Danas su mediji vrlo rašireno sredstvo komunikacije koje je djeci lako dostupno, a cilj ovoga rada je proučiti kako animirani filmovi utječu na djecu predškolske dobi. Djeca u predškolskoj dobi su sve više izložena utjecaju medija i animiranih filmova. U predškolskoj dobi djeca najbolje i najviše usvajaju znanje promatrajući svoju okolinu i postupke drugih ljudi (najčešće bliskih ljudi). Vrlo često zamjenu za bliske ljude djeca pronalaze u animiranim filmovima i najdražim likovima. Animirani filmovi imaju pozitivne i negativne utjecaje na dječje ponašanje. U animiranim filmovima se pojavljuje sve više subliminalnih poruka koje također imaju utjecaj na dječje ponašanje. Bitno je da roditelji i odgojitelji u vrtiću djeci daju izabrane animirane filmove koji imaju pozitivne utjecaje na razvoj i ponašanje te da pričaju sa djecom o onome što su vidjeli. Animirani crtani su bitna stavka u djetetovu životu i njegovu razvoju. Ne smijemo zabraniti djeci gledanje animiranih filmova, već ih trebamo usmjeriti da adekvatno razumiju što gledaju i izvuku pozitivne pouke. Today, the media is a very widespread means of communication who is easily accessible to children, and the aim of this work is to explore how animated films affect preschool children. In preschool age, children acquire knowledge best and most by observing their environment and the actions of other people (most often close people). Very often, children find substitutes for close people in animated films and their favorite characters. Preschool children are increasingly exposed to the influence of the media and animated films. Animated films have positive and negative effects on children's behavior. More and more subliminal messages appear in animated films, which also have an impact on children's behavior. It is essential that parents and kindergarten teachers give their children selected animated films that have a positive impact on development and behavior and that they talk with children about what they have seen. Animated cartoons are an essential item in a child's life and development. We must not forbid children from watching animated films, but we should direct them to adequately understand what they are watching and draw positive lessons.

U ovome radu predmet istraživanja je ponašanje djece pod utjecajem glazbe. Kao glavni aspekti istraživanja odabrani su kognitivni, motorički i socijalni razvoj djeteta. Tijekom jedne pedagoške godine promatrano je dvoje djece te su im posredovane nove, originalne pjesme koje su rezultat kombinacije melodija popularne glazbe i tekstova prilagođenih njihovim razvojnim obilježjima. Zaključeno je da glazba može imati pozitivan utjecaj na djetetov sveukupan razvoj, ukoliko se primijeni na metodički prikladan način, s jasno postavljenim ciljevima., This paper examines children's behaviour under the influence of music. Research focused on the cognitive, motor, and social development of the child. One pedagogical year was spent observing two children who were presented with songs whose melody is a combination of popular music and developmentally adapted text. The study concluded that music can positively impact a child's overall development if it is used appropriately, with clearly defined goals.

The actual problem of this decade is the problem of preserving and maintaining the health of students. Regulation of important components of a healthy lifestyle and the formation of positive habits as one of the ways to solve this problem. Актуальная проблема этого десятилетия - проблема сохранения и поддержания здоровья студентов. U vremenu ubrzanog razvoja mediji su postali sastavni dio našeg okruženja pa ih je moguće pronaći kod kuće, na poslu, u dječjem vrtiću itd. U takvom okruženju djeca su medijima izložena već od najranije dobi. Sve veći utjecaj medija na djecu može se manifestirati u pozitivnom i negativnom obliku. Medijski pismeni i kompetentni roditelji mogu kontrolirati kakav će utjecaj mediji imati na djecu. Medijski obrazovani te pismeni roditelji kvalitetnije i odgovornije će pristupati sadržajima koje njihova djece prate te će im pomoći u odabiru kvalitetnog medijskog sadržaja. Cilj roditeljskog djelovanja je medijski opismeniti te obrazovati dijete kako bi ono odgovorno i kritički pristupali medijima., In time of accelerated development the media has become an integral part of our environment, so they can be found at home, at work, in kindergarten, etc. In such an environment, children are exposed to the media from an early age. Growing media influence on children can manifest in both positive and negative forms. Media literate and competent parents can control what impact the media will have on children. Media-educated and literate parents will have a better and more responsible approach to the content that their children follow and will help them choose quality media content. The goal of parental action is to make the child media literate and educate so that they can approach the media responsibly and critically.

