Business plan and its parts are defined together with the recommendations on how to proceed with the expansion. In the problem analysis the present trends and current firm’s position on the market are described, together with the analysis of the new market. The diploma thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part contains the theoretical knowledge from the professional literature that is subsequently applied to the company analysis. The company is introduced in the second part and there is also performed the strategic and financial analysis with the help of the selected methods. In the last part there are suggested the measure on the basic of the results of the analysis that should lead to the improvement of the existing financial situation of the company.
