Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení dlouhodobého a krátkodobého finančního plánu pod-niku XY, a.s. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány jednotlivé části finančního plánu a naznačeny postupy vedoucí k jeho sestavení. V praktické části je pomocí vybraných ukaza-telů finanční analýzy zhodnoceno dosavadní hospodaření podniku, určeny jeho silné a slabé stránky a provedena analýza vnějšího prostředí podniku. Na základě analytické části je sestaven dlouhodobý finanční plán na období let 2012 - 2014 ve variantních scénářích a krátkodobý plán pro rok 2012 k variantě A. Závěrečná část patří zhodnocení jednotlivých variant plánu a doporučením pro podnik., The aim of this diploma thesis is to compile a long term and short term financial plan of the company XY, a.s. In the theoretical part I described individual parts of the financial plan and I also suggested steps leading to its compilation. In the practical part there is an evaluation of the current financial situation of the company with the help of chosen indica-tors of financial analysis, I identified strong and weak points and made an analysis of the external environment of the company. Based on this analytical part I set up a long term financial plan for years 2012-2014 in alternative scenarios and a short term plan for year 2012. Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracovat projekt rozvoje Plastikářského klastru ve Zlínském kraji. V první části je provedena rešerše teoretických pramenů z oblasti klastrů a klastrových iniciativ. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu podmínek pro podporu vzniku a rozvoje klastrů v České republice, uvádí příklady jednotlivých klastrů v odvětvích české ekonomiky, je analyzován současný stav a tendence plastikářského průmyslu v České republice a představeny klastry z tohoto odvětví. Práce je dále zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu a projekt rozvoje Plastikářského klastru ve Zlínském kraji s využitím konceptu Balanced Scorecard., The aim of this thesis is to work out a project for the development of the Plastics Cluster in Zlín region. The first part comprises information retrieved from theoretical sources concerning the field of clusters and cluster initiatives. The practical part contains an analysis of the conditions for the support of establishment and development of clusters in the Czech Republic, it presents examples of individual clusters in branches of Czech economy, it analyzes the present situation and tendencies in the plastics industry in the Czech Republic and introduces clusters from this branch. Bakalářská práce na téma „Hodnocení finanční situace podniku a návrhy na její zlepšení“ se zabývá finanční analýzou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy, pomocí kterých je v praktické části hodnocena finanční situace podniku STEELMONT CZ s. r. o. Součástí bakalářské práce je také porovnání hodnoceného podniku s podniky konkurenčními. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou uvedena doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení finanční situace podniku., The bachelor´s thesis on „The assessment of a financial situation of a company and suggestions for its improvement“ deals with a financial analysis. The theoretical part is focused on selected indicators of a financial analysis by which the financial situation of a firm STEELMONT CZ s. r. o. is assessed in its practical part. A comparison of the rating company with rival companies is also a part of this work. On the basis of results of the analysis there are recommendations which lead to an improvement of a financial situation of the company.