Эмоциональная устойчивость – это способность личности преодолевать трудности в стрессовых ситуациях с помощью способов поддержания эмоциональной стабильности, чтобы сохранять состояние психического и физического здоровья. В этой статье авторы проанализировали физиологический и психологический потенциалы китайского Тай Цзицюань, которые влияют на эмоциональное состояние людей. Таким образом, китайский Тай Цзицюань может быть способом повышения эмоциональной устойчивости будущих педагогов. Представлены результаты экспериментальной работы с участием 20 студентов, которые будут преподавателями Армавирского государственного педагогического университета, чтобы доказать эффективность Тай Цзицюань как средства повышения эмоциональной устойчивости будущих педагогов. В работе эксперимента используются методика «Определение эмоциональности» В.В. Суворова, методика «Эмоциональная возбудимость-равновесие» Б.Н. Смирнова и методика диагностики эмоциональной устойчивости (по В.М. Русалову). Результат эксперимента показывает, что практика Тай Цзицюань положительно влияет на эмоциональное состояние педагогов., Emotional resilience is an ability, which people in stressful situations overcome to keep the mind and physical health and sustain the stable emotional state by using methods. In the article, the authors analyze Chinese Tai Jiquan’s physiological and psychological potential, which has influence on people’s emotional state. So Chinese Tai Jiquan can be a way of improvement of future educators’ emotional resilience. In order to prove the effectiveness of Tai Jiquan as a method of improving emotional resilience of future educators, the experiment work is developed among 20 students who will be teachers in Armavir State Pedagogical University. The experiment work applies the methodology “Determination of Emotion” by V.V Suvorov and technique “Emotional Excitability-Balance” by B.N Smirnov and method of diagnosing emotional stability according to V.M. Rusalov. The result of the experiment shows that Tai Jiquan practice has positive influence on educators’ emotional state.

Cilj ovog rada je proučiti i istražiti kako animirani filmovi utječu na djecu u dobi od 1 do 7 godina. Moderno je doba i djeca su svakodnevno izložena medijima pa tako i animiranim filmovima. Ova vrsta zabave može imati pozitivne i negativne utjecaje na djecu predškolske dobi i mogu utjecati na dječje ponašanje. Animirani filmovi imaju zabavnu svrhu, ali se i sve više koriste u edukativne svrhe. The aim of this work is to explore how animated films affect children aged 1 to 7 years. In this modern age children are exposed media daily, including animated films. This type of entertainment can have positive and negative effects on preschoolers and can affect children's behavior. Animated films have a fun intention, but also more and more educational purpose.

Djeca u 21. stoljeću su iznimno privržena tehnologiji i sve manjem kretanju izvan prostorija doma i škole. Kućni ljubimci su faktor koji može pozitivno utjecati na daljnji psihofizički razvoj djeteta kao i njihovo samopouzdanje. Djeca druženjem i brigom za kućne ljubimce mogu dobiti intenzivniji osjećaj za svijet u kojem žive i okolinu u kojoj se nalaze. Kućni ljubimci imaju utjecaj na pozitivan pristup djeteta u formi socijalizacije i komunikacije, kao i umanjivanju straha pred nepoznatim ljudima. Children in the 21st century are extremely committed to technology and lower movement for outdoor areas. Pets are a factor that can positively influence the further psychophysical development of the child as well as their self-confidence. Children with socializing and caring for pets can get a deeper insight for the world they live in and the environment they are in. Pets have an impact on the positive approach of the child in the form of socialization and communication, as well as reducing fear among unknown people.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of regeneration of competitive swimmers. Competitive swimming belongs to physically very demanding sports. Wrong swimming technique, overload and lack of relaxation often cause health problems. That is why it is important to make also a suitable form of relaxation part of the training, f.e. compensation exercises. The first goal of my thesis is to chart the use of regeneration techniques with competitive swimmers. My other goal is to describe the practical use of physiotherapeutic techniques in compensation exercises as part of the competitive swimmers training. In the theoretical part swimming is characterized from the point of view of a physiotherapist as well as its positive and negative influence on human body. The next chapter describes the individual swimming styles. A part of the theory also focuses on postural and phasic muscles. The last chapter deals with regeneration in sports and focuses on its forms and means. The practical part was done with the method of qualitative research in the form of evaluating casuistry of three competitive swimmers. To collect data the input and output kinesiological analysis, semi-structured dialogue and own observation were used. An individual plan was made for each swimmer based on the results of the input examination containing compensation exercises and other regeneration techniques. The whole therapy took 3-4 months. The results of the practical part of my bachelor thesis are mostly positive. Shortened muscles were stretched, weakened muscles were strengthened and hypertonic muscles were relaxed during the therapy with all swimmers. Only with swimmer no 3 the muscle tonus augmented in the region of her left shoulder in the end of the therapy because of an injury in her swimming training. All swimmers noticed slight amelioration of their overall posture. The chosen physiotherapeutic techniques proved themselves effective. My bachelor thesis may be an information and inspiration source for physiotherapists, coaches and sportsmen.

