The article presents the results of a reconnaissance study of the suitability of sweet potato varieties collection for cultivation and breeding process in the conditions of the Central region of the Non-Chernozem zone. Sweet potato cuttings with 4-5 nodes were planted according to the scheme 70 x 40 cm with subsequent watering. During the growing season, sweet potato was watered as necessary. Each variant was tested in 4-fold repetition, 10 plants per plot. The varieties had a high variability of all economically useful traits within the repetitions. For most varieties, the sum of effective temperatures was not enough to accumulate a sufficient amount of plastic substances in the root tubers. As a result of our research, it was found that sweet potato varieties Vinnitskiy rozoviy and Manchzhurskiy are most suitable for cultivation in the CRNZ. They are characterized by a relatively high yield of commercial root tubers. The remaining varieties (Americanskiy begevy, Boregard, Yaponskiy, Germanskiy belyi and O'Henry) are not suitable for cultivation in this zone. Nevertheless, they are characterized by a high potential for the formation of root bulges, which can be used in sweet potato breeding. The possibility of breeding work with sweet potato in the conditions of the CRNZ is shown. Nevertheless, for successful work in this direction, it is necessary to use a greenhouse.

This study deals with the practice of human resource valuation in the professional command football during the implementation of sport club resource strategy. The choice of the direction of research is not random. Resource view in the analysis of strategy and strategy shaping (Barney, 1991) is an effective long term success tool. There are many costs in the process of resource allocation, in particular during resource valuation, in the market economy in connection, e.g. costs related to information collection and negotiating. Costs rise with the globalization of the economy. Therefore, it is important to create and maintain various institutions to control the level of costs and to study the most common practice of the resource strategy implementation. Particularly, it is important to study resource valuation in the context of institutional environment given the heterogeneity of markets. Human resource is the most important strategic resource on the market of professional command sport. At the same time, solving the problem of human resource allocation on this market leads to serious practical problems. Specifics of economic component of command sport results in the inevitability of labor market failure (Downward, Dawson, 2002) for sustainable development of the sector. Therefore, the need for institution which is to regulate the labor market occurs. Institute of transfer plays this role in some kinds of command sport, such as football. It is the system of concepts and rules, which regulate the transfer of athlete from one sport club to another prior to the expiration of the contract. The number of requirements exist due to the institute of transfer to the practice of athlete’s valuation, which determine the sum and the order of payment of compensation for prior sporting club management. The latter should correlate with the value of the athletes, which they are interest in, with the existing restrictions, which is the reason of the strongly pronounced heterogeneity of markets. Formalization of existing practices of pricing in different segments of professional athletes’ labor market is important for the support of decisions to invest in staff during resource strategy implementation. The current research deals with this problem. The model of linear regression with variable structure is used in the paper as the main instrument of formalization. The structure of the model reflects the structure of professional athletes’ labor market.

The paper brings forward ways to solve the problem of estimating the trunk diameter using data of airborne laser scanning (LIDAR) relevant for forest inventory. At the first stage of studying, it was defined the regularities of tree height and diameter relations for various species, as well as the coefficients of coupling equations of the significance of “height-diameter” relations based on field data. At the second stage, it was calculated the relations of crown parameters (diameter and volume) and the trunk height and diameter at 1.3 m level accounting parameters dependent of species. Based on the estimated and LIDAR data, the resulting calculations of tree diameters were made with 83.2% accuracy. The proposed calculation of the trunk diameter is an important step for further development of an automated algorithm to obtain basic taxation indicators, such as the tree trunk number, height and diameter. The data got by this way can be used for high density forests while cuttings assessment using LIDAR.

Such schemes of plastic deformation as bending, torsion, tension, compression etc. are considered to be the basic schemes for metal processing methods. Each of these types of deformation has specific influence on microstructure and mechanical properties of the processed metal. For the optimal result of plastic deformation impact on metal structure and properties the mechanism of plastic processing should follow the definite requirements. The effect of different kinds of deformation on medium carbon steel wire was studied using several methods: scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, dynamic hardness testing. The obtained results can be used in the design of combined methods of deformation processing of carbon steel.

