concluded to be of paramount importance the rescue of teaching of contents that are crucial to the appropriation of writing, which is a complex cultural instrument. Aiming to contribute to fulfilling this demand, we elaborated three didactic principles required to a historical-critical teaching practice, which, due to its dialectic foundation, overcome the commuter movement between using one certain literacy method at one time, and another one at another time. With these propositions we expected to assist literacy-teachers when performing their tasks, knowing that the writing and reading domains assert themselves as ballast of the schooling process as a whole, that is to say, as a basic device from which the other learning processes that compose the school universe and life, within culture, will surface.

Visou-se explicitar que os antagonismos de classe permeiam a esfera da educação escolar ao impedirem à classe trabalhadora a apropriação dos signos da cultura que desnudam o potencial das forças produtivas em transcender o modo de produção vigente e ter nas necessidades humanas novo impulso direcionador. Delimitamos como hipótese desta investigação que, tendo em vista que a organização social burguesa vale-se de mecanismos contra-atuantes para barrar a realização das necessidades das forças produtivas, transgressoras das leis gerais de reprodução do capital, na esfera da educação escolar os ideários pedagógicos cerceadores da apropriação da realidade aos limites do pensamento empírico atuam como barreiras impeditivas do alcance das necessidades suplantadoras da ordem social burguesa. A verificação da referida hipótese ancorou-se na epistemologia materialista histórico-dialética e nos preceitos fundamentais da psicologia histórico-cultural e da pedagogia histórico-crítica. Ao longo da investigação, a categoria necessidade revelou sua essência antagônica de garantidora da dinâmica em que as contradições do sistema capitalista se movem e se realizam e geradora da divergência basilar entre a finalidade de autovalorização do capital e o potencial das necessidades de suas forças produtivas cuja complexidade supera os limites das presunções burguesas pautadas na usurpação do trabalho alheio. This work is a critical to the concept of Basic Learning Needs through the submission of the need category to the Marxian methodological movement, revealing of the general laws of capitalist society. It aimed to clarify that the class antagonisms permeate the sphere of education, preventing the working class ownership of the cultural signs that revelas the potential of the productive forces that transcend the existing mode of production and has the humans needs as its new foundation. We have delimited as the hypothesis of this research, that, given that the bourgeois social organization makes use of counter -acting mechanisms to stop the fulfillment of the needs of the productive forces, in the sphere of education the pedagogical ideals which curtail the appropriation of reality to the limits of empirical thinking act as barriers hindering the scope of the needs which outline the ways to overcome the bourgeois social order. The verification of such a hypothesis anchored in the historical and dialectical materialist epistemology and the fundamental principles of the historical- cultural psychology and historical- critical pedagogy. Throughout the research, the category needs revealed its antagonistic essence of guaranteeing the dynamic in which the contradictions of the capitalist system move and perform and generating the basic difference between the purpose of self-valorization of capital and the potential of its productive forces which go towards meeting needs that transcend and overcome it.

There has been a strong debate among developmental psychologists concerning the emergence of self in infancy, the ability to differentiate between self and other and the time when infants understand that ‘me’ and the other make two different human beings. Classical psychoanalytic theory, postulates that during the early phases of infant mental development there is no internal, external differentiation. On the basis of recent infant observational studies C. Trevarthen and D. Stern propose that infants have a primary intersubjectivity that develops as an adaptation for social life before birth, and there is no initial psychic undifferentiation as psychoanalysts believe. Considering these two opposite views, Bernard Golse psychiatrist, psychoanalyst offers a third alternative of infant psychic development. This proposes that intersubjectivity is created in a dynamic way between moments of transient intersubjectivity and moments of undifferentiation until intersubjectivity is stabilized. Στο άρθρο αυτό αρχικά παρουσιάζονται οι δύο κυρίαρχες θέσεις σχετικά με την ανάδυση του εαυτού στη βρεφική ηλικία, με την ικανότητα των βρεφών να διαχωρίζουν τον εαυτό τους από τον άλλον και να κατανοούν ότι εγώ και ο άλλος συνιστούν δύο διαφορετικά άτομα. Σύμφωνα με την ψυχαναλυτική θεωρία, στις αρχικές φάσεις της βρεφικής ανάπτυξης δεν υπάρχει διαφοροποίηση εαυτού και άλλου. La presente investigación busca caracterizar la atmósfera psíquica en cuanto factor de desarrollo psíquico en adolescentes gestantes. Se utiliza el estudio de casos de enfoque cualitativo, enmarcado en el método clínico de enfoque psicoanalítico. Se seleccionaron seis adolescentes gestantes entre 14 y 17 años, de estrato socioeconómico bajo, cuyo embarazo no fue consecuencia de abuso sexual, pertenecientes al programa "Madres gestantes y lactantes", de la Subdirección Local de la Secretaría para la Integración Social de Tunjuelito, en la ciudad de Bogotá. Con cada una se realizaron tres entrevistas en profundidad. Se encontró que la atmósfera psíquica de las adolescentes gestantes ha contribuido al detenimiento del desarrollo psíquico en cinco de los casos, y al deterioro del mismo en uno de ellos. This study intends to characterize psychic atmosphere as a psychic development factor in pregnant teenagers. The case research in a qualitative approach was used within the framework of the clinical psychoanalytic method. 6 pregnant teenagers with ages between 14 and 17 years, from a low socio-economic level were chosen, whose pregnancies were not a result of sexual abuse and who belonged to the "Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers" of the Tunjuelito Secretary for Social Integration's Local subdirection in Bogotá. Three in-depth interviews were carried out with each individual. The psychic atmosphere of the pregnant teenagers has contributed to stop ping psychic development altogether in 5 cases, and to its deterioration in the other case.