The aim of this study is to reveal the factors that positively influence family members who nurture persons with intellectual disabilities. There have been many studies about the problems that arise when nurturing persons with intellectual disabilities. But only few of them also discuss positive influence made by persons with disabilities to those who nurture them. Lack of studies of positive factors related to persons with disabilities can negatively influence an overall attitude towards them. This study analyses concrete experience of 6 women of nurturing persons with intellectual disabilities – their children or other relatives. The respondents of the empirical qualitative study were Kaunas residents, members of the communities of “Faith and Light” uniting families raising children with disabilities. The persons they nurtured had Down syndrome or autism. These women have answered 11 questions on the factors positively influencing their life with disabled persons. The qualitative content analysis of the answers gave 85 interrelated factors that positively influence families who nurture persons with intellectual disabilities. These factors were classified into 4 categories (acceptance of help; efforts of parents or caregiver; the gift and efforts of a child with disabilities; fruits of nurturing a person with disabilities) and 18 subcategories. These factors can show families having persons with disabilities and undergoing difficulties which things can positively influence their situation, help to change their attitude towards the disabled person and his/her disability, and find strength to cope with stressful situations.

S prvim računalima počele su i prve videoigre.. Počevši s legendarnom igrom Pong pa zatim Pac-Man, programeri danas imaju daleko zahtjevniji i odgovorniji posao. Naime, korisnici su postavili ljestvicu vrlo visoko te žele doslovno sve: od savršene grafike do zanimljivog i interaktivnog sadržaja, dobre zvučne podloge i priču koja sve to prati. Zato danas brojimo veliki broj podjele videoigara za svačiji ukus i za svaku igračevu životnu dob. Tako se u ovom diplomskom radu započinje s pregledom o općenitim stavovima definicijama videoigara te prikaza kratke povijesti videoigara, dolaskom igraćih konzola, podjela videoigara, alati koji prikazuju koja je videoigra za koju životnu dob. Sve to uokvireno je pozitivnim i negativnim utjecajima videoigara te istraživanjem studenata prve, treće i pete godine Fakulteta za odgojne i obrazovne znanosti, Sveučilišta Jurja Dobrile u Puli. With the first computers came the first videogames. Starting with the legendary game of Pong and followed by Pac-Man, the programers today have a far more challenging and responsible job. Users of video games set the bar very high and in video games want everything: from perfect graphics to interesting and interactive content, good soundtracks and a story that follows it all. That is why today we have a large amount of different videogames for everyones interests and for all ages. This paper starts with a review about general definitions of videogames and a short history of videogames, the beginning of consoles, division of videogames and tools which show what ages are certain videogames for. All of that is then rounded up with positive and negative influences on videogames and research of students on the first, third and fifth year Juraj Dobrila University of Pula.

One of the aspects of the volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment is the contagion effect that impacts the organization. In order to understand what the contagion does and what contagion effect means for organization, the author conducted an in-depth literature review, and defined these ambiguous concepts emerging in various research fields. The paper also discusses models of mechanisms that facilitate the spread of contagion including the 4C model, contagion model of sales peak. What is more, the author proposed the diagnostic tool to map a contagion effect induced by external factors. The theoretical consideration on the contagion and contagion effect is supported by examples coming from the business practice.

In the Old-Polish Industrial Region (Southern Poland, Central Europe), specific remnants of former iron-ore extraction occur. These interesting post-mining habitats influence the plant cover which emerges on them. In this paper, I analyzed the impact of the former iron-ore mining on the increase of plant species richness in forest communities. I analyzed the floristic composition of 100 phytosociological relevés (plots) made in the mining areas, their surroundings and 100 associated soil samples. I found that within the island communities developing in the former mining fields, there was a considerable increase in the number of species of native flora (in comparison with communities of nontransformed areas). This increase in species richness is caused chiefly by the increased proportion of species characteristic of the syntaxa from the Querco-Fagetea class – species exclusively attached to the mesophilous forest communities developing in gob piles whose limits are marked by the material extracted and scattered around in ancient times. My research suggested that in this case, mining activity exerted a positive influence on the biodiversity in forested areas, improving the quality of soils and creating mesophilous forest communities growing on remnants of former iron-ore extraction, which are specific islands among acidophilous forest communities growing in the non-transformed areas.

