In 1981, Gadamer gave his Text und Interpretation speech at a Paris conference. He emphasized the role of interpretation as a wholly fundamental phenomenon shaping our overall relation with the world. All knowledge seems to be dependent on interpretation, as Gadamer claims in Wahrheit und Methode, his central work, as early as 1960. The work's key term is interpretation, taken from Gadamer's later lecture, as it narrows hermeneutic interpretation, focusing it on one specific problem. Gadamer's hermeneutics is treated as a correct interpretation methodology of sorts - a position Gadamer himself always denounced. The decision is intentional and will be explained and defended in the text. This approach will allow Gadamer's general propositions to be tested in a real, concrete situation.

Der vorliegende Beitrag der Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Schriften ist ein Sammelband, der die Beiträge der Studierenden des 2. Fachsemesters im Masterstudiengang General Management aus den beiden Wintersemestern 2017/2018 und 2018/19 umfasst, er enthält somit die Arbeiten aus zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Jahren. Die Einzelbeiträge wurden jeweils in einer zwei Monate dauernden Projektarbeit im Herbst 2017 bzw. 2018 erarbeitet und im Januar des darauffolgenden Jahres präsentiert. Im Wintersemester 2017/2018 lag der Schwerpunkt auf Mergers & Akquisitions. Zur Ergänzung standen auch einige Themen zur Auswahl, die sich mit Finanzmarktprodukten, der internationalen Finanzkrise und speziellen Wirtschaftsthemen befassten. Insgesamt hatten die Studenten die Auswahl aus 18 Themen, wovon letztlich sieben Themen bearbeitet wurden. Im Wintersemester 2018/2019 gab es die Schwerpunkte Genossenschaftswesen und Zulieferindustrie. Hier fanden von den vorgeschlagenen 17 Themen acht Problemstellungen eine Bearbeitung. Das Besondere dieser Ausarbeitungen liegt darin, dass sie in Form eines journalistischen Artikels aufgebaut sind und die Autoren als Gruppe (in der Regel 3 Personen) die Aufgabe hatten, eine auch für Nichtfachleute geeignete Form der Darstellung zu finden. Besonderer Wert wurde auch auf einen gut lesbaren Schreibstil und die Vielfalt der Gestaltungsformen gelegt. Die Arbeiten liegen hier in der Originalversion vor und wurden nicht redigiert. Die Fakten wurden nach bestem Wissen ermittelt, jedoch besteht kein Anspruch auf Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit.

This bachelor thesis seeks to investigate, by means of a questionnaire survey, the level of information of the general public about an extraordinary event, both in the stage of its prevention and in the stage of dealing with the event. At present, information is the alpha and omega in the society as the necessity to have correct and necessary information available increases quickly, also in the field of protection of the population, while the receiving of information, its correct evaluation and timely communication may affect lives and health of the population, the property, as well as the environment. In its introductory part the thesis, using available sources, deals with information and communication in general. This includes generation, spreading and utilization of information. It also covers the issues of extraordinary events, preventive educational activities, communication chains to spread information among the public and workplaces responsible for dealing with extraordinary events, as well as methods used to inform the general public in the course of extraordinary events. The other part of the thesis analyzes results obtained from the questionnaire survey and compares chosen results with the information obtained from informal interviews with professional workers. The results may be utilized by the Fire Rescue Service of the South Bohemian region to prepare specialized trainings for mayors of municipalities or for education of the general public. Conclusions of the thesis contain proposed methods to inform the general public, both during the preparatory stage of an extraordinary event and while dealing with it. It is very important for the general public to have the information necessary for proper conduct in case of an extraordinary event because only a well-instructed and informed person is able to protect him/herself and help the other people.

The thesis contains the summary and application of regular expressions in practice. For demonstration of practical use of them there is a program in the thesis that, with help of regular expressions, searches for new versions of installed programmes on websites, downloads them if necessary and installs them into the operation system.

Dějinami pražských měst v první polovině 16. století se zabývá poměrně velké množství dosud vydané historické literatury. Období bojů městského stavu s panstvem a rytíři patří nezanedbatelným událostem, které mají své pevné místo nejen v historii hlavního města, ale i v celých českých dějinách. Paradoxně je však většina textů pojednávajících o snaze měšťanů zajistit si své postavení mezi zemskými stavy součástí rozsáhlých publikací věnujících se synteticky dějinám Prahy od jejího počátku.

Do często spotykanych dwudziestowiecznych stereotypów należał stereotyp żydokomuny. Wśród przeciwników rewolucji bolszewickiej pojawia się bardzo wcześnie. Fakt, że wielu przywódców wywodziło się z kręgów żydowskich (np. Bronstein-Trocki, Bucharin, Kamieniew), zdawał się w oczach licznych współczesnych obserwatorów potwierdzać tezę, iż inspiratorami i sprawcami rewolucji byli Żydzi. Pamiętajmy jednak, że dziewiętnastowieczny antysemityzm nie oskarżał Żydów o sprzyjanie lewicy, ale o promowanie liberalnego kapitalizmu. Złowrogim Żydem w oczach antysemitów był więc raczej bankier Rothschild niż prorok rewolucji Marks. Ojciec francuskiego antysemityzmu Drumont widzi w Żydach wyzyskiwaczy-krwiopijców żerujących na nędzy francuskiego robotnika, stąd w dyskursie lewicy pojawiają się niejednokrotnie antyżydowskie akcenty (Proudhon). Głośne Protokoły mędrców Syonu (z lat 90. XIX wieku) również oskarżają Żydów o sięganie po władzę raczej poprzez kontrolę nad finansami i opinią publiczną (to owa żydomasoneria, plutokracja bankierów, którą tak znienawidzi pilny czytelnik Protokołów, Adolf Hitler) niż drogą przewrotu społecznego. W Biesach Dostojewskiego także nie widzieliśmy tajnej żydowskiej ręki manipulującej spiskowcami. Iwan Aksakow, który prowadzi gwałtowną kampanię antyżydowską po zamordowaniu Aleksandra II, oskarża Żydów o wyzyskiwanie chłopa, ale nie o głoszenie rewolucyjnych idei. Wczesny Dmowski u nas także mówi o żydowskich krwiopijcach, nie o wywrotowcach. Niewątpliwie wielu inteligentów pochodzenia żydowskiego działało w szeregach partii komunistycznej - od Trockiego do - już w Polsce - Bermana i Różańskiego, by wymienić postacie-emblematy. Czy tłumaczy to powstanie wyżej wymienionego mitu-stereotypu? Żyd przybiera postać każdorazowego wroga tradycyjnej, premodernistycznej wspólnoty, najpierw jako żydomasoneria jest inicjatorem burzącej stabilny układ świata nowoczesności kapitalistycznej (Poliakov, G. Mosse) jako Rothschild, potem staje się krwawym katem bolszewickiego przewrotu jako Bronstein-Trocki. Ale odłożywszy pytanie o najrozmaitsze mechanizmy powstawania antysemityzmu, tutaj zajmę się przede wszystkim pytaniem o przyczyny fascynacji radykalną myślą rewolucyjną - socjalizmem, a później komunizmem w środowiskach inteligencji żydowskiej. I od razu wypadnie stwierdzić, że jest to zjawisko przede wszystkim wschodnioeuropejskie, z lewicą sympatyzują najżywiej tzw. Ostjuden. Na zachodzie Europy Żydzi skłonni są raczej asymilować się do miejscowego establishmentu, we Francji będzie to zatem II Cesarstwo, a później III Republika laicko-liberalno-kapitalistyczna, powołująca się na zapewniającą równy start wszystkim Deklarację Praw Człowieka i Obywatela.
