Проведен анализ информации по проблеме профессионализма и авторитета университетского преподавателя. На основе анализа научной литературы по проблеме и с помощью теоретических методов исследованы личностные и профессиональные компетенции преподавателя университета, которые имеют связь с его профессией в условиях воспитания взрослых. Аспекты компетентности представлены как предпосылки естественного и формируемого авторитета преподавателя вуза. Материалы могут использоваться для разработки действенных профессиональных моделей преподавателя. The importance of competence and professionalism of the university teacher is considered. The authors analyzed the authority and professionalism of a university teacher. Based on the analysis of the literature on adult education the personal and professional competence of a university teacher were described. Aspects of the competence are presented as preconditions. They form the authority of the teacher of higher school. The materials can be used to develop professional models for university lecturers.

Drop coating deposition Raman (DCDR) microspectroscopy was used to investigate interaction of the complexed cationic copper 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(1-methyl-4-pyridyl) porphyrin (CuP) and phosphorothioate analog of dT15oligonucleotide with liposomes, the lipid composition of which imitated the natural plasmatic membrane. Great advantage of dried drops on DCDR plates over a solution sample is that the specific drying process on the special hydrophobic surface efficiently separates liposomes from small species in the solvent. In our case, liposomes with bound CuP/oligonucleotide complexes formed a ring at the edge part of the dried drop while dried solution of this complex remained inside this ring. High quality spectra measured from the ring by using Raman confocal microspectrometer revealed unperturbed arrangement of lipid chains by the drying process, partial binding of the CuP/oligonucleotide complexes to liposomes, and a certain reorientation of lipid chains as a consequence of this interaction.

Problems of maternal and foetal genotype differentiation of maternal plasma in pregnant women are solved generally by real-time systems. In this case the specific probes are used to distinguish particular genotype. Mostly gonosomal sequences are utilised to recognise the male foetus. This work describes possibilities in free foetal DNA detection and quantification by STR.Artificial genotype mixtures ranging from 0,2 % to 100 % to simulate maternal and paternal genotypes and 27 DNA samples from pregnant women in different stage of pregnancy were used for DNA quantification and detection. Foetal genotype was confirmed by biological father genotyping. The detection was performed in STR from 21st chromosome Down syndrome (DS) responsible region by innovated (I) QF PCR which allows to reveal and quantify even very rare DNA mosaics. The STR quantification was assessed in artificial mixtures of genotypes and discriminability of particular genotypes was on the level of few percent. Foetal DNA was detected in 74 % of tested samples.The IQF PCR application in quantification and differentiation between maternal and foetal genotypes by STR loci could have importance in non-invasive prenatal diagnostics as another possible marker for DS risk assessment.