Šio tyrimo tikslas buvo atskleisti veiksnius, sąlygojančius pozityvią įtaką šeimos nariams ugdantiems proto negalią turinčius asmenis. Šiuo tyrimu siekiama suderinti globalią ir plačiai aprėpiančią negalios, kaip reiškinio, teorinę analizę (apimančią istorinę požiūrio į neįgaliuosius raidą, globalią neįgaliųjų situaciją, Europos Sąjungos socialinės politikos raidą bei probleminės situacijos Lietuvoje analizę) su labai konkrečia keleto šeimos narių patirtimi ugdant proto negalią turinčius asmenis – savo vaikus ar kitus giminaičius. Empiriniame kokybiniame tyrime dalyvavo 6 moterys iš Kauno, ugdančios proto negalią turinčius asmenis, kuriems diagnozuotas Dauno sindromas ar autizmas. Jos buvo paprašytos atsakyti į interviu klausimus arba užpildyti klausimyną apie pozityvios įtakos veiksnius su atvirais klausimais. Buvo atlikta kokybinė turinio analizė ir išskirti 85 vienas su kitu susiję ir vienas iš kito kylantys veiksniai, sąlygojantys proto negalią turinčių asmenų ugdymo pozityvią įtaką jų šeimos nariams. Jie suskirstyti į 5 kategorijas (pagalbos priėmimas; ugdytojo pastangos; neįgalaus vaiko dovana ir pastangos; įgalinančios priemonės bei vaiko su negalia ugdymo vaisiai) ir 19 subkategorijų. Šie veiksniai gali parodyti sunkumus patiriančioms šeimoms, kur ieškoti pozityvios įtakos veiksnių, padedančių perkeisti požiūrį į neįgalų vaiką ir atrasti stiprybės įveikti stresines situacijas. The aim of this study was to expose the factors that positively influence family members who educate persons with intellectual disabilities. There have been many studies done on the problems that arise in educating people with intellectual disabilities. But only few of them also discuss the positive influence made by people with disabilities. This lack of studies of positive factors related to persons with disabilities can negatively influence an overall attitude towards them. This study aims to coordinate a global and widely reaching analysis of disability, as a phenomenon (including the historical analysis of the attitude towards disabled persons, the contemporary global situation of people with disabilities, the evolution of the European social politics, and the analysis of problems encountered by persons with disabilities and their families in Lithuania) with the concrete experience of several members of the families in educating persons with intellectual disabilities - their children or other relatives. Teachers can have a profound effect on us all, both good and bad. In this paper the effect two individual midwives had on my evolution as a midwife will be examined. They were very different: one was formal and the other informal. The classroom was the setting for one, the clinical area for the other. Each had her own unique style and way of looking at the world. One was very different from the other in manner and in approach. However they each shared a philosophy of women centred, normal birth which they espoused in all aspects of their working lives.

