Purpose: to study the features of humic fertilizer impact on water consumption, yield and quality of onions under drip irrigation in the dry-steppe zone of Saratov Trans-Volga region. Materials and methods. Field studies were carried out on dark chestnut soils in 2019–2022. The objects of the study were the zoned Chalcedony variety and fertilizers based on humic acids. Related observations and studies of water consumption, productivity formation and yield quality were carried out using generally accepted methods. Results. Research has shown that when maintaining a drip irrigation regime, which involves watering when soil moisture is reduced to 80 % of the lowest moisture capacity in the 0–30 cm layer, the total water consumption of onions on average over the years of the study amounted to 4102 cub. m/ha, average daily – 31 cub. m/ha. The humic fertilizer application contributed to a more economical use of moisture and irrigation water, as evidenced by a decrease in the water consumption coefficient by 7.1–23.3 %, and the cost of irrigation water to form a unit of marketable output by 15.9–24.0 %. Humic fertilizers also provided a significant yield increase – 4.9–15.31 t/ha (10–31 % higher than the control – without fertilizers). Conclusions: the humic fertilizer application, which have stimulating and adaptogenic features, when growing onions under the arid conditions of the Saratov Trans-Volga region with drip irrigation, is an effective technique that ensures more economical use of water resources and increases the yield of one of the leading vegetable crops – onions.

We study the emptiness formation probability (EFP) in the six-vertex model with domain wall boundary conditions. We present a conjecture according to which at the ice point, i.e., when all the Boltzmann weights are equal, the known multiple integral representation (MIR) for the EFP can be given as a finite-size matrix determinant of Fredholm type. Our conjecture is based on the explicit evaluation of the MIR for particular values of geometric parameters and on two kinds of identities for the boundary correlation function. The obtained representation can be further written as the Fredholm determinant of some linear integral operator. We show that as the geometric parameters of the EFP are tuned to the vicinity of the arctic curve arising in the scaling limit, the conjectured determinant turns into the GUE Tracy–Widom distribution.

We consider the four-vertex model on a finite domain of the square lattice with the so-called scalar-product boundary conditions. It can be described in terms of nonintersecting lattice paths which are additionally restricted in their propagation in one of the two spacial directions. We compute the one-point function measuring the probability to obtain a path on a given lattice edge. Aim. Study of the association of polymorphic variants of CYP2C19 (G681A), P2RY12 (H1/H2), ITGB3 (T1565C), ITGA2 (C807T), eNOS3 (T786C) genes with high residual platelet reactivity (HRPR) to clopidogrel and acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) at different terms of myocardial infarction (MI).Material and methods. The study included 400 patients with MI aged 31-74 years, 317 (79,3%) men and 83 (20,7%) women. Platelet aggregation performed on days 1-2, 12-14 and 28-30 of MI, and genotyping by the polymerase chain reaction were analyzed using the STATISTICA 10.0 program.Results. Differences were found in ADP-test 1-3 depending on the CYP2C19 (G681A) polymorphism, ADP-test 1 depending on the P2RY12 (H1/H2) polymorphism, ADP-test 2 depending on the ITGB3 (T1565C) polymorphism, ASPI-test 1 depending on the eNOS (T786C) polymorphism. The risk of HRPR to clopidogrel is higher in 681A CYP2C19 allele carriers compared to the G681 carriers throughout the entire observation period: initially odds ratio (OR) of 1,8 (1,14-2,88), p=0,012, on days 12-14 of MI, OR of 1,7 (1,08-2,68), p=0,023 and on days 28-30 of MI, OR of 2,3 (1,42-3,81), p=0,0008. The risk of HRPR to clopidogrel is higher in AA CYP2C19 genotype carriers compared to GG genotype carriers, on days 1-2 of MI (OR 6,5 (1,16-36,4), p=0,033), on days 28-30 of MI (OR 7,8 (1,26-48,0), p=0,027). The risk of HRPR to clopidogrel on days 1-2 of MI is higher in H2 P2RY12 locus carriers compared to H1 locus carriers (OR 1,5 (1,02-2,22), p=0,039). The risk of HRPR to ASA on days 1-2 of MI is higher in the 786C eNOS3 allele carriers compared to T786 allele carriers (OR 1,4 (1,02-1,96), p=0,036). Carriers of haplotypes of minor alleles of CYP2C19 + ITGA2 + P2RY12 + eNOS genes (OR 3,9 (1,13-13,65), p=0,032) and CYP2C19 + ITGA2 + eNOS genes (OR 5,1 (1,7214,96), p=0,0032) have higher risk of HRPR to dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) on days 28-30 of MI compared to the rest of patients.Conclusion. The association of HRPR to clopidogrel with the CYP2C19 (G681A) polymorphism was found during the entire observation period, with the P2RY12 (H1/H2) polymorphism on days 1-2 of MI, with the ITGB3 (T1565C) polymorphism on days 10-12 of MI. The association of HRPR to ASA with eNOS (T786C) polymorphism was found on days 1-2 of MI. Minor allele haplotypes of the CYP2C19 + ITGA2 + P2RY12 + eNOS genes and CYP2C19 + ITGA2 + eNOS genes were associated with a higher risk of developing HRPR to DAPT on days 28-30 of MI.