A work experience in the school which illustrates a proposal for the psychic development from a psychoanalyticperspective, especially from neokleinian conceptions, is presented. We describe simple interventionswhich try to show the subjectivity of the participants and the possibility of symbolize diverse experiences(specifically the ones which demand contention and transformation). The work developed on differentscenarios and with “scholar life actors”, seeks to build an institutional culture on which the psychic developmentdimension is included and legitimate spaces for aggression could be considered and constructed.

Neste trabalho, analisamos o transexualismo dentro de uma abordagem psicanalítica, a partir do atendimento de um adolescente transexual. Subsidiando nossa discussão, apresentamos resumidamente algumas teorias sobre o assunto e alguns tópicos teóricos da psicanálise. O caso estudado sugere que nesse distúrbio a pessoa faz uso de mecanismos egóicos defensivos muito primitivos, que visam protegê-la de uma desorganização psíquica. En este trabajo, analisamos el transexualismo adentro de un abordaje psicoanalitico, a partir del atendimiento de un adolescente transexual. Subsidiando nuestra discución, presentamos resumidamente algunas teorías sobre el asunto y algunos tópicos del psicoanalisis. El caso estudiado sugiere que en este disturbio la persona hace uso de mecanismos egoisticos defensivos muy primitivos, que visam protegerla de una desorganización psiquica. Ce travail étudie le transexualisme dans une perspective psychanalytique, à partir de l’analyse du cas d’un adolescent transexuel. Pour approfondir la discussion, nous aprésentons théories sur ce théme et quelques topiques théoriques de la psychanalyse. Les cas étudié suggère que dans ce trouble, l’individu fait l’usage de mechanismes moïques defensifs très primitifs, qui cherchent à le protèger contre la désorganisation psychique. A psychoanalytical approach was used in analyzing transsexualism in the case of an adolescent transsexual. The discussion presented in the study is supported by some psychoanalytical theories as well as other theories on this subject. The results suggest that an individual suffering from this disturbance makes use of really primitive egoistic defense mechanisms to protect against psychic disorganization.

Nessa direção, aponta a apropriação de signos como marco decisivo na superação das bases psíquicas naturais em direção à formação de propriedades psicofísicas culturalmente instituídas, caracterizando o psiquismo como sistema interfuncional responsável pela constituição da imagem subjetiva da realidade objetiva. Em face de tais pressupostos, afirma o papel da educação escolar na formação da referida imagem, com destaque às diferenças qualitativas resultantes do ensino pautado em conceitos cotidianos e espontâneos e em conceitos científicos. Advoga que a defesa da qualidade dos signos disponibilizados à apropriação pela educação escolar é o ponto de intersecção central entre a psicologia histórico cultural e a pedagogia histórico-crítica. This article aims to show elements based on historical-cultural psychology, which are reiterative of historically systematized scientific knowledge transmission as condition of human development and essential function of school education. In that way, it points the sign appropriation as decisive mark in the natural psychic basis overcoming towards to culturally established psychophysical properties formation, characterizing the psychism as an interfuncional system answerable for the constitution of the subjective image of objective reality. In the face of such presuppositions, it firms the role of school education in the mentioned image formation, highlighting the qualitative differences resultant of education based to quotidian and spontaneous concepts, as well as scientific ones. It pleads that the defense of sign quality offered to appropriation by school education is the main intersection point between the historical-cultural psychology and the historical-critical pedagogy. International audience; The authors develop the idea according to which expressions of magical thinking can also be found in other cultures. From examples described by anthropologists the authors try to identify this « primitive residual mentality » that still exists in latent form in the psyche of each human being. Magical thinking is an attempt to escape anxiety and conflict from both external and internal world, as if the act of thinking could control, explain, and even change reality.; Les auteurs développent l’idée que la pensée magique trouvera aussi sa forme d’expression dans d’autres cultures. À partir des exemples rencontrés par des anthropologues, les auteurs abordent ce « reliquat de la mentalité primitive » qui subsiste toujours sous une forme latente dans le psychisme de tout un chacun. Les auteurs développent leurs réflexions appuyées sur l’idée que la pensée magique constituerait une tentative d’échapper aux angoisses et aux conflits et du monde externe et du monde interne ; comme si l’acte de penser pouvait contrôler, expliquer et même changer la réalité.
