River handling by developing shortcut causes a lot of new problems. To determine the changes in the river bed that occur in a single meandering river with the angle of 90 by developing shortcut, a study was carried out covering hydraulic behavior and sedimentation characteristic. Physical and empirical modeling in this study were carried out with smooth sand bed material. Flow discharge that enters to the model used with various input discharge, that is Q=2.183 lt/s, Q=2.997 lt/s, Q=3.891 lt/s, Q=4.858 lt/s and Q=5.893 lt/s. After running the physical model, analysis of the calculation of sediment volume at the control point were carried out using the MPM method (Meyer-Peter and Muller). The results of physical modeling, shortcut development is very influential to lowering river water surface. The sediment control at bends and shortcut show the same trend between the physical model and the MPM empirical calculation, that is, at the bend there is a sediment derivation from the first flow test, then in the test there is an escalation in sediment transport. Whereas in the shortcut, there was an escalation in sediment from the first flow test, then in the next flow test there was a derivation in sediment even though the discharge was increased. From the comparison of the bed load transport's value, there is a significant difference between the physical modeling and the MPM empirical method. All parties involved, ranging from students, lecturers, and universities in general, enthusiastically welcomed the offers of new programs, one of which was the internship program. It is a way in the construction sector to finish all jobs with the help of digital tools and software. This study aims to describe the implementation of construction internships in the construction and infrastructure industry's digital era. It is seen from the point of view of university assessments in general. Crosstab analysis is used to see whether there is a relationship between effectiveness and the resulting benefits to the policies and processes of apprenticeship activities. The results prove that the Civil Engineering Study Program has run it well. Other study programs have also understood the concept of digital internships to improve soft skills. The Independent Learning Policy of the Independent Campus (MBKM) is a framework to prepare students to become strong scholars who are relevant to the needs of the times and are ready to become leaders with a high national spirit. Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 3 of 2020, concerning National Standards for Higher Education, states that Universities must provide three semesters of study rights outside the study program. Students are given the freedom to take credits in the study program: one semester (equivalent to 20 credits) taking courses outside the study program at the same university and two semesters (equivalent to 40 credits) carrying out learning activities outside the university. Research results show that students in the Civil Engineering Study Program understand and are interested in the MBKM Internship activities. They have also made preparations to implement it. The survey results also indicate that these activities positively impact the quality of graduates in terms of competence and soft skills to face the challenges of the world of work. Implementing the internship program has also proven not to affect the study period plan. The obstacle to this program is the additional cost due to many off-campus activities. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the education sector. Nevertheless, the enthusiasm of students, teaching staff, and the public are great in welcoming creative, adaptive, and innovative programs from the government to support sustainable development. One of them that received a positive response is the Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) internship program. This study aims to describe the implementation of MBKM internships from FTIK Narotama University students in the Construction and Infrastructure Industry based on Lecturer Assessment. Crosstab analysis is used to see the relationship between effectiveness and benefits resulting from the policy and apprenticeship. The results indicate that there is a relationship between these variables. Apartment development projects in Surabaya must be under their use and meet the requirements of safety, health, comfort, convenience, and efficient use of resources. It will not work well if its position as a source of energy for the community does not function actively, with excellent capabilities. One of the reasons for the success of the architectural development blueprint is the ability of its workforce. By implementing occupational safety and health programs on construction projects, workers will feel safer while improving their abilities. Researchers interviewed, monitored, and distributed questionnaires to 52 apartment construction project workers to obtain test information. The elasticity measured is the variable of work safety (X1), occupational health (X2), and work productivity (Y). The analysis uses several methods, namely experimental research instruments (validity and reliability), classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, experimental f, and t. Here, the impact of the implementation of the occupational safety and health program on the work productivity of PT. Tata Bumi Raya in the Surabaya apartment development project has reached 90%. The results of the calculation of R squared, which are processed with SPSS 22, is 0.898. So, the X1 variable of health and safety X2 influences the Y variable of work productivity. In the field of product marketing, especially marketing of small business products, design, quality and appearance of packaging is something that is sensitive. Some appeal will appear if the products offered, tend to attract and are able to trigger consumer curiosity. Small business actors using traditional packaging will tend not to provide information to their customers. It causes consumers not to get enough information about the product. Sufficient information on product packaging is able to make consumers more interested in buying products than products that have no information at all on the packaging. This study aimed to find out by way of implicit testing whether the products were packaged through modern packaging and products packaged with traditional packaging had the same opportunities for behavior in the market or otherwise, products with modern packaging tended to be more salable in the market. To prove the hypothesis, this research used Chi-Square test because the purpose was to test the consumer's perception, not to test anything other than consumer perception. However, all activities in the world of business, entrepreneurship and trade locally and globally must comply with and comply with all forms of laws and regulations that apply in each country to minimize disputes and disputes that are mutually beneficial.