- Abstract
Background: Currently various studies are conducted to improve the effect of existing and developing new remineralizing agents. One of the trends in remineralizing therapy is the development of toothpaste allowing brushite crystals formation in the demineralized lesions of hard tooth tissues., Aim: The aim of this study was to assess the effect of toothpaste, forming a brushite, on the functional acid resistance of enamel and the speed of its remineralization., Materials and Methods: This was a randomized controlled double-blind clinical study. Sixty consent patients aged 20-25 years were enrolled in the three groups: test group ( n = 20), positive control group ( n = 20), and negative control group ( n = 20), which used brushite-forming toothpaste, toothpaste with hydroxyapatite (HAP), and toothpaste without remineralizing agents, respectively. The hygiene indices, the rate of enamel remineralization, the dynamics of acid resistance of enamel, and the level of enamel sensitivity were determined at baseline, after 2 and 4 weeks to assess the effectiveness of toothpastes. Friedman rank sum test (for related variables) and the Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test (for independent variables) with Nemenyi post hoc test were used for statistical comparisons., Results: The study test and positive control groups showed significantly greater acid resistance of enamel ( P > 0.05) and rate of its remineralization at the study endpoints as compared with negative control group. In the test and positive control groups, Schiff index values significantly decreased after 4 weeks, whereas in the negative control group no significant differences were observed at the study time points. The oral hygiene level improved significantly after 2 and 4 weeks in all groups., Conclusion: The 30-day use of paste that promotes brushite formation and paste with hydroxyapatite resulted in faster enamel remineralization and higher enamel resistance. Brushite-containing toothpaste may be used as an alternative to HAP containing for remineralizing and desensitizing treatment., Competing Interests: Nil., (Copyright: © 2020 Journal of International Society of Preventive and Community Dentistry.)

- Abstract
The purpose of the study is a comparative assessment of hygiene products recommended for increased sensitivity of teeth and having an anti-inflammatory effect on periodontal tissue. The study involved 40 people aged 55-65 years with hyperesthesia and chronic mild and moderate periodontitis, which were divided into 2 groups (20 people each) depending on the toothpastes used based on HAP. Over time, indicators of hygiene, sensitivity, bleeding, PMA indices and the periodontal probing depth are evaluated. The study revealed an improvement of the studied indices in both groups after two weeks of using toothpastes. Both of the studied toothpastes lead to a decrease in hyperesthesia and relief of inflammation, which makes it possible to conduct high-quality oral hygiene. However, a more significant improvement in clinical signs was observed when using paste plant components and bifidobacteria extract. Thus, in the complex therapy of inflammatory periodontal diseases accompanied by hyperesthesia, both studied pastes can be recommended for at least 14 days.

- Abstract
The purpose of our study was to assess the efficiency of toothpaste 'Intensive strengthening of supersensitive teeth with nano-GAP' INNOVA and the suspension 'Liquid Enamel' INNOVA on the sensitivity of teeth with gingival recession. We examined 40 people aged 20-25 years. Each group consisted of 20 people: 10 women, 10 men. The first group (observations) used the paste and the suspension for 14 days, and the second group (comparisons) cleaned teeth only with a brush without a paste. Schiff aerial test was performed to assess the rate of hypersensitivity. As a result of the study, it was found that the combination of paste and liquid suspension with nano-hydroxyapatite for 14 days effectively reduced the hypersensitivity of the teeth with gingival recession that was shown by a statistically significant decrease in the Schiff index in the observation group. Thus, this combination is the method of choice in the treatment of hyperesthesia and can be used as an alternative substitute therapy.

- Abstract
The purpose of the study was to assess the impact of toothpastes containing hydroxyapatite and fluoride on enamel caries resistance and remineralization rate. Study groups comprised 160 patients divided in 2 groups of 80 patients: 40 - at the age of 15-17 and 40 at the age of 18-25 who have been using toothpastes with hydroxyapatite and fluoride during 1 year. The plaque determination was carried out with the use of OHI-S and Turesky indexes. Litmus test pieces were used to determine oral fluid pH. The clinical determination of enamel remineralization rate, dynamics of acid resistance of enamel were carried out. Oral hygiene at baseline examination was poor in both groups. After oral hygiene training, there was a tendency towards indexes decrease more pronounced in the 18-25 age group regardless of the composition of the toothpastes used. Mean baseline oral fluid pH in the observation group was 6.5±0.4, in the comparison group - 6.8±0.4. By the end of the trial there was a tendency towards the increase of the oral fluid pH, which were 7.3±0.3 and 7.7±0.3, respectively. The enamel acid resistance of the patients of the observation group was significantly higher (p>0.05) compared with the group of patients using fluoride toothpaste, as well as the proportion of patients in whom the enamel recovery occurred within 24 hours (47.5% vs. 22.5%, respectively).

- Abstract
Detrended correspondent analysis is used for constructing an ecological ordination model of higher units of steppe vegetation in southern mountains of Middle Siberia. The model is based on 326 complete geobotanical descriptions and correlation analysis between the values of major axes and climatic, soil-ground, and geographical parameters. In the space of two first principal ordination axes, ecological series of steppe vegetation coenofloras are observed which are orientated along climatic factors of annual and seasonal precipitation, temperature, oceanity-continentality, and ground stoniness. A syntaxonomic interpretation of observed ecological-geographical steppe types is given, and the hierarchy of higher classification units is substantiated from the ecological point of view.