The aim of the study is to investigate low-cost sources of organic-allowed inputs for iceberg lettuce and chicory radicchio vegetative growth. Experiments were conducted under protected cultivation. The following treatments were used: boiled chicken manure for fertigation (2.5; 5; 7.5; and 10%); Bokashi as a mineral fertilizer N-P-K (4-14-8) in the substrate; and the control (water). The total leaf biomass (TLB) (g), commercial leaf biomass (CLB) (g), plant diameter (DIA) (cm), plant height (HEI) (cm), number of leaves (NL) (for lettuce only), and chlorophyll index (CLO) (Falker index) were evaluated. The mineral fertilizer provided the highest means of production variables for both lettuce and chicory. For iceberg lettuce, the means of an organic treatment were similar to the mineral fertilizer only for the CLO variable and for the NL in BCM 10%. For radicchio chicory, the organic treatments had similar means to the mineral fertilizer for the DIA and CLO. Only Bokashi had a similar mean to mineral for the HEI variable.

We formulate the six-vertex model with domain wall boundary conditions in terms of an integral over Grassmann variables. Relying on this formulation, we propose a method of calculation of correlation functions of the model for the case of the weights satisfying the free-fermion condition. We consider here in details the one-point correlation function describing the probability of a given state on an arbitrary edge of the lattice. We show that in the thermodynamic limit performed in such a way that the lattice is scaled to the square of unit side length, this function exhibits the 'arctic ellipse' phenomenon, in agreement with the previous studies on random domino tilings of Aztec diamonds: it approaches its limiting values outside of an ellipse inscribed into this square, and takes continuously intermediate values inside the ellipse. We derive also the scaling properties of the one-point function in the vicinity of an arbitrary point of the arctic ellipse and in the vicinities of the points where the ellipse touches the boundary. We consider solutions of the RLL-relation with the R-matrix related to the five-vertex model. We show that in the case where the quantum space of the L-operator is infinite-dimensional and coincides with the Fock space of quantum oscillator, the solution of the RLL-relation gives a phase model with two external fields. In the case of a two-dimensional quantum space, there exist two solutions each corresponding to the five-vertex model, and their special case, corresponding to the four-vertex model. This paper presents the results of a study showing that in an area with moldboard tillage there are 16 species of weeds belonging to the following families: Roaceae B., Polygonaceae J, Chenopodiaceae V., Amaranthaceae J., etc. It has been established that with no-mouldboard tillage soils in the study area grow 33 plant species belonging to different families, such as Roaceae B., Polygonaceae J, Chenopodiaceaevent, Rubiaceae, etc. It was revealed that the dominant plant species in the study area were: Amaranthus Retroflexus L., A. blitoides S. Watson, Conyza canadensis (L.) Crong and other harmful cosmopolitan perennials, such as: Convōlvulus arvēnsis, Euphorbia waldstéinii, Cīrsium setōsum.

