In the Czech Republic, balance sheet rules represent well known theory that is recommended to enterprises to follow in order to achieve long-term financial balance and stability. Aim of this paper is to analyze, what impact the compliance with the rules has on businesses in terms of their performance. For this purpose, indicators describing individual balance sheet rules and business performance were proposed and filled with data from 2017, representing micro and small businesses in the Czech Republic. Next, businesses were divided into groups, according to their ability to fulfill the rules. Groups of these data were analyzed using non-parametrical statistical test (Mann-Whitney U-test) in order to find out, if there is any difference in the indicators of their business performance. According to the results it cannot be confirmed that the compliance with the balance sheet rules has the ability to affect business performance.

The diploma thesis deals with the use of the localities Houšťka Forest Park and Hluchov Floodplain Forest in the teaching of natural history at the 2nd level of primary schools, biology at the lower levels of grammar schools and at vocational secondary schools. Part of the theoretical part is a description of natural conditions and history of the site, the division into habitats and their characteristics. Furthermore, an inventory and description of plant species, including a list of zoological taxa, was performed for the needs of teachers. The questionnaire survey among teachers was focused on the use of localities during regular lessons, or compulsory optional subjects focused on natural history. The time required for the worksheets was based on the results of this survey. The didactic part includes the issue of interdisciplinary relationships, enumeration and description of forms and methods used in the teaching of science and biology. The main part of this part of the thesis are worksheets, which are in addition to consolidating knowledge of natural sciences and biology focused on the application of knowledge from other subjects such as mathematics, physics. Pastoral care of people with intellectual disability is a quite new discipline in czech discourse. The aim of this bachelor work is to introduce, how pastoral care of people with intellectual disability looks like and how it function. Resource of the pastoral care is in gospel. It pursues growth of human being in level of bio-psycho-socio-spiritual, and so on. The "Theology of disability" is resource for pastoral care too. "Theology of disability" tries about inclusion of people with intellectual disability and disability in general. Tries about incluison into society and community. That all through Christian's values and love. Techniques of pastoral care are in general to sing a songs, some predicitons, to read biblical texts, prayers and support in growth of human being and to deal with difficult life circumstances. Pastoral care of people with intellectual disability provides the same fundamental human rights, which have people without disabilities too. With emphesizing Christianity and anthroposophy. It provides for them to meet with themselves, and to gain their dreams, wishes, needs and face to their anxiety and fears too. That all through different techniques.

Hlavním cílem tohoto článku je přispět novými poznatky k dostupným znalostem týkající se charakteristiky sociálních podniků v České republice. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována vybraným oblastem – identifikaci bariér rozvoje sociálních podniků a vybraným aspektům z oblasti managementu. V rámci výstupů byl identifikován nedostatek dat týkající se sociálních podniků. Bylo také zjištěno, že bariéry rozvoje jsou spatřovány, jak v oblasti interních, tak v oblasti externích faktorů. Interní faktory ovšem převládají. Dále byla zjištěna souvislost mezi hodnocením spokojenosti naplnění cílů podniků a využívání vybraných nástrojů manažerského řízení. Sociální podniky, které je využívají, naplňují cíle lépe. Tyto výstupy je vhodné využít a aplikovat v dalším, budoucí výzkumu. Main goal of the paper is to contribute to the level of knowledge on the social enterprises´ characteristics in the Czech Republic. Special focus is placed to selected aspects, perception of barriers of social enteprises´ development and selected aspects of management. We confirmed that there is limited scope in data availability of social enterprises. Further, it has been found that respondents’ perception of development barriers is linked to internal, but also to external factors. Internal factors are dominant. Further, we agreed that there is a certain association between satisfaction with goals fulfilment and the approach to apply several management tools. We find out that enterprises that use selected tools tend to do better and recommend to apply and explore further these results into future research.

Sociální podniky jsou chápány jako inovativní prvky v české ekonomice. Pracují s inovativním business modelem a sociální misi při respektování ekonomických principů. Mnoho českých sociálních podniků, které se pohybují na trhu, pochází z neziskového sektoru. I presto, že význam českých sociálních podniků roste, je známo málo o jejich charakteristice a běžném provozu. Cílem článek je poskytnout bližší pohled na české sociální podniky v rámci vybraných aspektů, jako je základní charakteristika, formy sociálních podniků a jejich vztahy ke stakeholderům. Výstupy jsou přínosné pro bližší poznání těchto subjektů. Článek je uzavřen diskusí nad možnými budoucími směry výzkumu v oblasti sociálního podnikání. Social enterprises are seen as an innovative part of the Czech economy. They possess the ability to provide innovative business models, the social mission of which is accomplished by carrying out economic activity. Many Czech social enterprises have arisen from the non-profit sector and are attempting to prove their ability to operate on the market. Because the importance of social enterprises in the context of the Czech environment is increasing and, unfortunately, little is known about their characteristics and daily practice, the aim of this paper is to carry out an analytical examination of Czech social enterprises in order to gain concrete information about them. This paper examines a sample of Czech social enterprises and aims to provide information on selected aspects, such as basic characteristics, the forms of social enterprises, and their relation to stakeholders. The results are useful for gaining more detailed knowledge on these entities. The text concludes with a discussion on the primary future research challenge in the area of social entrepreneurship that might be helpful to increase knowledge of social enterprises.
