We continue the study of the B-Toda hierarchy (the Toda lattice with the constraint of type B) which can be regarded as a discretization of the BKP hierarchy. We study elliptic solutions of the recently introduced Toda lattice with the constraint of type B and derive equations of motion for their poles. The dynamics of poles is given by the deformed Ruijsenaars-Schneider system. We find its commutation representation in the form of the Manakov triple and study properties of the spectral curve. We consider solutions of the matrix KP hierarchy that are elliptic functions of the first hierarchical time $t_1=x$. It is known that poles $x_i$ and matrix residues at the poles $\rho_i^{\alpha \beta}=a_i^{\alpha}b_i^{\beta}$ of such solutions as functions of the time $t_2$ move as particles of spin generalization of the elliptic Calogero-Moser model (elliptic Gibbons-Hermsen model). In this paper we establish the correspondence with the spin elliptic Calogero-Moser model for the whole matrix KP hierarchy. Namely, we show that the dynamics of poles and matrix residues of the solutions with respect to the $k$-th hierarchical time of the matrix KP hierarchy is Hamiltonian with the Hamiltonian $H_k$ obtained via an expansion of the spectral curve near the marked points. It is known that their poles as functions of t_1 move as particles of the elliptic Ruijsenaars-Schneider model. The goal of this paper is to extend this correspondence to the level of hierarchies. We consider solutions of the matrix KP hierarchy that are trigonometric functions of the first hierarchical time $t_1=x$ and establish the correspondence with the spin generalization of the trigonometric Calogero-Moser system on the level of hierarchies. Namely, the evolution of poles $x_i$ and matrix residues at the poles $a_i^{\alpha}b_i^{\beta}$ of the solutions with respect to the $k$-th hierarchical time of the matrix KP hierarchy is shown to be given by the Hamiltonian flow with the Hamiltonian which is a linear combination of the first $k$ higher Hamiltonians of the spin trigonometric Calogero-Moser system with coordinates $x_i$ and with spin degrees of freedom $a_i^{\alpha}, \, b_i^{\beta}$. We investigate the internal structure of the current sheet in the pulsar wind within force-free and two-fluid MHD approximations. Within the force-free approximation we obtain general asymptotic solution of the Grad-Shafranov equation for quasi-spherical pulsar wind up to the second order in small parameter $\varepsilon = (\Omega r/c)^{-1}$. The solution allows an arbitrary latitudinal structure of the radial magnetic field, including that obtained in the numerical simulations of oblique rotators. It is also shown that the shape of the current sheet does not depend on the latitudinal structure. For the internal region of the current sheet outside the fast magnetosonic surface where the force-free approximation is not valid we use two-fluid MHD approximation. Carrying out calculations in the comoving reference frame we succeed in determining intrinsic electric and magnetic fields of a sheet. It allows us to analyze time-dependent effects which were not investigated up to now. In particular, we estimate the efficiency of the particle acceleration inside the sheet. Finally, after investigating the motion of individual particles in the time-dependent current sheet, we find self-consistently the width of the sheet and its time evolution., Comment: 12 pages, 7 figures, accepted by MNRAS