Цель исследования – оценить частоту встречаемости высокой остаточной реактивности тромбоцитов (ВОРТ) у пациентов с не-Q инфарктом миокарда (не-Q-ИМ) в зависимости от возраста и особенностей терапии в разные сроки от начала развития ИМ. Методы исследования. В исследование включены 78 пациентов с острым не-Q-ИМ, поделенных на подгруппы (ПГ) в зависимости от возраста: ПГ1 (31-44 года) – 5 чел. (6,4%), ПГ 2 (45-59 лет) – 36 чел. (46,2%), ПГ 3 (60-74 года) – 37 чел. (47,4%). Пролечены консервативно 34 чел. (43,6%), 44 чел. (56,4%) подвергались процедуре первичного чрескожного коронарного вмешательства (ЧКВ). Оценку агрегации тромбоцитов проводили на импедансном агрегометре Multiplate (Германия) с несколькими индукторами агрегации при поступлении, через 12-14 дней и 28-30 дней от начала ИМ. Результаты. Aim. To compare the cardio-ankle vascular index (CAVI) and the novel START vascular stiffness index and assess their values and correlations with clinical parameters.Material and methods. This multicenter study included 928 (403 men and 525 women) randomly selected patients, aged 18 to 89 years (mean age, 41±15,8 years). Inclusion criteria were age over 18 years. There were following exclusion criteria: mental disorder, severe somatic diseases and cancer, contraindications for volume sphygmography using the Fukuda Denshi VS-1500 VaSera system, no patient consent, ankle-brachial index 1,3. Further, according to the main parameters obtained using volum sphygmography, a novel START index was calculated. Comparison of index values and analysis of their correlation with clinical indicators, such as age, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure (PP), body mass index and heart rate (HR), were carried out using simple and multiple linear regression, dispersion analysis, calculation of the Pearson coefficient (r), in the software environment R version 4.0.2.Results. Statistical analysis revealed a high correlation between START and CAVI indices (r=0,986, p0,05). According to multiple linear regression, the relationship between diastolic blood pressure at the age of 30-60 years and PP at the age of 18-40 years with the START index is more pronounced than with the CAVI index. However, further study of the mathematical model did not reveal a significant difference in the index values for groups with and without high blood pressure.Conclusion. The START vascular stiffness index significantly correlates with the CAVI index, showing no significant differences from CAVI in quantitative relationships with blood pressure, body mass index, heart rate, and sex in various subgroups of the subjects.

The six-vertex model on a finite square lattice with the so-called partial domain wall boundary conditions is considered. For the case of rational Boltzmann weights, the polarization on the free boundary of the lattice is computed. For the finite lattice the result is given in terms of a ratio of determinants. In the limit, where the side of the lattice with free boundary tends to infinity (the limit of a semi-infinite lattice), they are simplified and can be evaluated in a closed form. Стаття присвячена актуальним напрямам вдосконалення інформаційного забезпечення переробки твердих побутових відходів в територіальних громадах. Обґрунтовано необхідність виробництва альтернативних джерел енергії з продукції агропромислового сектору як засобу досягнення енергетичної незалежності України. Досліджено стан інформаційного забезпечення переробкою побутових відходів. Визначенні основні існуючі проблеми при переробці в комунальних підприємствах територіальних громад, а саме нестача (або повна відсутність) інформації про кількість твердих побутових відходів, які були зібрані/переробляються, нерозвиненість інфраструктури та сфери послуг, стабільне зростання транспортних витрат підприємства, недостатній рівень технологічної оснащеності підприємств. Визначенні, що найбільш доцільним для модернізації організаційно-методичного забезпечення інформаційної системи територіальних громад є використання засобів моделювання «Microsoft Ekcel», що дасть можливість виходячи з даних про обсяги потенційних клієнтів, зростання кількості ТПВ та проаналізувавши попередні періоди діяльності підприємств спрогнозувати в середньостроковій перспективі доцільність створення нового виду виробництва на підприємстві з фінансової точки зору. Аргументована необхідність реалізації запропонованих заходів з вдосконалення інформаційного забезпечення діяльності підприємств орієнтованих на переробку твердих побутових відходів, що дасть можливість підвищити рівень екологобезпечного розвитку України та слугуватиме доповненням до Національно стратегії управління відходами до в Україні до 2030 року.
