One of the main problems of modern big city is the global crisis of normal urban environment operation as a result of structural growing of automobilization level, oversaturation of road-street network by the transport streams. Buses of the especially large size class occupy, at the least, 20% in the structure of a modern bus park. The buses of especially large size classes, with the aim of necessary maneuverability, as a rule are made articulated. One of the ways of improving the maneuverability of articulated buses is the usage of guided towed sections. Solving the mentioned problem usually needs the mathematic models for predicting the vehicle behavior. The aim of introducing the trailer direction is to increase the overall traffic lane of an articulated bus that ensures a necessary maneuverability. The aim is gained by a choice of a rational transmitting ratio of trailer axle gear and necessary value of braking moment on one of its wheels. The solving of the problem concerning the stability of an articulated bus with a guided trailer axle was made by the way of analyzing the linear approaching of stationary vehicle movement. An influence of the construction parameters of the bus and the trailer, a transmitting ratio of control gear and a value of braking moment on the parameters of bus maneuverability were analyzed. It was proved that for an articulated bus, the normal maneuverability parameters can be ensured at the trailer direction by a way of braking of one of the wheels. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The article deals with the possibilities of solving the problem of multimodal freight routing that can be performed with the involvement of different types of transport, using a mixed decision method based on multi-criteria analysis using artificial neural networks. The issues of planning, organizing and ensuring the implementation of the transport-technological process of cargo delivery in the international connection are connected with the solution of a number of tasks, among which the important place is occupied by the routing of transportations and the choice of efficient types of transport for their fulfillment. Their solution is aimed at the efficient use of the transport resources of the enterprise to fulfill orders for the transportation of goods while ensuring their quality and efficiency in terms of costs incurred. Carrying out transportation on the developed rational routes of cargo delivery increases the efficiency of vehicles of different types of transport, the efficiency of transport enterprises, reducing the logistical costs of all participants in the logistics chain of cargo delivery. Effective planning of the transportation process involves forecasting the receipt of requests for transportation, the volume of transportation in different customs modes, variants of routes of transportation and the use of type of transport for their implementation, etc., which can be implemented with the help of modern mathematical apparatus for the formation of artificial neural networks. Artificial neural networks can be used for form of cargo delivery routes and in the choice of types of transport, as they allow accurate forecasts, taking into account many factors that affect the transport process. Formation of the route of delivery of cargo and definition of types of transport for the performance of transportations on the sections of the route are carried out taking into account the selection and evaluation criteria, the weight of influence of which is determined by the method of blurred coefficients. Using the MS Excel software environment, a 3-layer neural network was formed to route multimodal cargo transportation. Based on the calculations made by the cumulative effect of several evaluation criteria, the types of transport for the transportation on the sections of the route of delivery of goods in international traffic were determined., В статті розглядаються можливості вирішення завдання маршрутизації мультимодальних перевезень вантажів, які можуть виконуватись із залученням різних видів транспорту, за допомогою змішаного методу прийняття рішення на основі багатокритеріального аналізу з використанням штучних нейронних мереж. Формування маршруту доставки вантажу та визначення видів транспорту для виконання перевезень наділянках прямування маршруту здійснюються з урахуванням критеріїв вибору та оцінювання, вага впливу яких визначається методом розмитих коефіцієнтів. За допомогою програмного середовища MSExcel сформовано 3-шарову нейронну мережу для маршрутизації мультимодальних перевезень вантажів. На основі проведених розрахунків за сукупним ефектом декількох критеріїв оцінювання визначені види транспорту для виконання перевезень на ділянках маршруту доставки вантажу у міжнародному сполученні.

- Abstract