The elderly have become one of the most important target groups in the world of sports. Nevertheless, the increase of the sport involvement of the elderly is far less important than estimated. In later life the elderly get less and less interested in physical exercising and sport, across the life course being active in sport decreases. Being happy without sports, having other hobbies and having no time rank highest on the list of reasons for not being involved in sports. But without doubt such physical exercises and sport activities have particularly positive influence on improving the quality of life, on health, on life expectancy, on mental stability and on self-confidence. The knowledge regarding the value of physical exercise and sport in later life is quite impressive. Today there are no limits whatsoever for sport activities so there is a multitude of different sports to choose from. New types of sport activities for the elderly should be developed especially for beginners. For the future new designed programs, better and target-orientated information and better training of the instructors are demanded., Dobro je poznata činjenica da su u industrijskim društvima starije osobe glavna ciljna skupina u svijetu sporta: oni znatno pridonose dinamičnom razvoju rekreacijskog sporta i zdravstvenih sportskih programa. Danas sintagma 'cjeloživotna fizička aktivnost' više nije prazna fraza; postala je prilično zamjetljivom realnošću, premda nije baš svaka osoba uključena u aktivnosti niti su svi uključeni onim intenzitetom koji preporučuju znanstvenici i političari. Razvili su se novi životni stilovi i stilovi starenja - očekivanja starijih osoba, vezana za životni stil, odnos okoline, društva, a onda i očekivanja od pružatelja usluga vježbanja i sporta znatno su se promijenila posljednjih godina poglavito zahvaljujući napretku medicine, produljenju očekivanog trajanja života, povećanoj aktivnosti i višim prihodima. Ipak, uključenost starijih osoba u sportske aktivnosti ipak nije onolika koliko se procjenjuje. Naime, u zreloj dobi interes za tjelesnu aktivnost i sport rapidno slabi s godinama. Odgovori poput 'Sasvim sam sretan bez sporta', 'Imam druge hobije' i 'Nemam vremena', najčeš.ći su razlozi koji se navode protiv uključivanja u sportske aktivnosti. Suvremeno društvo izgradilo je negativnu sliku starije osobe; to je kao skup sve većeg broja neizbježnih nedostataka - sa starošću se povezuju gubici i odbacivanje, ovisnost o tuđoj pomoći, fizička krhkost i potreba za njegom, što sve može postati težak teret. Iz te negativne predodžbe javlja se potreba da se nađu putovi za sprečavanje ili barem odgodu negativnih popratnih pojava starenja. U tome se sport prirodno nameće kao najprimjerenije sredstvo. Sukladno tome, sportski programi za starije nude se pod sloganom 'izbjeći starenje'. Na sreću, danas se starenje sve više shvaća kao proces, kao određeni dio u neprekinutom protoku vremena rođenja, života i smrti. Ta interpretacija starenja oslanja se na činjenicu da svako životno razdoblje dopušta individualni razvoj te da je svako iduće razdoblje posebno po sebi svojstvenim orijentacijama i vrijednostima. Stoga se uvijek valja koncentrirati na mogućnosti, a ne na teškoće i nedostatke, jer nas to podržava u neprekidnom rastu čitava života. Pojam 'uspješnog starenja', kako se taj proces još naziva u gerontologiji i gerijatriji, znači isto: nastojanje da se pronađe određena ravnoteža između individualnih potreba i želja, s jedne strane, i objektivnih i subjektivnih životnih uvjeta s druge, tj. čovjek se mora nastojati prilagoditi činjenicama i iz njih izvući najviše i najbolje što može za aktivno življenje i osobni rast. Bez sumnje, tjelesno vježbanje i sportske aktivnosti pozitivno utječu na kvalitetu života, zdravlje, očekivano trajanje života, mentalnu stabilnost i samopouzdanje. Spoznaje o vrijednosti tjelesne aktivnosti i sporta za kasniji život vrlo su raširene. Danas nema ograničenja u vrstama tjelesnih aktivnosti, tako da svatko može pronaći za sebe pogodnu aktivnost iz mnoštva raznih sportova i sportskih programa. Nažalost, postoji neslaganje u društvu i među kineziolozima u svezi s pitanjem o tome kolika je angažiranost i u kojim sportskim aktivnostima preporučljiva te kako se ona treba mijenjati s godinama života. Mnoštvo međunarodnih istraživanja utvrdilo je da: • vjerojatnost za uključivanje u nove sportove znatno se smanjuje s prolaskom godina; • prigodom uključenja u nove sportove, timske sportove zamjenjuju individualni sportovi; • razne životne okolnosti sprečavaju žene da se bave tjelesnom aktivnošću češće nego muškarce (primjerice, promatramo li bračne parove, vidimo da su i nakon 21 ili više godina braka, muževi još uvijek sportski aktivni). U budućnosti bi trebalo razviti nove oblike sportskih aktivnosti za starije ljude, naročito početnike. Štoviše, potrebni su novi programi, bolje i ciljano informiranje te kvalitetnije osposobljavanje voditelja tjelesnih aktivnosti., In der Welt des Sports sind die älteren Menschen eine der wichtigsten Zielgruppen geworden. Trotzdem ist die steigende Anzahl derjenigen, die sich sportlich betätigen, weit weniger wichtig als geschätzt. Später im Leben ist man immer weniger daran interessiert, sich körperlich zu bewegen oder Sport zu treiben, d.h. im Laufe des Lebens nimmt die sportliche Betätigung ab. Zufriedensein ohne Sport, andere Hobbys haben oder keine Zeit haben sind die meist genannten Gründe, weshalb man sich nicht sportlich betätigt. Das Sporttreiben hat aber zweifellos einen sehr positiven Einfluss auf die Verbesserung der Lebensqualität, auf die Gesundheit, die Lebenserwartungen, die Verstandkraft und auf das Selbstvertrauen. Die Kenntnis darüber, wie wertvoll es ist, im fortgeschrittenen Alter sich körperlich zu bewegen und Sport zu treiben, ist ziemlich erstaunlich. Heute sind der sportlichen Betätigung überhaupt keine Grenzen gesetzt und demzufolge hat man eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Sportarten. Neue Inhalte und Formen der sportlichen Betätigung für ältere Menschen sollten gestalten werden, insbesondere für die bisherigen Nichtsportler. In der Zukunft sind neue Programme, bessere und gezielte Informationen sowie bessere Ausbildung der Trainer gefragt.
