In learning Indonesian language, the existence of innovative teaching materials in line with technological developments is one of the right efforts in improving student learning outcomes. Listening material is one of the achievements per element that students must learn in learning Indonesian high school grade X according to the Merdeka Curriculum. This research focuses on the development of teaching materials and knowing the feasibility of web-based teaching materials on listening materials. The purpose of this research is to find out the analysis of teaching material needs, the development of teaching materials, and the feasibility test of web-based teaching materials on listening materials. This research uses the development method or Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model approach. Data collection is carried out by observation, interviews, filling out questionnaires. The needs analysis sample was conducted on 2 Indonesian language teachers and 20 grade X students at SMAN 4 Bekasi City, SMAN 12 Bekasi City, and SMA Strada Bekasi City. Meanwhile, product trial samples were carried out on 2 Indonesian teachers and 36 grade X students at SMAN 12 Bekasi City. The results of the needs analysis are (1) teachers and students need teaching materials on listening materials that can display audio or audio visual that can be accessed through devices anywhere and anytime; (2) web-based teaching materials are developed through three steps, namely from starting to create designs, registering domains, to developing teaching materials using WordPress media; and (3) The results of the teaching material validation test by linguists were declared very feasible with a percentage of 88%, material expert validation was declared very feasible with a percentage of 92%, and media expert validation was declared feasible with a percentage of 80%, while the results of teaching material trials by teachers were declared feasible with a percentage of 80% and teaching material trials by students were declared very feasible with a percentage of 82%. The conclusion of the research is web-based teaching materials Indonesian listening materials that can be accessed through https://bahanajarkelas10.site/ link suitable for use by teachers and grade X high school students.

Running consists of simple basic movements, and to achieve these simple basic movements requires good mobility and stability, because the weakening of mobility and stability of the body causes misalignment or weakness of the legs so as to interfere with the absorption or propulsion phase in leg movement while running. Apply appropriate exercise methods to improve lumbar mobility and spinal stability. One training method that can be used is the core stability training method. Core stability is an exercise model to improve the ability to control the position of trunk movement through the pelvis and legs to allow optimal motion production. This study aims to ascertain whether core stability training can improve lumbar mobility and spinal stability in running athletes. The study used an experimental method with a research pattern using a group pretest-posttest design. 10 running athletes were sampled according to the criteria to be treated in the form of core stability training for 6 weeks. The athletes were assessed before and after training using the Functional Reach Test and Unilateral Hip Bridge Endurance. This study showed that there was a significant effect between core stability training and lumbar mobility (P = 0.000) and spinal stability (P = 0.000) in athletes. The results of this study show that the application of core stability exercises can increase the ability of lumbar mobility and spinal stability, so if the core stability exercises are done properly, they can increase stability in the spine and mobility in the lumbar, which causes dynamic limb movement to be more efficient. The study of language and literature today are inseparable. Unfortunately, the phenomenon of Indonesian learning in junior high schools is in a hesitant position due to the lack of formulating literature as teaching material including indigenous wisdom-based literature that can threaten the extinction of indigenous literature. At Buru Island, literature learning is integrated into Indonesian subjects, but the teachers there are more focused on teaching language using general literature rather than indigenous wisdom literature. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the situation and needs analysis of the indigenous wisdom-based literature in teaching Indonesian language at Buru Island. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers employed Research and Development (R&D) applying Borg and Gall's steps. This method has certain procedures for the information collecting data related to the situation and needs analysis of 350 junior high school students through questionnaire distribution, interview, and observation toward the process of Indonesian teaching in the classroom. The situation of learning literature in the study involved (1) the law of local content learning, (2) curriculum, (3) syllabus, (4) lesson plan, (5) coursebooks, (6) teachers' competence, and (7) stakeholders' concerns, while, the students' need analysis involved (1) current ability and interest in literature, (2) feedback of students' ability and interest in literature, (3) literature skills priority, (4) learning style, (5) literature learning facilities and infrastructure, (6) literature materials on indigenous wisdom, (7) coursebook of indigenous wisdom-based literature, and (8) learning approaches and strategies based on indigenous wisdom. The result shows that there were still many shortages in implementing of indigenous wisdom-based literature learning in junior high schools, so students' ability and interest were lack. Therefore, the situation and need analysis becomes very important to be explored and to be a consideration in designing course books in indigenous wisdom-based literature for the future.

Sakera was a figure whom the people of Pasuruan loved in his day because he opposed the injustices committed by the Dutch on the workers. However, his struggle to defend the weak turns out his love was betrayed by Brodin who had an affair with his wife. This study aims to (1) describe the moral values in the Sakera folklore, (2) describe the cultural values in the Sakera folklore. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data source in this study is the Sakera folklore published on the Pasuruan Regency website. The object of this research is the moral values and cultural values of Sakera folklore. Data collection techniques were carried out by reading and note-taking techniques. Checking the validity of the data used in this study is by diligently reading and taking notes and checking the validity of reference stories through published folklore. The results of this study indicate that (1) the moral values found in the Sakera folklore are (a) the value of tolerance, (b) the value of discipline, (c) the value of hard work, (d) the value of independence, (e) the value of democracy, (f) ) curiosity value, (g) friendly value, (h) social care value, and (i) responsibility value; (2) the cultural values found in the Sakera folklore are (a) philosophical values, (b) the value of patience, (c) the value of togetherness (solidarity), (d) the value of courage, and (e) the value of firm stance. Abstrak Sakera merupakan sosok yang sangat dicintai rakyat Pasuruan di zamannya karena dia menentang ketidakadilan yang dilakukan oleh Belanda kepada buruh. Namun, di balik perjuangannya membela kaum lemah, ternyata cintanya dikhianati oleh Brodin yang berselingkuh dengan istrinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan nilai moral dalam cerita rakyat Sakera, (2) mendeskripsikan nilai budaya dalam cerita rakyat Sakera. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah cerita rakyat Sakera yang dimuat dalam situs laman Pemerintah Kabupaten Pasuruan. Objek penelitian ini adalah nilai moral dan nilai budaya cerita rakyat Sakera. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik baca dan teknik catat. Pengecekan keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan ketekunan membaca dan mencatat serta mengecek kevalidan cerita referensi melalui cerita rakyat yang sudah dipublikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) nilai moral yang ditemukan dalam cerita rakyat Sakera adalah (a) nilai toleransi, (b) nilai disiplin, (c) nilai kerja keras, (d) nilai mandiri, (e) nilai demokratis, (f) nilai rasa ingin tahu, (g) nilai bersahabat, (h) nilai peduli sosial, dan (i) nilai tanggung jawab; (2) nilai budaya yang ditemukan dalam cerita rakyat Sakera adalah (a) nilai filosofis, (b) nilai kesabaran, (c) nilai kebersamaan (solidaritas), (d) nilai keberanian, dan (e) nilai teguh pendirian.
